My husband and I were married in April at Opus. It by far exceeded all our expectations from the venue to the food and the staff! Nicole, Emma and Victoria made me feel like we had been friends for years! I appreciate them and all of their hard work!

My wife and I visited at least 20 of Long Island's top wedding venues so Iâm pretty sure that this qualifies me as an expert to say - OPUS was by far the best from the beginning. The decor, the service, the food, our point person Nicole, and the feeling you get when you walk into the venue are truly unmatched to anything else on Long Island or within New York. Not only is this a historical landmark, but a beautiful recently renovated setting that makes you feel as if youâve been transported to the roaring 20âs with a modern elegant flare. You walk in to view the long and luxurious bar that can either lead you to your private outdoor seating and garden area or venture to the dance floor and dining room with ravishing in wall fireplaces and show stopping chandeliers that will be sure to have your guests raving about you for months. With multiple options for seating, dancing, and privacy or to even provide a small intimate space - OPUS Steakhouse has something for everyone. Before, during, and even after your wedding, the customer service will be the best you receive for any event you ever have. The event management team (AKA shout out to NICOLE!!!) is so dedicated that we even forgot to sharpen our pencils for our advice cards and on our big day, to our surprise, the box of pencils was sharpened by their team. The dedication, devotion, and attention to detail that they provide, are guaranteed to elevate any event. From day 1 Nicole, the events manager, made sure we were comfortable and helped make our dream day a possibility all while sticking to our budget. She made the process very easy and worked with us to answer any questions we had. Sometimes we didnât even close our laptops before we received an answer back from our previous email. From the start, all our emails were answered within a half hour of being sent at any time (we think that has to be some kind of amazing record). The best part about this venue is that, based on availability, you have the ability to reserve the WHOLE RESTAURANT - all to yourself! This is something very rare and a huge benefit compared to other catering halls and country clubs that donât offer this exclusive benefit. Finally the food was outstanding. You might be saying itâs a steakhouse, how could it not be amazing - but OPUS goes above and beyond. With multiple options to select from and an overly generous menu/cocktail hour, OPUS is breaking industry standards and changing the wedding game for the better. Guests will be stunned and awed with how fresh, tender, and flavorful the food is during your wedding day. Memories will be created that will last a lifetime all due to the service, food, ambiance, and people helping you within OPUS Steakhouse. They made sure we had a great day that we will want to relive forever. Thank you to Nicole and team for everything - my only wish is that we could have another wedding so we could work with OPUS again in the future!!!

Having our wedding at Opus was hands down the best decision we made when we began planning our wedding last winter. We started working with Nicole who was absolutely amazing, she gave us a thorough tour and run down in the winter of how weddings go at Opus. Nicole also recommended the hotel we used as well as the bakery which was very helpful. We ended with Emma who was literal perfection!! I love my husband very much but I'd have another wedding if it meant working with Emma again lol. Our wedding was about 2 months ago and we're still on cloud 9 from how perfect the day was. Having the entire restaurant for the afternoon from the ceremony until 5PM was very intimate but honestly also made it feel like that much more of an extravagant event, as anyone's wedding day should! Planning a wedding felt overwhelming at first but there were so many things Emma handled with ease before the day of and during the day of that the overwhelm quickly dissipated. I never anticipated being asked \"How did you plan all of this?\" by family & friends, when truthfully the way everyone at Opus caters to each person attending the wedding and the simple beauty of the venue that creates this magical atmosphere. The food was incredible, the drinks as well and at the end of the party they made sure to wrap anything we may not have gotten a chance to eat. The sound system was incredible and heard throughout the entire venue, there was also a room for both my husband and I to be able to get ready separately. The absolute best!!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Nicole. She gave us a tour of the venue and she was great with communication via email. We had our wedding here about a month ago and still have been receiving complements. Best food of any venue they have been to! The decor and environment impressed everyone. Being able to have the entire restaurant for our afternoon party made it special and intimate. The bridal attendant was great too, always checked with us to see if we needed anything. She is an absolute pleasure to work with And will make you feel at ease. Victoria was wonderful and helped make our day special! The entire staff was attentive, friendly and wonderful. All of our guests raved about the food, decor, bar, patio area and having our ceremony outside was absolutely beautiful!! Canât say enough about this place!

