Our wedding on 10/28/23 was a dream come true and that's due to the Paramount Country Club. From the moment my husband and I walked onto the grounds of PCC we knew this was the venue for us. The ceremony grounds overlooking the Ramapo mountains are the most amazing backdrop but the rest of the grounds you have access to for pictures were even more special. Alana and her team made the entire planning experience so seamless and went above and beyond to make sure our little details were executed perfectly. You really don't need a month of- or day-of coordinator as the PCC team handled everything and made us all feel so comfortable and calm (shoutout to Maria and Lauren)! Both bridal parties having the ability to get ready on site was a huge plus - we felt like royalty the entire day. Besides the exceptional service and gorgeous grounds, the food was incredible. All of our guests are still raving about the different options and how delicious everything was. Don't hesitate to book your wedding with PCC - I promise you won't regret it!

Our wedding at the Paramount Country Club - with incredible help from Alana and her team during the planning process - was amazing! We found this wedding venue on a whim, actually. We were in another town meeting with another potential venue, when we had the idea to drop by the Paramount Country Club and check it out - no appointment, only a 15-minute notice to the front desk, who told us that we can explore the grounds by ourselves as their staff is setting up for another event that evening. While we were exploring the grounds, we were approached by Alana, and, even though she was setting up for another event that day, she dropped everything and gave us an impromptu tour. She made us feel welcome and valued, and we immediately knew that with both the beauty of the grounds and Alana's support, our wedding would be magical.Despite rain leading up to the day-of, with Alana's support and positivity we felt incredibly fortunate for everything to work out. She was organized, kind, and flexible with the many crazy moving pieces and logistics that come with wedding planning. Additionally, the bridal attendant, Maria was THE. BEST. I totally felt at-ease with Maria at my side.Taking photos around the grounds was amazing. The foliage was perfect, and, despite the cold weather (and thank you to Maria for driving around in the golf cart with us, covering us in blankets whenever needed), the photos turned out perfectly. The food was AMAZING, and we're still hearing from guests that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The tasting a few weeks before was one of the best meals we've had this year - kudos to the chefs and kitchen at PCC. Tip - get the short rib. You won't regret it.

Deciding to have our wedding reception at paramount was the BEST decision we could have made. I knew I didn’t want a “wedding factory” type of venue and the staff at paramount truly makes you feel like family. Alana is a huge part of what makes paramount so amazing. Another super special person is Maria, the bridal attendant, she knew what I needed before I knew I needed it. She was with us the moment we got there and never left our side. From steaming out dresses/tux shirts to making sure we drank water to driving us around on the golf cart for pictures to fixing my bustle (a button popped off), bringing us food to the bridal suite during cocktail hour to make sure we ate she made our day even more amazing. Our guests are raving about the food, the cocktail hour, the cocktail hour space (having so many seating options was HUGE for us when picking a venue.. there’s nothing worse then having some food and a drink and trying to eat while standing in a corner). We loved both being able to get ready on site but not run into each-other all day, Staying over in the bridal suite was another awesome and unique perk! If your are considering paramount country club for your wedding, DO IT!

we have received countless messages from our guest that have called our wedding “the best wedding they have ever been to”, “a celebrity wedding”, “one of the highlights of their life”. All these comments would had not been possible without the wonderful team at Paramount Country Club who took care of us , families and friends to ensure we had the most memorable wedding. We can not beggin to thank Paramount’s general manager Doug , who even took the time to open the door for both us and our large bridal party when we made our entrance with his calm and comforting presence at the end of the night and throughout our reception. A very special thank you to the chefs , who truly outdid themselves even adding welcome touches and delightful suggestions to elevate our plates during our food tasting and during the preparation of our reception meals ;our guests could not stop raving about your food ! We have received countless messages saying the steak and the branzino fish dish as well as the amazing delicacies served during the cocktail hour where amongst the best food they have ever had at any formal event or wedding. if you are thinking of having your wedding anywhere else , stop thinking ! and decide on Paramount; book and do not bother to look at other venues because there is no other venue that compares in beauty, quality and most importantly in service. The people that work there are what makes the difference , from the waiters to the professional and caring recommended vendors such as Christopher Photography, who even help calm my nerves when wedding jitters started taking over and was respectful, remained positive and guided myself, family and bridal party to take the most beautiful pictures. A special thank you to New City flowers who truly made arrangements that brought an unmatched air of elegance to our day and our violinist Tommy Muratore who ensured romance was in the air with his beautiful music.Our wonderful recommended officiant Mark Giller who crafted a personalized ceremony and whose poise, calm demeanor and professionalism allowed our guest and ourselves to savor every one of his carefully chosen words. and Lastly , I saved the best for last. Alana. We simply can not ever stop thanking you for your constant care, responsiveness throughout the process and attention to detail. Alana is a rare gem that the Paramount needs to treasure . The groomsmen raved about how you where able to instantly calm their nerves with a simple smile and without you my husband and I could had never had such a fantastic wedding. From the moment we had our first meeting you showed genurine care and enthusiasm for us and ensuring all details where ironed out and our many questions answers. Alana made suggestions that we would had never thought about and trust her because she knows best! forget about what your planner or whomever is saying and trust her process. The team at Paramount knows what you need and more and they have the best team in the business to prove it. I Read the reviews, the day goes by in a flash but with wonderful caring people like Alana , and wonderful recommended vendors we where in the best hands possible . Having our wedding at the Paramount was one of the best decisions we could have made! The venue first off is so beautiful with so many views to take pictures. Alana and Lauren helped us during the planning process and were literally SO kind and helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all of my e-mails and were organized about literally everything. I knew I could trust them with everything and it just was so easy to work with them which I so appreciate. Maria was there on the day of and she was made to do this job. She was so kind the entire day and was on top of everything and I did not have to worry about one thing. Between steaming the girl’s dresses, making sure my lipstick was re-applied between pictures, organizing the bridal suite, bustling my dress, and the list goes on and on! All of them are like superhero women and made the day happen without 1 hiccup! The food was also delicious and the indoor space for the reception was perfect! I couldn’t recommend choosing this venue more!!

Deciding to have my wedding (5/20/23) at Paramount Country Club was hands down the best decision I made in the planning process. Alana and her team were so unbelievably supportive and kind in the year leading up to the big day. Maria (our bridal attendant) is a literal angel and was by my side the entire day. She helped with everything, including driving my husband and I around in a golf cart to get the perfect scenic pictures, making sure my bridesmaids dresses were perfectly steamed and even helped escort my 7 month old flower girl down the aisle. She did it all, and I cannot express enough how much having her there elevated my wedding day experience. It rained on my wedding which was such a bummer, but Alana went above and beyond to ensure the rain didn't put a damper on my day. The indoor space looked absolutely stunning and it became the perfect area to tie the knot. Additionally, the food was EXCELLENT (get the carving station, you won't regret it!) and my guests were raving about it all night. I can't express enough how thankful I am to have gotten married at Paramount, it truly was the best day of my life. Paramount + Alana + Maria= The Happiest Bride Ever :)

We got married at the Paramount Country Club in April 2023 and had a fabulous experience. Alana was extremely accommodating and responsive during the planning process and worked with us to make sure everything was perfect leading up to our wedding day. She helped us coordinate with vendors and gave us fabulous recommendations. Maria, my bridal attendant, was amazing and took care of literally everything the day of the wedding. Maira, Paige (our maitre'd), and Alana ensured that the entire day was smooth and stress free. They literally thought of everything. For example, they got a golf cart to drive my dad to the ceremony site so that he did not have to walk down any steps. They even put a chair for him next to the steps so that he did not have to stand while waiting for everyone to arrive and be seated. Lastly, I just have to say that the food here is amazing. The executive chef, Marcus Wilbon, is fabulous. All of our guests were raving about the food both during and after our wedding. The entire staff at Paramount Country Club helped us make our wedding night a day to remember. I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with great staff, beautiful views, and fabulous food.

