My experience with Paradise Cove and using them to manage many of my vendors was a great experience. I had constant communication over the year of wedding planning, where they assisted me on coordinating with multiple vendors. They had even made a last minute change to my photobooth vendor when they realized I thought the pictures would be printed and not just emailed. I felt the day of coordinator and her assistant was the main reason my wedding was perfect. I would highly recommend working with Paradise Cove and using their on site coordinators for your day. I cannot thank Paradise Cove, particularly Olivia and Dana, enough for making our wedding day so perfect. Despite a cyclone hitting Florida in the middle of December, they made the day so perfect you would have never known it was raining. Olivia was absolutely incredible and so attentive to all of my questions and needs throughout the entire planning process. If you are considering booking your wedding at Paradise Cove, DO IT; you will not regret it for one second!!!

I had Cathleen for my coordinator and she was amazing. Always answered my questions in a timely manner. I loved that they had vendors that they work with that I could pick from rather than calling different places. This place is beautiful and just the perfect place to get married! They are a water sport place when they arenāt doing weddings and since I booked my wedding with them, I get 20% off there which was a nice plus! Definitely recommend this venue!

Olivia made everything we wanted come true for our special day! The process was so easy and we were able to customize everything we wanted. I cannot recommend this venue enough for that perfect private beach feeling! The location is perfect and stunning!! We are so glad we found them!!

Our wedding day coordinator Kayli was amazing! We hadn't visited the venue prior to our wedding day but Kayli gave us a lot of reassurance. Paradise Cove is truly a dream wedding destination. We worked with Jasmine as our primary wedding coordinator, and she and all of the staff we worked with through the process were excellent - highly organized, responsive, friendly, and collaborative partners in planning a great event. The day of the wedding, everything was an absolute dream. I could not have imagined that a wedding could possibly go so smoothly with so little stress. There truly was not a single hiccup or lapse of communication - we were able to sit back and enjoy our wedding without needing to tend to all the little details, because everything was taken care of for us. You can see for yourself in photos, but the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The natural Florida flora is the star of the show, lush and vibrant green and moss everywhere in a gorgeous dream like lake setting. Many of our guests grew up in central Florida and couldn't believe this beautiful oasis existed there. The bridal suite was very tidy and cute, a great and spacious place to spend time with your wedding party. We went with an all inclusive package because we live in New York and didn't have time to visit a bunch and scout our own vendors, and absolutely could not have been happier with all the Paradise Cove vendors. It was a dream day for us, and we are so grateful to Paradise Cove for making this happen.

I am a professional photographer who goes to tons of weddings - I was very impressed by the staff at Paradise Cove for my best friend's wedding. The coordinator team was fantastic the day of, paying attention to every detail. This tiny oasis in busy Orlando is perfectly landscaped with palm trees and tropical plants EVERYWHERE. Booking an intimate elopement felt very daunting when we were unable to view venues and vendors. Tabitha at Paradise Cove took any hesitation we had away and put our mind at ease almost immediately. If you would like a stress-free wedding, I would highly recommend Paradise Cove. My husband and I got married two months are getting engaged, and I would say I had the easiest planning process ever because of Kayli. From the flowers, to the cake and everything in between, they take care of it. They are experts in curating your vibe seamlessly.My friends and family talked about the beautiful and private venue for weeks following our wedding. The lake was breezy and cool even in the middle of Orlando summer. It felt like we were in our own little world at Paradise Cove. The team took care of all the planning beforehand and on the day of. I did not have to lift a finger as the bride. I could not be more pleased with my wedding day. It is an evening I will truly never forget because of Kayli and the team. We love you all!

My partner and I recently were married this July at Paradise Cove and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the location, staff, and day of experience. Olivia was our event coordinator and she helped us connect with every one of their recommended vendors and I am so glad we did! The food from Cocktail Catering was incredible, our cake from Sugar Sugar Cakes was beautiful and delicious, the DJ kept everyone engaged and energetic, our photographer took their time with us to get a range of images, flowers from Atmosphereās brought the decore together, and all the staff at the venue did everything and more to make the day smooth and magical. On top of the wonderful staff taking care of all of us, Paradise Cove is exactly what you expect it to be, a paradise. The string lights, beach, and covered reception space made the private lake feel much further away from downtown Orlando. I canāt recommend Paradise Cove and our vendors enough for anyone looking for a beach wedding in Florida that is both private and romantic.

