On the premises, couples can make use of The Piedmont Room, which is an indoor venue, or The Piedmont Garden Tent. The inside space has grand windows that overlook both Piedmont Park and the midtown Atlanta skyline. Alternatively, the outside space, a unique garden setting, is a hidden gem situated right in the center of the city. Just a stone's throw away is the Meadow, a private garden area, which is rented exclusively with The Piedmont Garden Tent. Perfect for wedding ceremonies and cocktail receptions, this lush location can act as a great introduction to any couple's special day. Park Tavern: Piedmont Room & Piedmont Garden Tent's original building was established in 1905. At this time, it served as horse stables. The year 1928 saw the addition of a clubhouse in the form of The Piedmont Room, a space that still retains Stone Mountain granite walls and ivy-covered windows. Its dark bamboo hardwoods and 15-foot ceilings match well with in-house ivory table linens and gold Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions. Finished with a flourish of votive candles, up-lighting, and complimentary self-parking, The Piedmont Room suits celebrations hosting 50 to 200 or more guests. The Piedmont Garden Tent, which benefits from the same rental furnishings, is ideal for parties of 50 to 250 or more guests.

The Piedmont Room was my first choice of venue before I was even engaged. So when we were able to make it a reality, it was everything I wanted and more! Lauren Blaska was so helpful and attentive throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions. Every person we worked with was helpful and friendly with food/cocktail tastings, rehearsal dinner, and especially the wedding day. The venue itself is so naturally beautiful, especially with the large windows opening to Piedmont Park and letting all of the natural light in. It was everything I dreamed of!

We had our November 2022 wedding ceremony & reception at the Piedmont Room and could not be more happy with our experience! Lauren Blaska was consistently communicating with us throughout the process, ensuring no detail was overlooked. Our guests raved about the food, and although I was initially worried the venue space would be too large for us, Lauren made the space feel cozy and intimate for our guest count of 95 with her fabulous floor plan. The uplighting is a great bonus, too. One note—our wedding happened to be on the biggest game day of the year, and we could hear the music from the Park Tavern faintly in the background during the ceremony, which is something to keep in mind. The Piedmont Room made my dream wedding come to life. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. Everything went flawlessly the entire night. It took very little time to flip the room from the ceremony to the reception. The food was AMAZING and came out quickly and efficiently. Lauren paid attention to all the little details that made everything perfect. She responded to emails very quickly and was very patient and helpful with all of my questions. Not to mention, there is a beautiful view from the venue!! If I could do it all over again, I would choose the Piedmont Room a million times.

Lauren was our venue coordinator and she was exceedingly accommodating and flexible with all of our requests. Everything was organized well and ran smoothly. Guests were also impressed with how delicious the food was. And the venue itself was beautiful. All of the windows provided a lot of natural lighting that gave the ceremony an outdoor feel without it having to be outside. During cocktail hour, it was great to be able to walk around Piedmont Park to take pictures; we got a great view of the Atlanta skyline. Overall, I strongly recommend booking your wedding at the Piedmont Room. For a beautiful atmosphere, an ideal location, a fun party, and an extremely efficient and accommodating vendor, look no further.

I just had my wedding at Piedmont Room in June. It was incredible! I worked with Lauren through most of the planning and she so sweet and very responsive. They were so flexible and easy going, but still buttoned up in all the right ways. The food was delicious!! We even had sushi.. which we were a little unsure of how it would be in the middle of land locked Atlanta. We loved it!! Ours guests had a fantastic time -- Everyone commented that they love that drinks were already poured and ready to grab for cocktail hour!