My husband and I got married at Paramount Country Club in July of 2022. Words cannot describe the incredible kindness, flexibility and initiative of the entire Paramount team. Due to Covid we had to reschedule our event 4 (yes 4!) times between June of 2020 and July of 2022 , including an emergency reschedule the week of our planned event in June 2022 when both my husband and myself got Covid. Each step of the way, we were cared for by the amazing Alana Capano. Alana is a true gem and handled every intricate detail of our event from our first tour, to our private food tasting, and numerous logistics over the past few years. We trusted her with everything and having her in charge of our event allowed us to be in the moment when our day finally came. We also have to shout out our groom attendant Maria, who took care of our every need on our wedding day, including taking us on a golf cart to find amazing photo locations on the golf course with our photographer. The Paramount team goes above and beyond and you'll truly form a connection with them. Alana and Maria even attended our first wedding ceremony in June of 2020 via Zoom! Paramount is a beautiful dream wedding venue and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We chose it both for its unique history and the stunning property,--we felt like it was our own private estate. Planning our event for years allowed us to see the amazing updates Paramount has made to an already fantastic space with the refreshed ballroom and the outdoor patio area we used for cocktail hour and our after party. The food is also fantastic! Our guests still rave about the bao buns and dumpling station we had, the passed fried chicken and waffles, and the after-party grilled cheese bar. Our favorite spot at Paramount is definitely the garden area where they have the ceremonies. The ceremony garden fountain and breathtaking mountain views really set the stage and gave us some of our best pictures. An added bonus after our ceremony was also having Alana waiting for me and my husband with our favorite ice cold cocktails! We are so grateful to Paramount Country Club for giving us the wedding of a lifetime. One of the main reasons we chose Paramount was because we wanted a venue with gorgeous mountain views but a lot of the other venue options in the Hudson Valley would require us to have an outdoor reception in a tent or barn and we really wanted an indoor ballroom reception (with good heating/cooling and real bathrooms/plumbing lol) – Paramount was the perfect option with the best of both worlds! The ballroom was the perfect size for our wedding – we had a somewhat small wedding of 125 guests so there was plenty of space for everyone on the dancefloor and none of the tables felt cramped. Alana is the Sales Director but she basically acts as a wedding planner & coordinator as well (she goes SO above and beyond her job description and will literally take care of anything you need – such a wonderful person). Maria is the Bridal Attendant but she’s basically also like a personal assistant and stylist and waits on your hand and foot the entire day – she treated myself and our bridal party and family SO wonderfully! We all felt so spoiled having her with us all day. The Maitre’d Paige was also wonderful! She made our reception go off without a hitch and has great attention to detail.All of our guests were raving about how wonderful the food was and I couldn’t agree more. Every single thing we tasted was amazing. Our favorite passed hors d'oeuvres were the ahi tuna, chicken & waffles, and lamb chops. My favorite station was the Carving Station (I’m still dreaming about the smoked brisket, the spiral ham, and the sweet potato casserole). A lot of our guests loved the Pub Station outside, especially the short rib mac and pulled pork tacos. We loved the indoor-outdoor setup of the cocktail hour (the restaurant/bar area, plus the covered patio, plus the deck area with chairs and a fire pit). It was spacious and cozy and comfortable – all of our guests were even able to sit down at a table. Having the lobby space is so great too. It was also cool that guests could pop into the lobby and sit if they wanted to have quiet conversations away from the music, take phone calls, take a little break from the party, etc. For dinner, we chose the Fall Salad as the first course, Sliced Chateaubriand with Red Wine Deduction, Herb Lemon Butter Salmon, and Mushroom Risotto as entrees, and the Flourless Chocolate Cake for dessert – we were so happy with every choice! The chateaubriand was so tender and delicious, the salmon was so moist and juicy, and we also loved the roasted parmesan truffle potatoes that were served as a side.We truly loved every single aspect of Paramount Country Club and are SO thankful we chose it for our wedding venue.

One of the main reasons we chose Paramount was because we wanted a venue with gorgeous mountain views but a lot of the other venue options in the Hudson Valley would require us to have an outdoor reception in a tent or barn and we really wanted an indoor ballroom reception (with good heating/cooling and real bathrooms/plumbing lol) – Paramount was the perfect option with the best of both worlds! The ballroom was the perfect size for our wedding – we had a somewhat small wedding of 125 guests so there was plenty of space for everyone on the dancefloor and none of the tables felt cramped. Alana is the Sales Director but she basically acts as a wedding planner & coordinator as well (she goes SO above and beyond her job description and will literally take care of anything you need – such a wonderful person). Maria is the Bridal Attendant but she’s basically also like a personal assistant and stylist and waits on your hand and foot the entire day – she treated myself and our bridal party and family SO wonderfully! We all felt so spoiled having her with us all day. The Maitre’d Paige was also wonderful! She made our reception go off without a hitch and has great attention to detail.All of our guests were raving about how wonderful the food was and I couldn’t agree more. Every single thing we tasted was amazing. Our favorite passed hors d'oeuvres were the ahi tuna, chicken & waffles, and lamb chops. My favorite station was the Carving Station (I’m still dreaming about the smoked brisket, the spiral ham, and the sweet potato casserole). A lot of our guests loved the Pub Station outside, especially the short rib mac and pulled pork tacos. We loved the indoor-outdoor setup of the cocktail hour (the restaurant/bar area, plus the covered patio, plus the deck area with chairs and a fire pit). It was spacious and cozy and comfortable – all of our guests were even able to sit down at a table. Having the lobby space is so great too. From the moment we had our tour at Paramount Country Club, both my fiancé & I were 100% sure we wanted to have our wedding there (I've actually worked in the wedding industry for 11 years and I've seen a lot of amazing venues, so for me to be impressed by Paramount is really saying something!)The staff at Paramount (especially Alana!) truly treats you like family. They never made us feel like \"just another nameless/faceless client\". I admit I was probably a high maintenance bride but the entire staff made me feel so taken care of and loved and spoiled, never like a nuisance. We had lots of decor and a huge list of requests for how they were all set up but Alana and Paige and the staff absolutely NAILED all of my wishes. When we walked into our ballroom, we were floored. I couldn't believe how beautifully they made our vision come to life.As someone who’s a wedding photographer, choosing a wedding venue with lots of pretty locations for photos was obviously a huge priority for me! I’m so obsessed with the mountain views, the stone walls, the tall grasses, the tree-lined paths, and all the beautiful vista points around the property. There’s an abundance of beautiful backdrops to use for portraits. The ceremony garden is the most beautiful feature I’ve seen at any wedding venue EVER. Seriously. Getting married on top of that little slope with the mountains behind us and all of our loved ones looking up at us was truly the most magical moment of my life. I still get goosebumps when I think about it. All of our guests commented on how beautiful and unique of a setting it was for a ceremony. They also loved being greeted with the welcome drink station when they arrived – such a nice touch!Getting to stay overnight in the Bridal Suite in the cottages on-site was such a nice perk and a very unique feature for a wedding venue. Being able to set up my dress & details before going to sleep and knowing that I was already on-site on my wedding morning helped ease my Type A brain (lol) and it was so magical looking out the window overlooking the ceremony garden on our wedding morning knowing that we would be getting married there in a few short hours. It was also super convenient being able to leave all my stuff in the room but come back to it throughout the day whenever needed for touchups. We were also able to discreetly peek out the windows as guests arrived for the ceremony which was super cool – that’s something the bride doesn’t usually get to see since she’s tucked away in hiding! In ADDITION you also get access to the Groom Suite in the main building. It was great that my husband and I were both able to get ready on-site, while still being disconnected enough that we wouldn’t accidentally run into each other before the First Look. The Groom Suite is connected to the ballroom which made it super convenient to pop into throughout the reception. We have SUCH fond memories of our wedding day and Paramount Country Club was a huge reason for that. Thank you thank you thank you!! <3

