We just had our wedding this past weekend at PC and we could not wait to leave a review because the entire organization is INCREDIBLE. I have only ever heard good things about PC, but I never expected the type of impeccable service we received. Every single member of their team is pure perfection. They are bridal experts. They seamlessly coordinate your entire day, assist the bride/groom/families with anything and everything, and truly help your vision become a reality. I specifically want to highlight Jenny, Jeremiah, Dawn, Corinne, Oscar, & the rest of the team who worked the 1/5/24 wedding. This team is made of mind readers; they anticipated our every move, questions or requests, and immediately solved any minor inconvenience which may have occurred (which was essentially nothing, because this team caught any concerns way before anything happened). They provided suggestions based on their experience which proved to be invaluable. There was no stone that went unturned, they truly think of everything. From carrying the brideâs details around all day, to having a bridal emergency kit on hand at all times, to giving us their PERSONAL hand warmers while taking pictures outside in the cold, helping with restroom breaks, to hiding behind and pulling out chairs during toasts, holding our drinks so they do not spill on us, making sure we are staying hydrated, having family and friends in the right locations throughout the dayâŚ.and the list goes on and on. And I have to highlight not only the attentiveness to the bride but to other co workers. They appear to have incredible working relationships and that helps the day run so seamlessly. They also happened to be training a new colleague that day, and the more senior team members were so considerate and kind in their training. The venue itself is stunning. Their bridal and groomâs suites are beautiful and help with a seamless and stress free day. There is not a single guest who has not called and said how impressed they were with the staff, food, and venue. Please do not hesitate to book with PC!! There are truly no words to express how impressed we were with this venue, but again, specifically the team who took care of us. They were kind, considerate, thoughtful, professional, and so very comforting. The five aforementioned team members deserve all of the accolades, raises, and promotions possible. I cannot say enough good things about this venue! The grounds are stunning, the service was impeccable, the bridal attendants went above and beyond! The staff is composed of true professionals who are able to seamlessly coordinate, to the minute, every last detail of your wedding day with a variety of vendors to ensure absolute perfection. It is a justifiably expensive venue and was worth every penny for me (a type A, detail fixated, DIY bride) to have an absolutely stress free day (something I NEVER thought would be possible)!!! I would absolutely, undoubtably, recommend this venue time and time again!!!!!

Hands down the best investment we made was booking our wedding at the Park Chateau. My only regret is that we didn't book sooner - those dates fill up fast! My husband and I got married in May 2023 and couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. Ben gave us our original tour and did an amazing job of making us feel special before we even signed anything! Throughout the entire planning process they were very communicative, always welcomed us for return visits and hit it out of the park with the truly astonishing food tasting - that by itself felt like a wedding and gave us a preview of what was yet to come. It's an understatement to say that the entire Park Chateau team made us feel like absolute royalty on our wedding day. It was almost as if they were reading out minds and knew what we needed before we even asked. Truly went above and beyond with the customer service and treated our wedding like a complex and in depth production. Our personal attendants, Jeremiah, Corrine, Ashley and Marina all have a special place in our hearts. The venue and grounds are stunning and the food and drinks were to die for, but what really impressed me was their ability to also work well with our Full Service Wedding Planner, Camille of JunePlumm Events. Often you find that venues have a bit of a turf war with planners, but luckily for us Josh and his team worked so well together with Camille and her staff all in an effort to have our day run as smoothly as possible - and they did just that! 1000% recommend getting married at the Park Chateau!

The planning process was seamless and Devin was so attentive to details and always so quick to respond to questions. I truly thought I was going to be nervous the day of, but the staff made sure everything was perfect. They kept us on our time schedule and were the nicest people who truly made us feel like royalty. Our bridal attendants became our friends for the night, which made us feel so much more comfortable. The food was out of this world. Our guests are still raving about the wedding and itâs been two months! I would 100000% recommend the Park Chateau. I can truly say I had the most perfect wedding day.

In addition, Park Chateauâs service is top-notch, including the excellent team of MaitreâD, wedding coordinator, bridal attendants, and table servers. Special Thanks to Devin, Elizabeth, Oscar, Tom, Ben, Kayla, Josh, Preston, Tristan, Gemma, and the entire Park Chateau Staff! Our wedding day was incredibly perfect thanks to the Park Chateau. Not only is this place the most gorgeous venue in the entire world, but the level of professionalism by the staff is remarkable. From the moment we came to look at the venue, we knew the breathtaking gardens, chapel, ballroom, and bridal suites were something special. The food was incredible. The views from the ballroom and suites were incredible. The following staff members were also exceptional and walked us through every step of the day; Devin, Elizabeth, Oscar, Tom, Ben, Kayla, Ashley, Josh, Preston, Tristan, Gemma and the rest of the entire Park Chateau Staff! Had my wedding at PC in June 2023 and could not have imagined a more beautiful, special and fun filled night. To start, throughout the entire two year engagement and planning process Devin was extremely helpful and thoughtful and helped me deal with every situation. The day off, our bridal attendants took care of absolutely everything for us and treated us like royalty. The food was amazing and we had several guests come up to us and say it was the best wedding and best food they have ever had at a wedding! If you have any hesitations about the venue letâs this be your sign to book it!!! Thank you PC for the most magical night a bride could have đ¤

The professionalism that Park Chateau offers from start to finish is truly amazing and unlike any other venue. They somehow still manage to keep an incredibly family/homey/trustworthy feeling while still presenting an incredible business and organized demeanor. They never make you feel like you are a bother with the millions of questions you may have throughout the whole wedding planning process. They truly try to work with you to give you every possible thing they can without trying to nickel and dime you. At first I was a little sticker shocked, but after seeing all they include in their price and seeing how much my friends who are getting married are paying at other venues to add all of those extra things on, it is worth every single penny! They take care of SO much for you! Although they seem to work as an assembly line having these incredible and elaborate weddings every day, sometimes even 2 a day⌠they still manage to customize and add a level of uniqueness to make your day feel personal and extra special. I loved my bridal attendants⌠big shout out to Jenny on the Block! Who somehow managed to set up all of my DIY stuff, while not letting me feel the weight of my ballroom dress once throughout the day! This girl seriously carried my train behind me the entire day. When I got on the dance floor, I couldnât believe how heavy my dress felt without her holding it up and couldnât have imagined feeling that weight on me all day. And when I was crying because my 3 year old daughter wouldnât stop crying and caused my mom to miss my ceremony, Jenny was the one waiting for me at the end of the aisle with high energy and jokes managing to get my energy back up for the rest of the night within seconds! If I would have had my wedding anywhere else with my crazy family, it would not have gone nearly as smoothly as the Park Chateau made it go. The best thing for calming a brideâs anxiety down on her wedding day is knowing things are prepared and taken care of. I was so confident in my venue and their staff. I had full trust in them and never had to worry about how things would run for a second. And that peace of mind on such a big and important day is truly priceless.

