The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is a hotel and wedding venue located in ChampionsGate, FL. Combining attentive service with stylish event spaces, the team here will go above and beyond to make your celebration one to remember. In addition to wedding ceremonies and receptions, this location can accommodate your engagement parties, pre-wedding showers and rehearsal dinners. The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate offers three distinct indoor event spaces where you can host your festivities, as well as various outdoor settings. Altogether, couples have over 248,000 square feet of space to choose from, which can comfortably accommodate up to 1,200 guests. The Grand Salon and Terrace, a romantic and stylish space, a lush event lawn and patio, ideal for couples who want to spend some of their day outside. There's also a fireplace and a breathtaking water wall made of natural granite with lighting and water features. Up to 300 guests can be hosted here. The Grand Salon and Terrace also feature two separate get-ready rooms for the couple and their party to use. The three indoor ballrooms can accommodate between 140 and 600 guests and offer stunning views of the surrounding greens. Once the festivities have drawn to a close, you and your loved ones can retire to the hotel's 862 luxurious rooms and suites. We loved having our wedding at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate! All our guests were absolutely impressed by the property, amenities, and friendliness of the staff. We turned our wedding into a weekend getaway, spending much time at the pool, spa, and golf course! It was a truly beautiful time and the Omni was so helpful in coordinating our events. We had a welcome reception the evening before our wedding at the clubhouse on the golf course and it was beyond stunning. Our guests raved about the view and couldn’t get enough of the delicious food! Our wedding day venue was the Grand Salon and when I tell you, it’s beauty truly speaks for itself! This ballroom has a stunning chandelier, beautiful get ready room, and adjacent lawn for all your cocktail hour dreams. The Omni staff was extremely patient and kind throughout my entire planning process. Marissa was particularly helpful in making my visions come to life as well as my coordinator through Just Marry!, Kristen, a service provided through booking with the Omni! A resort wedding was our vision but with the help of Marissa and Kristen, our vision became a wonderful dream come true. If you’re even considering the Omni, go take a tour and you’ll see what I mean!

Marissa came to my rescue when my wedding got abruptly canceled due to Hurricane Ian. After waiting almost 10 years to get married, we did not want to wait any longer. Omni Orlando squeezes us within 6 months! Not only was I squeezed in, but I was given the most amazing spaces, and they made my dream of an outdoor wedding come true. The complexity of large multi-day Indian weddings is already tough to handle, however, this was a destination wedding for us. Omni provided my family with storage space, accommodation to come in early for set up, hospitality rooms, and much more to keep all of my guests happy. Omni is equipped to handle multiple events occurring concurrently. The night of our wedding Marissa sent us an entire basket of goodies that my husband and I were able to enjoy. Marissa was very prompt in replying and able to make all kinds of last-minute changes or additions needed possible. She provided great communication with my Planner Rae and I. My guests loved having the all-inclusive feel Omni had to offer. With dozens of restaurants and bars on-site, everyone left happy. The staff during our wedding events constantly checked on my husband and I. They made sure we had a drink or something to eat at every event while always having a smile on their faces. One month later, and I still get calls from my friends and family about what an amazing hotel and wedding it was. I cannot wait to host another event at the Omni. This place will always have a special place in my heart. I would recommend all Indian brides!!

We have had the pleasure to work with Jennifer Smith during the early phases of the wedding planning process of March 2021. Jennifer had over 20 years of experience in her Role at the Omni and was noted by my vendors that she was indeed the best to work with. Our vendors added how easy it would be for them to execute our vision and stood by Omni's reputation. Our vendors also pointed out that our guests would have the best experience in comparison to the other properties we were touring. Within a weekend of touring the Omni along with many other venues we were happy to confirm the booking. Months later we learned that Jennifer was up for retirement and Stephany Fawcette was going to be taking over. At first we were nervous because Stephany was new to the property, however within a few e-mails and a call we were able to make our transition from one director to another seamless. Shockingly enough I have had earlier conversations with Stephany when she was at her previous property and her communications were exceptional and her excitement to work with us was genuine. We did not choose her previous venue because it couldn't handle our capacity of 600+ guests. I guess it was destined for us to work with Stephany. Stephany did everything in her will to ensure that we had an amazing experience at the hotel. She had an amazing rapport with our vendors and exceeded all of our needs. I highly recommend working with Stephany as she is truly someone who loves what she does. She is passionate and does whatever is needed to meet her clients needs.As a whole Omni was a phenomenal hotel and we wouldn't change a thing. Our guests loved the amenities of the resort and the staff was very inviting and considerate to our guests throughout the weekend. Our guests were blown away and enjoyed themselves at the golf course, restaurants, bars and pools. Our guests felt as if they were away at a destination wedding. As for the banquet halls we were blown away with the grounds for our photos and our processions. We used the International Ballroom for our Hindu Ceremony and National Ballroom for our Reception. It was amazing and a dream come true! The service was amazing, the bartenders were great and the hotel kept up with our heavy drinking crowd for the 5 hour bar we contracted.Overall we highly recommend Omni as the place to have any wedding. We plan to redo the whole thing upon our vow renewals in the future. The staff at the venue was super communicative, uplifting and accommodating to our needs. In particular it is indeed one the best places in Orlando to host a large, multi event, Indian wedding with guest counts ranging upwards of 600 guests.

We had the perfect wedding at the Omni. My husband and I wanted a Disney adjacent wedding in a magical place where we could have everything all in one location, and the Omni was incredible! Marissa and Megan went above and beyond to make the planning process smooth and special (they even made some magic happen on numerous occasions that really helped make the steps to our \"I do\" even better). They were the best! Try to get them if you can!In checking out venues to choose for our wedding, what really won me over was the guest service, the beautiful resort, the ceremony location with the waterfall fountain, and - la piece de resistance- the Grand Salon's gorgeous chandelier. All the other venues we visited had mundane lighting with dated, unattractive carpets that drew the eye. I couldn't really tell you what the carpet in the Grand Salon looked like because that swarovski crystal floral chandelier pulled my focus every time I entered the room. I knew right away I wanted the Omni. The food was spectacular! First of all, it made my planning life so easy that the food, beverage, and cake for the whole day were included in the package. I couldn't imagine the time loss on having to deal with 3 additional vendors for those elements. I did want a specialty cocktail with specific mixers I had to bring in myself, but it was a relatively easy process to work with Marissa and Megan on making that happen. Back to the food, my guests have been telling me that it's the best food they've had at any wedding by far. They were raving about it for weeks after, and one friend just told me he made a point to find and shake the hand of the chef! The Mahi Mahi was life changing, and I don't even normally like fish! Also Marissa and Megan made our food tasting experience an unforgettable memory that I will cherish! The resort is gorgeous with so many incredible places for photos. It is also MASSIVE. And if your guests aren't staying at the Omni, tell them the wedding starts an hour earlier than the actual start time. There were almost no guests at our ceremony location at the scheduled start time because A) traffic getting there is always a nightmare on I4, and B) my ceremony location was very far away from the resort entrance so those who arrived \"on time\" to the entrance still had a 10+ minute walk ahead of them. They had golf cart shuttles that helped, though. And signage everywhere guided our guests who walked. The honeymoon suite was wonderful! We didn't get to spend much time there because we did the Disney Parks in the days after the wedding (I would never recommend doing a park the day after the wedding, my feet and back regretted it). I wanted to stay longer, but it's quite pricey per night. Hopefully for an anniversary we can splurge on it one day. The spa and 5 pools give you and your guest plenty to do without ever leaving! There was A LOT going on at the Omni at the same time as us, so it may not be the spot for you if you want to be the only event happening at your venue. They did a good job keeping our event separate from the dancer event happening next door to us. There were hundreds of soccer kids there for a competition, so it was crowded! The main downside was during check out time when there weren't any luggage carts available and the wait for the elevator was 20+ minutes. We had to extend our check out time by an hour and sometimes use the stairs to bring our bags down. Ultimately, I was very happy with our choice!

