What an amazing and affordable venue! My husband and I booked this venue for both our wedding and reception in July of 2021. We held the wedding ceremony in the Demaret Room and the reception in the adjacent 19th Hole Room.Mr. Hinton was such a supportive contact as I asked a million questions and worked to make our wedding day just like we had always dreamed. And he did not disappoint. On the day of, the staff was so friendly and helpful too! The plated dinners we selected were absolutely delicious and we now have beautiful pictures taken at the venue to look back on in the years to come!

I would give them 4 1/2 stars. Everything went very well. The person that helped us from the Onion Creek Club worked with us every step of the way. She was very professional and understood what my daughter and her fiance wanted. Unfortunately, she left her job the week before the wedding but her replacement did well considering we hadn't dealt with her the whole time. The venue was beautiful (wedding was outside on the course). The reception was in the large dining room. It held 110 people comfortably with plenty of room for dancing. The table linens and vases and mirrors were furnished by OCC. We did our own flowers and OCC was very helpful in letting us store the centerpieces the day before. The food was very good. The house wine choices and the variety of beer all were good. The ONLY negative was the sound system. My daughter only wanted music playing from their playlist which all worked but the speakers and amplifier couldn't carry the volume needed for the space. We were never told that would be a problem. Obviously a DJ brings their own sound system so it may be that they didn't know. They did try to fix it during the reception. Again I would give them 4 1/2 stars if allowed. They were very responsive and really helped us plan the whole wedding. They understood our budget and gave us many options. I would host another event there without hesitation!

We had our reception at the Onion Creek Club and it was fabulous! I took them all of our decorations a couple days before the wedding and they set everything up beautifully. The staff is really friendly and awesome. They catered a delicious meal and cut the cake and really just took care of us the entire time we were there. At the end they cleaned things up and helped my parents and friends load decorations and presents into the car. My parents were out of there about 15min after we did the send off with everything done. I was surprised because we had a lot of tables (there were about 140 guests). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to hold a party. I was so happy we chose them for our reception. :)

I used Onion Creek for my ceremony and reception. Linda, the coordinator at the club, was extremely helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. We got many compliments on the food, also. There were plenty of staff on board that day for all the set up and tear down and everything was very organized. Compared to other venues, I thought you got a much bigger bang for your buck, as set up and tear down were all part of the package, and they have their own staff, food, alcohol, bartenders, etc in house. It was much less to coordinate by having it all in one place. The ceremony is outside on the golf course so the setting is beautiful. Even though the trees hadn't quite bloomed before our big day, Linda took the time to walk around the course with us to determine the prettiest setting. I couldn't have been more pleased with how everything turned out.