Paradise Cove was the perfect location for our medium sized wedding. During the planning process both Jasmine and Olivia were super responsive to my over a million questions. I wish I had used their day of services b/c I feel I would have had an even better experience than the route I went. The venue is stunning and most of our guests stayed at the Blue Heron and the boat shuttle option they have available for guests just adds a great touch to the experience. We think this is the most beautiful and intimate venue in Orlando that truly feels like a boutique experience. I highly recommend having your day here.

There are no words to describe how amazing paradise cove and the team is there. We happened to go jetskiing here on our family vacation and saw how beautiful a wedding was that being set up and we couldnāt help but book it for our wedding. It really is a hidden gem in Orlando. We traveled from MA, had a little over 100 guests who also traveled, and everyone is still raving about it to this day. I could never thank Kayli enough for all the work she did to bring my vision to life from another state. Everything was beyond perfect and it truly was the best day of our life. There are no words to describe how amazing paradise cove and the team is there. We happened to go jetskiing here on our family vacation and saw how beautiful a wedding was that being set up and we couldnāt help but book it for our wedding. It really is a hidden gem in Orlando. We traveled from MA, had a little over 100 guests who also traveled, and everyone is still raving about it to this day. I could never thank Kayli enough for all the work she did to bring my vision to life from another state. Everything was beyond perfect and it truly was the best day of our life. The team at Paradise Cove was incredible and did all of the heavy lifting for us! We used all preferred vendors from their list and they did all of the coordinating with them, making our wedding planning that much easier. Olivia in particular was the best at rolling with our ever changing extras for our day! We had the absolute wedding of our dreams and that is a huge part to the fantastic team at Paradise Cove. You could not be in better hands with them!

We worked with Jasmine and she was always there to help answer any questions, and was SUCH a huge help the day of when it came to setting up our decor, as well as helping keep the bridal party on time and organized.Everything turned out so beautiful and I've had many people comment on how difficult it was to take a bad photo that day šš Also a huge plus was the fact that we were able to do the boat exit directly to our hotels dock!I am so glad we went with Paradise, the only thing I'm upset about is how quickly everything went by! We chose Paradise Cove's all inclusive package for our small wedding. We originally chose their \"Romantic Day\" package and later upgraded to their \"Perfect Day\" package. We only booked the date about 3 months in advance and our wedding planner was Jasmine. I can't imagine how that girl keeps anything straight w/the amount of weddings they have to keep track of. The answers were slow to come when I had to reach out to her. However, she did eventually get back to me each time, just be sure you are never in a hurry to get something answered. Having a small wedding (we had 20 people) and choosing a venue that includes everything is very convenient, however it's also very generic. We did our best to personalize it, but be aware that if you want to feel \"special\" on your wedding day, a quick in/out intimate wedding isn't really the way to go. Even though we upgraded to the \"Perfect Day\" package, which gives you the longest amount of time, we still felt very rushed. I mean, I knew what we were getting into, but I guess until you're in the position of being told \"you have 12 minutes to leave\" on your special day, you don't REALLY know how that feels. I do not like feeling rushed and every time we got a warning, I felt anxiety. They run this business very efficiently and it's a true assembly line of couples in and out in a VERY strict time schedule. They were taking down my flowers as we were still standing there and putting up the next couples. They did at least ask me if I was done taking photos over there! We chose to upgrade our photography for an additional hour and I feel as though that's a must. It's totally worth the extra couple hundred dollars to have them stay the whole time (which isn't that long!). I liked the way our photos came out for the most part and the photographer was a nice guy, however, I didn't feel as though he knew enough about what photos were traditional at a wedding. (favors/cake etc)My advice if you're going to use this venue for one of their intimate/all-inclusive \"day\" packages, to set your expectations appropriately. Everything won't be perfect. Upgrade for the extra hour and a few finger foods, it's worth it. Upgrade the photography time. Don't be afraid to send them photos of what you want your cake and bouquet to look like. I did, and they both came out amazing. I also sent a photography shot list to Jasmine so that important family photos didn't get missed. Just because you booked a package deal, doesn't mean you can't personalize it. Overall, I would recommend Paradise Cove. But if you can rent it out for the full day, do it. That just wasn't in our budget!