We had an excellent experience hosting our wedding at the Omni. From the initial meeting, Stephany was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive and helped us organize a seamless event. She helped recommend vendor teams to us and knew so much about Indian wedding traditions. The hotel itself is beautiful with stunning outdoor and indoor event spaces. Our guests loved our venue and enjoyed resort amenities between events. We highly recommend hosting your wedding here!

One of the biggest factors for us that stood out at the Omni was the fact that one of the options for dinner for our wedding was \"stations\" - we have a big Italian family and we wanted more than just a buffet or plated dinner. Not only that, it included cake and a wedding coordinator for day of. They recommended other vendors that they have used before (which we hired each one because they were awesome!) and truly made it a great experience. Every interaction with them was great, leading up to the big day. They were very responsive and accommodating and worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted. Putting all that aside, the most memorable piece for us what the day after the wedding when all of our guests told us how amazing the staff were (bartenders, servers, etc) and how everyone at the hotel was friendly and nice - that's unmeasurable for us! We also were treated like royalty and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.If you need a venue for a wedding, I would highly recommend the Omni and look at the Celebration Falls area at the hotel :)

We recently had our son's wedding at the Omni Hotel in Championsgate. A week or so before the wedding I became a little anxious for the first time since the planning began back in May. Concerned about the food, music, weather etc.… Well, it all turned out to be amazing! The venue was perfect! And assistance provided by Marisa, Megan, and Melody at the Omni was exceptional! Their kind mannerism/professionalism, their attention to detail was so appreciated leading up to the wedding, and the service provided by Omni on the day of the event was also top notch. There were a few meal mix ups, but they did do their best to make it right as quickly as possible. We would highly recommend the Omni - it’s a 5 star for sure!

Their kind mannerism/professionalism, their attention to detail was so appreciated leading up to the wedding, and the service provided by Omni on the day of the event was also top notch. There were a few meal mix ups, but they did do their best to make it right as quickly as possible. We would highly recommend the Omni - it’s a 5 star for sure!

We just had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding weekend at the Omni and it was beyond our expectations! We had 250 guests who spent time before and after the wedding here as well and the facility/amenities offered makes for a wonderful place to stay! Rechelle helped with managing our wedding events and she was so attentive to our needs. Last minute we had to move one of our events indoor due to a rain forecast and she worked with our decorator after hours the night before to make sure our plan B event space would be just as spectacular! Lauren helped us with our room block and she was beyond helpful with our large room block and number of guests staying. She personally helped accommodate some last minute room reservations/extensions to make sure our guests could all enjoy the resort during our wedding weekend. I would recommend the Omni to anyone who is looking to host a wedding without hesitation!

Jennifer and her team at the Omni are amazing! We came for the beautiful venue but stayed for Jennifer. I am the groom of a beautiful, 200+ person, Indian wedding at the Omni Orlando over Memorial Day weekend 2021 - and we had an AWESOME time. Jennifer and her team were patient, supportive, and helpful throughout the whole process, even allowing us to rebook because of the COVID19 pandemic (our original date was October 24, 2020). There is no detail too small for Jennifer. Every SINGLE question (and we had a million) was answered by Jennifer. She is a VERY HIGH functioning person and her ability to keep track of multipoint emails and respond with the use of multicolored highlighting is IMPRESSIVE.She is very accessible and proactive. She truly loves her job and we love her for it. By the end of the whole process, we were actually SAD to not have to work with Jennifer anymore. She has a great sense of humor and you can tell that she's a caring person who wants to make your special weekend the best it can be. She is the best part about the Omni Orlando (which is already an amazing place) and is what ultimately led us to choose it over so many other locations in the Orlando area. If I could give this place more stars, I would. This place is ten stars!For the management, my only requests for future improvement are to allow outdoor events by the adult pool in the evening (it's such a beautiful space), to have more recycling options (and to be more sustainable - a lot of single use plastic in the pool areas), and to clean the grout in the walk-in showers (several rooms had more mold than grout).Overall, I love this place, Jennifer, and her team! If we could do it all over again, we would do everything the same - just not have spent so much time looking at other venues!

Jennifer and Miriam from Omni Wedding and Catering were absolutely fantastic! They worked with us for over two years, ensuring that we had every little detail in place for our special day. Throughout the whole planning process, both Jennifer and Miriam were so professional and knowledgeable with respect to the offerings of the Omni and other items we may have needed from outside vendors. They were so easy to work with as we customized our menus, scheduled our multiple events (rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, and wedding), and finalized all the details. They were very accommodating with ensuring we got each venue location that we wanted. The week of the wedding was such a special time. Jennifer, Miriam, and the entire Omni staff ensured that we had everything we needed from check-in to check-out. They were involved with each event as the days passed. Miriam was always available for any last-minute questions or set-up challenges. John (the day of catering manager), was also at each event and made sure we had everything we wanted. He made sure that we were actually able to eat, packed me to go-dinners when I wasn’t able to eat at the rehearsal dinner, and kept the tempo of the events on track as we had envisioned. When everything was said and done, we couldn’t have imagined a better wedding weekend, and this was really due to the wonderful work by Jennifer, Miriam, John, and the entire Omni staff. Everyone was so polite, welcoming, and just an overall joy to be around. All the venues that the Omni has to offer are absolutely stunning (especially the chandelier in the Grand Salon), and the wonderful staff at the Omni were really just the icing on the cake for our perfect wedding weekend.