Paramount Country Club was the last, and by far the best, venue we toured. As soon as we stepped foot on the grounds we knew it was the place we wanted to host our wedding. From the start, Alana was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. She was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did for us! Paige, the Maître d', did a fantastic job helping us design our menus. We don't know what we would have done without Maria, the bridal attendant. She anticipated all our concerns and quickly found solutions. Her calm and caring demeanor was incredible during what can otherwise be a stressful day. Paramount allowed us to do a tasting prior to the wedding where we got to sample some of their amazing food. Because we are both vegetarians, they worked with us to customize some of the options to make them vegetarian-friendly. They even agreed to decorate our beautiful wedding cake, which is above and beyond anything we could have expected. Alana and the staff at Paramount catered to all of our requests and needs, which resulted in one of the best nights of our lives. I cannot recommend Paramount highly enough. Choosing to have our wedding there was easily one of the best decisions we made throughout our year of planning.

We got married at Paramount on 10/22/22 and the entire experience was an absolute dream! I truly cannot recommend this venue enough. Alana is a super hero and made our dream wedding a reality. She is such a delight to work with, makes you feel so comfortable and is SO organized and helpful every step of the way. Every. possible. thing. is thought out and it made for a completely stress free day. Maria absolutely killed it on our wedding day, as well. She went above and beyond assisting us on our big day, from steaming, popping bottles, assisting with attire/ flowers, and just being a total sweetheart, which really helped ease any nerves. Not to mention the cottage to get ready in is so lovely and homey! The venue itself is PERFECTION and the pictures don't do it justice. From the ceremony space, fountains, amazing backdrop, to the awesome indoor/outdoor cocktail hour area and the huge open reception- the space is absolutely incredible. Our guests were raving about the \"best wedding they've ever been to\" and loved the food, service and overall vibe. Shout out to Paige and the waitstaff that were absolutely stellar, as well. The team at Paramount brought my wedding vision to life and made everything so easy and stress-free! The venue is absolutely amazing - beautiful ceremony space, indoor/outdoor cocktail hour, intimate but spacious reception area lit by candles. I cannot say enough great things about Alana, director of events - she was with me from my first viewing all the way through the end of the night. She answered all my questions during the wedding planning process and really helped me bring everything to life, think of the things I wouldn’t, guide me through an amazing tasting (the food is sooo good!), worked with my vendors for day of coordinator, and overall just helped me stay sane as I planned out all the details of my wedding. And then on the day-of, Maria was my bridal attendant (but so much more) - I don’t even think I knew what a bridal attendant was so I was so pleasantly surprised and happy having Maria by my side - she steamed all our dresses, made sure we had mimosas, all those amazingly helpful things, but also took us around the venue with the photo/video team to show us where the best shots were and made sure I always looked good. I couldn’t recommend Paramount enough if you are looking for a beautiful, stress-free wedding experience!

I cannot express enough how amazing our wedding was thanks to Alana, Maria, and the rest of the Paramount team!!!! I had absolutely ZERO worries or stress on our wedding day, and absolutely everything was taken care of and ran so so smoothly. I knew as soon as we met with Alana that she was going to be amazing, and she absolutely knocked it out of the park with all of the details! And Maria, our bridal attendant on the day of, was absolutely amazing, she is extremely knowledgable about so many bridal-related things such as bustling and getting your gown steamed, etc, including things that we didn't even think of (and with her around, didn't have to worry about). The food was as amazing as all the other reviews claimed, and our guests were absolutely raving about how much food there was (and you know there's a lot when thats coming from a bunch of Italians!) and how delicious it all was! We also got so many compliments from our guests on finding such a beautiful venue with such amazing staff. I cannot recommend enough Paramount, Alana, and the entire team to future brides looking for an absolutely OUTSTANDING venue that will go far above and beyond your wildest dreams in making your wedding day exactly as you envisioned!

Alana truly made us feel like no ask was too big. She was communicative, flexible and you can tell she cares about her couples. I never felt in the dark, and the work she puts in to make planning easy and the day of go smooth is incredible. Then there is Maria, the bridal attendant who I cannot say enough about. She handled everything we needed from the start of the day to the very end. Not only is she the sweetest human ever, but she was attentive, patient and helped the day go smoothly. Our guests are still raving about how amazing their experience was. The food was delicious and our guests tell us they have never experienced a cocktail hour like that before! We didn't have a single bad experience having our wedding here and would recommend it to anybody looking for amazing food, amazing atmosphere and amazing staff.

Cannot say enough amazing things about this venue!!!! I just had my wedding here on 8/20/21 and it was the absolute perfect venue for us. I am from Long Island, NY and my husband from Orange County, NY so this was such a perfect \"middle ground\" and so unique from all the Long Island weddings I had been to over the years. Everything is on-site from the gorgeous courtyard ceremony, to the patio cocktail hour, to the huge beautiful reception room AND the after party!! We even stayed on-site with our families in the small cottage. Alana is a dream to work with as she is completely on top of every detail, super responsive, and positive throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding with Covid looming over us the year prior was terrible, but Alana always always put me at ease and kept me happy, hopeful, and excited.Both Alana & Maria were INCREDIBLE the day of the wedding. On top of absolutely everything from taking care of the all the decor, setting up the room for the photographer, handling my marriage license, printing our vows, putting in my veil, pinning my dress. It was insane how above and beyond they went for us, all while making us feel so special. Also, pretty much used two recommended vendors (POSH DJ's and Basset Flowers) and and both were phenomenal. THE BEST VENUE EVER. Seriously. Do not look anywhere else, you have found your venue! The Paramount Country Club went above and beyond for us. They were so accommodating, friendly, and honestly just angels. I told them how my one big thing is that I wanted to make sure I ate on my own wedding day (since most brides don't) and they brought basically the entire cocktail hour to us to enjoy privately. THEN they even made us stuff to go. Also, the food is incredible. I would join the country club just to have the food. All of our guests said it was the best wedding food they ever had. I truly cannot get over how perfect they made our day. Also, our bridal attendant was amazing and on top of everything. Zero complaints, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I told them how my one big thing is that I wanted to make sure I ate on my own wedding day (since most brides don't) and they brought basically the entire cocktail hour to us to enjoy privately. THEN they even made us stuff to go. Also, the food is incredible. I would join the country club just to have the food. All of our guests said it was the best wedding food they ever had. I truly cannot get over how perfect they made our day. Also, our bridal attendant was amazing and on top of everything. Zero complaints, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Over the last close to nine months I have been in constant communication with Alana regarding wedding planning efforts, COVID regulations, food, decor and everything else. She answered every email timely and politely. Provided excellent guidance to my husband and overall tremendous help with coordinating things at the venue. As we got closer to the date I was introduced to Maria Quezada, the Paramount’s Bridal Attendant extraordinaire!!! I can not begin to describe how amazing Maria is. She was with my family and I from the night before the wedding when we arrived at the cottage through the tail end of our wedding day. Maria helped attend to my husband and I’s every need, managed our large family and proactively anticipated what we would need so she could address concerns before they arose and to ensure that I had the most amazing time on my wedding day. The title Bridal Attendant does not adequately describe what Maria does for couples that get married at the Paramount. I had a big vision for my wedding. A vision that included a lot of intricate details and this duo…Alana and Maria made my dream of a truly magical wedding come true. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. I’ve taken a long time to write this review because I wanted to make sure I said the right words to capture the full extent to which we loved Paramount, but most specifically working with Alana.The venue is beautiful offering spectacular views for an outdoor bridal shoot. The cocktail hour space is massive with a great outdoor area (fire pits included) and the ballroom is elegant giving way to the same spectacular views of the Ramapo mountains from the indoors. The lighting is top class so much so you don’t need to add any extra and the food was raved about by all of our guests for weeks following the wedding! But what made this day truly magical was Alana. The amount of time and attention she put towards our wedding is unreal and she does it with a smile literally every step of the way. She is hands down the best person in the industry to work with. Her knowledge, experience and support are what kept our nerves so calm on our wedding day and worry free. Her team is flawless and is on top of every single detail before you even realized you needed it. This is a top class team and the most professional around. Parting ways with Alana and Paramount after the wedding was emotional and we cried as we hugged each other goodbye. Alana became part of our lives for 9 months and really got to know and understand us as people to learn our tastes and preferences. It felt like a truly custom made wedding and we could not be happier.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing our wedding was at Paramount... starting with the first appointment with Alana was only the beginning of our awesome experience. Alana is warm, extremely informative, and super responsive. She provided all the answers we needed to feel good about booking Paramount for our special day. A month or so before our wedding, Alana reached out to make sure we were doing well and if there was anything else that was needed. She provided all the last minute details that I wasn't necessarily thinking of and made me feel so at ease. Then our wedding day happened... Alana and Nicole made sure all my decor came together and checked in with us often. My vision came to life and I never had a single worry that it wouldn't be what I've been dreaming of.. Maria, the bridal attendant, is one of the sweetest, most attentive people that I've ever came in contact with. She made not only me feel like a queen, but also my mothers and bridesmaids. We also cannot forget about Doug, the venue manager. We met him about a week before the wedding and was so friendly and made sure he double checked that he had all the alcohol we wanted. The food was also freakin' awesome. My guests still cannot stop talking about it! The property, too... we received a few sneak peeks from our photographer and they looked stunning. I guess to sum it up - I will always recommend Paramount! You will not regret booking them!

