They offer tours of the hotel to help you choose the right event space for you, your budget, and your vision for the day. Manager Marnie Giacoletti has worked in hospitality for more than 20 years, working with couples as they prepare for their dream day. She is excited to help you plan your special milestone and is ready to support you however you need. Ontario Airport Hotel & Conference Center offers a selection of sites where you can celebrate your wedding. The main ballroom has a maximum capacity of 500 guests, as does the sunlit atrium. A more intimate gathering can be hosted in the Ponderosa Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 200 people. You can exchange your vows outdoors in the picturesque rose garden, while 250 of your nearest and dearest look on. The on-site wedding specialist is happy to work closely with you to streamline the planning process. Catering and beverage services can be taken care of by the hotel's own team, while the experienced service staff is ready to assist. A number of event rental items can be provided by the venue.