We chose Paradise Cove's all inclusive package for our small wedding. We originally chose their \"Romantic Day\" package and later upgraded to their \"Perfect Day\" package. We only booked the date about 3 months in advance and our wedding planner was Jasmine. I can't imagine how that girl keeps anything straight w/the amount of weddings they have to keep track of. The answers were slow to come when I had to reach out to her. However, she did eventually get back to me each time, just be sure you are never in a hurry to get something answered. Having a small wedding (we had 20 people) and choosing a venue that includes everything is very convenient, however it's also very generic. We did our best to personalize it, but be aware that if you want to feel \"special\" on your wedding day, a quick in/out intimate wedding isn't really the way to go. Even though we upgraded to the \"Perfect Day\" package, which gives you the longest amount of time, we still felt very rushed. Paradise Cove, Kayli and her team, and their all inclusive vendors gave me the wedding of my dreams. Paradise Cover is the perfect place to get married or have an event with its unique atmosphere and perfect location. Our guests were able to find accommodations and enjoy the theme parks during our wedding weekend since itās so close to the theme parks and i4. Kayli did an absolutely phenomenal job at explaining how everything works and Paradise Cove has lots of decor, rentals, and even a cute boho truck you can add to your special day. They have a wide variety of food vendors to choose from and also had amazing recommendations for other vendors which were all fantastic as well. What I loved most about Paradise Cove was the fact that we could bring our OWN booze and our DOGS!! Having our babies in our wedding was so important to us and we are so happy they were very accommodating to them. Also the boat entrance with the groomsmen was EPIC and everyone in my family is still talking about it. The bridal suite is adorable and even had a cute little salon for us to get ready with multiple bathrooms and showers. Seriously, how perfect was it that we did not have to leave or drive anywhere the entire day!!! Everyone was able to have a steady pace for the day since everything was loathed on site: bridal suite, groomsden, ceremony, and reception. Kayli was so accommodating and answered any questions or concerns I had at any time which was helpful and relieving. Kayli is very organized and asked all the right questions before our wedding so everything was aligned and perfect. She was also extremely helpful at the rehearsal in guiding us on timing and placement of hands and send off. Every little detail was PERFECT on our wedding day and Kayli and all the vendors matched my exact vision and went above and beyond for all the details. Paradise Cove and everyone that works there is truly amazing and I canāt thank them enough for giving me the wedding of my dreams. (Trying not to tear upā¦love you guys!!! <3)

Iām having a hard time coming up with the right words to express my gratitude and joy to Paradise Cove in this review. We used this venue for our March 2022 wedding. I found Paradise Cove through Google search. It was the FIRST and ONLY wedding venue that we toured. The second we stepped foot on property we knew it was the place for us. The atmosphere is so island tropical but also elegant and lovely. You can dress it up or dress it down to be as casual or formal as you want! We rented the bridal suite on site for the girls to get readyābest decision ever! We hung out there all day and i also Found myself going back there during the reception just to get some air conditioning or take a little break. It was so convenient! We did our rehearsal dinner on site the day before the wedding. The venue doubles as a water sport rental facility! So we rented 2 pontoon boats, some paddle boards, ordered subs and snacks then camped out all day on the water with our bridal party. Best ārehearsalā EVER! It was so much fun to just spend time at the venue and soak it all in. Itās gorgeous!!!!This venue stands out on its own, but what TRULY makes this venue a 110%- 12 star recommendation is the staff. We mostly worked with Kayli and Hannah. I cannot say enough about how hard they worked for us. We (me and my mom lol) spammed their emails with endless questions, phone calls, zoom calls, in person meetings. They went over the top to ensure our wedding day was exactly what we envisioned. They set up all the decorations for us on the wedding day, they greeted me with a drink when i came down the aisle, they unbuttoned my wedding dress when i changed Into a different outfit, they made sure we were fed the whole night, they were attentive, responsive and you can tell that they genuinely CARE for their brides. Every single detail from beginning to end was taken care of. We also had an amazing experience with the male employees who helped us with the water equipment the day before at the rehearsal. Iām emotional just typing this. Our hearts are so full of love towards this venue and the people who work there! I would Not have changed a single thing about our wedding day and could not imagine being married anywhere else.

We absolutely fell IN LOVE with Paradise Cove the second we saw this place, we didn't visit any other venues after seeing this one. The pavilion was cozy, rustic yet so magical with the twinkling lights. The ceremony area with the beach and water in the background was perfect. The boat entrance by the groom is STILL talked about months after our wedding. We chose to do an all-inclusive package with PC and it was the best decision yet. When we had to postpone our wedding, Paradise Cove contacted all our vendors and took care of the postponement ordeal. They were SO understanding and flexible with our situation as well. We also had Jasmine as our Day of coordinator and without her, our wedding would not have gone nearly as smoothly. From adding last minute heaters, to grabbing us drinks, fixing and bustling my dress to guiding us how to cut our cake for the perfect shot, she truly made our day perfect. Most of our guests were out of town and they all loved the venue and it created a perfect destination wedding. We cannot praise and recommend Paradise Cove!! Highly recommend this place!!

