Located in the What Cheer Building, the home of the Theater of Lights Show, and within easy walking distance of hotels, nightlife, parking garages, and public transport, Our Place Event Space and Kitchen is as lovely as it is convenient. Our Place Event Space and Kitchen hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions and offers a choice of indoor and outdoor event spaces, perfect for parties of up to 200 people. Nestled between some of Old Sacramento's finest historic buildings, the courtyard is a magical outdoor event space complete with lush greenery, a charming fountain, market lights, a stage, and a bar area. The magnificent banquet hall overlooks the courtyard and features lovely wood pillars, a stage, and a built-in dance floor. Our Place Event Space and Kitchen offers many great packages and options, all designed to provide the flexibility and expert support you need to make your day your own. Event packages include access to the venue for up to 12 hours, a one-hour rehearsal, round tables, banquet chairs, uplighting, a full bar with glassware, set-up and clean-up services, and more! Event planning and catering services are also available. You can also add a digital photo booth or a 360 booth to help get your party started in style! I had the pleasure of having my wedding ceremony and reception at Our Place. This venue is a true gem in the heart of the Sacramento historic district. Maya and her team left no detail desired. Our guests traveled from as far as Finland and could not say enough about the charm of this venue. The food was extraordinary and the service was immaculately executed. This day was magical and I owe that largely in part to our coordinator and the OP staff!

This past weekend I had my parents 50th wedding vowel renewal at Our Place and it was absolutely amazing. Maya was our day of coordinator and her and her staff made everything run as smooth as possible. The venue was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Anything I needed even last minute was taken care of immediately and with care. I would suggest having your event here. They definitely take care of you and make you feel at ease on your day. Best venue and staff hands down.