I have so many amazing things to say about Park Chateau, they made my wedding day and the planning process so easy and my husband and I couldn't be happier with them. Throughout planning, Devin and Dom were always easily accessible and ready to answer even the smallest questions that I had. Every time we visited the venue they always made us feel so welcome and taken care of. On our wedding day, I had no stress or worries because I really trusted them to take care of everything and make sure the day ran smoothly. Ashley, Kerianne, and Dawn were our bridal attendants, and Justin was our Maitre D', and they were so sweet to us, knew what we wanted without asking, and were by our sides almost all day. The staff here are all so polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. On top of all that, you can't beat how beautiful the gardens are and how delicious (and plentiful) the food is! They really know how to do weddings, and if you are able to afford it I really think this venue is second to none.

I attended a wedding here (as a best man) and stayed in the hotel as well. The stay at the hotel was very nice and we had a fantastic evening for the rehearsal dinner there. The day of the wedding went just about as well as you could imagine. The ORGANIZING staff were very much attentive and helped the facilitate the evening well. At the end of the wedding evening, the entire night was incredible. The follow Sunday evening, a couple of guests mentioned they were falling ill with what looks like serious food poisoning. Normally would not think twice about this. Monday rolls and we keep getting reports of more and more people being sick. At the close of Monday, 50 of the 130 attendees had food poisoning and thatâs all we know of as we havenât reached out to all the guests. Bride and groom are spending their honeymoon in a very expensive bathroom. My advice: since youâre already spending the money, hire the NJ Department of Health to be on site and help make sure you can enjoy the day in peace.

We booked the venue two years out and they were available to answer any question possible throughout the planning process as ideas and visions changed. They were accommodating to any need we had, especially for those in our wedding party with disabilities. They took notes on everything we needed before the big day and pulled through on everything they promised on the actual day. The staff was fantastic and catered to our every need throughout the entire day. As a bride, you don't need to worry about a single thing because they are prepared for anything, anticipate anything and can handle anything. The food and drinks were fantastic. Most importantly, the staff was second to none in providing âwhateverâ anyone asked for. They were consistently courteous and their smiles and positivity throughout the night are a testament to how much they love their jobs. All requests were completed quickly and with ease. Park Chateau has, without a doubt, a wonderful group of employees who strive to go above and beyond what is needed. It is their ability to assist in the planning process that made all the difference. Prior to and on our wedding day everything was a breeze. As promised, any question was quickly answered, and we had zero worries or stress. A bride dreams of her special day often. They were consistently courteous and their smiles and positivity throughout the night are a testament to how much they love their jobs. All requests were completed quickly and with ease. Park Chateau has, without a doubt, a wonderful group of employees who strive to go above and beyond what is needed. It is their ability to assist in the planning process that made all the difference. Prior to and on our wedding day everything was a breeze. As promised, any question was quickly answered, and we had zero worries or stress. A bride dreams of her special day often. My dream was realized due the efforts of the staff employed by Park Chateau. Special recognition must be given to the wonderful people who worked with us prior to and on our wedding day. Tom, Devin, Elizabeth, Oscar, Gemma, Corine, and many others. I wish I could mention everyone on the staff because they all deserve praise for what can only be termed as a magical evening. I cannot express enough my thanks and appreciation for the hours and hard work that went into making our wedding extraordinary. I knew I wanted to get married here before I even met my now husband. This place is what dreams are made of. The grounds are stunning. We wanted a garden ceremony, but because of rain, the ceremony was in the chapel, which was absolutely stunning. They are a well oiled machine. Planning was as easy as could be. On behalf of my family we wanted to send our sincere thanks to you and the entire team at Park Chateau for the amazing time we had celebrating Chelsea and Dylan's wedding.There are so many people we need to thank for the amazing job that they did for us. Starting with Tom who was the first person we spoke to when we looked at the venue, to the many many email conversations with Devin. She always had the answers to any of the questions and her advice and recommendations were always appreciated. Melissa and Elizabeth were also great to work with and always very helpful. But the day of the wedding was the most amazing, starting with Oscar and his team. Oscar truly made us feel like we were the only wedding he was ever doing when in reality we are just one of hundreds that he does. He was there for hours helping us with anything we needed and there was not one thing the night of the affair that was not done perfectly! I cannot tell you how many of our guests commented about how nice and courteous the staff, servers, and bartenders all were. Not to mention how amazing the food was!!! Then there is Dawn and her team which there is only one word for WOW! Dawn, Justin, Dean, and Jenny were truly amazing! From being there all day for the bride and groom, to helping sew a button back on my son's tux, to Dawn sewing my wife's dress, and all the many other things they did that day is a big reason why Park Chateau is one of the (if not the best) wedding venue in the tri-state. Their level of service and help is truly remarkable. You truly cannot sum up or express how happy and impressed we were with the affair in a simple email, but I tried the best I could. The staff was incredibly attentive and detailed oriented and made all of our wedding wishes come true. Our guests could not stop talking about the gorgeous grounds, stunning ballroom and delish/over the top cocktail and Viennese Hour- literally everything you could think of/ever want to eat is available! Apart from the amazing staff and venue, something else that really set the Park Chateau apart for us, versus other venues in the area, was the hotel on premise. We recently hosted our child's wedding over the holiday weekend at the Park Château. All I can say is, WOW! Two plus years of waiting for the day and having booked before the pandemic, we had no idea what to expect. On the business end, they know what it takes to make events special, classy and happy couples' fairy tale dreams come true. On the happy client scale, everything was perfect. Okay, almost perfect. My stomach was in knots and I didn't eat. I atribute it to nerves. All my foodie picks from a few months back that I was looking forward to enjoying during cocktail hour and the amazing dessert displays after dinner were lost on me because I could not eat. But every guest there ate beyond being full from cocktail hour through dinner and all the way to the end with all the amazing desserts. We could see that the staff truly enjoyed working our event and they were the kindest, sweetest and happiest bunch. The lighting in the ballroom was perfect. Romantic at the start and then, when people were ready to dance and the light up wands were handed out, the lighting changed to a more festive mood. Even the beautiful staff, honored the bride's wishes with light up wands in hand moving to the beat. It was a long road from back in January of 2019 when we first walked in to get to this point. Everyone has been so incredibly nice all along the way. The presentation of food is unmatched. The venue is enormous and beyond stunning. The gardens are just lovely... out of dream. And both food and drink measure up to and exceed the beautiful presentation. Or so I am told. I hope to one day have a reason to be a guest when I can relax and enjoy that for myself. But despite that, I had an incredible time. My spouse had an incredible time. The guests were raving for days. And most of all, our child and new spouse had the best time of their entire lives. As a parent who wanted to make a child's dreams come true, what more could I ever want for after this? A healthy and loving life with a few little ones along the way? Of course! But this one moment will always rank very high. A once in a lifetime memory that will be cherished forever. And the people who made it work will always be in our hearts.