Beyond Incredible! We were looking for something different as we were already married but wanted to have a ceremony & reception for our family and friends. We had been to OPUS many times for dinner and the food and service never disappoints. We booked with them back in July 2021 and ever since Nicole was nothing short of amazing. Nicole was so patient and helpful in every aspect of planning our special day and during crunch time she was really a life saver. Each detail was perfectly executed and Nicole was able to make my vision a reality in every was possible. Her and every person who worked our wedding were truly so kind, caring & helpful. From the venue itself, to the food, to the way you are treated like family - there is no where else I could have imagined our day. OPUS itself is stunning from floor to ceiling.. our guests couldn't get over how gorgeous it was- and the food was unmatched. Chef Tom is a genius - cocktail hour alone blew our guests away.. during dinner we made rounds to each table and peoples' plates were empty (speaks for itself). It's been a week and people are still raving about it all. 10/10 would suggest Opus Steakhouse for your wedding or next event (birthday dinners, showers, rehearsal dinners) they do it all and they do it very well. Thank you to the amazing team at OPUS for the most incredible day we could have ever dreamed of!

Opus steakhouse was the perfect place to have our wedding and frankly not sure why people don't consider Opus more. Heck I'd love to come and eat here as a guest. We had around 160 people outside no problem and everybody loved the food as expected. We had several people tell me the venue was beautiful and several more tell me they wanted their weddings or occasions here in the future. It being a nice day, the outside was extremely comfortable for everybody. I had setup some lawn games outside and with the open bar, everything went great. Nicole was very professional, patient and kind during the whole process and I was really happy the service was top notch. Everybody was really happy and that made me happy. From the beginning to the end everything went well and was extremely comfortable.

Opus steakhouse was the perfect place to have our wedding and frankly not sure why people don't consider Opus more. Heck I'd love to come and eat here as a guest. Nicole was very professional, patient and kind during the whole process and I was really happy the service was top notch. Everybody was really happy and that made me happy. From the beginning to the end everything went well and was extremely comfortable.

To start our big wedding was postponed and we had to switch gears on our wedding this year since my fiancĂ© and I still wanted to go through with our original wedding date with just immediate family. We wanted to have a nice dinner after our ceremony and decided to go back to where our first date and engagement dinner was so we chose Opus. Not only did we choose Opus because of that we chose it because of how beautiful the private room is upstairs, how amazing their food is, how reasonable their prices were for the amount of people we had and how amazing Nicole was to work with! Any questions I had she got back to me very quickly. She was so kind to work with and really made our wedding night so perfect. She even stopped in that night to check in on us and make sure we didnât need anything. We had the time of our lives being able to pipe in our own music and just eat and dance the night away with ZERO complaints. Nicole even had very cute menus printed for each place setting for us. Their service was incredible( I believe our waiters names was Ben) he went above and beyond to make sure no one ever had an empty cup in their hand while serving us our food. I cannot recommend Nicole and Opus enough to anyone who is planning either their wedding or wedding dinner!!

Nicole was the furthest from that. Opus is a restaurant so you feel like you're having your wedding at a fancy club, plus the food is amazing. You don't need to rent any tents because the facility is a perfect size, and everyone is so accommodating. The only downside is the water tower located behind the restaurant. If you have offsite pictures, this is not even something that will bother you. The many pros outweight the 1 single con. Book your next event at opus.... it will not dissapoint.

We had our wedding at Opus Steakhouse 5/23/21 and it was the absolute best!!!! We had a small intimate wedding of 49 people. The food is incredible there - from the passed Hors dâoeuvres to the delicious entrees. Every single one of our guests LOVED the food and commented on how lovely the venue was. Nicole Russo was our point person at Opus and she was wonderful throughout the process. Extremely kind, accommodating, and made our evening run perfectly. The wait staff was incredible as well - very attentive and great communication throughout the evening!