Throughout the planning process, our points of contact were super responsive and helpful in every step from big to small details. My wedding at the Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate was a fairytale!! From the first time I met Jennifer Smith and toured the gorgeous hotel, my mind was made up! All of the other venues we visited could not compare! Jennifer and the entire Omni team were amazing to work with. We always felt like VIPS, and I swear it felt like I was their only bride! All of the other venues we visited could not compare! Jennifer and the entire Omni team were amazing to work with. We always felt like VIPS, and I swear it felt like I was their only bride! I’ll never forget my husband’s face when we walked into our reception room (Grand Salon). Everything was so beautiful! It was breathtaking. The Grand Salon is absolutely gorgeous! You have to see the chandelier! Jennifer also upgraded us to a beautiful, gigantic honeymoon suite! It had double balconies and overlooked all the pools and the golf course – just beautiful. They also just remodeled all their guest rooms and they look so modern, fresh, and amazing. The resort itself is massive, beautiful, and there’s so much to do! They always say something will go wrong on your wedding day, but our big day was truly seamless. It was so perfect and so much fun! I wish we could re-live it all over again. We had the privilege of working with Jennifer Smith at the Omni. We had originally planned our wedding at a different venue, but due to COVID we had to change venues, and quickly. We had right about 2 months before our date, and I reached out to the Omni to see if they happened to have our date available, and they did! Jennifer helped make it the easiest transition in such a short time, and was extremely responsive. We felt like we were her only couple, even though she had multiple weddings a weekend going on. Jennifer helped us plan our dream wedding and made sure our entire weekend was everything we had hoped for, even with a pandemic. She setup cabanas for us on the weekend, and got all the tee times set for the guys to head out to the course. She helped me plan my rehearsal dinner and kept it within the budget, with amazing food choice and drink tickets. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect day, and it was PERFECT! I cannot recommend having your wedding at the Omni Championsgate enough, you truly will have an amazing stay and wedding. From the rooms, to the pool, to the service, and the venue itself, everything was amazing! Almost all of our guest stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the resort so much! We arrived on Thursday, for our Sunday wedding, and Jennifer Smith greeted us in the lobby to run through our weekend before we got the weekend going. Jennifer made sure we had everything set to enjoy our weekend with family and friends, as well as making sure our vendors were taken care of. Again, I highly recommend having your wedding at the Omni Championsgate and working with Jennifer Smith. She will make sure your day is all you have dreamed of. Where to even begin? I planned my wedding with the Omni for over a year. My main contact was Alyssia. She was so incredible. I emailed her daily with, what I would consider, “stress questions” and without hesitation she had an answer. I absolutely loved the planning process with the Omni. They made me feel like I was the only Bride they were working with. Everything was so organized from start to finish. My wedding was planned for March 21, 2020, but COVID-19 had other plans. It was definitely heartbreaking but the Omni, once again, took care of me. They were so accommodating and took away all the worry and stress I had. July 31, 2020 was my new date and it was everything I dreamt of and so much more. From March to July I worked with Jennifer at the Omni. At first I was sad that I couldn’t communicate with Alyssia anymore but after a few emails, Jennifer knew every detail of my entire wedding. How amazing is that?! I don’t know what type of wedding I would’ve had without these wonderful ladies, and I’m glad I’ll never know, because nothing will ever come close to the sheer perfection that July 31, 2020 was. From this past year, to the week of the wedding, to the week after the wedding, pure perfection. The service, the resort, the rooms, the people, absolutely everything was incredible. Planning a wedding during the 2020 pandemic was no small endeavor. Jennifer Smith, Director of Catering and Sales, was there for every twist and turn during the planning process. Her professionalism, flexibility, creativity, and willingness to roll with the punches made my job EASY. Especially since I was an “out of state” bride. The reception food was delicious and the event space was breathtaking. Eddie Mercado and Sergio Cipriano were excellent reception hosts. Emily Schumaker and the team at David’s Club, who hosted our rehearsal dinner, were also fantastic. They were willing to assist with every detail, from making the paper menus to providing us a place to showcase our \"pre-wedding\"video, and I had no doubt that they would nail it. It was so refreshing to work with a team that you can trust. I truly mean this when I say, the second best part of getting married was getting to work with the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate. I HIGHLY recommend this vendor to host your wedding AND your guests because they have IT ALL.

Jennifer and her team did absolutely everything they could to make sure we had the wedding day of our dreams. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were forced to switch venues and were fortunate enough to hear that the Omni had reopened and was willing to host our event just three weeks before it was set to happen. Since we had been planning for a year to put on the event at another venue, the Omni team did everything they could to accommodate us with the plans we already had in place. For example, we had a fish and type of beef on our menu at the other venue that the Omni didn't serve. The Omni found the same fish and beef, brought it in for us and served it on our big day so we didn't have to change plans and go through another tasting. They also did this with several items we served at cocktail hour. The Grand Salon Ballroom was stunning, and the terrace was the perfect location for cocktail hour. Our guests loved the resort itself and how much it had to offer for both adults and families. And weeks later, no one has stopped talking about the food and how tasty it was. If we were to plan our wedding all over again, the Omni would be our #1 venue choice from the start. Thank you guys for the perfect day!

We came to find that the rest of the team was equally friendly and helpful during our short engagement (3 months) and seemed genuinely happy for us! The catering team patiently worked with us through numerous food station menu iterations, and at our tasting we not only got a preview of the delicious food but also of the impeccable service we could expect on our wedding day. The chef even made a gluten-free, sugar-free groom's cake that was amazing! We chose an unconventional setup for the ceremony layout, and the team executed it exactly as planned. The ballroom for both the ceremony and reception looked so nice that we didn't even bother with room decorations. We can't overstate what a positive experience we had working with the Omni!

