Paradigm Gardens is a charming, intimate and lush outdoor wedding venue located in the heart of New Orleans. Ideal if you love nature, the property exudes a fairytale sense of natural beauty. Here, gatherings as small as 50, or as extravagant as 175 guests can comfortably take place. At Paradigm Gardens, you will have access to a stunning setting for a ceremony, and a spacious area for your reception. Paradigm Gardens offers more than just beautiful surroundings but a first-rate experience for you and your guests. The Team provide support for a stress-free planning experience, and onsite venue coordination. Karen Wang, the venue's private events director, will help bring your dream wedding to life by providing vendor recommendations, and assistance with event planning. Their thoughtful and organized venue coordinator will make sure your event runs smoothly. A private in-house chef is included when booking the property for your big day — this local chef can whip up delicious meals using fresh seasonal ingredients. Using a wood-fired grill and oven, you can expect flavorsome food from a diverse menu that you can customize according to your preferences. Bar packages are also available with many beverage options on offer, including specialty cocktails and locally produced beverages. From baby pygmy goats, to custom menu planning, Paradigm Garden is an unforgettable experience. We got married at Paradigm in April 2023, from the day we booked until our wedding, the staff was outstanding, responsive, and helpful beyond our wildest expectations. The tasting and menu creation felt very personal and considerate of our needs and dietary restrictions. The day of coordination was smooth and our guests consistently mentioned that the venue feels like a movie, because it was so beautiful. A perfect spring wedding spot easily held 75 guests with room to spare. Paradigm was there through every step of the planning process and helped us create the day that we really wanted. Can't recommend this space highly enough. If I could get married there again next weekend I would!

Paradigm was the perfect spot for our casual hippie dream wedding. The lush oasis tucked away right outside the CBD really feels like a secret garden- complete with baby goats and all. Karen and Sarah were so easy to work with, and guided our decisions all along the way. They were honest and upfront about what the venue could offer which was important because this is NOT your traditional venue. All of our guests were so taken aback by how special and magical the setting was for our big day. It really provided the perfect bohemian, magical autumnal garden backdrop. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. They even worked with us to create an NA bar package for all of our sober guests. AND OMG THE FOOD!!!! Chef Pat and Karibu kitchen are VISIONARIES! Every single guest said it was the best wedding food they've EVER had. Cooked onsight using many ingredients from their garden, you're essentially having a farm-to-table meal! He created the most delicious vegetarian menu for us. Definitely book Paradigm if you are looking to host a sweet, intimate, magical wedding for you and your love and your closest people <3

We had an amazing experience working with Paradigm Gardens. They have a highly communicative team and were great throughout our planning process. The gardens are a lovely intimate space with natural beauty that doesn’t require extensive outside decor. The food was amazing. It was fresh and seasonal without feeling pretentious or out of reach for our pickier eaters. I had guests compliment the food for weeks after the event. It was the best food I have ever had at a wedding by a mile, and I’m not just saying that because it was my own wedding. To address our biggest concern, the threat of rain in an outdoor event space is always scary, but we had a solid rain plan with their team and were able to make last minute adjustments as the forecast threatened us all week but we got lucky in the end. Their team is also conscious of weather patterns in the city and do not schedule events during the garden’s off season. We loved having our event at Paradigm. It felt like a unique reflection of us.

Sarah, who was our day-of coordinator from Paradigm, was so responsive and receptive to all of our suggestions. She made the whole day run so smoothly and thought of literally everything - we were so impressed. When I asked her if she could arrange some bouquets for my bridesmaids, not only did she deliver but made some of the most beautiful bouquets I've ever seen. The day went off without a hitch because of her thoughtful planning and we are so grateful! The food made by Chef Pat and his team was phenomenal - we're still getting compliments a month later! The preparation, the service, the presentation, and the flavor exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere at Paradigm is that of a garden oasis that celebrates all the best that New Orleans has to offer. I could not recommend it more for your special day!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Paradigm last month, and we could not have been happier. From start to finish, they were completely wonderful and exactly what we were looking for. When we started planning our wedding, we knew we wanted something a little different and a place that could give us a relaxed and easy-going afternoon. Paradigm nailed it. Every single person who was part of the day went above and beyond for us. Karen is a pro and helped us with all the nitty gritty details start to finish. We loved working with her. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I lost count of the number of people who told us how incredible the food was; Chef Pat and Karibu Kitchen created the perfect custom menu, and people are still talking about it. Sarah and her team greeted everyone with drinks when they first walked in, which we thought was such a nice touch. One of our guests told me at the reception, “This place is amazing; what a great idea to have the wedding here.” They made the day such a joy for us and provided a space for it to be everything we wanted without stress or a ridiculous price tag.