We booked what was meant to be our rehearsal dinner at One North (now Opus), which turned into our full wedding for 2020 with the larger celebration delayed until next year. We booked what was meant to be our rehearsal dinner at One North (now Opus), which turned into our full wedding for 2020 with the larger celebration delayed until next year. Nicole and the team were extremely helpful and professional, and it was a breeze planning our event here (not an easy feat during COVID!). It was a tough decision to make on \"venue\" since our wedding have to be before year-end. Which mean it have to be an indoor wedding (no garden). Banquet Hall was definitely out of the question with those miserable decor or tasteless food =( so we narrowed down to restaurants or hotels. Somehow I landed on One North on some website. Called them and got connected to Nicole (btw she and Kathy were wonderful and made everything so seamlessly along the way). She sent me all info needed. Her response with email was quick even when she's not around a member from the team will response. Made an appointment that Saturday along with others... Once we walked in... WOW the space took our breath away. It looked exactly like the professional pictures. Beautiful high ceilings, contemporary decor, a separate bridal suite, fireplaces, garden *altho we didn't get a chance to use it =( but its a buy-out of the entire place so you get to use everything One North has to offer. The space is perfectly divided into 3 areas for a full celebration. Bar for the cocktails- ample seating where your guests doesn't feel stuffed, the dining room for ceremony/dance floor and the reception room where our lunch was served. (I wished it was an evening wedding - but unfortunately they only do afternoon weddings ... I mean unless we can afford to do a whole evening buy-out at a 5 start restaurant LOL) .. In terms of the service- it was impeccable !!! They definitely deliver their service like how a five stars restaurant would. Oh forgot about the food- it was amazing. Nothing less than our expectation. All of our guests still praise about our wedding till this day. I would definitely recommend One North to any couple who's looking to have a stunning and memorable wedding. The only down side I would say like many others is the timing. My ceremony was held at 11:45am just so we can end at 5pm for dinner turnover. I only wished if we could have more time to fully enjoy the space/wedding.

My husband and I got married at One North and it was truly a beautiful day. We worked closely with Christine and Nicole and they were a true dream team! From beginning to end they were extremely professional, very hospitable which made it comforting while planning so much. They were timely in answering all our emails and questions, they set everything up the way we envisioned. The venue was perfect for us, elegant, clean, and classy which made for lovely pictures inside and outside. Prior to the bid day, they offered us a food and signature drink tasting which was appreciated. The food is amazing! It is not your standard catering hall dishes, they have a large variety of entreeâs and hors dâoeuvres to choose from and it is top quality! We had our ceremony outside and it comfortably accommodated 150 people. The bridal suite was cozy and spacious enough to fit all of my bridesmaids. They also had a nice room with a balcony for the groomsmen to hang out in. They allowed us to take romantic pictures in the wine cellar overlooking our cocktail hour. The outside seating at cocktail hour was loved by our guests and created a nice atmosphere. The day of the wedding, I had a very sweet bridal attendant who assisted me with everything. She was attentive to my every need. Everyone made the process extremely smooth and words cannot describe how thankful I am for making our day special! The only thing that was difficult to me was how quick they turn over for dinner service. I was informed of this but it just felt super rushed and would have liked some time to say goodbye to my guests. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to choose One North for their special event.

Our wedding at One North was absolutely perfect! We wanted a classy yet relaxed daytime affair and that is exactly what we got. Christine was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and was even willing to move things around so I could have a mashed potato bar during dinner, which was a huge hit with our guests! That is something they donât even offer normally but she was more than happy to make the arrangements anyway.The restaurant was set up beautifully and I didnât have to do a thing apart from bring all my DIY items the day before. Everything was set up exactly where I requested. The food was amazing and got compliments even from the picky eaters in the group. A guest who is notorious for hating weddings even told us personally that if he had to get married again, he would do it at One North. The staff was incredible. A few months back we met with Christine and mentioned that we thought the servers Ben and Erin were fantastic and asked whether they ever work weddings there. She actually shared our request and they were there the day of our wedding which was so exciting! They were fantastic along with the rest of the waitstaff. Our personal attendants were also going above and beyond. Kristin helped me out all day long. She even bustled my dress for me! When we were running behind on pictures before the ceremony and guests started to arrive, I mentioned how disappointed I was that they would see me too early. Well, Kristin devised a plan to sneak me through the restaurant and get me hidden back in the bridal suite! It was hilarious and a great start to what would be a great day.The only thing I suggest to couples is to specifically request that guests do not be allowed into the bridal suite if that is what you want. Apparently it is commonplace for any guest to walk into the bridal suite unsupervised during a wedding, which is obviously a huge risk when you have money and personal belongings in there! One more tiny issue I had is that many of my guests had no idea they were free to go up to the stations and grab their lunch when it was time. They all said they thought they were supposed to wait until they were called, but it was a free-for-all. I had to go around re-greeting tables to let them know it was time to eat, which I feel should not have been my responsibility. The wedding was everything we had hoped for and we wish we could experience it again! I think you can really personalize it to be whatever you want - either super large and formal or smaller and casual. I follow their social media and always see when they are documenting weddings at the space, sometimes even while it is still happening. I was sad that my wedding was excluded from this attention. I canât wait to come back for date nights and especially on our anniversaries to come! I absolutely recommend One North as a wedding venue for couples who want something different and way better than the traditional catering hall experience.