When searching for a venue to host our wedding ceremony and reception we knew we wanted to have a golf course and a nice pool for the day before. I had always passed by the Omni but had never been, even as a local. They had us fill out a short questionnaire before scheduling the tour, regarding types of food you would be interested in and other small details that hadn't been figured out yet. The Omni was one of the last venues we looked at, so we knew what we were comparing it to. Amanda (no longer working there), gave us a tour of the grounds and started with the smallest ceremony and reception sites and worked our way around. Let me just tell you, each ballroom you visit gets nicer and nicer until you finally get to the Grand Salon. They should start with that because all bets were off upon entering the ballroom and seeing the flower chandelier. Upon finishing the tour, we were brought to a private room where they had champagne, sodas, and sample appetizers to go over their wedding brochure. Spot on customer service and really selling their hotel. We looked at one other venue after, but our minds had already been made up. Unfortunately Amanda had resigned from the Omni that week, but her replacement Michelle was just as helpful, and eventually replaced by Alyssia at the end when Michelle was promoted. They were very accommodating with our requests and the food tasting was superb! There was not one thing we tried that we did not like (definitely try the Mongolian beef and mashed potatoes!). We arrived to the hotel 2 days before the wedding where I met with Alyssia to sign the final documents and she treated us to a drink in the bar to chat. Unfortunately for the hotel the Coronavirus had just started making its way to the states and so their other events for the weekend were canceled. This meant the hotel wasn't as crowded as it typically would be. The day of the wedding was crazy busy, of course, and the only negative I would have to say was the lack of direction from the day-of coordinators (Just Marry) for where people were supposed to be. It was 30 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start and they still had not coordinated getting me from the main hotel room to the Grand Salon suite and almost had me walk right in to where the groom/groomsmen were (we did not want a first look)! It all worked out though. The other negative would be that we were not served any of our cake besides our first cake cutting bite. We were also not given the leftovers (which I was later told there was none left after they originally \"misplaced it\"). This was later worked out by getting a courtesy replacement of the two flavors from Alyssia. The last negative is the price of drinks my now-husband had ordered to his get-ready room. Sodas were nearly $6/can plus 26% service fee which is ridiculous, but it was considered part of the wedding package as an add-on... He wouldn't have ordered them knowing the price. However, they discounted it a tad as a courtesy. Overall, don't let these negatives outweigh the positives of the venue. As you can see I still gave a 5 star review because overall I think this was the best decision for us to have our wedding here :) The pictures you take on the grounds will be amazing!!

They were very accommodating with our requests and the food tasting was superb! There was not one thing we tried that we did not like (definitely try the Mongolian beef and mashed potatoes!). We arrived to the hotel 2 days before the wedding where I met with Alyssia to sign the final documents and she treated us to a drink in the bar to chat. Unfortunately for the hotel the Coronavirus had just started making its way to the states and so their other events for the weekend were canceled. This meant the hotel wasn't as crowded as it typically would be. The day of the wedding was crazy busy, of course, and the only negative I would have to say was the lack of direction from the day-of coordinators (Just Marry) for where people were supposed to be. It was 30 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start and they still had not coordinated getting me from the main hotel room to the Grand Salon suite and almost had me walk right in to where the groom/groomsmen were (we did not want a first look)! It all worked out though. The other negative would be that we were not served any of our cake besides our first cake cutting bite. We were also not given the leftovers (which I was later told there was none left after they originally \"misplaced it\"). This was later worked out by getting a courtesy replacement of the two flavors from Alyssia. The last negative is the price of drinks my now-husband had ordered to his get-ready room. Sodas were nearly $6/can plus 26% service fee which is ridiculous, but it was considered part of the wedding package as an add-on... He wouldn't have ordered them knowing the price. However, they discounted it a tad as a courtesy. Overall, don't let these negatives outweigh the positives of the venue. As you can see I still gave a 5 star review because overall I think this was the best decision for us to have our wedding here :) The pictures you take on the grounds will be amazing!!

We chose Omni because of its venue. We wanted an outside wedding overlooking the golf course and have a sunset wedding on a November date. Not romantic at all.Omni from the day we came and inquired has presented their wedding packages and options very well and they made it very simple saying... “ we will make your dream wedding come true.” And they did!!!No requests were denied and they will recommend an alternative if its really cannot be accommodated. For the most part they allowed us to do everything. We were able to create our dessert table, they provided everything we needed and more. There was nothing that they said they will do or provide that did not happen.The whole experience is just amazing.We were very particular and detailed on how we wanted things and we were amazed that they were able to follow everything exactly the way we pictured it and more.Omni also provides a wedding coordinator with Blush by Brandee Gaar and cake artist with Sugar Sugar who were all amazing and are the best. Omni will set this all up for you. You wont go wrong with Omni. They have back up plans for everything! The event staff is great to work with and very accommodating.The customer service is impeccable. The venue is very elegant. The food options and packages are great and reasonable and food is topnotch! Bar service is on point. Our guests can’t stop raving about our wedding. Wait staff they provided in our reception was like ninjas at work. You wont even need to get their attention at all because they are anticipating your needs. Its just overall topnotch, class A service! We would like to thank OMNI for the wonderful experience! Our whole wedding, every detail of it was perfect!!! We had the most amazing wedding at the Omni, we planned our wedding from Scotland and all the staff we were in contact with were so helpful and made it so easy! We started of planning with Taylor and when she left Michelle stepped in and everything was so smooth! Michelle knew everything as if we had been planning with her the whole time, every question was answered quickly a d if there was anything she didn’t know she made sure the correct person was copied in to answer! The venue itself is stunning, we flew over to specifically look at venues and nothing compared to the Omni it had everything us and our guests could need! My parents stayed a few nights earlier and they were treated so well by all the staff they were really made to feel special! When we were staying there were so many surprises and extra touches that just added to our perfect experience! On the day of the wedding all the staff went above and beyond, Kevin and I were never without a drink or something to eat everything was set up and displayed so beautifully! I do not have a bad thing to say about the Omni or any of its staff and would definitely recommend anyone considering the Omni to book!