My main bridal attendants were INCREDIBLE. From steaming my dress to running to my hotel room to grab my fur wrap mid pictures because it was way windier than I expected. Gemma and Jen and my husbandâs attendant Joe made what was already sure to be a great day, spectacular. The food was delicious, the day of events went off without a hitch. All of my guests were blown away. I didnât think so initially, but I would do it all again in a heartbeat.

We donât even know where to start with how perfect our wedding was at the Park Chateau. From start to finish they make sure that you have the wedding of your dreams. They are so on top of every little detail and make sure you have the most perfect day. My husband and I got married here on December 9, 2021. This amazing venue made our day everything that we thought it would be and much, much more! The entire process- from touring the venue, to the food tasting/ choosing the menu, seating arrangements, decorations, and more... were all made so easy with the help of Devin and many others! They really know what they are doing. Everything is so organized that it makes planning easy. They helped me remember every last detail- both big and small.The day of staff, especially Austin, Sammi, Leigh, Tiffany, Jenny, and Corrine (to name a few) were all SO attentive, kind, and helpful. The bridal attendants had everything I could need on hand... It was truly amazing.Our guests loved our wedding! Everyone still talks about the endless food that we had at cocktail hour and the viannese dessert table. The ballroom is huge and has 2 bars inside so that we could easily keep the drinks flowing! The setup in the large ballroom was great- it easily accommodated our 250+ guests, our 10 piece band, our photobooth, and live painter.Lastly, I love that the hotel is right next door! It was easy to coordinate with the venue and the hotel since the staff all works together. They even brought over our floral arrangements from the wedding to be reused as decor at our recovery breakfast the next day.THANK YOU Park Chateau for the wedding of our dreams!

The day of the wedding was hands down the best day of our lives. Every single detail and thing was taken care of. I arrived at 5am and the bridal suite was already set up. I didnât have to lift a finger! Shea, Emily, and Dawn are some of the amazing individuals that took care of us. They ensured that we had everything we needed that day and also that we had fun! The Park Chateau went above and beyond to make our day so incredibly special. Devin and Austin worked with us leading up to our day to make sure everything ran smoothly. David and I both felt as if we couldn't have gotten ready without them! They even calmed our nerves and gave us helpful tips when we were feeling overwhelmed. And, of course, the food at the venue is simply delicious. All of the food and drinks at our wedding were amazing. I highly recommend the martini bar! A crowd favorite. If youâre even *thinking* about booking at park chateau, just do it! They are truly the best wedding venue. The entire process was made so easy because they are so organized over there. Working with Devin as our coordinator truly made our lives 100x easier. Sheâs on top of it. Any time I had a question and went to email her- I would literally get a response back within minutes. I truly donât think I could of planned a wedding without Devin. She is literally amazing and just so great at what she does. Everyone is so nice at park chateau but our bridal attendants that day were Jenny, Shae, Alix, and Corrine. When I tell you they were rockstars- I mean it. They literally made the day go so seamlessly and were so sweet. They treat you like royalty there. They are so professional and pay such close attention to all the details. They made us feel so comfortable. My husband and I loved them! I have family who even still talk about how great the attendants were. Our maitre d Oscar was a 10/10. He runs a tight ship and executed the day flawlessly. They were all just 10 steps ahead of us and were always there if we needed Somthing or would always beat us to whatever we needed so we didnât have to ask for it. When I tell you youâre in good hands - I mean it. The day was the most amazing day and we will never forget it. We are truly grateful for Park Chateau and the staff there.