On the day of the event, everything went exactly according to plan, which is more than I could ever ask for. The venue is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and you truly cannot beat the location or the view of Midtown. My husband and I couldn’t book because of COVID and she reached out to us to check on us! When COVID started to settle, we were ready to book and she made sure to let us know of some changes. She was transparent throughout the whole process. The Piedmont Room at Park Tavern was the venue of our dreams! It has incredible city views, amazing food, and staff that goes above and beyond! Leading up to the big day, Ashley always reached out to us, and was just there when we needed her!! Ashley handed us over to Josh who was INCREDIBLE! He was constantly checking on us in the suite and throughout the night. That night we felt so much love from Josh and his staff! They were organized and it was such a seamless night l! They made it so easy to make our wedding dreams a reality. Lauren was so accommodating and always there to answer all of my questions. On the big day, Lauren and Josh went above and beyond to check in on my husband and I throughout the day and made us feel like family. The food was amazing and our guests could not stop raving about the filet! The entire staff working our wedding was courteous, friendly and efficient! If you're looking for a professional staff, a stunning venue, and a team that makes you feel like one of their own, then The Piedmont Room is your venue. They are the best in the business!

She was so understanding and helpful as we navigated planning a wedding during a pandemic. The staff was so great on the day of making our guests feel safe. The room flip to the reception was seamless and the food was delicious. Ashley and her team made sure we were taken care of throughout the night and had food and drinks ready for us. Our wedding at the Piedmont Room was spectacular! Lauren was amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was extremely professional. We could not have asked for better service! The staff was extremely attentive on our wedding day. We always had plenty of food and beverages without even having to ask (it just magically appeared!) Josh was so friendly and professional and genuinely wanted us to have a perfect day. Our guests commented on how friendly everyone was and how well-executed our wedding was. The FOOD was incredible!! The chef worked with us to create the perfect \"mimosa/appetizer hour\" and wedding brunch. We are huge brunch people and the Piedmont Room truly went above and beyond our expectations on the menu. The venue itself was beautiful! We used the entire upstairs and the view of the skyline from enormous windows in the main room was incredible! We love the history of the building and the fact that they kept some of the original wood and stone. Our wedding photos from Piedmont Park were just stunning. We could not be more pleased with this venue!

The chef worked with us to create the perfect \"mimosa/appetizer hour\" and wedding brunch. We are huge brunch people and the Piedmont Room truly went above and beyond our expectations on the menu. The venue itself was beautiful! We used the entire upstairs and the view of the skyline from enormous windows in the main room was incredible! We love the history of the building and the fact that they kept some of the original wood and stone. Our wedding photos from Piedmont Park were just stunning. We could not be more pleased with this venue!

Our wedding in March was one of the first to get postponed until next year due to COVID. Full disclosure, I am writing this review as an infectious disease physician so my bias is that I prioritize the safety of our guests during a pandemic over our need to have a big wedding. Park Tavern is good at what they do: hosting weddings. Lauren and Ashley are always professional and their business is streamlined. However, working with PT has reminded me that at the end of the day, they are a business, and their motivations are not aligned with public health safety. If you are looking for a venue that will fulfill your dreams of having a large wedding regardless of COVID, book PT. As long as they are getting your money, they are easy and lovely to work with, and I will say that pre-pandemic this was the case. If you have any concerns that 2021 could look different than you expected, or if you think your plans could change (e.g. having a smaller wedding), I would not recommend Park Tavern. We are unfortunately committed to having our wedding with PT because they are unwilling to negotiate with us, and we would lose everything paid for to date if we cancelled. When we had to postpone our wedding in March because of the laws restricting gatherings, I was told \"We are a business in selling dates, and we are now selling you two dates for the price of one.\" When we e-mailed with questions regarding COVID in March (when there was a lot of uncertainty) and deciding whether to postpone while I was working in the hospital's COVID unit, we received brief replies of \"I'm sorry. Your final payment is due tomorrow.\" When we met in person more recently, they reported that they have been hosting weddings every weekend since July (during Georgia's surge) with an average headcount of 150, and that we were the only couple raising an issue meeting the minimum F&B $ and headcount. (Yes, they are enforcing minimum headcounts, not maximum.) After they reported their safety measures, I asked about photos I had seen of their unmasked guests on the dance floor: “well we can’t force anyone to do anything.” Then, when I asked about being pressured to host a larger wedding and the risk posed to our loved ones, the owner replied, \"your older or more vulnerable family members who get sick should have known better than to come.\" And finally, the owner told me, \"Listen, you go into the hospital everyday and wear a mask and nobody gets sick. We are just doing the same thing. So, think about it and do the right thing.\" I find it offensive to care for patients I have seen die in the hospital from COVID and for the owner to compare hosting a potential super-spreader event as \"the same thing\" as my job. I am not here to convince anyone not to have the wedding of their dreams, but I do not appreciate being treated as a difficult client because we prioritize public safety during a pandemic over ourselves. In summary, this is a venue that believes the \"right thing\" is to pretend the pandemic is over and continue hosting large weddings. I assure you as an ID physician that COVID is here to stay and behaving as if it's gone will only prolong its stay. Unless you are certain COVID won't affect your wedding or the loss of thousands of dollars is affordable for you (in the event that you need to cancel or have a smaller wedding), I would not recommend PT. Since it’s such a popular venue, there were no other Saturday evenings available to reschedule my wedding within many months of my existing wedding date. My husband and I did not want to settle on a Friday wedding, so we switched venues and got our money back from The Piedmont Room. Luckily, The Piedmont Room was professional, sorry for the situation, and refunded me promptly. I am sharing my story with other brides so that all are aware that this is a risk with this venue.