She was always quick to respond to emails, answered every question and definitely brought a personal touch to our special day by really getting to know us, and what we were looking for, and making sure we had a stress free planning process! Their all-inclusive packages are beyond worth every penny as well! and along with Kayli, it made the planning process and breeze. Paradise Cove offered $600 to silence me through a contract but it is more important to me that no other bride goes through what we did.A month as well as a week before my wedding I reached out to our coordinator ensuring that she confirmed with our shuttle bus the correct time and place. Long story short, she did not confirm anything with them. Resulting in our guests being an ENTIRE HOUR late to our 2 1/2 hour wedding. The venue placed 100% of the blame on the shuttle bus and took zero responsibility for the fact they did not make the appropriate confirmations with the company and robbed us of half of our wedding day. We paid over $8,000 for this day, we were promised a two hour open bar and champagne toast (we never even got champagne and did not have time for a toast). Because of the shuttle delay we only received ONE hour of our two hour open bar (that we paid extra to upgrade). We paid for extra time with our photographer to ensure photos with family and friends, because of the delay he still needed to leave at his scheduled time (not his fault, he was amazing). So the extra time we paid for ended up being for pictures of \"decor\" because our friends and family were not there. Our live music was also delayed because of this. Everything our coordinator promised us was a lie and instead of taking responsibility, she left.Our coordinator was asked by my husbands father how she planned on fixing the problem and instead of staying and helping us figure it out, she left crying and put the stress on the site assistant Hannah (who is the only professional at this venue, she rocks). When I confronted the venue of these issues they threatened me with \"video and audio footage of the father of the groom having a verbal altercation with the coordinator\". All he did was ask her how this was going to be fixed.... the $8,000 came out of his pocket. So if you get married here, keep in mind all of your conversations are being recorded and will be used against you.Paradise Cove stole from us and their only response was to place blame on the shuttle service for their lack of coordination, and offer $600 with a contract that states we can not post a review. The only reason this place has good reviews is because they pay people off to not speak the truth. We lost half of our entire wedding and the way they handled this situation and instead of showing sympathy to make things right, they placed blame elsewhere to save themselves from a bad review. Shameful.

Paradise Cove offered $600 to silence me through a contract but it is more important to me that no other bride goes through what we did.A month as well as a week before my wedding I reached out to our coordinator ensuring that she confirmed with our shuttle bus the correct time and place. Long story short, she did not confirm anything with them. Resulting in our guests being an ENTIRE HOUR late to our 2 1/2 hour wedding. The venue placed 100% of the blame on the shuttle bus and took zero responsibility for the fact they did not make the appropriate confirmations with the company and robbed us of half of our wedding day. We paid over $8,000 for this day, we were promised a two hour open bar and champagne toast (we never even got champagne and did not have time for a toast). Because of the shuttle delay we only received ONE hour of our two hour open bar (that we paid extra to upgrade). We paid for extra time with our photographer to ensure photos with family and friends, because of the delay he still needed to leave at his scheduled time (not his fault, he was amazing). So the extra time we paid for ended up being for pictures of \"decor\" because our friends and family were not there. Our live music was also delayed because of this. Everything our coordinator promised us was a lie and instead of taking responsibility, she left.Our coordinator was asked by my husbands father how she planned on fixing the problem and instead of staying and helping us figure it out, she left crying and put the stress on the site assistant Hannah (who is the only professional at this venue, she rocks). When I confronted the venue of these issues they threatened me with \"video and audio footage of the father of the groom having a verbal altercation with the coordinator\". All he did was ask her how this was going to be fixed.... the $8,000 came out of his pocket. So if you get married here, keep in mind all of your conversations are being recorded and will be used against you.Paradise Cove stole from us and their only response was to place blame on the shuttle service for their lack of coordination, and offer $600 with a contract that states we can not post a review. The only reason this place has good reviews is because they pay people off to not speak the truth. We lost half of our entire wedding and the way they handled this situation and instead of showing sympathy to make things right, they placed blame elsewhere to save themselves from a bad review. Shameful.