We had the pleasure of working with Tom and Devin throughout our planning/postponing process. Something as difficult as postponing your big day not once but twice, was made easy by the Park Chateau team. They did everything they could to ensure that we were happy in a very uncertain time. Throughout this long journey Devin was the ultimate rockstar. She was always there for us and for all questions at all times of the day. She was always kind and it was evident that she is someone who takes pride in the job that she does. Anyone that has the pleasure of working with Devin will not be disappointed!! We finally had our big day on July 22, 2021 and it was nothing short of magical. The entire staff made us feel like we were family and that they wanted to do anything to make our day special. The bridal attendants were the most amazing group of hardworking professionals and we were blown away by their services. Lee and Faith stood by my side throughout most of the day and night. They were absolutely OUTSTANDING and made me feel so beyond special. Days after the wedding people were talking about the attendants and how amazing they were. They couldn't believe that they stood on the outskirts of the dance floor with margaritas ready for us once the dancing stopped and ice cold towels to cool down. Just over the top! Furthermore, Austin and team were phenomenal. Their attention to detail and making sure that everything was perfect for us, was something we will truly never forget! While we could go on forever and talk about the beautiful aesthetic and amazing food at Park Chateau we feel what is most memorable in our hearts are all the people at PC that made our day what is was. The attendants that spent the day with us (Bride and Groom) were more than even ten steps ahead of us. They predicted movements and analyzed each miniscule detail to ensure the day was truly perfect. Jemma, Ashley, Alix and Gabby treated us like gold and made it simple to trust them with anything; allowing us to focus on each other and nothing else was the best gift we didnât know we needed, and weâre eternally grateful for them. There arenât enough words in the dictionary to express the phenomenal work that Liz, Joe and Michael put into our wedding. They exude professionalism while always making us feel like family by addressing EVERY question and request with respect and pleasure. From curating a special requested soup at a custom chafing station during cocktail hour, to reorganizing the weddingâs format to provide our guests a unique flow of an after party; these coordinators exhibited their passion with their artistic and precise execution to our event. My husband and I had our dream wedding at The Park Chateau on 8/6/21. It was truly the most amazing day of our lives, straight out of a fairytale. The venue itself is stunning. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, the chapel is timeless, and the ballroom is so romantic and grand. Every corner you turn thereâs another âWOWâ factor! The bridal suite and groom suite were the perfect place to spend the morning, and they served us delicious breakfast and lunch. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Our guests were left speechless during cocktail hour with the abundance of choices, and the Viennese hour was over the top (seriously, it was dessert heaven)! Dinner was also incredible and plentiful! All of our guests were absolutely blown away by every single aspect of our wedding. The service we received was exceptional. We were treated like ROYALTY. The staff were so organized, attentive, professional, and encouraging. Our day ran so smoothly, and so efficiently, as every single person was on top of their game. Our bridal attendants (Dawn, Ashley, Joann, and Alix) and maitre dâs (Austin and Joe) went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of all day long. I didnât have to lift a finger or ask for anything all day, as they were always 10000 steps ahead of us and prepared for absolutely anything and everything. I was honestly able to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the day. Dawn, my lead bridal attendant, was with us during our photos in the 90 degree heat. She had cold towels for our necks, endless water, and at one point my feet hurt so bad I didnât even make it through the door and she had a chair for me to sit and slippers! I had mentioned that I loved the carrots served with the dinner entree, and she bought me an an entire PLATE of extra carrots! Ashley, the other bridal attendant, went over to the hotel to help my grandma get dressed because she was having trouble. They had the most positive attitudes all day, we felt so loved and taken care of! Even the next morning, when we went to pick up our decor and extra food, I was greeted with a smile and hug from Joanne. I did not have to think or worry about any of the logistics, as Devin was there to handle my vendors as they arrived and to make sure every little detail was perfect and exactly the way I wanted it to be. Throughout the entire wedding planning process Devin was incredibly responsive and kind. I would email her a thousand questions and I ALWAYS received a supportive and timely response. I never once questioned or doubted a single detail of our wedding, because I knew Devin would make sure our day was one we would never ever forget. I truly feel every bride needs a Devin in their life!!Thank you to Devin, Dawn, Ashley, Joanne, Alix, Joe, and Austin for playing such a huge part in making our wedding day so special. My husband and I had our dream wedding at The Park Chateau on 8/6/21. It was truly the most amazing day of our lives, straight out of a fairytale. The venue itself is stunning. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, the chapel is timeless, and the ballroom is so romantic and grand. Every corner you turn thereâs another âWOWâ factor! The bridal suite and groom suite were the perfect place to spend the morning, and they served us delicious breakfast and lunch. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Our guests were left speechless during cocktail hour with the abundance of choices, and the Viennese hour was over the top (seriously, it was dessert heaven)! Dinner was also incredible and plentiful! All of our guests were absolutely blown away by every single aspect of our wedding. The service we received was exceptional. We were treated like ROYALTY. The staff were so organized, attentive, professional, and encouraging. Our day ran so smoothly, and so efficiently, as every single person was on top of their game. Our bridal attendants (Dawn, Ashley, Joann, and Alix) and maitre dâs (Austin and Joe) went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of all day long. I didnât have to lift a finger or ask for anything all day, as they were always 10000 steps ahead of us and prepared for absolutely anything and everything. I was honestly able to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the day. Dawn, my lead bridal attendant, was with us during our photos in the 90 degree heat. She had cold towels for our necks, endless water, and at one point my feet hurt so bad I didnât even make it through the door and she had a chair for me to sit and slippers! I had mentioned that I loved the carrots served with the dinner entree, and she bought me an an entire PLATE of extra carrots! Ashley, the other bridal attendant, went over to the hotel to help my grandma get dressed because she was having trouble. They had the most positive attitudes all day, we felt so loved and taken care of! Even the next morning, when we went to pick up our decor and extra food, I was greeted with a smile and hug from Joanne. I did not have to think or worry about any of the logistics, as Devin was there to handle my vendors as they arrived and to make sure every little detail was perfect and exactly the way I wanted it to be. Throughout the entire wedding planning process Devin was incredibly responsive and kind. I would email her a thousand questions and I ALWAYS received a supportive and timely response. I never once questioned or doubted a single detail of our wedding, because I knew Devin would make sure our day was one we would never ever forget. I truly feel every bride needs a Devin in their life!!Thank you to Devin, Dawn, Ashley, Joanne, Alix, Joe, and Austin for playing such a huge part in making our wedding day so special. We are so incredibly grateful for all of you, and all the hard work and long hours you put into making our day the happiest day of our lives.

But the most special part of this place is its dedicated staff. Austin, Dawn, Oscar, Sammy, Gemma and Devin are just a few of the people who stopped at nothing to make our day absolutely perfect. Every couple deserves to be treated the way we were on our wedding day, and it's all thanks to them. We are so grateful.

Our wedding day was by far the most special day of our lives and we owe all of that to Joe and his amazing staff at the Park Chateau. All the staff at Park Chateau were patient, kind, attentive and professional. It was an incredible feeling to know that we could relax and enjoy our day knowing everything was running smoothly and our guests were enjoying themselves. I think what makes The Park Chateau such an incredible venue is how personal everything is. From the moment we first made contact with Joe, through to leaving the day after our wedding everything was amazing. Every corner of The Park Chateau is a reflection of their love, character, and dedication. This is, we feel, the unquantifiable reason behind the elegance of The Park Chateau, and what elevates it beyond every other wedding venue we have ever seen. From the gardens, the chapel, bridal and groom suite, the gorgeous ballroom, to the delicious array of food, we felt the love and commitment pouring from every corner of what they have created. Not only did our guest have the pleasure of experiencing all that Park Chateau has to offer, they also had the opportunity to stay at the Chateau Grande Hotel - which is located on the same grounds as the Park Chateau venue. Not only is it convenient, it is filled with high end amenities, including a full bar and restaurant, Orchard Park by David Burke. We highly recommend the Park Chateau. We feel so incredibly blessed to have experienced our very own fairy-tale wedding!

From the moment I first saw the Park Chateau online I knew I wanted to get married there. On our first visit to the venue we were blown away by the beauty of the venue and chapel. From the time we booked to our wedding day everyone at Park Chateau was incredible!! We booked right before COVID started and worked with Devin and Tom. They are amazing and were so helpful throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions and they were always available and willing to answer. With the uncertainties of changing restrictions the entire staff was calm, organized and eased our concerns. I cannot stress enough how great Devin was throughout the entire process! She was so easy going and was able to accommodate so many different preferences and changes as we planned. On the day of our wedding we worked with Pat, Oscar, and Sam. They were amazing! They took care of everything the entire day! We were sad the night was over and we wouldn't see them again. Pat took such great care of us and truly made us feel like we were part of her family. Pat, Sam, and Oscar were such a huge help on our wedding day in making sure we were where we needed to be. They ran everything so smoothly without us feeling like we were on a schedule. Any time we turned around they were there. We truly enjoyed having them on this journey with us!! Our wedding was perfect and we owe that to the staff at Park Chateau. Our guests have not stopped raving about how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was. Our guests were blown away by every aspect of our wedding. I wish we could relive the day again because it was so wonderful and easy!! You will not be disappointed if you have your wedding there!! To Park Chateau Staff/ potential couples-Christina and I had the honor of celebrating our special day at the Park Chateau on Sunday 8/1/21. As a \"covid couple\" to say we had wrenches thrown in our wedding plan would be an understatement. Our original date was supposed to be Saturday 12/12/20, but due to obvious worldly events, we had to reschedule our big day to Sunday 8/1/21.Through the rescheduling process, Christina and I felt that if we were amenable to the PC, they in turn would try to be amenable to us. We were certainly correct. While we didn't get the Saturday night we were looking for, Sunday afternoon turned out to be a big hit. Almost all of our guests were within a 90min drive of the PC, and it actually turned out to be a perfect time to be able to let loose and party, while also getting home at a reasonable hour. Review of the Park Chateau:If there is a wedding venue in the greater tri-state area that packs a bigger \"wow-factor\" than the Park Chateau, we would love to see it. I would make a joke with the guests, \"if you flew around the world blind-folded and dropped you exactly where you were, the last place you would guess you are is central NJ.\" When you drive in through the gates and see the monstrous, breath-taking structure that is the Park Chateau, you are certainly taken back. Marrying in to a 100% Italian-American family, the most important thing is obviously the food. Yet again, the PC culinary staff impressed the staunchest of critics. Our wedding was two weeks ago, and we still have guests talking about the \"epic spread.\"As beautiful as the grounds, as grand as the food, the staff at the PC goes above and beyond to ensure you have a perfect day. We worked with Devin and Tom as our wedding planners, and they were incredibly knowledgeable about what would be best in planning our special day, as well as answering my mother-in-law's 4 million questions over the near 24 months we were planning our wedding.Ashley and Samantha were the bridal attends who made Christina and I feel like A-list celebrities for a day. Their level of service went above and beyond expectations. As an example, Christina made an off-hand comment \"omg I'm so hot\