Christine was our right-hand woman when it came to planning our wedding, she was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure that every single vison we had were brought to reality. Kristen, the bridal attendant, was lovely and made sure that I had whatever I needed or wanted that day. I kept telling her thank you for being so amazing and she didnât even want thanks, she made me feel like the queen for the day! The actual wedding day went completely according to plan, I still am shocked how smoothly the day went. My guestsâ drinks were never empty, no one had to ask for another because it was already given to them. The food, oh the foodâŠmouthwatering!! The food was a major reason we opted for a restaurant style wedding and we seriously got more than we could have ever imagined! I love that my guests raved about the entire wedding and that everyone ate all of their food and couldnât get over the phenomenal cocktail hour! One North far surpassed our expectations. The staff was extremely pleasant, professional and thorough with attention to every detail. The food was amazing from the cocktail hour to dessert! The drinks were unique and so fun! Everything was delicious!!! Our guests cannot stop complimenting us on how great a wedding it was from beginning to end!!!We truly enjoyed our wedding and our guests because Christine and her team took care of everything as promised. Our wedding at One North was absolutely spectacular! Christine was very personable and efficient and made everything very easy and smooth! I had a smaller wedding (60 people) but we received the same service if not better as if we were a bigger party! None of my guests had to wait on a waiter for anything, the wine food laughter and love was just flowing. My guests even said this venue was the most tasteful and classy wedding they've ever been to! We had our ceremony in their gorgeous courtyard, the cocktail hour was elegantly setup outside as well and dinner and dancing in our own private party room with easy access to the rest of the restaurant, smoking areas, restroom, bar- you name it. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive too!PERFECTION! This place is just absolutely breathtaking. I wish I could relive this day again at One North! One North is the most beautiful and outstanding venue location. Christine was so accommodating and so easy to work with. She met every single one of our requests and made sure every moment and detail of the day went smoothly. The whole restaurant is just absolutely GORGOUES! The food is the best ever! And the service, omg, just amazing !!! One of the staff members Teresa was so attentive to me, it was like I had my own personal assistant on my wedding day. Our guests will not stop raving about our venue. We had our first look, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing all at One North. We were able to utilize the entire restaurant and the outside area. There was a private dining room upstairs with a balcony for us to hangout in while guests arrived, there is also a gorgeous bridal suite on the main level where we freshened up and stored items. We did our first look outside by the beautiful trees and garden. I just cannot get over how amazing this place is. Itâs not only the hottest new restaurant on Long Island, but the PERFECT wedding location!!!

One North is the most beautiful and outstanding venue location. Christine was so accommodating and so easy to work with. She met every single one of our requests and made sure every moment and detail of the day went smoothly. The whole restaurant is just absolutely GORGOUES! The food is the best ever! And the service, omg, just amazing !!! One of the staff members Teresa was so attentive to me, it was like I had my own personal assistant on my wedding day. Our guests will not stop raving about our venue. We had our first look, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing all at One North. We were able to utilize the entire restaurant and the outside area. There was a private dining room upstairs with a balcony for us to hangout in while guests arrived, there is also a gorgeous bridal suite on the main level where we freshened up and stored items. We did our first look outside by the beautiful trees and garden. I just cannot get over how amazing this place is. Itâs not only the hottest new restaurant on Long Island, but the PERFECT wedding location!!!