I just got married at Paradise Cove and it was an absolute beautiful venue! We booked through Central Florida Wedding Group and chose the Paradise Cove ceremony location. The location is perfectly located right by Disney Springs if you are looking to stay on Disney Property, like we did. The venue was clean and well kept. It truly was the best of both worlds with the beach and the dock, but also the grassy ceremony area. I would highly recommend looking into Paradise Cove!

After deciding to have an intimate ceremony, we stumbled upon Paradise Cove. After seeing photos, I could not believe how beautiful it was. Being from NY, I knew we would have to find a warmer spot for our January wedding, and I had always wanted to get married on a beach. The beautiful back drop that Paradise Cove is absolutely to die for. The sneak peak of photos that I've seen so far are absolutely stunning. Both Kayli and Hannah were incredibly easy to communicate with. Responses came quick and were filled with helpful information. Although I cannot speak to a reception in this location, the ceremony was perfect. If you're looking for an intimate ceremony or both a ceremony and reception, I would 100% recommend this spot. This picture perfect location is literally what dreams are made of.

This was a wonderful venue! We had our ceremony and reception located here which was helpful for our attendees since we did not have to go to multiple locations. We also utilized the Lakeside Suite for the girls to get ready in which was super nice since we were on property all day. What is great about this location is that it is on a private lakefront in the middle of Orlando's tourist area, but you do not feel like you are anywhere near the hustle and bustle. The venue closes their watersports down around 2pm so that no one is on the lake during your wedding which is nice. Another plus is that this venue is all outside but they have a covered pavilion (reception location) which can act as a rain contingency plan - since you know it can rain anytime in Florida. Our planner was Jasmine and she was AMAZING! She answered my questions in a timely manner and was wonderful on the day of making sure everyone was where they needed to be and she also set-up our centerpieces. Our guests LOVED the boat entrance for the groom, they said they had never seen anything like it and were super impressed. They also loved the venue and how naturally beautiful it is. If I had any negative thing to say, it would be that the venue is off 535 which there is a ton of traffic since it is right by I-4. However, we did not feel it was a huge issue and still beleive this venue deserves 5-stars.

Wow doesnāt even begin to cover it! Paradise cove is absolutely beautiful. We began looking at venues when covid first hit so our initial tour of the venue was through a FaceTime call. And it was enough for us! We booked immediately to save our date. Several months later we were able to physically visit the venue and it was even better in person. We were so happy and excited with our choice. This was when we were informed of some more of the options the venue offered. Things like the fire pit, which we added even though our wedding was in June. They also have animal encounters for cocktail hour and we added the beer donkey which was so much fun! Everyone was so fascinated with the fact we had a donkey to carry around beer! Several more months went by and as the date was getting closer we had several questions and requests that we wanted to make sure were addressed. We were assigned a new coordinator as our previous one had left and Iām honestly so happy he did because Jasmine was the most amazing person to help with our special day. Weddings are not easy to plan, and thereās so many details I didnāt even realize until we were really getting closer to our date. Jasmine had everything under control. Any email I wrote, she responded quickly. She was so helpful with anything we needed. For our final meeting she went over the entire timeline, broke down the whole day for us with every detail and my mind was at ease. I knew we were in good hands and she had everything taken care of. She coordinated with all our vendors, accommodated everything we asked for, even stayed after her assigned/paid time to ensure nothing went wrong. We are incredibly grateful for everything Jasmine did in making sure our day was perfect, we couldnāt have had such an amazing day without her. You will not be disappointed with this venue or Jasmine as your coordinator!

Wow this place is amazing! Pros: Jasmine our coordinator is awesome. I am from Illinois so I was planning my second wedding due to covid. Jasmine answered ally questions. The views are amazing property well maintained. Jasmine made sure we knew the times to be in and off property. Everything went as planned and we were off property before midnight. A plus having the bridal suite right on site with salon awesome. Groom boat entrance was all the guest raved about. I hired DJ Kwik entertainment; Carlos was Everything and more he went above and beyond to make sure everything we planned happened and stayed on schedule. Levan's Catering was amazing the food was delicious my guest loved it. We had carribean them wedding so we had Jamaican dishes ooooo so good. June 18th and I am still eating leftovers. Duane staff made sure bride and groom stayed hydrated and we had appetizers. End of reception we had sooooo much food left over. To future brides I recommend buying containers for guest to take food with. We took our wedding party to enjoy the watersports the day before the wedding and they loved it. Cons: Reception tables provided needs replacing (But with linen coverings you don't know what they look like underneath). Bridal suite loft area needs updating furniture needs to be removed bathroom needs updating and staff needs to make sure floor is swept and mopped. our feet was so dirty my coordinator try her best to swept the floor. I stood on my blanket soy feet won't get dirty. The side chairs need replacing when you sit you sink in. But overall great experience great staff I highly recommend Paradise Cove. Thanks Jasmine Mr. & Mrs Koch. wish I could upload photo's