You can search high and low for all-inclusive wedding venues and won't find the value, attention to detail and five-star service you'll receive from Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. I was intrigued when I visited their website and absolutely sold once I toured the property and met with the FANTASTIC Amanda Demore. To start, the resort is absolutely stunning. They have multiple ceremony sites and numerous ballrooms to choose from. We opted for the GC Commons for the ceremony and ChampionsGate Ballroom. It was the perfect size for our guest list and has a private balcony. After the contract was signed, Amanda remained accessible for questions and was simply a joy to work with the entire year leading up to and including our wedding day. Let's talk about their catering...because wow, at this point your planning is kicked into high-gear and it's time to choose your dinner options! Enter Michelle Argueta (Catering Service Manager) and Alyssia Dewey (Catering Coordinator). These two blew us away again with their warm personalities during our menu tasting. I have to mention they will work with you on dietary restrictions. Being gluten-free, I was ecstatic to know I could enjoy everything on our menu and cocktail hour hor d'oeuvres. The chef whipped up delicious, mouth-watering options that our guests are still raving about! We wanted to personalize our wedding with signature cocktails and Michelle brought our creations to life. I can't thank her enough for being so patient, kind and attentive to my husband and I through the countless emails and calls in those last few weeks. I remember how happy I was seeing Amanda, Michelle and Alyssia just outside our reception doors before our big entrance. I was giddy with excitement and gave them all the biggest hugs filled with gratitude. All of their hard work led up to this moment. Their service staff was on-point the entire night. Our wedding was perfect! The Omni was such a beautiful location for our special day, we are so pleased we chose them! Amanda Demore was fantastic in helping us prepare for our big day. From our first emails to the day of, she was always there to answer our questions and ensure we had whatever we needed. Marissa Musumeci was also involved in our planning process and onsite the day of and we appreciated her help so much.The Omni provided a package for our wedding that made planning so much easier. I would highly recommend this package. You are able to stay involved in the planning process, but you don't have to worry about getting all of the puzzle pieces to come together - the Omni package takes care of this for you! They provided the ceremony space, the reception space, get ready rooms, a day of coordinator, a company for our cake, food and beverage by Omni staff, attendants throughout the day for service and and all setup/ tear down.The venue was beautiful. Our ceremony was outside at the Ballroom Commons just before sunset. With the beautiful landscaping we opted to add very little of our own decor. The backdrop of palm trees and pink hibiscus bushes was all we needed! We took photos around the grounds at sunset and they were amazing!Our reception was held at the Grand Salon which I would highly recommend. It's set a bit further away from the resort and it made our event feel much more intimate. Our cocktail hour was just off the salon on the patio. It provided plenty of space for our guests. The fire pit and water feature made for fun photos, and the sunset in that spot was amazing!We had a buffet dinner and beer and wine bar. The service staff was incredible. I can't say enough good things about them! They took care of everyone and kept the reception space looking perfect. They were constantly checking on myself and the groom to ensure we had all we needed. I don't have their names but thank you!I could gush about our wedding all day. Holy Smokes. There are not enough words on the planet to describe how AMAZING the Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate is!! They went so far above and beyond our expectations and I cannot imagine a more perfect wedding day. Amanda was a rock star/angel on Earth. She worked SO hard for our little wedding. She even found ways to add special little touches that we didn't even know we wanted! The team is AMAZING. They made the entire wedding planning process so fun and SO easy! The one comment I have heard from our guests more than any other is how fantastic the entire staff at the Omni was. We were blown away by the level of service provided. I cannot possibly thank the team enough for giving us the gift of a dream wedding. I recommend the Omni for literally anything. Seriously! Vacations, weddings, family reunions, baby showers... anything! Trust the Omni Orlando team--they will make your dream a reality!

My hubby and I recently wedded at the Omni Resort Orlando at Championsgate. All I can say 10/10 top notch service delivered! The Omni resort were very accommodating to ensuring our special day would be perfect. The venue is beautiful, excellent service all-round, and the food was amazing. My guests were very impressed with everything. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends whether it be for an event or just for a stay to lodge. We will be back to visit in the near future:)))

Although I’m organized, they were even more on top of it with friendly reminders for upcoming deadlines; I received frequent “just checking in on you” emails and calls. We had a world-class tasting with the catering staff, our fantastic planner from Blush by Brandee Gaar, and 4 guests. I felt like royalty- they pulled out the red carpet and the food that day & wedding day was out of this world. Take it from me - my mom is an Executive Chef and she was beyond impressed. The month leading up to the wedding was made easy because of them. The wedding week was amazing surprise after surprise - we had so many treats delivered to our rooms, we had check-ins from everyone to let me know everything was going smoothly, and the staff pulled it all off with no issues. Look no where else if you want a 5-star experience on your big day, with the best staff around. I would book them again in a heartbeat no questions asked. I can not say enough wonderful things about the Omni for our wedding. We visited them first and had a feeling this was where we wanted to get married but after visiting other venues we knew 100%. The customer service at the Omni BEFORE we even signed a contract was absolutely amazing. We worked with Amanda during the planning process and Taylor took over about two months before our wedding because Amanda got promoted. Both were fabulous and both were 100% accessible the whole time we were planning up until the day of our wedding. I honestly couldn't imagine a better team than the team at the Omni. If you want an absolutely wonderful experience when it comes to planning your wedding with a team that makes it incredibly easy for you, the Omni is the way to go. Not to mention the grounds are beautiful and there is a ton of stuff for people who are staying at the hotel to do during the weekend! Honestly it is now two months after our wedding and I miss the planning process. If we were doing it over again, we wouldn't change one thing about our wedding weekend at the Omni.

I fell in love with the Omni the moment we walked in. I initially set up a contract with Lindsey Kurtz who was extremely professional, phenomenal and very well knowledgeable ! She was there with any question or concerns we may have had and she was prompt to answer. I felt no worries on my wedding day because of Lindsey Kurtz and her team. I can’t say enough about my expierence. They ensured my wedding day was absolutely perfect from start to finish! I also worked with several of the suggested outside vendors who were just as great and were very easy going to any changes And/or concerns I had. I truly hands down felt like royalty on my big day! I felt sad that my expierence of planning my wedding and working with Lindsey Kurtz and her team was over because I wouldn’t be working with the best of the best anymore. We recently got married on January 6th, 2018 and our day was truly a dream come true : ) From the time we walked in and met with Lindsey for our tour we knew right then that we had found our home! Lindsey, Amanda and their team were absolutely amazing from start to finish and we could not be any more grateful. They were excellent with communication (which is hard to find nowadays) went over and beyond to work with our budget, accommodated us like VIP’s on our big day and took care of everything, man the list can on and on – I could be here for hours lol. The point is, if you are reading this and contemplating book a tour! You will definitely not be disappointed with your choice! XO

I cannot say enough about The Omni Resort at Championsgate! Our wedding was perfect form start to finish! We searched high and low and found our perfect venue when we arrived at Omni. From the moment we first met Lindsey and toured the resort, we were wowed by the elegance of this place as well as by the professionalism displayed by all staff members. The Venue: It was clear that Omni had it all together; beautiful golf course ceremony accompanied by sophisticated ballrooms. With such a beautiful venue, there was no need to fluff-up the place with overwhelming decor. We simply had uplighting provided by a DJ (Orlando DJ and Lighting), centerpieces, chair covers, and flowers to decorate the ceremony archway (provided by florist). Omni took care of all the catering, linen, silverware, cake, tables/chairs, and lots of other misc. items. The Team: Lindsey and Amanda are the main Omni staff members that take care of it all! They have excellent communication not only with the bride/person of contact, but also amongst each other so that everybody is on the same page. They are always available to help and answer questions, and most importantly to ensure a smooth wedding day. Lexie was our wedding coordinator- she absolutely kept everything on track and in order to actually execute a stress-free wedding day. Lexi works for company called 'Blush by Brandee Gaar' and her services are included by Omni. These three gals know what they are doing and work so well together. I honestly have never been a girlie girl that dreams about fairytales and plans things out, but let me tell you, these gals made magic happen! The FOOD: Your guests won't remember how detailed your centerpieces are or care that you forgot to have the gazillion wedding etiquettes right 100% of the time. Please DO get the food right! It's almost been a year since our wedding and people still compliment the food from our wedding day. Everything was de-li-cious! Keep in mind that you may modify a particular food to your liking, just say so during the tasting. We made sure to eat during our reception by allotting this time with our planner (Lindsey) and the DJ. Brides please don't stress. Yes, there are way too many details in planning a wedding and of course you want everything to go right. Remember that it is OK if not everything goes as planned. It is your day to shine, but mostly importantly it is the days that TWO become ONE in the presence of all our loved ones. Keep the big picture in mind and trust professionals to orchestra the big day so that you can actually suck it all in. Dance, eat, take a good look at everything that is happening around you and don't let the \"paparazzi\" annoy you with all the selfies they want on their cameras or whatever it is that can ruin your day.