Paradigm was like a dream come true for our wedding venue. When we toured it for the first time, we were so impressed with all that they do for the community, and with the refreshing honesty about how much they care about supporting and protecting their staff. We knew immediately that we wanted to book them for our wedding venue, and they were amazing the whole way through! They were incredibly patient with us when we had some logistical snafus, and really helped walk us through the rain plan and figuring out all the little last steps for the big day. Perhaps most importantly, the food was absolutely INCREDIBLE - almost every guest later told us that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The family style serving also makes for such a communal, convivial space - which is exactly what we wanted. The drinks were also excellent, and their offering of wine upon entrance for all the guests was a lovely touch. And the goats! Just the icing on the cake - we got to hang out with one of them right before everyone arrived, which provided a sweet, quiet moment before the party started. The staff was wonderful and patient with us when it took a minute to escort everyone out of the venue at the end of the night (no one wanted to leave this garden paradise!). We could not have been happier with Paradigm and we HIGHLY recommend it for folks seeking a chill and beautiful outdoor venue in New Orleans!

If you're looking for a venue, look no further. Paradigm Gardens was -- HANDS DOWN -- our favorite decision regarding our wedding. The venue was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous!!! The food was phenomenal (and everyone still raves about it -- I still DREAM about the goat cheese grits lol) and the goats were so freakin' adorable! Honestly, what made this the best decision, aside from all the wonderful statements above, was the event coordinator - Karen. From the very beginning, she worked with us as we planned our wedding from San Antonio, Texas and walked with us every step of the way. Our wedding day was on March 26th and I can honestly say it was the best day of my life! I wholeheartedly believe that it couldn't have been as magnificent as it was without Karen and Paradigm Gardens. You will not regret the decision of planning your special day here! This place is filled with so much love and warmth; it's the perfect location to starting a marriage off in the right direction.

Paradigm takes the craziness of planning a wedding and made it EASY and JOYFUL. The aesthetic is totally built in and fabulous, allowing us to minimize outside vendors and maximize the charm and secret-garden-vibe that it had already. The in-house Chef is incredible, can make literally anything, and the setting with he wood fired stove is just so special and unique. Cannot say enough wonderful things about their staff, so proactive, thoughtful and upbeat... we are so lucky we found and used them. Highly recommend.

This venue is amazing. It's in a busy-ish area, but they've done an excellent job of ensuring a private, intimate space. Aside from the gorgeous and lush garden ambiance (even in November), the staff was incredibly helpful. I had no outside help planning my wedding and I had no idea what I was supposed to do, but the event staff at Paradigm helped me through ever step of the way without ever making me feel like my non-traditional touches were out of place. The food was AMAZING, the crafted drinks were fabulous, and the place looked beautiful. To top it off, the day of staff was on point from set up to break down. We had a lot of unique touches, and the staff helped incorporate all of them seamlessly. I couldn't recommend this venue more.And while it may not be cheap, it's very affordable! Like I said, we did a good bit with the space, but you could do absolutely nothing and have a beautiful event. It's been 6 months, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful and well run our venue was (and how great the food was. Honestly, it was the best food I have ever had at an event). If you're looking for an intimate outdoor space in NOLA, it doesn't get better than Paradigm.

If you want a quaint, personalized, romantic, amazing wedding reception, Paradigm is the place to do it!We worked with Karen in the beginning to plan everything. Even as Covid ramped up, she still responded promptly and kept us updated with any changes. Karen was professional and helped us build our dream event!Pat is a phenomenal chef! If you LOVE food as much as we do, you will not be disappointed working with him to build your event menu. He literally customized each item to our likings and tweaked things based on our recommendations. Our menu was so US! And that's not something many venues can offer. We felt like most venues had us picking a little from Column A or B and Paradigm stood out for NOT having this. On the night before and day of, Bruna was our go-to girl for keeping us on track! She was gentle in guiding us through the steps of our wedding reception, and making sure our ceremony went off without a hitch! Overall the staff at Paradigm is incredible. If you want a small, intimate wedding...this is the place to do it!!

If you want a beautiful, intimate, and unforgettable wedding I could not recommend Paradigm Gardens highly enough. Jim and Joel are wonderful and made sure we had the most magical wedding we could have imagined. They worked tirelessly to make sure that everything went smoothly; they were professional, easy going and communicative. Their staff is so helpful and hospitable, and the food is UNREAL. If you want to get married in New Orleans, you must get married at Paradigm!!

If you want a beautiful, intimate, and unforgettable wedding I could not recommend Paradigm Gardens highly enough. Jim and Joel are wonderful and made sure we had the most magical wedding we could have imagined. They worked tirelessly to make sure that everything went smoothly; they were professional, easy going and communicative. Their staff is so helpful and hospitable, and the food is UNREAL. If you want to get married in New Orleans, you must get married at Paradigm!!