My daughter's wedding was 6 weeks ago and I am still on cloud nine after the amazing wedding we held at Paramount Club. If you are looking for an elegant venue with a \"rustic\" vibe then the Paramount Country Club is perfect! It's an Adirondack style estate and the stone and woodwork are beautiful...but the true star is the stunning ceremony gardens. As a former corporate event planner I am a tough person to please, and the venue's Director of Events, Alana, exceeded all of my expectations! There is nothing that Alana and her amazing team won't do to make your day special! I can not give them enough accolades!One of the best feature's of the venue is that you have the use of the property all day and night, with the girl's getting ready in the venue's cottage with breakfast and lunch served throughout the day. Maria, the bridal attendant, is amazing and anticipates your every need - she's truly one of a kind! The guys have an equally great staging area as well and have lunch served while they dress. They also received golf for 4 the day before the wedding on the beautiful course, which made my son-in-law very happy! Alana and Maria made sure that our photographer and videographer got the best photos, taking the bride and groom all over the golf course on a cart. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, the Maitre D, Nicole, and Executive Chef, Bryan, prepared to wow my guests with their excellent service and food. My guests are still raving about what an incredible wedding it was! We ended the amazing evening with an after party on the terrace with fire pits blazing and grilled cheese sandwiches for all! Once our guests departed for the hotel, the immediate family caught our breath by the fire and then departed for the lovely cottage rooms available to rent on site. The perfect ending to a perfect day! Run...don't walk...to the Paramount Country Club and meet with Alana! You will not find a better venue, or a better value, in the Hudson Valley area!!

We had our dream wedding at Paramount Country Club! Everything from the grounds to the food to the staff was absolutely incredible. Paramount was the first venue we visited and I knew the second we walked in that no other place would compare. The drive up to the venue is gorgeous, and the club house and ballroom are beautiful. We did not have our ceremony there but we took pictures in the space where they are usually held and they came out GORGEOUS. There are ample photo opportunities throughout the grounds including a sunken garden, a stone cottage with a Romeo and Juliet balcony, and beautiful mountain views that you’ll be golf-carted to. You can even stay in the stone cottage with your bridal party that night or the night before if you want to get ready there! The ballroom is really nice with floor to ceiling windows on both sides of the room. We had 182 guests and a 9-piece band and the space didn’t feel crowded at all. The clubhouse where the cocktail hour is held is beautiful as well. Half is indoors and the other half is outside with fire-pits and even a covered patio in case the weather is bad – thankfully we had a beautiful day which I’m convinced Alana, the Director of Events, had a direct hand in. I cannot say enough good things about her. She answered all my questions promptly and suggested things I never would have thought of. Through a series of unfortunate events I ended up with a black eye the week before my wedding and Alana even offered to look into blinged out eye patches for me! Thankfully, no eye patches were necessary but I seriously cannot stress how little you will be stressed if you choose Paramount. On the day of you’ll also have a bridal attendant and maître d’, Maria and Nicole, and they are amazing as well! Maria was so helpful through the whole day, helping out with pictures, making sure we were fed, even touching up my makeup! Nicole was incredible throughout the day as well and was still smiling even while dealing with our guests, who heartily enjoyed our open bar, at midnight. They even made sure that me and my husband had 15 minutes to ourselves before the festivities started where they cleared out the bridal suite and brought us all the food from our cocktail hour! Knowing our wedding was in good hands with the Paramount team was worth every penny we paid. These three ladies really care about making your day absolutely perfect and it shows in everything they do. Even our vendors were raving about how amazing the staff treated them! And on top of having the Avengers of weddings by your side all day, the food and drinks are incredible as well! Our guests are still raving to us about our cocktail hour and dinner. They worked around every dietary restriction and allergy our guests had and made sure everyone was well fed and taken care of. I seriously cannot recommend Paramount Country Club enough – having your wedding here will be the best decision you ever make!

The Paramount Country Club is seriously the best place ever. The staff is absolutely incredible, the food was superb, the atmosphere is unbelievable and the grounds are so beautiful with gorgeous views! I met Alana who is the Director of Events at the Paramount at our first visit and since then she became a wonderful resource if I had questions about anything or needed recommendations. She also became a great friend to have throughout the planning process! The rest of the staff was amazing as well! Nicole and Maria were with us all day to make sure everything went on schedule. They also made sure that me and my husband got enough to eat and drink which was really important!! It was the best day ever thanks to them. I didn't have to worry or think about anything because I knew that they were on it! We also got a chance to meet the master chef who prepared or fantastic buffet! We even asked for a special station that was not on the recommended list and they were very willing to try it out! And everything was so delicious and amazing! The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. There are so many spots to take great photos and Maria was there to facilitate everything and get us where we needed to go (via golf cart)!Overall it was a completely magical night. Everyone was so warm and friendly making the planning process so much more fun. I can't recommend the Paramount Country Club highly enough!

I met Alana who is the Director of Events at the Paramount at our first visit and since then she became a wonderful resource if I had questions about anything or needed recommendations. She also became a great friend to have throughout the planning process! The rest of the staff was amazing as well! Nicole and Maria were with us all day to make sure everything went on schedule. They also made sure that me and my husband got enough to eat and drink which was really important!! It was the best day ever thanks to them. I didn't have to worry or think about anything because I knew that they were on it! We also got a chance to meet the master chef who prepared or fantastic buffet! We even asked for a special station that was not on the recommended list and they were very willing to try it out! And everything was so delicious and amazing! The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. There are so many spots to take great photos and Maria was there to facilitate everything and get us where we needed to go (via golf cart)!Overall it was a completely magical night. Everyone was so warm and friendly making the planning process so much more fun. I can't recommend the Paramount Country Club highly enough!