Park Chateau is a venue that dreams are made of. From the moment we stepped foot on property, we knew this was where we had to have our fairytale wedding. Keep in mind, we originally thought we wanted to get married at Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom in Disney World. The grounds are absolutely stunning and manicured to perfection and the ballroom is absolutely breathtaking. Their level of service is second to none, I had to worry about absolutely nothing as a bride, they took care of it all. The food is literally out of this world, I have never seen a cocktail hour so impressive, rivaled only by their dessert hour! Even the dinner was delicious, which is rare in the wedding industry. During the day I had multiple bridal attends that did absolutely everything for me, AND they knew exactly how to do everything, from bustling a massive gown to following me the entire night with water and my drink of choice, they were amazing. Dawn was my lead bridal attendant and at one point she even helped me undress to put my second gown on and cooled me down with cold towels and touched up my curls, lol!Devin was my wedding fairy godmother. She handled every single thing leading up to our day, from decor questions to pandemic chaos. She is an absolute gem and I couldn't have planned my own wedding without her. She was so responsive to every email, knew every detail from dimensions to signature drinks, and was so fun to work with. I am so grateful to her, she made sure our dream wedding was pulled off without a single hiccup.

The most perfect wedding venue you could book, My husband and I knew this was our place as soon as we pulled up the driveway for our initial tour. The venue itself is GORGEOUS, the chapel is breathtaking, the bridal and grooms suite are the most perfect place to get ready for your big day, us and our guests couldn't say enough good things about the food and the staff there is unbelievable. If you want a fairytale wedding, this is the place to have it. Everything about Park Chateau is perfect.

The most perfect wedding venue you could book, My husband and I knew this was our place as soon as we pulled up the driveway for our initial tour. The venue itself is GORGEOUS, the chapel is breathtaking, the bridal and grooms suite are the most perfect place to get ready for your big day, us and our guests couldn't say enough good things about the food and the staff there is unbelievable. Where do I beginâŚmy husband and I had to reschedule our wedding a few times over the past year and a half and since day 1 Devin along with her team worked with us to the fullest. Our wedding day was completely flawless. From the time I arrived in the bridal sweet and my husband in the guys quarters, the staff assured us the only thing we had to think about was enjoying our day. That we did! There wasnât a thing we had to think about! A huge shout out to Ashley, Shea, Joanne and our Maitre D Ryan! After meeting them it was as if weâd known them forever. We had some fun laughs together throughout the day and they always were so attentive with a huge smile. From holding my dress when needed, to directing our attention, making sure we ate or had our favorite drink available, this team was impeccable! Speaking of the foodâŚlet me say was phenomenal and a spread like Iâve never seen before. Not only did they bring EVERYTHING during cocktail hour to the bridal sweet but gave us over 10 treys to take home where we really got to enjoy the food! To our surprise they left us the sweetest message on the cake box for when we eat the top at our 1 year anniversary (itâs tradition!). The grounds of the Park Chateau were simply stunning. The pictures you see canât compare to being there in person. Luckily we had a beautiful day and weâre able to utilize each space for pictures, which came out amazing by our photographer Michael Romeo! Through all the chaos over the past year my husband and I I would do it all over again for this magical day. We canât thank the Park Chateau and staff for making our dreams a reality. It was everything we dreamed of and so much more than expected. Our guest are still talking about what an amazing wedding we had and how perfect the Park Chateau was! My husband and I are looking forward to getting invited there for a wedding one day!

After having to postpone our wedding three times, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and night. The Park chateau was unlike anything we have ever experienced, Tom, Devin, Elizabeth, Pam, the servers, bartenders, our maĂŽtre d Austin, bridal and groom attendants, and everyone in between were all amazing to work with! The attendants, especially Sammy, were right there whenever either of us needed anything! They were able to do everything from getting a stain out of my dress in the morning, to making sure we had time to ourselves in the library to eat and take everything in before greeting our guests. When we had an empty drink it was immediately filled, when we said we were hungry during pictures they brought us food, and they made sure there was nothing for us to worry about at any point. They kept us on schedule, made sure our timeline was followed, and allowed us to party uninterrupted all night! Not only did they treat us like that, but they treated our families the same way! Months later people are still talking about how amazing all the food, drinks, and service were. The entire night went exactly as planned. They were accomidating throughout the reschedule process and made sure that they did whatever they could to make our special day perfect. Our wedding truly was the best day of our lives.

We just had our wedding at Park Chateau in may and I cannot tell you how happy my husband and I and our families were! The whole team was completely amazing but Gemma was one that really stands out, who helped me the most . She helped me with EVERYTHING! The whole team was completely amazing but Gemma was one that really stands out, who helped me the most . She helped me with EVERYTHING! Park Chateau is the #1 wedding venue in NJ, period. I will hear nothing else on the subject! You pay for the best, you get the best. The food, the service, the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from the #1 wedding venue in NJ. I only wish I could ATTEND a wedding there SOON so I can experience what our guests did :)The bridal attendants Z & (I'm sorry I cant remember the other girls name) were amazing and they were working their butts off for me! I wish they would follow me around everywhere, every day.Devin was our contact with Park Chateau and she was excellent! She is the best at her job and she was so nice to us. Because of COVID she had to have many, many conversations with me (a very nervous, confused COVID Bride) and my parents. She kept it cool the entire time and always helped answer our questions and concerns. The entire staff at PC made me feel as though COVID was not going to prevent me from having the wedding I had planned and paid for. And you know what? They delivered on that promise. Yes, the wedding had to be very different bc of COVID but we didn't have to compromise on the stuff that was really important to us- food, drinks and family! Thank you Park Chateau!

