I’m not sure if 3,500 is enough characters to explain how much I loved this place.Story time! When we were looking through potential vendors on The Knot, Owl Ridge popped up. I wont lie, I wasn’t wildly impressed with the pictures The Knot provided, but with having a wedding on a holiday, we were slim pickings for venues. We were sending out emails to every venue we could find trying to set up tour dates. Owl Ridge was one of the few that replied so we quickly decided to book a tour. The second I walked into this venue I whispered to my fiancé, “I can see myself getting married here.” And oh my gosh am I so glad I did. Throughout the whole wedding planning process I couldn’t believe how EASY everyone at Owl Ridge made everything. There were multiple times in the planning stages I remember thinking, “I thought wedding planning was supposed to be hard?” They were quick to answer any of my questions, ready to relieve any upcoming stress, and even provided a great list of vendors when I needed help finding a DJ. They were so attentive and helpful and all around perfect. They thought of everything, seriously EVERYTHING and made my job as a bride so easy. I mean, complimentary brunch day of?! That alone should be your sign to book this place!! Day of the wedding and now even a few weeks after I still have people reaching out to me telling me how beautiful and perfect the wedding was, and I owe it all to Owl Ridge. Sam, Rhonda, and everyone else deserve nothing but the highest praise. Please, if you’re on The Knot and see this review GO CHECK THEM OUT. You won’t regret it. Oh! And the food! I’ve had several people message me after the wedding asking who catered because that not only was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, but some of the best food they’ve had in general. I promise I’m not a paid actor (lol), this venue was seriously just so good that I’m begging everyone to check it out. You won’t regret it! My wedding was better than anything I could’ve ever dreamed of and I owe it all to Owl Ridge. Best day of my life🤍

The Owl Ridge team was phenomenal to work with. From first contact with Samantha giving me a FaceTime tour to the night of, they went above and beyond. The planning meeting was wonderful to see what options were available, chat with vendors, get a tasting box made for sweets, pick colors and table set ups and get a lay of the land. Their flexibility when working with me (who was stationed out of state) was phenomenal. We set up the final meeting on a non traditional timeline and they polished everything up.There was amazing flexibility with adjustments day of, connecting with vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, and then just taking care of every detail was lovely. They were able to work with anything you throw at them.Owl Ridge has such a nice touch for details, we did apple cider and blankets for the ceremony and families were gushing over how thoughtful it was. Friends loved how convenient the space was and efficient and smooth the catering staff was.

Rhonda and the team at Owl Ridge made our wedding planning and wedding day a breeze. We were able to communicate with the team about any question we had throughout the process. Working together, we customized our day to add in some unique Kenyan wedding traditions that made our day feel more special. All our guests were impressed by the venue and the food which was catered by the Putnam Inn. We strongly recommend Owl Ridge as a great place to have your wedding.

When they say they can do everything for you, they mean it!! The owners and the others that helped were so professional. They answered any questions I had and worked with me from the time I booked to the day I got married. Not to mention the venue is GORGEOUS. Surrounded by trees and a stunning pathway all the way back. I cannot ask for a more perfect night than what Ow Ridge did for me. They think of all the details and make sure your day goes without a hitch.

Owl Ridge pulled off the perfect wedding for us! We are definitely not \"wedding planning people\" and Owl Ridge made everything so easy to prepare, plan, and pull off the big day! Everything went smoothly and everything looked perfect! They were there at any moment we needed anything and were able to execute any idea we had flawlessly. Everyone was kind and helpful to everyone as well. They were flexible with any changes we wanted to make and had great communication - responding to texts and emails within the hour! Additionally, we felt very accepted and welcome as an LGBTQ+ couple throughout the entire process which wasn't the case at every venue we explored. We highly recommend Owl Ridge and thank them for helping us put together the perfect day!

Seriously, book with Owl Ridge! As an LGBTQ+ couple, we felt so safe and embraced by everyone there (a feeling that isn't always easy to find in a small Indiana town). The people alone are more than worth the cost because they handle SO much of your planning. Anything that they have they'll let you use, including a gorgeous hexagon arch that they can decorate! Anything that you need, they have it. From linens for tables to \"unplugged\" signs to spray-on deodorant, they have it for you! When my wife and I walked down the aisle and it started to rain, the team immediately handled moving the entire ceremony inside within 15 minutes. They made the wedding planning process easy and were essential in the wedding day running so smoothly. The venue is so gorgeous, perfectly tucked away in the beautiful wooded area with a perfect wedding deck overlooking gorgeous natural scenery! They even plant a tree for every couple that gets married there, and you can incorporate it into your ceremony if you choose. Hands down the best wedding venue we could have chosen, they made everything so easy!!

My husband and I do not have enough good things to say about Owl Ridge. I am notoriously a very meticulous planner and kind of a control freak. Rhonda, Sam, and all of the staff at Owl Ridge made it so that I didn't have to worry about a single detail. When the forecast looked bad, they quickly moved us to the most beautiful indoor ceremony. When I dumped lipstick down my dress 30 minutes before going out, they literally dropped everything to help me fix it, validate my feelings, and assure me that things were going to be okay. There was never a single moment where I felt like things weren't taken care of. Owl Ridge supplies pretty much everything you need for a perfect day. I really only bought a few flowers and some sparklers and they did the rest. When we mentioned that we hated cake, Rhonda went out of her way to make us a donut tower so we could cut into that instead. The provided brunch and our dinner were so delicious. Many guests complimented the food! There are so many other details I could provide about why we loved Owl Ridge, Rhonda, and Sam so much but I will put it in one quick sentence: If you are a couple who truly doesn't want to stress about the big day, then this is the venue and team for you.

Rhonda and her team were amazing to work with! If we were to go back, we'd 100% choose to go with Owl Ridge again. Communication was easy, and they streamlined the entire planning process. It also rained on our wedding day, and they were able to move our outdoor wedding to indoors at the last minute without any problems. Everything was still beautiful, and we had the best time. Thank you, Owl Ridge, for the dream wedding!

Owl Ridge is the perfect one stop shop! Rhonda offers flowers, food, and cake. The food is the perfect mix between comfort food and high class dining. The venue is stunning! We were looking for a classy rustic look and owl ridge was definitely it. Rhonda put our mind at ease with all the planning by going the extra mile in every aspect. Would highly suggest owl ridge:)