Where to even begin- Paramount Country Club is the PERFECT wedding venue and gave us the wedding of our dreams. This was the first venue I visited and I immediately knew this was it. It's rustic without being TOO rustic, has beautiful cobblestone buildings, a glamorous ballroom, 3 large rooms for cocktail hour and the best part is the ceremony space- a BEAUTIFUL sunken garden with a large fountain and a stunning mountain view as the backdrop. I got chills the first time I saw it. This place thinks of EVERYTHING and the little details really add so much- a drink station as your guests arrive to enjoy while they wait for the ceremony, and they put tons of tiny tea light candles in the ballroom windows that look beautiful as it gets dark out. Alana, the director of events, was amazing. She responded promptly to all my emails (and I asked A LOT of questions lol!) and helped with anything we needed along the way. She will literally bend over backwards for you to make sure you have the perfect day. Maria, the bridal attendant, was phenomenal and took such good care of me, our bridal party and families. She is so organized and every time I asked her for anything, she had already thought of it and done it! Even my photographer said she's not used to a staff who is so attentive at a venue. The food selection and quality is out of this world- so many of my guests said that they have never even seen such an amazing cocktail hour. Nicole, the Maitre D, was also a HUGE help and lovely to work with. These 3 women are the dream team- they truly made me feel like our wedding was the first and only wedding they have ever done. They really care about making your day the best possible day it can be and it shows- to the couple, to the families and all the guests. On top of all that, there are a few cottage rooms to stay in (bride and groom get to stay overnight for free) which we loved the convenience of. Not only is the venue gorgeous but the staff is incredible

While searching for the perfect venue a friend of a friend recommended Paramount Country Club. When I called to set up an appointment, they fit me in the very next day. Alana did a fantastic job showing us around the venue and explaining all of the wonderful things the venue had to offer. It was honestly love at first sight! Planning the wedding was so easy because Alana was fantastic at responding to e-mails, she was very prompt and answered any questions I had. I cannot say enough great things about Alana. The food was delicious and a major step above other wedding venue food that we had tasted. Alana made it easy for me to drop off all the wedding extras, she helped take the monogram from our invitations and put it on the menus, she made the signage for us for our signature drink and card box, every detail was perfect. The night before the wedding we stayed in the suite at the Paramount- another fantastic amenity. The room was spacious, clean, and very convenient. This is when I got to meet Maria, who is another wonderful employee at Paramount. Maria and Alana helped us unload the car and get settled into the suite. When we woke up the day of the wedding Maria was there setting up breakfast for us! They provided fruits, pastry, coffee, mimosa, anything we wanted. Maria was doing things I didn't even think of- she steamed all of the robes and dresses, set up beautiful photo opportunities for the photographers, bustled and fixed dresses, took pictures on our phones for us, EVERYTHING! They also served us lunch and even made a lunch to go for the men who were getting ready at a nearby hotel. Alana and Maria are definitely an amazing team, I almost felt like they could read my mind- I didn't need to ask for anything. They brought us signature drinks as we rode around the course to take pictures. They even made sure that my husband and I took some time to eat and be alone before entering the party. They made the whole day smooth and amazing!!

As father of the bride who just held our daughter's wedding at this wonderful venue, I can only say that Alana and the whole Paramount team made this such a magical celebration. A selling point on this venue was the beautiful grounds and mountains in the background that made for beautiful photographic shots. Alana coordinated everything and made it the success that it was. She orchestrated the outdoor wedding procession to its maximum effect. Maria was a tremendous asset as bridal attendant attending to all of the bride and the wedding party's needs. Nicole, the maitre d’, took charge of the catering staff. All three and Robinson, the head chef went beyond expectations in catering to my digestive needs. They truly were amazing, taking the extra step to make everything perfect. Kudos to Robinson and his staff for cooking up such delicious food. Everyone who attended the party have been calling my wife and me telling us how wonderful everything was-from the grounds to the cocktail hour to the band to the food. The rooms for the cocktail hour and main reception and dance floor was spacious enough to hold our 200 plus guests comfortably. And did I mention the wonderful cottage on premises for the bridal party to get ready and bridal suite? Trust me, book your next affair here. You won't regret it.

Where to start with the Paramount Country Club, and the amazing experience they just made happen for my husband and I. I prefer to start with the people. Alana was one of the main factors in why we booked the Paramount to begin with. She is one of those people who is in such control over the events that are happening behind the scenes, anticipates your needs and is smiling all the way through it. She was incredibly accommodating to our requests and was so helpful from the first time we saw the venue, to the day after the wedding. The other part of the dream team was Maria, the bridal assistant. She anticipated our needs while getting ready all morning before we even knew them. She was on top of things and assertive, yet soothing. My bridesmaids are still raving about her.Beyond the people, the place itself was perfect. The weather held up enough for us to do our ceremony and pictures outside, which they didn’t make us decide until 1.5 hours prior. The grounds are beautiful, and the area where we did the ceremony, with the mountains in the background looked like something out of a movie. The set up for the reception was equally beautiful. Which brings me to what we ate at the cocktail hour and reception. BEST FOOD EVER. We were given a huge assortment of options, for both stations, passed hor devours and meals. Our guest couldn’t stop raving about how good it was. All in all, it was the perfect night, and the wedding planning was almost flawless with Alana helping us every step of the way. She does the work of an incredible, expensive wedding planner, all included when booking the Paramount.Don't walk, RUN, to book your wedding here. We could not have been happier!!

We got married here last weekend (11/18/17) and had the most magical night, truly beyond what we could have imagined. Last year when my mom and I started the venue search, Paramount was actually our very first stop. I was sold immediately, not just on the venue itself, but also on the staff. The grounds are stunning and the venue feels intimate and cozy. It is a really unique space, which is what we were looking for. Alana is the most talented and competent venue coordinator we met. She is a huge part of why we chose Paramount for our wedding. Alana worked with us every step of the way to answer our many, MANY questions. She was so patient with us and our families to put any of our worries at ease. She was incredibly accommodating and made sure we were happy about each and every detail. Alana also worked with our vendors to make sure all of the final details were set. The night before the wedding we were able to stay in the cottage right next to the venue - something I highly recommend if there is not an event the day before yours! We were able to wake up at the venue the day of the wedding and start getting ready right away. I felt so calm and relaxed the day of! Maria, the bridal attendant, was with us all day and anticipated all of our needs. She is an absolute gem! The night itself ran so smoothly and the timing for everything was on point. The space looked beautiful and everyone worked so hard to make sure the indoor ceremony space was special (because I had really wanted to have the ceremony out on the patio but the weather wasn't cooperating). All of the food was INCREDIBLE. Right after the ceremony, we were whisked away to a little room off the ballroom set up with tastings of the cocktail hour food. It was so nice to have a quiet moment to ourselves to enjoy some food and celebrate our marriage! Nicole was with us at the end of the night to make sure all of our belongings were wrapped up and that we were set with everything we needed. We were also able to stay at the cottage that night, which was amazing because we didn't need to leave to go to a hotel. Our guests have been raving to us and our families since the event. I highly recommend choosing Paramount Country Club for your wedding!