Right before the ceremony, the front of my dress tore and Pat sewed it beautifully like the fairy Godmother she is. Pat touched up my lip gloss all night for me. The venue is gorgeous, the food is absolutely delicious (my guests could not stop raving about cocktail hour), and I had nothing to stress about on my big day. I recommend Park Chateau to anyone wanting the wedding of their wildest dreams. Just perfection!

All the other reviews are true. This venue really does live up to the hype! If you want to give your guest an wedding experience, book Park Chateau! Its expensive, but worth it. I first visited this venue during a cold, rainy Nov night, and even then it was still gorgeous and love at first sight! During the contract process Dom and Tom were great to work with. Due to Covid, I ended up postponing an year out. During the year, my now husband and I spoke to Dom on the phone countless times. He was always there for us and listening to our needs and concerns. If it were not for Dom, I don't think we could have had our dream wedding. All the logistics leading up the wedding all went through Devin. If it were not for the beauty of the estate, I might have just booked the venue for Devin. She always answers emails in less than 24 hours and made my every requests seem like it was nothing. If you have a wedding here, you do not need a planner or coordinator at all, because the venue staff, from Devin to maĂŽtre d' to bridal/groom attendants, they will handle everything. You do not have to worry about anything and will be well taken care of! I was able to bring my decor items the day before, and they set it up the day of. The venue is already so beautiful, so you really don't need much floral or decor. Let the venue speak for itself. The bridal attendants treated me like queen and didn't let me open doors! They made sure I drank water all night and ate! During cocktail hour, they brought my husband and I every one of the cocktail hour food to try. Anything we don't finish, they packed it up for us to take home the next day. They also packed one of every entree, one of every desserts, and cake for us to take home the next day! They keep the bridal bouquet in the freeze for me to take home too! One of my favorite parts is is the hotel next door. My guests literally only has to walk 200ft and they are at the hotel! Its just an added convenience that is so nice to have! My guests raved about the food and many said it was the best wedding they been too!

We booked in late 2018 and while we were supposed to get married in May 2020, the COVID pandemic occurred and we unfortunately had to postpone. Leading up to our special day, we had been working very closely with Devin. She was absolutely PHENOMENAL throughout the whole process. Her communication, professionalism, and kindness are unmatched. Literally the nicest person youâll ever meet and she would have done anything humanely possible for us. While we were so sad and discouraged during our postponement like many other engaged couples, we could not have asked for a better person to work with and to guide us through. She checked in with us frequently, answered us via email, talked with us on the phones, reassured us, and was beyond helpful. AN ABSOLUTE GODSEND!!! We FINALLY got our special day on May 24 and again she went above and beyond to make it perfect.Our day was a fairytale!!!!! We would recommend this venue to anyone not only for its absolute beauty, but for the overall experience you receive. We didnât have to worry about a thing during our wedding. Our wedding day staff, especially Gemma and Austin, are just out of this world. They work SO hard and make it seem so effortless. From making sure I had water, my favorite drink, enough food to eat, assisting with photos, carrying my dress, fluffing my veil, having me in the right place at the right time and everything in between, they were truly the best you could ask for. From the owners to the sales team to operations to event staff, they took care of us and our parents from day one. That meant so much to me. It is without a doubt the most beautiful venue in the tri-state area, but it's true beauty lies within it's staff. Anyone can appreciate a hard working team, but when you're in the middle of a global pandemic and weddings are getting cancelled left and right, a hard working team becomes your lifeline. These people work their asses off. And to top it all off, they are kind.I was fortunate enough to have my dream wedding on 5/21 and I couldn't have imagined it anywhere else, or working with a different group of people. Devin is an absolute angel -- A GODSEND, if you will. I could email her morning, afternoon or night and she would respond immediately with answers to any questions or concerns I had. The rest of the team that I had the pleasure of working with that day - Dawn, Gemma, Alex, Oscar, Pat, (and more!) --they all created such an amazing, happy and positive environment, that I am eternally grateful for and will cherish forever. It's not news that this is THE BEST venue. Anyone who has done their research knows this. From the bridal attendants bringing us water to keep us hydrated to finding our lost cellphones, they really are over the top!!! We would like to thank our MaĂŽtre Dâ, Ben, and all of our bridal attendants, Sam, Evan, Shae, Bianca, and Dan, for making our day truly special. They made sure that we did not have to worry a thing that day. Thank you guys! We really felt like royalty for a day. All my friends raved not only about the elegance of the venue but also the food and service! They loved all the food stations during cocktail hour as well as the main course and passed desserts during the reception. From the fried Oreos to lobster mac and cheese, it was an endless amount of food and desserts that people thought they needed to be wheelbarrowed out. Many friends also complimented on how seamlessly everything went on our wedding day, and we have the Park Chateau staff to thank for that. Well our day finally came on April 7th 2021 and we had an experience like no other. If you want to feel like pure royalty do not look further. EVERY SINGLE staff member will go above and beyond to ensure every little detail is beyond perfect. A special shout out to my bridal Attendants Pat, Dawn and Gemma thank you from the bottom of my heat for making me feel like a princess and for being so incredibly caring and attentive I will never forget it! But truly everyone, Joe M, our Matire D, Devin , the servers, bride/ groom attendants, chefs, etc you all deserve such high praise for the hard work and attention detail you give a wedding. My husband and I and my family are so beyond blessed we chose this incredible place to have our special day! I wish I could relive it all over again! Coordinating with Devin about all the details leading up to our wedding day was phenomenal. The day of staff, Liz and Danny (maitre d's) and the bridal attendants, Gemma, Jah'mir, Pat, Michael, and Dawn were top notch. They were so fun to interact with but also knew how to efficiently and effectively keep things moving. They all made us feel so comfortable and stress free the entire day! The food was incredible and abundant! We continue to hear praise and positive reviews from our guests about their experience. All I can say is wow...the Park Chateau gets an A+++++++ for everything! So glad we were able to have our wedding here. We HIGHLY recommend choosing Park Chateau as your wedding venue. You definitely won't be disappointed!! We had best experience ever!

They seriously treat you like royalty. The bridal attendants are so sweet and really do everything to make sure your day goes smoothly. If anything did go wrong, we never knew about it. All of our guests raved about the food...and there was a lot of it. They allowed us to create a custom polish station at cocktail hour. We didnât need a day of coordinator because they set all our decor up exactly how I asked. As someone who is definitely type A and detail oriented, they made the day go off without a hitch and I didnât worry about anything.