Our experience with the Piedmont Room was absolutely amazing. We had a unique experience on two counts. First, we contracted in January for a May wedding. Just 4 months to plan the whole event. The Piedmont Room made everything so easy and fun it didn't feel overwhelming at all. Just as we had gotten most of the event planned, COVID-19 hit and everything changed. The venue was so caring and patient. Providing us with all date change options, and weighing in on the best timing. We moved out from May to late July and the venue kept us updated on their safety initiatives, CDC rules, etc so that we weren't panicked as COVID continued throughout the summer. The team, Lauren in particular, was phenomenal to work with. And on the big day, everything was so beautiful and amazing. Can't say enough good things!

They also took good care of us as the bride and groom; mimosas were waiting for us in the bridal suite on arrival, and we were never without food or a drink!While less traditional than an evening wedding, getting married in the morning meant less time being anxious waiting for the festivities to start and more time celebrating with our guests who traveled from far and wide to be a part of our day. Everyone at Park Tavern has years of experience and had worked with all of my other vendors before which put my mind at ease that they all had done this many times before - they are extremely professional and communicative! We had our reception in The Piedmont Room. We worked primarily with Lauren who was fantastic! She was organized, responded quickly to emails and phone calls and was very sweet throughout the entire process. The day of went seamlessly and I didn’t have to stress about anything. The catering staff was amazing and extremely friendly! I was a little nervous about the food because our first tasting didn’t go well, but we ended up doing stations and everything tasted great and was served hot.

The Piedmont Room was such an amazing venue! I had both my wedding ceremony and reception there and it was was the perfect location for our out-of-town guests. We choose the Piedmont Room because of its location, the beautiful skyline in the background, and that fact that everything was included in the price (the tables, linens, tableware, etc. , and the staff). The service was excellent and the food was amazing! I received so many compliments from guests on the food and how efficient the day went. I was really impressed that the staff flipped the room in an hour, as promised. Ashley was a joy to work with. When I first booked the venue I was not sure what I wanted in terms of a layout and the team allowed me to stop by to a few events so that I could see different decor and options. The only downside to the venue was that there was a festival in the park on my wedding day. Of course the venue can't control this, but it limited our ability to take pictures and traffic was insane. I highly recommend this venue!

I had my heart set on Park Tavern for the ultimate Atlanta wedding. Let me start with the positives, Lauren who manages the venue is incredible and is quick to respond. They take care of the food, drinks, seating, and linens which lessens the amount of vendors that you have to deal with. The food is pretty good as well.Unfortunately, with the park being adjacent to the venue, you are at the mercy of whatever event is happening there. We were not informed that there was a reggae event with super loud music and bounce houses on the park. The craziest part was that apparently Park Tavern was unaware. I didn't know till I walked in to get dressed and could only hear pounding bass. Luckily, my sister happened to know the person hosting the event and called in a personal favor to get them to stop during our ceremony. It was still audible for the remainder of the reception. I get things don't always go to plan, but it is unacceptable that the venue has zero idea what is happening in the park. We would have chosen a different day had we been notified.