Maria was an amazing bridal attendant - she was constantly checking in with us, gave us drinks the entire night, helped me with my dress, gave us water and food whenever we needed, etc! Nicole also was extremely accommodating and helped us with anything we needed. She was always on top of what was going on throughout the night. The 3 rooms for cocktail hour (lobby/main entrance, main room with the long bar, and the outside which we were able to use the fire pits as well) was absolutely amazing. Everyone raved about it - as well as the food. DELICIOUS doesn't even give justice to descirbe all of the food at our cocktail hour as well as our main courses. Alana and Maria took my husband and I on a golf cart around the golf course (along with our photographers and videographer) and brought us to areas where the views were incredible - I had no idea this existed before! I cannot wait to see our pictures! And they had a bottle of Prosecco for us as well. Absolutely amazing and we had the best time. You will not be disappointed at Paramount. 5 stars isn't enough!

Paramount is AMAZING! We just had our wedding there last Friday, and it was everything we could've asked for and more. Alana went above and beyond for us, and made us feel extremely comfortable and at home from the moment we first stepped foot into Paramount. All I can say is WOW! It has been almost three weeks since I got married at The Paramount, and it feels like a dream. From the very beginning we received superstar treatment from Alana... she is fabulous and made our day easy and flawless. she went above and beyond even printing out a picture and finding a frame for it an hour before the wedding started, nothing was an issue for them! The day of the wedding we had the most wonderful girl, Maria helping us! I can't get over how together she had us.... even running after my toddler nephews! This venue blew away all me expectations, and working in the event business myself that says a lot. Did I mention the food?! It was amazing, and cocktail hour was crazy awesome, my friends and family loved it. I recommend this venue to everyone!!

We were looking at a number of venues within an easy drive of NYC when we found Paramount Country Club, we fell in love with the ceremony area, reception space and the staff there. The space and staff allowed for an event that was almost stress free (unfortunately they could not control the weather or the guest transportation). The cottage with multiple rooms allowed us the space to get ready and guests to stay overnight which was extremely convenient. We got married in autumn with the leaves changing - the background was truly breathtaking with lots of yellows, oranges, and reds. Having Maria on hand the day of the wedding was extremely helpful and she took care of things that I would not have even considered. Alana was the guiding force through the whole process. She was with us from the beginning through the end and never let us down. From showing us the spacious rooms to coordinating with our ice cream cake maker to make sure the cake got there on time and in one piece. One of the hardest decisions we had to make was what to serve our guests. Paramount did not make it easy on us since they offered a plethora of choices and then they told us that the chef can make almost anything we desired. The food was delicious and the guests enjoyed the spaciousness of the facilities. Words cannot describe how grateful we are to Alana, Nicole, Maria and the rest of the staff for making the day truly magical. If you are looking for a venue, Paramount Country Club is one of the best you could find.

We couldn't have chosen a better venue to hold our ceremony and reception. The food is definitely one of the best aspects of this venue. Our tasting was out of this world and there were so many choices to choose from for cocktail hour. People were raving about the food the whole night. As well, working with Alana for a year before our wedding date was so easy and it was the least amount of stress I could have imagined when planning a wedding(especially when there was stress from so many other areas). She gave us great recommendations and was very easy and available to communicate with when we had any questions. She was also always available when we wanted to come to visit and flexible with timing and requests. The day/night of our wedding there were a lot of moving pieces and she was on top of all of them. With coordinating different schedules, makeup and hair artists, time for pictures and getting the wedding party together, she and her amazing bridal assistant Maria helped it all flow well. Maria was a very helpful hand to have by my side; she did it all from spraying my hair to taking last minute grass minute stains out of the bottom of my dress. They were a great team. The night was no different in terms of them both being available and helpful. There was a minor issue midway through the reception with one of the vendors, and Alana was there to help resolve it calmly and quietly. It is a beautiful venue with an amazing team of people who were truly committed to making my wedding day as perfect as a day could be.

Other than the fact that this venue is beautiful, everything about our wedding day was perfect; thanks to Paramount Country Club and their staff.We had both the ceremony and reception here, and I could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in on my wedding day to the moment we said good night, I was taken care of by the staff. You are provided with a wedding coordinator and a maitre d' and they make your day a easy as possible. You do not have to worry about anything.The grounds are lovely, the stone buildings are very nice, and the outdoor area where the ceremony is done is gorgeous and elegant. The cocktail hour has a tremendous amount of food and it is all delicious, and the dinner is great too. The reception area is large, and very classy. The cake is included, and so is a complimentary suite for the newlyweds to stay overnight.I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff were. They are all super friendly and let you know when it will be time to do all of the traditional things like dancing with a parent and cutting the cake. They are aware of the schedule of events and you are left without a worry. They have your day go as smoothly as possible.This was truly the perfect day. I had an amazing time at my wedding. I highly recommend this venue.

Words cannot begin to describe what a wonderful experience it was to hold our wedding at Paramount Country Club. I looked at many venues in the area, including ones in Orange, Bergen and Westchester. Each venue I went to, I kept comparing them to Paramount. The grounds and building were truly are magnificent. The attention to detail is amazing (they lit votive candles in the windows for an added touch!) Alana was amazing to work with; she promptly responded to any email or phone call. Paramount was so flexible and let us put our own touches on our wedding, including bringing in a cigar bar! All the vendor recommendations Alanna gave us were wonderful and did amazing work (Dramatic Innovations and Timeless Tents). We both fell in love with the ceremony site but unfortunately were not going to be able to use it because we were being married in a church. I brought up the idea of setting up a tent for cocktail hour where ceremonies are usually held. Paramount was on board and made it happen! Guests said how amazing it was to walk around the corner and see this beautiful tent overlooking the mountains. The food was beyond superb! Cocktail hour had so many creative options. Paramount holds tastings to help you plan the menu. We had a hard time choosing because everything was so tasty! Many guests raved about the prime rib at dinner- saying it was some of the best they had ever had! Maria was truly a gem the day of the wedding. She thought of everything and had everything within reach. She even helped to sew up a guest's split pants! She ensured we ate during the cocktail hour because she knew we would be busy. Nicole ensured everything ran smoothly and the night was great because of her attention to detail! We keep saying we want to go back and relive our wedding day. The Paramount Country Club was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Alana and her team were professional, extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. It was very important to us for our wedding to be unique and represent who we are as a couple & being a planner, I had a very particular vision of what I wanted the set up to look like and how I wanted to day to go. I showed up with detailed lists & timelines and the team was more the willing to make my vision a reality. They were able to deliver exactly what I had hoped for and went above and beyond any chance that they got. The food was excellent – many of our guests said it was among the best wedding meals they’ve ever had. The grounds are absolutely stunning –the beautiful view outside, the awesome fountain, the reception room overlooking the mountains, and so much more. The bridal attendant, Maria, was wonderful. From having extra supplies “just in case”, to making sure we were drinking water on such a hot day, to showing us all the right places to take photos. The Paramount Country Club team made our day fun, easy and so very memorable. We can’t thank them enough and if we could do it all over again, we’d do it at The Paramount Country Club again!

They were able to deliver exactly what I had hoped for and went above and beyond any chance that they got. The food was excellent – many of our guests said it was among the best wedding meals they’ve ever had. The grounds are absolutely stunning –the beautiful view outside, the awesome fountain, the reception room overlooking the mountains, and so much more. The bridal attendant, Maria, was wonderful. From having extra supplies “just in case”, to making sure we were drinking water on such a hot day, to showing us all the right places to take photos. The Paramount Country Club team made our day fun, easy and so very memorable. We can’t thank them enough and if we could do it all over again, we’d do it at The Paramount Country Club again!