I cannot say enough about the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate and the team that we worked with planning our wedding! From the start of planning Lindsey Kurtz and Amanda Demore did a fabulous job, communication lines were open and feelings of being VIP were felt. As busy as this team can probably get, we never felt left hanging or in the dark. Our wedding was not just a day it was a fun filled week for family and friends. The Omni has all you want for ceremony location, reception ballrooms and a place for guests to lay their heads. We fell in love with the Omni property our first visit with Lindsey and Amanda. My husband and I enjoyed a complimentary round of golf, then were welcomed with champagne and delicious appetizer as we embarked deeper into wedding planning with Lindsey and Amanda. I explored several other Orlando venues but never go the prompt response or good feels that this dynamic duo gives off! We quickly were able to decide on an outdoor ceremony location and the beautiful ChampionsGate ballroom for our approximately 120 wedding guests. We were set up with Cullen, whom did a great job coordinating our room block and tackling our guest reservations. Omni offers a complimentary stay in a suite for the Bride and Groom on your wedding night, we loved the room and decided to stay in it the entire week of or wedding. Plus the bridal parties are provided with a special get ready room the big day. The night before our wedding we welcomed guests with a fun filled TexMex party near the fire pit area. Amanda and Lindsey helped me created a big Texas style menu for my guests, this was a custom menu and everyone loved everything, especially my Texas raised groom. Attention to every detail down to particular food requests were honored. Our rehearsal went off without a hitch and we easily made our way to the fire pit to enjoy our guests. The morning of our wedding day, I was so excited to host a private yoga class for my lady family and friends. The Omni grounds were the perfect setting to watch the sun rise and feel the Namaste vibes with my lady tribe before all the craziness of the big day! My vendors were all lined and a timeline was set by the awesome Busy Bee team, this was a perk included in our wedding package, and much appreciated. Busy helped my mother decorate our ceremony site outdoors, which was conveniently located near the cocktail hour directly after the ceremony. One of the best things about this venue is the fact we eliminated travel for our all out of town guests for the entire wedding weekend. Our reception ballroom could not have been more beautiful , I must credit my mother and family for setting up the ballroom the evening before. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and more! We loved everyone we met from the David's Grill bartenders or the poolside cabana employees. We did not celebrate just one day, we enjoyed ourselves and our family and friends for nearly a week. We especially loved our final day with our friends and family at the cabana that was compliments of Amanda the day after our wedding. We ended our stay with a private small family style dinner at the sushi restaurant called Zen. Everywhere we went we felt VIP, as did our guests.The groomsmen enjoyed the golf course, the ladies enjoyed the pool and spa! The children enjoyed the pool, kids camp and the Easter weekend festivities. We cannot wait to go back to visit our team and the Omni!

After long and frustrating months of searching and researching possible wedding venues my then fiancée and I were convinced that Omni Championsgate was our venue. Well, they did not disappoint!!!It was an absolute joy to work with the wonderful staff at the Omni Championsgate Orlando. Amanda DeMore, the Catering Services Manager tag teamed with our brilliant wedding planner Brandee Gaar to make our dream wedding come true magically!! From start to finish, with friendly and efficient service and sound advice they made it all effortlessly seamless. They, along with the entire Omni team were very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. It was extremely easy to communicate our ideas to them and they took the time to help us work out every detail. After long and frustrating months of searching and researching possible wedding venues my then fiancée and I were convinced that Omni Championsgate was our venue. Well, they did not disappoint!!!It was an absolute joy to work with the wonderful staff at the Omni Championsgate Orlando. Amanda DeMore, the Catering Services Manager tag teamed with our brilliant wedding planner Brandee Gaar to make our dream wedding come true magically!! From start to finish, with friendly and efficient service and sound advice they made it all effortlessly seamless. They, along with the entire Omni team were very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. It was extremely easy to communicate our ideas to them and they took the time to help us work out every detail. All the vendors we used were fantastic and it really helped that they knew of the Omni and the space so they knew what they were working with. We worked with Amanda and Maria (the wedding coordinators provided by the Omni) who made planning our wedding fun and special. They thought of all of the small details and we could tell they were very experienced. Between all of the meetings prior to our special day and our wedding day itself, we never once worried about anything. They handled scheduling the arrival of all the vendors and oversaw the entire set up. As the bride, it was extremely helpful to not have to worry about anything going wrong or setting up the day of. The staff at the Omni are professional, cordial, helpful, and all around pleasant people to work with and share our special day with. I would highly recommend hosting your wedding at the Omni. You will not be disappointed.

My husband got married at Omni Orlando Resort on April 2, 2016. Everything from the tour of the property, to the customer service, and attention to detail of everyone is impeccable! The only thing that didn't work to our favor was that it rained during the day of our wedding, so the ceremony had to get moved inside. It is spring in Florida, so I knew the chances were possible, but the ceremony was still great as our officiant/pastor was great! My dad actually was the one that found this venue, and we were able to tour the property and meet Lindsey about a year before our wedding date. She was AMAZING and made it like they were lucky to have us visit. Throughout the wedding planning process, I worked with Amanda DeMore who is another asset to team!! I felt like she was amazing answer every single one of my emails and during the week of the wedding, my text messages. She was able to work with my dad on a custom premium drink package with signature cocktails as he didn't want a full liquor bar. Amanda even helped with me with getting in touch with the pool restaurant as I wanted to host a Friday pool party for out of town guests, and they were able to accommodate that! Amanda was right there the entire wedding weekend and took care of everything . The staff here really know what they are doing! Everyone was raving about our wedding and still are saying how it was one of the most fun weddings that they have been to! Also wanted to mention Eddie, the banquet captain. He was awesome as well!! Literally everyone at Omni Orlando caters to you. We cannot wait to come back for our anniversary weekend!