It was truly beautiful and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. I was at first hesitant because when I booked this venue I was told that the restaurant and bar would still be open while my wedding was going on. This in no way shape or form took away from my day! You would never know that anything else was going on because we were very secluded! Overall the value of this destination being in the heart of ATL was so worth it! LOVE THIS VENUE! We originally came here for a friend's wedding and fell so in love with it that we decided to have our wedding here. It's truly a one-of-a-kind venue right in the heart of Piedmont Park with a gorgeous view of the Atlanta skyline. We loved that this venue captured the essence of the garden-themed wedding from the ceremony in the meadow to dancing all night in the tent. Our wedding was in June and was an extremely hot day so it was a little hard to cool down the entire room but other than that, we absolutely loved every minute designing our wedding with Piedmont. Lauren, the coordinator, was one of the best people we have ever worked with. Her attention to detail, friendly personality and responsiveness was very much appreciated. Especially being out-of-town, it was reassuring that we knew that we had Lauren to depend on for our wedding venue. That night, the guests absolutely love the food--we had food stations scattered throughout the room and people loved the cocktail feel of the evening. From the tables, to the linens, dance floor and lighting, everything was included and we are so happy to get married in such a beautiful setting. Thank you Piedmont!!

We wanted to give our 175 wedding guests an \"Atlanta Experience,\" and you could not ask for a more romantic, intimate atmosphere than the Piedmont Room. From the candle-lit windows overlooking the Atlanta skyline to the newly finished hardwood floors to the gorgeous brick foyer with ivy covered windows, my husband and I hardly felt the need to include additional wedding decor because the room is beautiful as it is. Our guests raved about the food and bar service, as we provided a seated dinner and 5 hour bar package. We just cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren and her team at the Piedmont Room. Throughout our planning process, she confirmed every detail by providing us with questionnaires, timelines, and a final walk through with our coordinator and vendors. Bonnie was incredibly helpful during the whole process. Our wedding was easy and beautiful here. They made it easy to customize it as our own but was complete so we could have skipped a lot of things and it still would have looked amazing. They do have some rules but they are easy to follow and Bonnie was great at helping us execute our add ons in a way that was easy and within the contract. And it's great to come back for our anniversary, too bad they don't give an anniversary discount or something. Location wise, I would say the new stone archway and bar have kind of killed the view in the garden a little bit. Everything was still great but one of the reasons we picked the venue was for the city view that existed before the add-ons. I also wish there was a better heater set up. It gets things warm if your wedding ends up on a chilly night but the blowers are in an ugly place for pictures and blow hard enough to prevent you from hanging anything. For us, it was right by our sweetheart table. Other than those two things, we really loved the venue! Atlanta is my home and it was great to have this staple a part of our celebration! It was a really fun night!

They do have some rules but they are easy to follow and Bonnie was great at helping us execute our add ons in a way that was easy and within the contract. And it's great to come back for our anniversary, too bad they don't give an anniversary discount or something. Location wise, I would say the new stone archway and bar have kind of killed the view in the garden a little bit. Everything was still great but one of the reasons we picked the venue was for the city view that existed before the add-ons. I also wish there was a better heater set up. It gets things warm if your wedding ends up on a chilly night but the blowers are in an ugly place for pictures and blow hard enough to prevent you from hanging anything. For us, it was right by our sweetheart table. Other than those two things, we really loved the venue! Atlanta is my home and it was great to have this staple a part of our celebration! It was a really fun night!

Tables, chairs, votives, table cloths, band stage, and dance floor are part of the rental, which eased up the planning process. Food and drink is through the venue; the food is delicious and everything is well/accurately priced. If you are looking for a venue that is incredibly seasoned, yet treats you like you are their only bride/wedding, Park Tavern is the venue for you. I had an incredible wedding, and I can thank the team at Park Tavern for being a part of it!