The magnificent golf course and mountain backdrop, afforded special areas for some unusual and creative pictures of the bride and groom.Doug Graubard is the ultimate wedding professional. With his extreme knowledge and passion for food, wine and presentation, Doug will help you design a current menu that captures your own personality. The entire staff at Paramount made the day seamless and easy, so that WE could truly enjoy every moment. Doug, Alana, Nicole and Maria worked very hard the entire day, paying great attention to all the details. Maria took such special care of the bride and the entire bridal party, From the ceremony through the cocktail hour, reception and after party, everything went as smoothly as promised. Words cannot fully capture how wonderful the Paramount is and how happy we were that we chose to get married there. First and foremost, everyone we worked with at this venue is a top notch professional--incredibly kind, patient, and easy to work with. Our main contact at the club, Mauricio, made the entire wedding planning process a delight, from start to finish. He answered every email and every phone call quickly and never tired of our questions. Our day-of coordinator Alanna was on top of everything; nothing got by her! And Maria, who was designated to help the bridal party, was incredibly attentive. I would recommend this venue for the three of them, if nothing else! \r\rBut of course, there is more that goes into a great wedding space, and Paramount had everything. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and their outdoor ceremony space had gorgeous views. The reception room is a large, versatile space and fit our relatively large party (215 people or so) well. And the food is AMAZING! We have gotten so may compliments on the cocktail hour, the dinner, and the dessert. We went the untraditional route of skipping wedding cake, and Paramount happily agreed to set up an ice cream sundae bar for us, complete with all the toppings you could ever want.\r\rAs I expressed earlier, we really were so impressed by this venue and cannot recommend enough as a wedding space. We wish we could do it all over again!

We threw our misconceptions out the window and quickly booked a time for our parents to see the venue before finalizing our wedding date.\r\rLooking back on our wedding day, we have absolutely no regrets! Mauricio and his staff went out of their way for us over and over again. They treated me, my husband, our family and bridal party like royalty the day of (we got ready on premises). The food (particularly cocktail hour) was delicious. They worked seamlessly with our other vendors. The venue itself was beautiful (we luckily had good weather and got married in the garden). And most importantly, they made it EASY! My in-laws were also impressed. My husband is their third and youngest son, making this the third wedding they’ve helped to host. They’ve said over and over again how impressed they were by Mauricio, who lived up to all his promises.\r\rBook Paramount Country Club and don’t look back! It will be worth it.

I thoroughly researched wedding venues in the Hudson Valley, Westchester and NJ. The Paramount stood out from the rest in my research and proved to be true on our wedding day. My husband and I were beyond happy with our choice!! The food was high quality and presented with style. So many of our guests commented on the delicious food at both cocktail hour and during the reception. After the wedding, we heard funny stories of people positioning themselves where the waiters came out so they could be first to get the passed hors d'oeuvres since they loved them so much. \r\rYou will recognize the beauty of the Paramount as soon as you see it. The outdoor ceremony area by the fountain is really unique. The vista of the mountains and the surrounding greenery was stunning. In addition, there are so many gorgeous spots throughout the grounds for photos. The staff at the Paramount is highly professional, efficient and considerate. All of the staff we encountered was very willing to help us and made us feel as they were genuinely concerned with making our event special. We worked mostly closely with Mauricio. He was an absolute pleasure to work with as he made the process fun for us and instilled confidence in us that everything would be taken care of and it was. He was extremely accommodating - making sure that all of the little touches were noted and executed. Mauricio was great about giving us suggestions when needed and helped us to shape our event. Doug, who deals with most of the golf events, took the time to show us around on a golf cart to get a full view of the venue's beauty. On the day of our event Alana was the maître de and did an incredible job making sure that everything ran smoothly. The weather was uncertain on our day (August 2nd) and the Paramount staff were willing to do whatever it took to keep our ceremony outside. Thankfully the weather held. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough. If you are looking for a beautiful venue with a unique modern looking ballroom, gorgeous grounds, delicious food and an incredible staff, this is your place.

We had avoided country club venues after seeing a few that felt like “wedding factories.” Paramount did not have that feel at all. The main clubhouse is a beautiful stone and beam ranch-style structure and the adjoining cottage is similarly constructed. The outdoor ceremony area - complete with surrounding stone walls and a moderately-sized center fountain - overlooks High Tor State Park’s beautiful hills and we were fortunate enough to have gorgeous weather for our wedding day. Both sets of families described Paramount as unpretentious and welcoming and that’s exactly right. Doug Graubard and his staff took outstanding care of us from beginning to end. They were accessible and extremely flexible with us throughout the planning process. The food is outstanding! Everyone raved about the cocktail hour - not only about the quality of the food but about the amount and variety. Some even thought that was dinner, but were equally impressed with the sitdown meal served at the reception. There were all sorts of thoughtful and much appreciated small touches (like the personal bridal attendant Maria, who was AWESOME, and the light lunch that was served while we got ready) that made an incredibly special day even more so. Doug’s staff is simply outstanding - they are professional, efficient and take obvious and well-deserved pride in their work. I could not have been any happier with my entire wedding weekend. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the cottage is extremely convenient, and the service was phenomenal. Doug was always there doing and bringing anything we could possibly need. He was concerned, not just with the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception, but he made sure that we were happy, comfortable, and wanting for nothing during our entire stay. Mauricio, Alana, and Maria were also always there to help in any way at all. We were very well taken care of, and there was definitely no need for a wedding planner - they made everything go very smoothly. The rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour and main courses were all delicious, and Doug worked with us to include anything and everything we wanted in the menus. It was the ideal weekend. I give the Paramount my highest recommendation!

Mauricio went above and beyond both in the planning process as well as the day of! He was available whenever I had a question and had suggestions when asked. My wedding was everything I have dreamed of and could not have been any better. The grounds were gorgeous and well kept. If you are looking for a place to have and incredible reception, service, and to have beautiful photos that you will have forever this is definitely the place! I would not have changed anything about my wedding day! The Paramount staff and maitre d' really went above and beyond. Our guests cannot stop talking about our wedding day! My husband and I have such great memories from our day and we have them all to thank for it! We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding went at Paramount. The venue itself is incredible— both inside and outside. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. We had our ceremony outdoors in the garden, where there is a beautiful fountain and gorgeous view of the mountains. The clubhouse has a classic, historic feel, but was recently remodeled-- very elegant and tastefully done, a country club that feels warm and welcoming, not pretentious. I have to say that we were not thrilled with the previous wedding coordinator, who was not very responsive when we initially tried to contact her. But we were very happy with the new events coordinator who recently came on board-- Doug Graubard is seriously the best! Doug put us at ease throughout the entire planning process and was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. Doug is passionate about food, presentation, and making sure that both you and your guests have a good time. He took the time to put together a special menu for our rehearsal dinner. He was flexible and happy to incorporate our ideas and favorite foods. On the day of our wedding, Doug, Ralph, and the whole staff worked very hard and went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. The food surpassed our expectations, the cocktail hour was very impressive, and we received a lot of compliments from our guests. Paramount Country Club was an amazing place to get married! Doug, Eric and Mauricio were extremely responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our day. On the day of our wedding, they ensured that everything was taken care of and everything went exactly how I had envisioned. They took care of all of our guests and made sure that everyone was happy. When it was time to cut the cake, my father did not have his jacket on. Mauricio went and got my dad's jacket and put it on him in time for pictures. They were really amazing! The only negative feedback I would have would be that all of the children were provided with chicken fingers. I was told that they were going to be provided with a choice, and they were not. We paid $70 a plate for the children so I expected they would get a choice. Overall, we had the best time and would not have done it any other way.