My husband and I had our wedding here in March 2019. I don’t think there are enough kind words that I could use to describe how wonderful this place is. First, we us the most beautiful weather you could have ever imagined. But most importantly, Karen and the team were absolutely amazing the entire planning process. They brought together the wedding of our dreams. All of the guest raved about the food, and about the garden. It was so beautiful and inviting. Children were running and playing, couples took advantage of the little hideaways, and they just created a wonderful overall experience. The team here has just been all the way A++. This place is a definitely must if you are looking for a unique wedding experience that won’t break the bank.

First, we us the most beautiful weather you could have ever imagined. But most importantly, Karen and the team were absolutely amazing the entire planning process. They brought together the wedding of our dreams. All of the guest raved about the food, and about the garden. It was so beautiful and inviting. Children were running and playing, couples took advantage of the little hideaways, and they just created a wonderful overall experience. The team here has just been all the way A++. This place is a definitely must if you are looking for a unique wedding experience that won’t break the bank.

It's really impossible to convey how lovely and unique (and affordable!) this venue is, but they should be absolutely swarmed with requests for weddings if there's any justice. My husband and I got married at Paradigm in November 2018. Throughout the planning stage, Karen was thorough, incredibly kind, and willing to answer requests about the tiniest details. The space is completely magical -- you're surrounded by plants, flowers, the flickering light of the torches, the breeze, the smell from the woodfire oven. One of the things I loved most about the venue is how interactive it is for guests. People can wander through the garden, sitting and chatting at any of the little hideaway spots woven throughout, pet the goats, watch the chef cooking, or just enjoy the night sky. It feels completely out of the norm of most standard venues, in the best way. Finally the food and cocktails were absolutely spot-on. We opted for roast beef, BBQ shrimp, tomato pie, and salad, and all of it was insanely flavorful, seasonal, and cooked perfectly. I'm so grateful to everyone at Paradigm. This is a truly beautiful and special venue.

We had our wedding reception at Paradigm Gardens in March 2019. The reception was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. The food was delicious and unique (many of our guests agreed it was the best wedding food they had ever had), and the DJ that Karen recommended to us (DJ Matty) was a hit. Paradigm is a beautiful garden space and needs almost no extra decor (a big plus when sticking to a budget!). We even had guests tell us they wanted to have their own events at Paradigm in the future. We opted to rent tents due to a threat of rain. I was concerned that the tents would take away from the beauty of the garden, but it didn't take away from the atmosphere at all! Joel and the staff re-strung the lights to drape beneath the tent and it turned out beautifully. The staff was so kind and easy to work with. They even coordinated setup with our cake vendor taking that added stress off of us. I honestly cannot say anything but positive things about the entire experience. Our day went perfectly!

We had our wedding reception at Paradigm with a full dinner in October 2018. There's no way that a short online review can convey how incredible Karen, Jim, and everyone at Paradigm are, but I'll try. It was a perfect night, beyond all of my expectations for how it might go. The garden is beautiful; benches and picnic tables spread throughout the space make it comfortable, while stand-up cocktail tables lend themselves to mingling. An on-site kitchen with a wood-fired oven means that your food comes out fresh. And there are goats!! Once we visited Paradigm, there was no way we could go anywhere else. On the prep and pre-party logistics side of things, Karen was warm, thorough, and easy to work with. She was a caring guide through the process, and gave great advice, which all turned out to be dead on. The food, cooked by their events chef Patrick, was amazing, and many of my guests told me it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. (You'll have to ask about the coffee-rubbed pork loin!) Jim, the co-owner and the day-of coordinator, thought of every small detail, helped us get everything set up beforehand and kept things running smoothly throughout the night - no small task, but he made it all seem effortless. Paradigm is a very special place, with a group of very special people behind it. If you plan an event with them, it will not be a cookie-cutter, cliche party: for example, the garden will look different depending on what is in bloom; the ingredients in your food and in your cocktails will depend on what is fresh from the garden. My wife and I got married at the garden on July 14, 2018. Let me just say that from the very first interaction with them, it has been nothing but easy. Karen listened to every single detail I gave her and she made sure to check for understanding of my vision. She was prompt and flexible. I could not have pulled our wedding together without her support. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. We visited a few times earlier in the year and were concerned about how “green” it would be in the middle of summer, but it was SO colorful and vibrant. They brought in plants to add to the lushness of the garden and to spruce up the areas for our pictures. They truly went above and beyond to make it look picture perfect from the moment you walk up to the door. The food was hands down the best food I’ve had at a wedding. Every single guest I chatted with commented on how tasty they food was too! The drinks were also top notch. My guests and I really enjoyed the presentation of the food and drinks, as the staff put on a show and told us what we were picking. The overall experience of having our wedding at the garden was 10/10. Paradigm Gardens = G.O.A.T.

Karen Wang (Director of Sales) I am a special events producer, curator of beautiful experiences, and an animal lover! I believe in living in the moment, being fully engaged with my guests, and in creating memories that will last a lifetime. As a graduate of Tulane School of Architecture, I am well versed in experiential design and logistics planning.