We couldnât be happier or more impressed with how Christine and the entire staff at One North ensured PERFECTION on our Wedding Day.. May 27, 2018My husband and I both received so many texts/emails/ phone calls to tell us how much our they enjoyed our wedding: âThis place is gorgeous; the dĂ©cor is stunningâ âThe food is out of this world; oh my goodness those slidersâ âYou guys hit it out of the park; everything is perfectâ âI never tasted prosciutto like that, not even in Italyâ âEvery time I turned around the waiter/bartender was ready with my drinkâ âeveryone is so niceâ âoh that mozzarella bar youâve been talking about.â Christine was fantastic! We met in Spring 2017 while the venue was still under construction. She was so enthusiastic and explained the incredible sound system/showed us pictures of furniture/ architectural accents/plans for the mozzarella bar and lush garden (where our ceremony was to be held). We were hooked!Well it poured the morning of our wedding. My husband and I couldnât believe how AMAZING the inside looked. Christine made sure that it was even more beautiful than we had envisioned (having outside). Wow, it was incredible, it definitely exceeded all expectations for an indoor or outdoor ceremony. The staff greeted all of our, early, guests and the celebration began. The whole day was magical, beautiful and fun! All of our guests LOVED the cocktail hour/ passed hor d'oeuvres and mozzarella bar. I recall many of them saying, âI canât imagine whatâs for the main course.â That too was magnificent; Branzino, prime filet mignon, Chilean sea bass, Salmon, Gigli pasta Wagyu short rib. Oh, not to mention the delicious starter, Greek salad with octopus Carpaccio.Honestly, we could go on and on about the food and the ambiance and mostly the staff. Finally, Christine was the best, she was professional, knowledgeable, easygoing, attentive and LISTENED to what we wanted and made it happen. We would highly recommend One North for a classy, entertaining wedding with delicious food!

We recently had our wedding at One North (approx. 148 guests) and had the most positive experience. All of our guests are still telling us how much fun they had! The level of service we experienced was impeccable. Christine was amazing in walking us through the process from our first meeting to the wedding day. We felt very confident and comfortable with her overseeing everything. The day of, all the servers and workers were phenomenal. We felt so pampered and so did our guests. Joe did an especially good job keeping drinks in everyone's hands!The food and drink were out of this world! All of our guests loved everything and really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. So many people have commented that they enjoyed being able to choose between sitting at the bar, lounging outside by the fire pit, or being on the dance floor. It really created a nice feel.We are so glad we chose to have our wedding at this stunning restaurant. It was elegant and relaxed, with phenomenal food and drink and impeccable service. Exactly what we were looking for- we are absolutely delighted with One North!

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at One North Mediterranean Soul, and couldnât be happier. My husband and I wanted a wedding that felt like we were taking our guests out to a nice dinner. Simple and classy. One North was perfect. Christine the events planner was awesome. Our main focus on was the food and drinks- she helped us with all the other âweddingâ details. That wasnât my forte & I couldnât have done it without her. She made it so beautiful! Everyone at One North went above and beyond to make the day great for us & made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Our guests couldnât believe how beautiful the restaurant was, and the food was unbelievable. Cocktail hour at the mozzarella bar was straight out of a magazine, delicious and beautifully set up. Everyone is still raving about the sit down meal and canât believe how high end and restaurant quality the food was. Our 171 guests ate, drank, danced and partied all afternoon. It was the fun & elegant dinner party that we wanted from the beginning. We couldnât have asked for more. We canât thank Christine, Kristin (our waitress/attendant for the day), the general managers, and the staff at One North enough for making our wedding day exactly what we wanted! There are just no words to describe how perfect and amazing our wedding was at One North on 12/2/17. Besides the space being over the top fabulous, the food phenomenal, and the service amazing; Christine, the event planner & Jon Hayduk, the general manager made everything so easy and special for us! It was EXACTLY what we wanted...a cocktail party wedding. No structure, just FUN. And it was. People cannot stop raving about the day and we personally want to do it all over again. We never wanted it to end. Thank you One North for everything. We were your first wedding & we cannot wait to come back!!!