Due to the constantly changing restrictions we went back and forth trying to find ways to make this day happen without cancelling or postponing and the staff was absolutely incredible. They did everything possible to give us our day and were accommodating and responsive whenever we needed them. They were creative and used whatever space they could for us, made it absolutely stunning, and gave us the most beautiful day of our lives in a time where it was nearly impossible. We were given an option to move our wedding to Park Chateau. We decided to move our wedding to their sister venue and had less than a month to plan the whole wedding again. We worked with Devin and she took over and help us with literally ANYTHING we needed! She was awesome!!! Our wedding was more than we could have ever dreamed of! It was a fairytale! As soon as we arrived to Park Chateau in the morning we were pampered all day long! The bridal attendants made sure we ate, had a drink in our hand and enjoyed our special day. When we were dancing they even came up to us with wet wash cloths to cool our necks off so we werenât sweating while dancing. HOW CAN IT GET BETTER THAN THAT!!! Words cant even describe how astonishing the staff was at this venue. We were so beyond pleased with our wedding and wish we can relive that day again! Our guests are still talking about our wedding whether its about the delicious food, the grounds, or the service! Usually when you book a beautiful wedding venue sometimes the food isnât the best but for Park Chateau, Naninaâs in the Park and Park Savoy you truly get the best of both worlds! Where do we begin? This year, because of COVID our wedding had to be rescheduled. Elizabeth helped us every step of the way. She was always available to answer questions and super sweet! The venue and grounds are breathtaking. The service the day of our wedding was impecable!! My morning bridal attendant Kelsie was more than I could have asked for! Where to even start? First and foremost, the Park Chateau has to be the BEST place to get married that exists in NJ but quite honestly on the east coast. Their attention to detail and the way they accommodate you and treat you like a royal is unparalleled to any other venue I've worked with. On top of their stellar customer service, the venue itself is new, clean, beautiful, and neutral so that you can transform it into what you want it to be for your special day. From the beginning, everything was customized just the way I wanted it. I worked with Elizabeth directly, who was literally a dream. I thought she was a special gem (and she is...) but then meeting everyone else who works there as well (down to the waiters, waitresses, staff helping you with everything at your beck and call), this place PRIDES themselves on their customer service. These people are human beings with personality and who truly have your best interest at heart. I will start by saying I wasn't a bridezilla but I had very high expectations for my day and throughout the process. I wanted everything to be premium and Elizabeth accommodated me in every way. She allowed my parents and I, as well as vendors, to come and visit when it was convenient for us to gather information we needed. She worked with me to create a schedule for the day so I felt confident nothing was being overlooked. I chose vendors that Park Chateau (PC) hadn't previously worked with and PC could not have been more accommodating for them and welcomed new vendors with open arms. The food tasting was amazing! I am a huge foodie and Elizabeth worked with me to customize everything I wanted (down to my after party having special sauces for burgers and fries and bagels with taylor ham egg and cheese). People still rave about our wedding to this day. Let's talk about the day of: be prepared to LITERALLY be treated like a royal. Pat, who runs the bridal attendants, is also a dream and treats you like you're family. After meeting me she assigned specific people to help me and be there for me throughout the day. The bridal attendants I had (and who my husband had) were unreal. They were so kind and helpful and have done this so many times they know what's up. I got there to get ready before the groom's party did (obviously) and when my now husband finally arrived, I was notified that the eagle had landed. It's like the secret service they are all equipped with ear pieces communicating all day and all night. I mean down to making sure Chris and I were hydrated throughout the night, they would come up with a glass with a straw hold it up to your mouth and let you drink, I mean come on....On top of all of that, the quality of these people, it's like they were truly enjoying the day with me as if they were family. The FOOD WAS TO DIE FOR. I am a snob about food and everything was incredible. We did a very elaborate cocktail hour after we were married and they prepared LITERALLY 2 of everything that was served to our guests for my and my husband to enjoy alone up in the (incredible) bridal suite. We chose the package to have the venue for the entire day and night which was amazing and if you can do it, I highly recommend it. This was the BEST decision I made regarding my wedding. Everything was truly seamless, up until the next day, where we went back the next morning to pick up all perfectly packaged leftovers and a bunch of our things that they had organized for us to take home. I can't recommend enough.

I wish I could give this place so many more stars! This place is gorgeous and so spacious. My husband and I had about 270 guests and there was enough space and even more food than we could ever imagine for our guests. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the food. The food was absolutely delicious. The place isn't the only thing that was amazing, but the Park Chateau staff is top-notch! They give their 1000% and were very attentive to not only my husband and me, but our family and friends. Dawn, Kelsey, Oscar, Frank, and Pat were absolutely amazing and we loved them so much. They made our special day so completely stress-free! I would totally write more, but I don't want to give too much away! You should totally book your wedding here because you'll have the best day of your life here!

From the second we stepped foot into the Park Chateau for our initial meeting 16 months ago with Tom and Devin until our wedding day on 2/16/20, everything was absolutely seamless! The staff at the Park Chateau is unlike any I have ever encountered before. They truly care about you as if you are family and each interaction you have with them is warm and welcoming. Everyone knows that while planning a wedding, communication is essential to make all of the pieces come together. You NEVER have to follow-up twice regarding anything! E-mail correspondence with Devin (who is an absolute gem) throughout our planning process was a breeze!! She promptly responded to any questions (in my case the MILLION questions) or concerns we had and was always available to provide reassurance to help calm nerves. Fast forward to our actual wedding day and we are still in awe. Our family, bridal party, and guest cannot stop RAVING about the exceptional service and food they provided from the second everyone walked into the door throughout different points of the day until the second we left that evening. Dan, Pat, Sam, Ashley, Dawn, and Gemma operated like a well-oiled machine and there were absolutely no hiccups. We were escorted throughout cocktail hour by Dawn who gracefully followed us with cold water to make sure we stayed hydrated AND during the reception she helped to cool me down with wet rags when I started to get warm! Where do I even begin? From the first moment we drove up to those gates we knew this was the place we wanted to have our wedding. When you walk into those doors it just feels like you're in a majestic place, you will literally get the chills. From the stairs, to the chapel to even the bridal suite. (Oh ladies, you'll fall in love with that bridal suite) Oh and the groomsmen suite just perfect. When we left I told my husband this was it. This is where we were meant to get married. By the way, we booked the Park Chateau in May 2017 and got married in November 2019. We knew we made the right choice just by hearing how great their sister venues were and boy were we right. From the very beginning the staff have been so welcoming and attentive. Liz was always there to answer any of our questions and answer all of our emails. Fast forward, November 2019, our wedding day. The whole day was just perfect. Words can't even express how thankful we are for everyone at the Park Chateau. From Liz, to Devin, Austin who was the greatest Maitre'd. We had 2 ring bearers and a flower girl and let me tell you Austin was amazing with them. Also thank you to our bridal and groom attendants, Francisco, Joann, Aleida and especially Mikey. We met Mikey the day of our tasting and we instantly fell in love with her. She has that personality that makes you feel no stress and we were right. Thanks to her and the rest of the team my husband and I didn't have to stress about anything the day of our wedding. From having champagne ready for us, to fixing my dress before walking down the chapel, to even having a cold towel when I felt hot after dancing too much on the dance floor, they were always there one step ahead. Our guests are still talking about how great the food and service was. So thank you, to everyone at the Park Chateau for making our dream wedding a reality. Now for the rest of you, if you're thinking of where to have your wedding, this is it. You will never regret it.

