5 stars is not enough!!!! My now husband and I came across Outback Ranch shortly after getting engaged. It was the first and only venue we toured - It seemed like the obvious choice back then and just last weekend we left the venue married, on cloud 9 and so happy we went with our gut and booked this place. Hollie and Jake were so welcoming to us and our guests over the weekend and we are incredibly grateful for everything they did to help our wedding weekend be a time we’ll never forget. The scenery is so beautiful, I highly recommend adding hayrides to your itinerary. It was a guest favorite and we had a blast taking the last ride with our wedding party before the grand entrance!

This place was amazing!! A beautiful spot that you can enjoy the day before your wedding and have plenty of clean up time the next day. Holly and Jake we so great to work with and easy going. So many guests complimented how beautiful the venue is, and to not have to drive here and there for separate ceremony and reception spots is a huge bonus. If you're looking for beautiful scenic views it's a one stop shop. The Weiser family has thought of it all and made it a relaxing and fun experience.

this was a perfect venue which helped for a perfect day. so easy to work with the venue and so flexable. They were so helpful the day of the ceramony with any questions or needs we had. So many people commented on our venue and how much they enjoyed it. such a gorgous venue. love having a grooms suite and bridal suite to get ready in. over all perfect venue! Highly recommend!

This was the easiest and best decision we made regarding our wedding. Planning during COVID was stressful enough, Jake and Holly made our experience less stressful during all the other stress. They were flexible with times, when we could come in and set up and when everything had to be off the property. All of our guests appreciated the amenities that the venue has to offer! Indoor space, outdoor space, plumbing, air conditioning and the two rooms included on the property to sleep and get ready! For the price you are paying for all of the space and amenities, you can’t go wrong! We had shuttle services from La Crosse bring our guests to and from the venue without issues! It was a picture perfect day!!

Absolutely love this venue! We will be having our wedding here 9/20/19 and couldn't be happier with everything they offer! Holly is an absolute joy and pleasure to work with! We are beyond excited to have our special day here!

Holly A Wieser (Owner) I was born & raised on a dairy farm in NE Iowa. When I was a teenager, my sister and I bought our first horses and competed in barrel racing and team roping. After graduating from high school, I started working for a local saddle maker, building custom saddles and making leather watch bands for a well-known watch maker. In April of 2000, I met my husband, Jake, at a rodeo and we were married in October. Together we built Outback Ranch, a beautiful indoor and outdoor wedding venue for breath taking county weddings. We welcome you to come celebrate your special day with us!