We had a wonderful experience working with Bonnie and the rest of the team at Park Tavern as we recently held our wedding and reception in the Piedmont Room. An advantage of this venue, in addition to the amazing views of Midtown, the wonderful space that is the Piedmont Room and free parking for guests on the day of the wedding, is that when you select this venue, you are also selecting Park Tavern for your catering as they provide all of that in-house. We really appreciated this, as pragmatically this was one less decision to make, while Park Tavern’s catering was outstanding. We did two different tastings to ensure we had exactly the food we wanted. In addition, Bonnie arranged a special menu for us, the bride and groom. After our wedding ceremony the Park Tavern team did a quick room flip in less than an hour while our guests enjoyed passed hors d'oeuvre and drinks in the lobby and bar area. The reception space provided plenty of room for food stations, our cake area, seating for our guests in round tables for 8 to 10 and a dance floor for the band and our guests to dance. We held our event at 6:00 p.m., which allowed us to access to the space at 4:00 p.m. Park Tavern allowed us to have the space until 12:30 a.m. We could have had it even later however you have to pay for security after 12:30 a.m. We didn’t quite make it to 12:30 a.m. however it was great to have as much time as we wanted/needed in such a wonderful space in the heart of Atlanta. We are so glad we selected the Piedmont Room at Park Tavern for our wedding!

I was in LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT when I came to view the property. It truly is beautiful. However, my experience turned horrible when I came back for my second appointment. I had my family fly from out of town to come see the venue. I had set an appointment with BONNIE a week in advance for Tuesday at 11am. My family and I showed up at 11am and none of the staff even greeted us. We just stood around and they walked past. NO SMILES on any of the employees faces. My fiancé called Bonnie after 30 minutes and she said she would be down in 15minutes. She never showed. ON TOP OF THAT Bonnie had us waiting 56 minutes before we just decided to leave. My family didn't even get to see the venue. The worst part about that is I had the money to make a deposit on my date THAT DAY! If you decide to go with this venue, I suggest working with someone else. or just walking away all together. That really broke my dreams of having my wedding there and I don't wish that heartbreak on anyone else.

I recently held my wedding ceremony and reception at Park Tavern in the Piedmont Garden Tent. The setting was beautiful. I was happy with the overall transformation from a Tavern/Bar to an elegant reception tent. The Banquet servers were kind, courteous and attentive to all our guests needs. Hats off to Chef Ramiro for his professionalism and delicious menu selections. He was very accommodating and exhibits top notch customer service for his bridal clients. Others associated with Bridal events should take note of his level of customer service. I understand Park Tavern hosts thousands of weddings a year but each client deserves a level of respect, attention to detail and overall care surrounding their wedding. So I am going to write a truthful and honest review of my entire experience not just my wedding day. There are 3 areas of concern every bride needs to be aware of before committing to this venue. 1) Lack of information and involvement by the Director of Sales 2) The day chosen for your wedding and 3) Proximity to other events. From the beginning your main point of contact for the venue is the Director of Sales. We worked with Lauren. She was always prompt with her email responses and would work hard to make things right. However, acting as the sole representative for the venue this person will not be at your tasting, not be at your rehearsal and only be present through dinner service at your wedding. This means unless you plan on spending additional money on wedding planners you will be planning your own rehearsal and acting as your own event coordinator. I understand the contract states we need to have someone coordinate our rehearsal but a representative from the venue should be present at all wedding events to answer any questions and display the quality of service Park Tavern advertises. Not all brides can afford the extra expense associated with hiring a planner. The tasting was very informal and held by the Banquet Director who was not familiar with any of my wedding details. Lauren exhibited a lack of flexibility with her schedule when planning meeting times. Our rehearsal time as suggested by Lauren was scheduled at the same time 30,000 people would be attending an Aids Walk in Piedmont Park. Streets would be closed and parking at a minimum. None of the above was mentioned by Lauren when she suggested the time. I had to research this and work with my planners to request a new time so my rehearsal could take place. Now this is not the level of service I would expect from a leading venue in the wedding business. My biggest regret and saddest memory involves my wedding ceremony. We chose to get married on a Friday evening for budgetary reasons and I knew that Park Tavern's proximity to Grady H.S. was a concern. But our ceremony was no match against the football game and THREE H.S. marching bands celebrating Homecoming. Our parents and guests did not hear our vows. A string trio was drowned out by drums and horns. It was impossible to compete with that level of noise. I blame Park Tavern for their failure to communicate details like this so maybe we could have better prepared ourselves. The contract says they are not responsible for interruptions caused by the proximity to other venues. I argue this far exceeded an interruption. Park Tavern does have a responsibility to its clients and when they communicated nothing it was insensitive and borderline negligent.