If I had to do it all over again, I would still definitely choose Omni! Our entire weekend was so memorable and personalized. From the first time we met with the Omni staff, they went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel special. We visited a number of high-end venues in the area, but many of them seemed to consider us as just another number to meet their quota. Omni, however, proved to be superior in every aspect: the layout of the property (not too big, not too small), options for customization, and IMPECCABLE SERVICE. The team (Amanda, Lindsay, and Lexie) was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were extremely accommodating with a variety of special requests. A question was never left unanswered. They provided a sufficient amount of options to choose from which suited our needs and budget, and we were able to PERSONALIZE our choices. One advantage that Omni had over other venues was the ability for us to work with one consistent team throughout the process. We weren't passed along from department to department. They were all genuinely happy to create a seamless wedding weekend for us.I would have to say one of the only problems we encountered was the room blocking process. Although complicated, it ultimately worked out.The venue itself was perfect. The entire facility was in great condition. Although my husband and I are Orlando locals, over 90% of our guests (225 total) were from out-of-town. Having a resort environment in a central location for everyone was essential when choosing a reception venue.My husband enjoyed golfing with his friends and family the morning of the wedding.I was able to relax and enjoy a massage at the spa with my mom and sister just a couple days before the wedding.Our cocktail hour was mostly indoors and partly outdoors. It was a gorgeous day outside, so it provided guests with a nice view.The National Ballroom suited our needs well. We had enough space for all our guests without the room feeling too large.The FOOD WAS AMAZING during the cocktail hour and reception! I still have guests raving about the food and open bar. Bartending service was quick and friendly.The pool/outdoor area served as the perfect space for our entire family the day after the wedding.Overall, we made the perfect choice! We STRONGLY RECOMMEND choosing Omni for your wedding!

I can not speak more highly of the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate. My husband and I were married on April 9, 2016. When we came to the hotel for our tour, we met with Lindsay. She gave us a tour of the property, and instantly we knew this is where we wanted to get married. My husband and I had our hearts set on getting married on the beach on the Gulf of Mexico, but with family traveling from all over the world, we decided to have it in Central Florida. The Hotel is breathtaking. The staff is truly amazing. Every single detail was exactly what we wanted. The night we toured the property, Lindsay was fantastic, and was fantastic throughout the entirewedding planning process. Her taking the time to find out EXACTLY what we wanted, and to tailor a package for us was above and beyond. Once the contract was signed, we met with Amanda Demore. CAN NOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY OF HER. Every single question, was answered and she went above and beyond with EVERYTHING. Our day was fully taken care of. The day of our wedding, I woke up completely sick with Strep Throat. Amanda throughout the entire day took care of EVERYTHING that I couldn't even think of. She told me to take a breath and that everything was under control. Every single time with a kind smile. My husband and I are so grateful for the team at the Omni. Every single one of our wedding guests raved for months, and still do about the food, and the atmosphere. We had guests traveling from 4 continents, so we had to throw an amazing wedding...every single detail was above and beyond. Could not have had a more perfect wedding day!! Amanda, Lindsay and all the staff could not have done more for us and were so accommodating especially as I was planning my day from the UK. Every question was always answered so promptly. The day itself ran so smoothly, the food was incredible and everyone commented how tasty it was. We were married at the ballroom commons which was so private and picturesque and had our reception in the championsgate room which was the perfect size and so pretty. I loved all the natural light and the private balcony! The package you receive is very good, the cake that was supplied was so tasty (we did pay extra as wanted some extra tiers). We didn't find the private cocktail room until the cocktail hour was over but it had so much food! The suite for the wedding night was lovely and the staff made sure all our belongings were moved into it for us. I really can't rate this place any higher we loved our day and the bonus honeymoon stay was just as incredible. The omni resorts are always so breathtaking and the championsgate is no exception. Amanda Demore from the Omni Orlando is truly the best! Our wedding was planned for the Amelia Island, FL and was relocated to Orlando, FL 3 days before the wedding due to Hurricane Matthew. The resort definitely made the wedding planning process stress free and smooth sailing especially considering the situation! An evacuated bride is not the easiest person to deal with but the resort was wonderful and Amanda was there so help. Everything was beautiful and we received so many compliments on our wedding and it was all because the resort was able to accommodate us so easily (or at least they made it look easy!). We started planning in 2015 over a yr ago. During that year period we had 3 different wedding planners due to different circumstances. We were so annoyed going in thinking we have to plan the wedding again for the 3rd time as the info was never passed along correctly. Once we switched over to Amanda and her team (who we only knew for 3 days) we didn’t have any more issues. I must have said to everyone that weekend 100 times how this wouldn’t have been possible with out Amanda and Lexie (at Blush by Brandee Gaar)- I am not one to usually write reviews but in this case I felt it was necessary and wanted to do whatever I can to let people know if they want to plan a wedding and have someone who can understand what you want, take the time to get to know you and whats most important- call Amanada and Lexie at the Omni Orlando. They took what was an awful experience from start to 3 days before the wedding and made it the most memorable day/weekend of my life. Not to mention how much fun everyone else had. Thank you so much again and I would highly recommend this resort to any engaged couple!

Amanda Demore from the Omni Orlando is truly the best! Our wedding was planned for the Amelia Island, FL and was relocated to Orlando, FL 3 days before the wedding due to Hurricane Matthew. The resort definitely made the wedding planning process stress free and smooth sailing especially considering the situation! An evacuated bride is not the easiest person to deal with but the resort was wonderful and Amanda was there so help. I can't say enough good things about hosting our wedding at the Omni ChampionsGate and that's coming from a bride who had a HURRICANE on our wedding day. When we first started the process of booking our wedding, I wasn't sure about any of it. As a more \"mature\" bride, I didn't have the same ideas about themes and such that many brides do. When asked what I wanted I said simple, elegant and romantic. I also did have some very clear ideas about what I did and did not want. I didn't want an outside wedding with an indoor back up plan...I wanted an indoor wedding. I wanted a room that we could make look like a church, I wanted my cocktail hour in a room and I wanted all of my wedding \"rooms\" next to each other. I felt absolutely blessed when we found the Omni. Amanda Demore and Lindsay Kurtz are absolutely dedicated to their work and insuring wedding day perfection. Every vendor we worked with were excited to be working at an Omni wedding. The detail and excellence that the staff provided soothed every nerve I had. What the staff couldn't get done, Amanda made happen. I couldn't be happier with the wedding arrangements, food was fabulous and accommodations were perfect for our large family. I can not say enough about the great memories we have of our wedding day and we are so glad we chose the Omni for our venue. We have a great amount of gratitude for Amanda, Lindsay and all the staff of the Omni.