The venue is absolutely beautiful. I love that everything can be done right there on premise. Jasmine was great and supported us throughout the experience. It took a while to get replies when we had questions but it was during Covid times. A couple of cons...they do last call at the bar 30 minutes before your event end time. We werenāt notified about that and didnāt like it when we rented the place until a specific time. We did the package deal so used their recommended vendors which was nice that they coordinated most of it. However, after the event you are supposed to get back all leftover food which I found odd that there was no meat left just rice. Cocktails catering was our food vendor we used. I was told that the entire catering team ate as well which probably was why we only had rice and potatoes leftover. Also, the cake was not passed around to guests nor were the guests notified the cake was available. A lot of people didnāt get the cake that we paid a lot of money for. The food was amazing though. I was not impressed with the DJ (Soundwave) management team. We asked for a mix of 3 songs for our first dance and that seemed to be too much of a hassle and then petty much ānot doableā. I felt like I should get what I want when I am the client and bride. The DJ (Ray) was amazing at the wedding and we really loved him. He was attentive to make sure I was having a great time. Loved DJ Ray from Soundwave. Lastly, itās been 11 weeks and I still have not received my professional photos back yet . K&D did our photo and video and were nice and patient with my husband who dislikes photos. But feel 10-12 weeks is a super long time for photos to be returned. Some pros, the atmosphere, the boat entrance is great. The bridal suite is totally worth it. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a beachy type atmosphere for your wedding. I really loved it. There are only a few cons but just keep them in mind when booking :)

This place is a dream. It's a quiet haven nestled on Lake Bryan, and the updates they've recently made are spectacular. The large wooden pavilion, with the draped twinkling lights and high ceilings is absolutely stunning. Whether our guests were at the tiki bar, sitting around the fire pit on the beach, or on the dance floor, every space was outstandingly done. Our coordinator, Tabitha, was such a joy to work with. She's kind, friendly, and knows what she's doing. You would be lucky to have her and to host your event at Paradise Cove!! I wish I could go back to the night of our wedding and take it all in again, from an outside perspective. I loved everything about it.