I am SO happy we picked The Piedmont Room as our wedding venue. Aside from the amazing location, the food was amazing, the ballroom was spacious, and the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. Lauren Blaska was our point of contact and she was amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was very organized and helped us create a timeline which was extremely effective in making sure our wedding day went smoothly (which it totally did)! There were also so many small things that she did for us on our wedding that really helped make it even more special for us. We had a bottle of champagne waiting in the girls dressing room. Lauren made sure me and my husband had some appetizers sent to the bridal room during the cocktail hour while we were preparing for the reception. I also had a minor freak out when my sister, mother, and sister-in-law were struggling with bustling my dress, but then Lauren came to the rescue and handled it expertly. She made a plate for me and my husband during our reception which was incredibly thoughtful because we honestly didn't think we'd be able to sit down and actually enjoy our food since we were mingling with our guests. Thankfully, we did get to eat and the food was amazing! She also made us a to-go plate of leftovers which we enjoyed the next day. Seriously, Lauren went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. Aside from the fact that Park Tavern is such a great location to get married in anyway, working with Lauren made the experience even greater.

I am SO happy we picked The Piedmont Room as our wedding venue. Aside from the amazing location, the food was amazing, the ballroom was spacious, and the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. Lauren Blaska was our point of contact and she was amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was very organized and helped us create a timeline which was extremely effective in making sure our wedding day went smoothly (which it totally did)! I worked with Lauren and everything was amazing and beautiful at the Piedmont Room except for the food. We ordered the Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breast, stuffed with spinach, wild rice and sun dried tomatoes. It also came with whipped Yukon potatoes and asparagus. Now I am not a big fan of wild rice so I asked that it be switched to yellow rice. The day of the wedding it seemed like due to me switching the rice they took it upon themselves to change the whole menu. The chicken had some sauce on top that made it very bland (which was originally not on the chicken in the beginning when we had our tasting) also the whipped potatoes were no longer whipped. We now had scalloped potatoes that had mushrooms on it (and anybody that knows me knows that I hate mushrooms so I would have never ordered it for my food). I understand that they may have wanted to change it to match the yellow rice however, I would have wished that they would have left it alone because on my wedding day, I didn't even eat the food. However, I did stuff my face with appetizers. Once again it is a beautiful venue, I would just advise to make sure that there aren't any unexpected changes that you didn't ask for.

