Overall, we would recommend the Palazzo and especially working with Katie. The Palazzo is a beautiful venue! It has plenty of space to celebrate, fair pricing, hard working support staff, and lots of options to make it your own!We did experience a few issues when working with event managers. We got re-assigned event managers within 5 months leading to the wedding and each managers was giving us different information on options available and prices. The staff did apologize and explained their situation, but it was still stressful to work with. The event manager that eventually took care of us and that was there on our wedding day was Katie. She was able to fix all issues that arose from the miscommunications and did everything she could to make it right. We really appreciated her! We didn't have ANYTHING to worry about or complain about on the day of our wedding, and that is what you really want!!! Ask for Katie!!!!!

I can't imagine having our reception anywhere else but the Omaha Palazzo. We looked at 12 wedding venues, and it was the only one that checked all of our boxes. Maddie Price was our coordinator and is amazing. She was always available to us, answered our numerous questions, and made sure to get all of our details perfect for our special day including set up, coordinating staff, and so much more. Thank you to everyone at the Omaha Palazzo for making our day more than we could've imagined. I would recommend them to anyone for their wedding or other events!

We recently held our wedding reception at il Palazzo and Azalia, Dallas, and the rest of the team were so amazing!! Having to plan from California they made everything so easy and were very accommodating with all of our requests! We had an issue with one of my decorators, but Azalia and Dallas both just went above and beyond to make everything perfect!! The venue itself is beautiful and very spacious. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day for us! I would highly recommend il Palazzo to anyone planning their special day!

We rented out the Palazzo’s ballroom for my sister’s bridal shower and it turned out perfect! The tables were set so elegantly and the lighting and backdrop were very beautiful and added to the ambiance. The sound system and background music were great. The food was prepared in-house by Chef Hillary and it was very delicious. The event itself went very well and we received many positive comments from guests about the shower. Thank you to Azalia and the organized staff for being so professional and present the day of the event in keeping things on track and running smoothly. I would highly recommend the Palazzo for any event! They do a great job and we were very pleased with the wonderful customer service!

We rented out the Palazzo’s ballroom for my sister’s bridal shower and it turned out perfect! Azalia and her team were awesome! Very helpful with the prep beforehand and during the event. Loved the food. Loved that its a stand alone event center and you have the building and parking lot all to yourself! Everything went so smoothly! Great job!

Azalia and her team were extremely accommodating for anything and everything we needed help with, and they made planning the reception extremely smooth and easy. The food tasted even better than I remembered during our food tasting (chicken parm is the best!), the room was beautiful, plenty of space. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who asked.

We had such a wonderful reception. I could not be happier with the service we received. From the food to the music and everything inbetween. If you want to get more than you paid for then call this venue. It was stress free and all my guests raved about the food AIHS catered.

I love this venue! I worked with both Stephanie and Azalia. Stephanie was wonderful but Azalia was amazing too and gave us more details I felt we needed for our wedding day! She was always quick to respond to me when I would reach out to her. I couldn't ask for a more perfect day and I know Il Palazzo played a major part with the day!

I love this venue! I worked with both Stephanie and Azalia. Stephanie was wonderful but Azalia was amazing too and gave us more details I felt we needed for our wedding day! Il Palazzo is an excellent venue. Before my band, Something Blu, began our professional relationship with the team at Il Palazzo, I was a guest there for my company's annual Christmas Party. My experience as a guest was very comfortable. The bathrooms are really nice, the bar staff are fast and on their game, and the room provides for many effective layouts. Then when I came back as a vendor, the Il Palazzo staff quickly became valuable team members that made our job as the entertainment easy and smooth. I highly recommend Il Palazzo as a venue that is easy to work with, accommodating to the needs of the event and above all, they have a staff that cares about making everything go off with a bang!