The team I worked with was outstanding with communication, kindness (even during my bridezilla moments), and professionalism. Lindsey, Lexie, and Amanda were always on point with their service. The package they offered was the best bang for your buck and worth every penny. They were so helpful with a multitude of changes with budget, guest count, and date change; their flexibility was honestly a surprise with how high quality of a resort they are. The food was delicious and all of my guests raved about it. The Omni team treated Juan and I with such care and attention that we felt like royalty, if I had to plan a wedding all over again I would choose the Omni Orlando resort in a heartbeat!

Many thanks to the Omni staff, as our Hollywood Glam wedding of just over 130 people was planned with much greater ease than we could have ever dreamed. Amanda Demore was truly exceptional. She communicated with me in a timely manner, offered great ideas/suggestions, and also genuinely seemed to want our wedding to be glorious. Our visit to the Omni blew us away (we live out-of-state), and I cannot say enough about the staff. The level of professionalism, care/consideration, thoughtfulness, warmth, and sense of welcome were phenomenal. We wanted to do the wedding all over again and never leave the resort! We are so, so happy that we chose the Omni. I never felt like I was in the dark about anything - in fact, for a type-A person, I felt like the catering staff were more on top of things than I was at times - and at no point in the process did I doubt that our wedding was going to be anything short of spectacular. From beginning to end - booking the venue from out-of-state, countless emails sent and received, visiting the Omni for our tasting and tour, the wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and of course the reception - we were beyond impressed with the service. The staff met our needs and more! Best part - there were fireworks at our reception (part of the Memorial Day celebration), which made for a beautiful backdrop for pictures. Amanda and the staff kept this as a sweet little surprise. Also, the food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, and the culinary staff were wonderful and very responsive. We had our own personal butler who gave us such a nice wedding blessing! Overall, I love that everything felt organized. Everyone was so calm, cool, and collected, which in turn put us at ease. The catering staff at the Omni are a classy bunch and if you are looking to be pampered and treated like royalty (with all of your wedding desires met), the Omni is a must. The accommodations were A+, including our honeymoon suite, which was huge and so nice!! And of course our poolside cabana was pretty cool too. I also have to mention the omelet’s (and the breakfast in general) at Trevi’s (one of the restaurants on-site) – delicious! In hindsight, I should have booked a brunch there at Trevi’s the day after the wedding. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who took great care of us and contributed to a special day that we will always hold dear. I cannot praise this place too highly.\r\rMy daughter and her future husband chose this venue for their wedding and I am so glad they did.\r\rBecause we live in United Kingdom, we had to communicate with Lindsey Kurtz via email, but every request or question that we had was answered promptly and efficiently.\r\rWe managed to view the hotel when we went for the menu tasting, and that was a treat in itself, Amanda was our host for this and she was another person who was a great help during the whole process.\r\rThe day of the wedding could not have been better. The ceremony and the cocktail hour were held outside as the weather was fine. During the cocktail hour we had canapes served which were delicious and plentiful.\r\rThe food at the reception was very good, we offered our guests a choice of chicken or fish and everyone I spoke to commented how tasty it was.\r\rWe opted for the drinks package and the bartender was very impressive, not just by the quick service but by the way he appeared to remember everyones drinks.\r\rWe were assisted by our wedding planners 'The Busy Bee' prior to the wedding and on the day itself. I could not fault them at all.\r\rEach and every member of staff that we encountered was pleasant and wished us luck for the wedding.\r\rIt was a truly wonderful day and I would highly recommend this as a wedding venue.\r\r

For me The Omni Orlando Resort was love at first site. The location is away from all the craziness of Orlando (Disney, Universal and Downtown) and it's an easy drive right off I4 for all your guests. The city itself is beyond gorgeous. It's brand new, clean and as you enter you drive under the \"Championsgate\" signs with a beautiful view of the Omni in the background. Past the city, the Omni is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever visited. It's so stunning driving up the winding driveway with the golf course and flowers... it literally takes your breath away. The Omni staff is also top notch. I cannot express enough gratitude to Lindsey Kurtz and Amanda Demore for all the personal attention, guidance, organization, attention to detail and the countless hours of extra time dedicated to making my dream day a reality. They are so unbelievably professional, precise, organized and willing to go above and beyond to make us happy. I don't think they ever said \rNo to any request we presented (and we had a lot). This venue is HANDS down the best Orlando has to offer. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend. There is absolutely not even one negative thing to say about this venue and our entire experience. We were treated like gold and had the best overall experience when it came to all aspects of our wedding weekend. Our parents and families were also so pleased as Lindsey and Amanda went out of their way to make their experience one to remember as well. Everything was absolutely PERFECT. Best day of our lives. My now husband and I both work in the resort industry here in Orlando. It's safe to say we felt over qualified and lucky to know the other resorts in the area well enough to choose the perfect hotel wedding location. After visiting JW Marriott, Ritz Cartlon, Gaylord Palms, amongst many other luxury properties, it was clear that the Omni Championsgate was the one that captured both our hearts.\rFrom the very first day, when my husband and I went to meet Lindsey and Amanda just to view the property(Omni's event planners & wedding coordinators, who were literally with us every step of the way while planning the whole thing) we were treated as royalty. They made sure we were comfortable with every choice we made, encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone on somethings, and I must say EVERY SINGLE THING that they said was a good idea, definitely ended up being!! Also, the vendors they recommended all ended up being first class businesses. The only thing I didn't listen to them on was my photographer. I researched online and found a local couple for cheap. I was beyond wrong... I still regret not going with one of the few five star photographers Lindsey showed me in her book, however, the flawlessness in everything else my wedding had made that easier to bear at the end of everything.\r\rHaving said all that, having our wedding at the Omni Championsgate was the BEST CHOICE we have ever made. The venues were gorgeous, everyone's room (especially ours) were amazing, and the five star service is the topping on the cake. \rPut it this way... We ended up extending our stay here an additional night instead of moving onto our actual honeymoon destination, due to our love of this resort. Please don't make a mistake... For the wedding of your dreams, just know it is EASILY achieved when booking it here!!

The Omni Championsgate was nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process from my first meeting until my wedding day. Lindsey, Amanda and the whole catering staff were fabulous in listening to what our vision was and making it come to life. Another big thing for my husband and I was that they were very responsive and did not hesitate to go above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the food options, vendor set up, bridal/groom suites and the timing of everything. \r\rThe Omni team made my husband and I feel like we were royalty on the day of our wedding. They upgraded our bridal suite as well as made sure there was champagne, snacks and beer in the suite as well as our room. They also listened to what we needed and made sure they were prompt in making sure everything went smoothly. \r\rI would ABSOLUTELY choose the Omni, the amazing team and the venue over again. The money was so well spent and it honestly went off without a hitch. I can't say enough wonderful things about them!