The instant I was engaged I knew that I wanted to be married at the Piedmont Room at Park Tavern. The room is spacious and easily changeable to whatever theme you are going for and the view is outstanding at sunset. I looked at other spaces but kept coming back. \rBeing married in July there’s a perk of 20% off of the venue fee ($3000 initally, $2400 for July & August weddings- honestly one of the cheapest venue fees that I found that wasn’t outside). If you want to do the ceremony there it’s a $500 ceremony fee and they will flip the room for you. The staff was very professional in flipping the room during our cocktail hour and was not distracting at all (there’s a little curtain that separates the foyer space from the reception area during the flip).\rBeing a professional chef, I was very picky about the food that we chose and to be completely honest- during our tasting I was not impressed. I brought my fiancée and two of our friends. I understand that Park Tavern itself is a bar so I lowered my expectations but I was so unhappy. The only dish I “liked” was the sundried tomato, spinach & wild rice stuffed chicken breast. The only side item that I really liked were the mashed potatoes. The vegetarian dish was the worst thing I have ever tasted. On paper it sounded great- a roasted portabella mushroom, sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers & a balsamic glaze, in front of us it was a stacked veggie mountain of crap. My fiancée and our friends tried to convince me that some of the items weren’t as bad or better than I thought. I went with their opinions because, yes, I can be unreasonable.\rMy fiancée and I rescheduled our tasting for a vegetarian option. We were blown away. They brought out 3 different types of vegetable ravioli and 3 different sauces. All of them were amazing- why weren’t we given this option to begin with? I asked multiple times what vegetarian options we had but were not given any. We ended up choosing the roasted vegetable ravioli with the creamy pesto. The both of us even ordered it for our dinner entrees! Our other two entrees were the stuffed chicken breast & the salmon; both with mashed potatoes and haricots vert (green beans).\rNow with everything up to this point, we were under a certain sales manager at Park Tavern who was not really being detailed with food options or really giving us all the answers we were looking for. She left the company about 1-2 months before our wedding and we were handed off to Lauren Blaska. Lauren was amazing. Everything we asked for was answered promptly. She gave us kid’s menu options that the children loved; she gave us reasonable options when we weren’t reaching our food & beverage minimum without going too far over our budget, and she met with us when we needed to go over last minute details.\rWEDDING DAY! Sam was Park Tavern’s food and beverage coordinator for the wedding. She was outstanding. Anything that we needed or changed, Sam was on top of it. She worked soundly with our day-of coordinator and everything flowed perfectly.\rThe food was outstanding. Our appetizers were the pork tacos, baked brie, shrimp tempura & the gazpacho shooter. Everyone raved about the food. I was blown away and so pleased. 100000% better than our initial tastings! And yes- I made sure to eat everything.\rThe bartenders were super amazing. Our guests loved them. \r

When Chris and I were looking for places to get married, everywhere we went was beautiful but out of our price range. We set up an appointment with Ryan Anthony at Park Tavern to tour the Piedmont Room and Garden Tent. We fell in love with the Garden Tent. It was beautiful and overlook a gorgeous little meadow and the city skyline. Ryan was very present throughout the process and responded back to the many emails I tortured her with. We had a wedding of about 185 people and they were able to accommodate everyone within the tent. It did get a little toasty with so many people, but it was also June. They had fans and an air conditioner within the tent. When I arrived after our ceremony at the church, I was amazed at how great of a job they did with the venue. It was absolutely beautiful. The draping, chandeliers, lanterns, and linens (which are all included with the venue) added an elegant touch to the decorations that I provided. We took most of our wedding party pictures in the garden (or meadow) before guests arrived for the cocktail hour. It offers a beautiful background for wedding parties whether you post up in front of the beautiful trees or the ivy covered wall. The space was perfect with food stations at each corner of the tent and bars at each of the tent. The service was fantastic. The staff and bartenders were all very nice and helped with everything that we needed. The food was great! Chris loved the Mashed Potini Station and we were able to eat a little as soon as we arrived. All in all, this venue is great! It's a great price, has most things that you would need to rent elsewhere included, it's a beautiful place to hold a wedding despite it being a Tavern and the staff is phenomenal. Ryan and Park Tavern truly made this the most unforgettable night of my life! THANK YOU!