The absolute best!I cannot say enough about Paradise Cove and our coordinator, Tabitha. When we reached out with interest in the venue, Tabitha was prompt, kind, and helpful. She answered our questions, provided us with plenty of information, and was always enthusiastic and attentive. She provided reassurance through the pandemic and did an incredible job making the wedding planning process fun and easy. This is a popular venue and I canāt imagine how many clients she must have, but Tabitha always made us feel like we were a priority. (We never had to wait or wonder about a response, which is so important and appreciated.) Modifying our event to be a zoom ceremony with only family physically present posed no problem, and we are so grateful for everyone who helped make the tech component run smoothly.The package we opted for was fantastic. Tabitha and Paradise Cove arranged the venue set up, florals (beautiful), boat entrance for the groom and groomsmen (so fun!), cake (beautiful and delicious!), photographer (wonderful), and clean up. What an adventure we have had over the last 16 months and Paradise Cove made it an awesome experience. We were so excited for Kaley and Rapha to get engaged in July 2018 and we knew the 16 months ahead would be full of planning, laughing and celebrating. What we didnāt know is that the experience we would get from Paradise Cove would be absolutely expectational. Each and ever time we toured, emailed or called we were treated like we were the only wedding that they were having this year. Everyone was patient, caring, and desired for us to have the perfect wedding day. Daniel, our day of coordinator, was so detailed and handled everything like a pro. We could not have done it without him. I could go on and on about every detail and every little thing that was perfect. When Kaley and Rapha returned from their honeymoon they commented that there wasnāt a thing they would change. Thank you so much for making the big day perfect. From someone who has spent their career in the hospitality field I know itās not easy but you made it look effortless. We are very thankful to Daniel, Kayli and the Paradise Cove staff. I am so grateful for how well they took care of every aspect of our wedding. From small things like knowing weād need an extra candle lighter for the unity candle to big things like setting up all the decor beautifully. They continuously checked on us throughout the day and night. They helped stage our photos and helped bustle my dress. They kept us updated on our timeline all day. Iām not sure how they do this but they made us feel like they were so invested in making our day perfect and not at all like we were just another couple. Itās amazing that they were able to give us that freshness and like we were getting special treatment even though they do this every single day, often multiple times per day. I truly will never forget how amazing we were treated here from day one of booking our date. You made us feel like you could make the impossible, possible for us by always making our requests happen. I know that thereās tons of other things you guys did for us that Iām not remembering at the moment but just know that in the moment as you guys were helping us with anything I was always saying in the back of my mind āoh my God these people are absolutely amazing.ā I really hope you guys know how much happiness and helpfulness you guys bring to every couple for every wedding. Your genuine interest in making our day perfect meant the world to us and made you guys feel like family to us with your kindness. We have already talked about how badly we want to return to Paradise Cove someday in the future with our future children to renew our vows. Iāve just been so blown away by the beauty of this place and its staff members that I was like āletās just renew our vows every year here!ā Brett told me that might be a little too often lol. I canāt begin to express how amazing this venue and our wedding planner Daniel was. If you want a tropical beach wedding in paradise look no further! I knew when we first visited that this venue was perfect. I wanted a true beach wedding on the coast but as soon as we visited I knew this place was it. You get the beach feeling with exclusive use of the venue which none of the true beach locations can offer and if it rains you donāt need a backup plan which is huge for an outdoor wedding. It was truly like no other place we found. The problem was it was so fantastic that we couldnāt get a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for several months surrounding our ideal time. I knew I had to have this place so we went with our gut and booked a Monday destination wedding knowing it could backfire and many people may not come. Boy was I wrong. We ended up with almost 100 people attending so donāt be discouraged if you canāt get a weekend when you want it.The all inclusive package was the way to go and made planning a destination wedding so unbelievably simple. You can customize whatever you want but it took all the legwork out of the process while still giving me control of what vendors I wanted. We received SO many compliments from our guests on how awesome our venue was and how it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The groomsmen entrance on the boat was an absolute show stopper and the guests are still talking about it. With so much attention on the bride it gave the groom a special moment and was so unique. And then there was Daniel...literally the best wedding planner you can imagine! My entire wedding party was obsessed with him and I had people telling me theyād get married again just to use him. Through the entire process he was beyond amazing! Every email and call was responded to promptly sometimes even when he was out of the office. He gave me so many tips and tricks and honest opinions about everything. My bridesmaid was with me when we toured the venue with Daniel and she said if you book this place make sure you get him because Iām confident every event that man touches is flawless and she was 100% right! He went above and beyond on several things and far exceeded my high expectations of him. Iām a planner by nature and did events for a living and trusted him enough to turn it all over to him. I didnāt even walk through the reception space that day because I knew without a doubt he was all over it and he was. I was beyond calm and relaxed all day because I knew Daniel had EVERY base covered. Even when a huge storm rolled in 45 minutes before ceremony I didnāt sweat. He literally ran around in the rain moving anything that was needed and giving us updates. Our ceremony was only 15 minutes delayed due to the storm and everything was back perfectly in its spot. I truly could not have had a better wedding day and so much of it was because of Daniel! There arenāt enough thank youās for all he did to make our day absolutely perfect.