I am so thankful we had our wedding reception here! We had a very large guest list and Azalea made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She took her time to go over everything with us to ensure it was everything we wanted. We had tons of requests and she made sure we got everything we wanted. The day of the wedding Azalea and Dallas were rockstars! They set up and decorated everything exactly how I imagined and did it with a smile. They helped serve our dinner, set up the candy bar after dinner, set our deserts and even helped bus tables! We had a million questions and request for our large Italian wedding and the palazzo did not disappoint! The food was delicious, staff was incrible and Azalea and Dallas made me feel at home and made everything perfect for us! We are so thankful for Azalea, Dallas and everyone at Il Palazzo! If you want a beautiful venue, delicious food, extraordinary staff, and every wish carried out have your reception here! We loved every second of it! Thank you Il Palazzo!

My son and his partner had their reception at Il Palazzo and it was amazing. I can not thank the staff enough for the wonderful job they did. The decorations were beautiful, the dinner service was excellent and all of our items were packed and ready to pick up the next day. They made it very easy to relax and enjoy our event. I would highly recommend this venue for any event

The Palazzo is a beautiful setting for a wedding reception, especially if you are needing extra space. Never once did I think people were overcrowded. Stephanie is the event coordinator and she was super easy to get in contact with and does a great job of trying to accommodate everything you need from start to finish.

She was so unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that everything went off without a hitch! They let us come in a few days before the wedding to set up which helped because we ended up having some last minute errands. With out of town guests, it was important to us to have a venue where we could have the ceremony and reception in one place and it worked out seemlessly! It is also a beautiful space and our pictures are gorgeous! I would absolutely recommend il Palazzo and Stephanie to anyone who asks!

We LOVED the Palazzo!! Kim is absolutely fabulous and did SO much for us. I could call/text her anytime about absolutely anything and she was always there to help. Kim went out of her way for us by ordering our linens, helping us decide how to do our dollar bartending (instead of a dollar dance), and made sure our video/slideshow was ready to go the day before our reception. Here are some things that we LOVED about the Palazzo: ---~They use allseated.com so you can customize your space layout, and they set it up exactly as you want!\r~They allowed for us to have three bars, instead of just the main one\r~They provide you with a list of vendors for catering, DJ, etc so you don't have to search high and low for them! Since they have a set list, all of the vendors are familiar with the Palazzo which helps to eliminate error\r~The venue is new, so everything from the bathrooms to the hall was clean\r~Everyone at the Palazzo is wonderful, and personally came up to us throughout the night to assure all of our needs were met\r~Did I mention how fabulous Kim is??\r\rThank you for making our reception night one we will never forget - PLEASE, use the palazzo for you wedding reception!!

Il Palazzo is such an incredible venue. The hall is beautiful, and there is so much room and parking. Missy is a fantastic coordinator and will make sure your day is as smooth as possible. She was more than accommodating with us! She coordinated with the rental places and caterers so that was one less thing we had to do! She really had our best interest at heart and went the extra mile to keep our day on track and things running smoothly. She was such a pleasure to work with. The venue is amazing as well and can pretty much decorate itself! We used a few of their simple centerpieces and saved a ton of money by doing that. The hall is VERY reasonably priced for everything you get! It was extremely clean and the bartenders were amazing. I cant say enough good things about the hall and the people that worked there. There is no other place I would have had my wedding. Such a great price for a fantastic experience!

I don't even know where to begin...not only was the venue fantastic and gorgeous, but Missy the coordinator way FANTASTIC! She bent over backwards for us from the beginning. She had many meetings with us to help us feel assured that our day would run seamlessly. There were some mixups that were due to miscommunications, but Missy went above and beyond to fix them and was super accommodating. She abides by her word and will do anything to make your day the best ever. A coordinator can be really pricy, but at the Palazzo its all included! From the beginning I was so excited to have our wedding at the Palazzo and I would do it all over again! Our guests ranted and raved about how BEAUTIFUL the venue was...and secrets out...it was so REASONABLY priced for all that you get! Look at it...I promise you will not be disappointed!
