Located in Gaylord, MI, Otsego Resort acts as an unforgettable wedding venue for couples during any season. First built in 1939, this resort has plenty of historic charm for soon-to-be-weds to enjoy. It offers an eclectic variety of venues ranging from traditional elegance to rustic and relaxed. The resort offers a list of amenities to keep you and your guests comfortable, from the picturesque valley views to the various outdoor activities. Otsego Resort has 4,000 lush acres of land, featuring a golf course, ski slopes, and different indoor and outdoor event spaces for nuptial events. You can exchange your vows on the Sitzmark Terrace, a spacious manicured lawn just steps away from the main lodge. You and up to 200 guests can enjoy the panoramic views of the Sturgeon River Valley as you exchange your vows. After your ceremony commences, you will have four different locations to spend your cocktail hour and reception. Their largest space is the Special Events Center, which offers 5200 square feet of versatile space to create your dream day. For more intimate gatherings of 80 people, you can choose from the cozy Sitzmark or the bright and airy River Cabin. Rehearsal dinners, showers, and intimate weddings can use the breathtaking Pontresina Room, with a unique natural wood ceiling and large windows for scenic views. Otsego Resort has guest rooms, townhomes, and individual cabins onsite, with modern amenities to ensure a relaxing, comfortable stay. Tables, chairs, and linens will be provided by the staff, and the in-house catering team will customize your banquet menu to please your palette. From your moments spent getting ready, to your day-after brunch, the resort team will work to ensure you have the wedding of your dreams.