The venue coordinator, Alisha, was extremely prompt in answering any questions even about the most minute details. She customized our wedding package to fit our needs and budget. Additionally, she ran our rehearsal and made sure that our wedding party was ready for the big day. The maitre'd, Ralph, made sure that everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. He ensured that the schedule that we had discussed with Alisha was maintained, and everything was set up to our expectations and needs. Our day was absolutely perfect, and we have the Paramount Country Club to thank for a big role in making it one we’ll never forget.

We chose Paramount for a lot of reasons, but mostly because of the scenery. I wanted a fall foliage wedding and Paramount overlooks a mountain which makes for a beautiful backdrop for pictures in the fall. What we didn't know is that the staff at Paramount goes above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect. From our first meeting a year and a half before the wedding to the day of our wedding, the event coordinator Alisha remembered every detail we ever discussed and made sure to keep on top of everything. She bent over backwards to make my dad perfect. She knew our goal was to attend our cocktail hour so we extended it to an hour and a half to give time for pictures and time for the cocktail hour. Unfortunately we had a few late guest arrivals so our ceremony start a bit late and our photographer didn't have time to let us go to the cocktail hour so Alisha took it upon herself to grab all the different foods for us to sample and followed us and our photographer around the golf course and made sure we ate while taking pictures. She stayed on top of everything and everything went smoothly without any problems. The food was delicious and we had met the chef a few months prior at a tasting where he remembered my now husband requesting surf and turf as his special wedding meal, well without reminding him he went out and bought a 5 lb lobster the night before the wedding and cooked it for my husband so he indeed got his surf in turf. Ralph, who wasn't brought in on our wedding planning till closer to the end, made sure he knew everything we wanted and didn't want and stayed on top of it till after the last guest had left the reception! I had such an amazing wedding and it was in large part to the staff at Paramount and how great they are at making a bride's day truly special!!!

We got married at Paramount Country Club last November and we could not recommend the venue more highly. Everything about the wedding was more than we could ask for. The venue is perfect and very well laid out. Guests raved about the food which was delicious, plentiful and beautifully presented. Alisha and her staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. She helped us every step of the way with our planning and couldn't do enough for us the day of the wedding. We looked at many other venues in Westchester, Rockland and New Jersey and no other place could match up. Any bride who chooses Paramount Country Club for their wedding will be extremely happy with their decision.

We recently got married at the Paramount and it was PERFECT. From the first day we met Alisha we knew we were in excellent hands. From the ceremony to the reception, the whole day went so smooth. They took care of us every step of the way. The food we chose was delicious too! Our guests were just as impressed with it as we were. One friend is already planning for his daughter to get married there in 20 years! (she is only 5 now!) I would definitely recommend the Paramount to anyone!

We recently got married at the Paramount and it was PERFECT. From the first day we met Alisha we knew we were in excellent hands. From the ceremony to the reception, the whole day went so smooth. They took care of us every step of the way. The food we chose was delicious too! Our guests were just as impressed with it as we were. We had our wedding at Paramount Country Club on June, 2, 2012 and couldn't have been happier with our venue choice! Alisha was so wonderful to work with from when we selected the venue in February of 2011 to several weeks after the wedding in the summer 2012. The entire staff at Paramount treated us like family and helped us put together a very memorable experience. The grounds are breathtaking and there are so many options whether you're looking for a indoor ceremony and reception cite, outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception, or a completely outdoor wedding. They are exceptional at adjusting to the size of the event as well. We had a small rehearsal lunch on the friday before our wedding and had a fairly large reception the next day. I was amazed at how both events felt right for the size of room and level of service. If you want to treat your guests to an amazing wedding or any type of party or event; while having the piece of mind of an experienced and dedicated staff helping you pull off all the details, Paramount is your venue! And if you're worried about your budget, dont be! The chef and event staff will work with whatever budget you come in with and the customer service alone goes way beyond expectations.

Our wedding was on June 16th and we had an amazing experience at Paramount. Alisha was awesome to work with and helped me throughout the year, answering questions right away, coming up with solutions, and making wedding planning an enjoyable experience. Our wedding day was perfect. We got married at sundown in the garden. Our pictures came out with the sun going down against the mountains behind us. There is no better, more serene setting. The food was great and the bridal suite was a spacious hotel room for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. Sorry it took 4 months for the review! Thanks for everything!

Paramount Country Club was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. If you are looking for a location that blends a rustic, elegant atmosphere with quality service then you'll certainly be pleased here. We had the pleasure of having a beautiful September day for our wedding so our outdoor ceremony in the garden with the fountain and mountain background was absolutely perfect. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful and serene everything was.\r\rAlisha, Ralph, Maria and all the service members at Paramount were very attentive to our needs along the way...allowing us to make changes as we went along, and making us aware of the many options we had available. The day of the wedding I could not have felt any more special than I did...always with a drink brought to my hand, food delivered to us in the garden while taking pictures, and keeping us aware where needed.\r\rThe food was delicious from cocktail hour to dessert and there was plenty of it all, seasoned perfectly. An extra special touch that we enjoyed is that they have a Member Cottage where the bride & groom and bridal party can stay overnight after the wedding. The rooms are beautiful & elegant and it made the night end on a perfect note.\r\rI would highly recommend Paramount Country Club as a location to consider for a wedding venue--if you take a visit yourself, you'll see just how special it is.

The Director of Catering Alisha and the Executive Chef, Ryan, took really good care of us from our first visit to the place to the execution of the wedding, always making sure our needs were met. We just couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to get married than at Paramount Country Club. Everything was perfect, we wouldn’t change a thing. Great staff, great food, beautiful location, and reasonable costs. The newly hired event coordinator, Alisha, General Manager, Brad, and executive chef, Ryan, made us feel like anything was possible and always accommodated our needs. Our guests absolutely raved about their experience. Positive response all around. The wait staff was genuinely invested in making our wedding a success. The club is going through a massive renovation/transformation under the new owners, and continues to make changes and develop their vision for Paramount. I think the services and infrastructure will only continue to get better with time.

We got married 2 weeks ago and the calls and raves are still coming in. The sunken garden is the perfect romantic spot for a wedding. It's just gorgeous. BUT what really makes this place amazing is the service and the food. Alisha and Abby were there to guide us and helped us plan a stunning wedding. Our guests LOVED the cocktail hour. They raved about the hors d'ouevres and the different stations. There was so much food that many guests thought that must have been the whole dinner and were pleasantly surprised when we moved to the dining room.\r\rThe waitstaff was unbelievable. My drink would barely be finished when there would be a fresh one waiting for me. I thought perhaps it was because I was the groom, but all my guests received similar treatment. My Father is diabetic and had asked if any of the desserts were sugar free. His waitress came back 5 minutes later with a plate of sliced fruit.\rThey also give you a gorgeous hotel room on the premises for your wedding night and when we finally made it there after the reception, we found lit tea lights all around the room making for a most beautiful finish to an unbelievable day. You will not be disappointed.

I recently had my wedding at Paramount Country Club and I have to highly recommend them. The ballroom is brand new with a modern decor, the grounds are gorgeous, and the staff was professional and responsive. I worked with Alicia, the new wedding coordinator for the club. She's incredibly experienced and helped me plan a gorgeous, creative, stress-free event. I work full time and go to school, and I was able to leave most of the planning to Alicia with full confidence that everything would be perfect, and it was! Finally, the food was out-of-this-world. I was able to have a lot of control over the menu and my guests couldn't believe how creative and delicious everything was. Overall, I couldn't be happier with Paramount.

It was on a golf course so the secenery was absolutely beautiful. The ambiance was pretty yet low key. Nothing over the top.;I don't think we got as much food for cocktail hour and dessert as some other places offer. However, the food was very good.