When you walk into those doors it just feels like you're in a majestic place, you will literally get the chills. From the stairs, to the chapel to even the bridal suite. (Oh ladies, you'll fall in love with that bridal suite) Oh and the groomsmen suite just perfect. When we left I told my husband this was it. This is where we were meant to get married. By the way, we booked the Park Chateau in May 2017 and got married in November 2019. We knew we made the right choice just by hearing how great their sister venues were and boy were we right. From the very beginning the staff have been so welcoming and attentive. Liz was always there to answer any of our questions and answer all of our emails. Fast forward, November 2019, our wedding day. The whole day was just perfect. Words can't even express how thankful we are for everyone at the Park Chateau. From Liz, to Devin, Austin who was the greatest Maitre'd. We had 2 ring bearers and a flower girl and let me tell you Austin was amazing with them. Also thank you to our bridal and groom attendants, Francisco, Joann, Aleida and especially Mikey. We met Mikey the day of our tasting and we instantly fell in love with her. She has that personality that makes you feel no stress and we were right. Thanks to her and the rest of the team my husband and I didn't have to stress about anything the day of our wedding. From having champagne ready for us, to fixing my dress before walking down the chapel, to even having a cold towel when I felt hot after dancing too much on the dance floor, they were always there one step ahead. Our guests are still talking about how great the food and service was. So thank you, to everyone at the Park Chateau for making our dream wedding a reality. Now for the rest of you, if you're thinking of where to have your wedding, this is it. You will never regret it.

Wife and I spent about 4 months looking at venues before we found Park Chateau. It was the best venue of out ~20 we visited across Hudson Valley, NY, Long Island and New Jersey, Entire estate looks like an European nobles's chateau, (aka Downtown Abbey) and grounds/gardens are gorgeous and perfect for photographs. Pros- Amazing staff. Can't stress this one enough. Everyone who interacted with Bridal Party and guests was a professional. This venue isn't being staffed by a bunch of untrained minimum wage college students (major issue at many other venues). - They only hold one wedding at a time, so there is no \"Wedding factory\" feel.- The food, facilities and displays are amazing. All of our guests won't stop talking about how amazing the cocktail hour food and displays were.- Onsite Chapel for wedding ceremony. - Staff makes sure bride and groom get to eat and sent us home with plenty of leftovers to try out all the stuff we missed. - Price quoted ended up being price we paid aside from tips to bridal/groom assistants (not mandatory). No hidden costs with one exception (see below). Cons- It's expensive. Very, very expensive, especially if you want to book the whole day like we did. However, if you're willing to make compromises (sunday instead of sat, late April instead of May/June), you can find some relatively affordable dates. - For some odd reason they charge several thousand extra to use the multi colored LED lighting system in their ballroom. I'd understand an extra charge if they had to rent and install stuff, but in this case it's to literally flip a switch and turn them on. The actual amount isn't the issue (we wouldn't have batted an eye if the they'd simply quoted us $5 more per person to cover the amount), but rather the feeling of disbelief in being told you need to pay thousands extra to TURN ON THE LIGHTS! It was the sole black mark in an otherwise wonderful experience that had no other hidden costs or ridiculous items. Park Chateau, please just eliminate the extra cost for lighting package or build it into the Per person cost. Note on vendors: Highly recommend Milton Gil Photography and JAM music (two of their preferred vendors). Both were amazing and because they're at Park Chateau basically every other week, they know the place extremely well and work as a seamless team.

The calculator gave me a crazy # , but I decided to go see the Chateau in person just to be sure. We had wonderful Elizabeth show us around and all I can say is this venue and staff had all the wow factor I was looking for. Iâm thankful for all the staff that answered the phones also because from start to finish everyone was lovely. Now to the wedding day : On the morning I arrived to my wedding, I drove up in a car and not even before my foot hit the ground, Z and Sam were already outside the car with smiles and cheer grabbing my things from my hand and taking all of our bags . They told me I am queen for the day and not allowed to do anything for myself . They really waited on me hand and foot while making me laugh a bunch. We got ready in the bridal suite and I honestly can say Pat, Austin , Z, Glenn, Dawn, Leida and Sam were so instrumental in making our day beautiful!!! We love you guys â¤ď¸Our day was so seamless and beautiful thanks to the staff and our wonderful vendors. Our guests COULD NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT THE FOOD. Our cocktail hour was so great that people thought it was the dinner. They all were shocked there would still be dinner after đ. Park Chateau offers all types of options for both cocktail hour and dinner and I have to say all our guests loved everything. The staff was amazing and made sure my husband and I ate and drank and had a great time. I really canât begin to thank everyone for their STELLAR service and hospitality. 01.19.2020 was the best day ever. If youâre looking for a gorgeous venue with staff thatâs out of this world ? From our first visit/meeting at Park Chateau with Tom, to countless phone calls and emails with Devin, and finally to the day of with the amazing bridal attendants, Patty and Dawn, I could not ask for a better staff! The most stressful part of planning, for me, were all of the little details that needed to come together at the end and Devin made this process so much easier for us by outlining exactly what we needed, yet still assuring us that we are in complete control of what we want. The day of was seamless, thanks to Patty and Dawn who were ready to lend their help to whomever needed it. I did not have to worry about a thing! The staff alone makes this place worth the price, but it doesn't hurt that it is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The food was amazing too!!!

If you are trying to decide where to have your wedding, stop right here! We were married on 1.12.2020 and from the moment that we visited Park Chateau, we knew that no other venue would compare! When you drive up to the property, you feel as if you have been transported to Europe (the grand staircase, the bridal suite and the chapel are something to experience in person). The white glove service adds a level of class rarely experienced elsewhere. The attention to detail that is given to every aspect of your wedding cannot be matched (you and your guests are treated like royalty from the moment that you step on the property). The staff at the Park Chateau are pros! Thank you for making planning a wedding so easy. Tom and Devin, thank you for your constant professionalism (Devin - thank you for answering every single email!) To our Maitre'd, Austin (who coordinated the entire day and made sure that all of my vendors were on site that day) and our bridal attendants, Aledia, Ashley and Glenn, this day would have been the same without your help! These attendants are pros at what they do! There was not one moment during the reception (or throughout the day) that they were not standing behind us with a glass of water, wine or food. We never had to ask for anything! Our guests are still talking about the delicious food served during cocktail hour (the Caribbean station, Mac and Cheese and Steak Station were a huge hit), dinner (the Chateaubriand and Chicken Chateau were a huge hit) and the of course, the dessert (cake, cookies and more cake...and churros)! I have no doubt that this will be \"the place\" to get married for years to come!