I canāt begin to express how amazing this venue and our wedding planner Daniel was. If you want a tropical beach wedding in paradise look no further! I knew when we first visited that this venue was perfect. I wanted a true beach wedding on the coast but as soon as we visited I knew this place was it. You get the beach feeling with exclusive use of the venue which none of the true beach locations can offer and if it rains you donāt need a backup plan which is huge for an outdoor wedding. It was truly like no other place we found. The problem was it was so fantastic that we couldnāt get a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday for several months surrounding our ideal time. I knew I had to have this place so we went with our gut and booked a Monday destination wedding knowing it could backfire and many people may not come. Boy was I wrong. We ended up with almost 100 people attending so donāt be discouraged if you canāt get a weekend when you want it.The all inclusive package was the way to go and made planning a destination wedding so unbelievably simple. You can customize whatever you want but it took all the legwork out of the process while still giving me control of what vendors I wanted. We received SO many compliments from our guests on how awesome our venue was and how it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The groomsmen entrance on the boat was an absolute show stopper and the guests are still talking about it. With so much attention on the bride it gave the groom a special moment and was so unique. And then there was Daniel...literally the best wedding planner you can imagine! My entire wedding party was obsessed with him and I had people telling me theyād get married again just to use him. Through the entire process he was beyond amazing! Every email and call was responded to promptly sometimes even when he was out of the office. He gave me so many tips and tricks and honest opinions about everything. My bridesmaid was with me when we toured the venue with Daniel and she said if you book this place make sure you get him because Iām confident every event that man touches is flawless and she was 100% right! He went above and beyond on several things and far exceeded my high expectations of him. Iām a planner by nature and did events for a living and trusted him enough to turn it all over to him. I didnāt even walk through the reception space that day because I knew without a doubt he was all over it and he was. My husband and I first discovered Paradise Cove when we went wakeboarding for our anniversary about a year before our wedding. Isaiah, our boat driver (who was awesome), told us about the amazing weddings that Paradise Cove has all throughout the year. After we got engaged and started looking for venues, we decided to revisit Paradise Cove. I reached out to the staff and from the very first email, everyone I spoke with was professional and prompt. We were lucky enough to have a tour with Daniel, who would later become our wedding coordinator. We decided to opt for the all inclusive package, so we didn't have to worry about finding and selecting every single vendor considering we live about 2 hours from Orlando on a good day. Daniel listened to our vision and helped us pick vendors that would best suit the wedding we had dreamed of. Our wedding was everything we could've hoped for and more. This venue is absolutely beautiful and I truly can not explain how amazing Daniel was throughout our entire wedding planning process. If we had a request, he bent over backwards to see that it be fulfilled. There was no bump in the road that he couldn't smooth over with grace. I am your classic type-A nervous nelly and he made even ME feel at ease during the most stressful moments of planning. Even my guests complimented how smoothly things went due to his ability to vibe with the crowd and keep the party going. I cannot say enough good things about this venue and especially Daniel. The only thing we wish would've been different is that eventually the night had to end. I highly recommend this venue, and if you're going to be utilizing a coordinator, ask for Daniel for a guaranteed flawless night!

Paradise Cove was our dream wedding venue and the team there exceeded all of our expectations. We decided to go with one of their all-inclusive packages, which are an amazing deal for the quality of vendors you get to work with. All 5-stars. Our coordinator, Daniel, was their for us every step of the way and made the wedding planning process as seamless as possible. We decided to book the bridal suite for the day of and it was the perfect amount of space for me + 6 bridesmaids + a couple of additional family members to get ready in. Being from the UK we had no idea where to start with planning a wedding abroad, but were lucky enough to find Paradise Cove, which was both of our dreams in one!From day one Kayli & Daniel have been unbelievable. Communication was always excellent, and they were consistently professional and so friendly! We felt more like friends than customers. Daniel really listened to us, helped us with everything throughout our planning, and gave us some incredible ideas. He was always on hand when we needed him, and was just a pleasure to work with. We literally had no stress in the planning. On the day, the weather had some sudden changes. Daniel and the team made a few little tweaks, and somehow everything went exactly how we wanted it to. It was unbelievable! All of my guests commented on how friendly and hard working Daniel was, and he was definitely the childrenās favourite person on the day! He went above and beyond his ājob roleā, and we couldnāt be more grateful! Daniel has been a superstar from the day we met him! We honestly could not have wished for a better coordinator, he made our dreams come true! Paradise Cove is such a stunning venue, and our wedding was just perfect! We loved every minute of our wedding at Paradise Cove! Jasmine was very helpful and made the day run seamlessly. We were planning the wedding while living in south Florida so her prompt responses to emails were definitely appreciated. The venue was beautiful and the staff was so wonderful. The boat entrance was a huge hit and our guests loved making smores on the fire pit. I couldn't recommend Paradise Cove and Jasmine enough!

It is hard to put into words what we feel about this AMAZING venue. From the moment we enquired about this dream location, everything flowed with such ease. Coming from Miami, a place where it feels like everyone is trying to take advantage of you, working with Paradise Cove was a breath of fresh air. Since the first email we sent them, my husband and I were treated more like family or close friends. Daniel listened and guided us every step of the way and never allowed for us to stress about anything. I can honestly tell you that I had ZERO stress planning a destination wedding for my Cuban, outspoken, lovely family! That is unheard of! My friends kept warning me about the stress that would come the months leading up to the wedding date; I can honestly say that stress never came. Sure, life itself through a few curve balls our way, but in the area of wedding planning, everything was a breeze. I know I would not be able to say that if it weren't for Daniel, Jazmine, and the wonderful staff at Paradise Cove. Every last detail was perfect. I am so glad our life journey began at Paradise Cove and that we will forever be bonded with the beautiful friends we met there. The Bunches love Paradise Cove!