I always wanted to get married on the park, after a lot of research Park Tavern Garden Tent and Meadow became the best option for us. \r\rThe cost for the location is very reasonable, and the rental includes a lot which I really liked (table, linens, etc), less things to worry about! \r\rI won't lie, I was a little nervous that it wouldn't come together as perfectly as it did. Every time I visited there was stuff around and things that just didn't look great (like large exposed vents, or tables and equipment in meadow, etc). And because it's a normal restaurant/bar that is open regular hours and because they host large party events, I just didn't know if it would be as clean and put together as I knew I wanted. Also, the weekend before our wedding, they had a large event and the meadow grass was completely gone, so I was very worried. But I must say, I was BLOWN AWAY the day of. Everything was clean and immaculate, they table linens and chairs were beautiful, they covered up any \"eye sore\" (like large vents, etc), the willow tree is so beautiful to get married in front of, the staff was amazing and the food was wonderful! They even got new sod for our wedding day, so there was plenty of beautiful grass, like there was supposed to be, they definitely did the right thing and we really appreciated it. We loved being in the middle of everything going on in and around the park, there were people everywhere (well around us in the park, etc, not like in the venue with us), but we loved that. It was so fun!\r\rI worked with Ryan throughout the process and she was great, very knowledgeable. She definitely made me feel like she's \"been there done that\" and she was very confident it would all go very smoothly, and it did. \r\rAll in all, it was a BEAUTIFUL day and wedding. Everyone raved about it, the food, how beautiful the venue was, etc. I wouldn't have changed anything at all. I cannot wait to get my pics!!

I absolutely loved my experience planning and having my wedding at Park Tavern. I worked with the wedding coordinator Ryan. She was prompt in answering all my questions and did a lot of work the day of the wedding to make sure everything went off smoothly. I had my wedding in December so Park Tavern was decorated beautifully already and the finishing touches from my decor made it absolutely beautiful. Also, the big beautiful windows overlooking the park and Atlanta skyline were amazing, especially for an evening wedding. \r\rMy cons: The bridal suite is pretty small and not the prettiest. It's not terrible but I had a lot of pre-pics taken in there before the wedding since that's where the bride hides out and the bridal suite messes up the background of the pics. \r\rI put a tab on the bar and guests had to go to the bar to get their drink. I didn't know that this included non-alcoholic drinks as well. So only water was at the table and must guests including myself weren't aware that they had to go to the bar to get anything else including tea.

We feel in love with this venue as soon as we saw it. We looked at over 20 venues in the Atlanta area, but due to the people, location, and outdoor space this one was by far the best. We worked primarily with Lauren and she was always very quick to respond to all questions, incredibly nice, and helped make every request possible. We are so happy with our choice in venues. We didn't have one problem on our wedding day! Also compared to a lot of the venues in the area most things are included in the price which made the value go that much further. The views from the Piedmont Tent are amazing!

We feel in love with this venue as soon as we saw it. We looked at over 20 venues in the Atlanta area, but due to the people, location, and outdoor space this one was by far the best. We worked primarily with Lauren and she was always very quick to respond to all questions, incredibly nice, and helped make every request possible. We are so happy with our choice in venues. After much search this was the perfect venue, the price was reasonable and worked with our budget, the food was delish and the location and city view is unmatched! To top it off Ryan, Lauren and the team are amazing and made everything so simple and carefree for us! They were beyond helpful, understand and helped to make our day beautiful and seamless! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful, budget friendly space with amazing views and a great staff! Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!

We had a great wedding at the Piedmont Room! My husband and I worked with Ryan and she was extremely helpful and quick answering any questions we had. On the day of our wedding, everyone at the venue was equally amazing. Every guest I talked to enjoyed the food and drink as well as the venue. Speaking of drinks, we were able to get local beers for our guest which was a great hit. Because the majority of our guest were out of town, the amazing view of midtown was a great way to share the city with our guest.

The entire staff at Park tavern helped execute our wedding flawlessly. The ceremony and room setup were perfect, more than we had ever imagined. The team of coordinators handle all of your wedding details from start to finish, through the entire wedding planning process. I can’t say enough how all our expectations were exceeded. The food was nothing short of AMAZING!! All our guests were so excited not to have your traditional boring wedding menu and were floored with how great everything tasted. I would say it was like home cooking –but my mom can’t cook. So let’s just say I wish my mom could cook like that, lol. If we could do it all over again, we couldn’t even imagine doing it anywhere else.

Major plus on the facility having a storage area if you need to bring in centerpieces/extra decor and them providing linen/flatware/napkins. \r\rI got married on a July Saturday, so I can testify that the AC really WORKS. So if you want an outdoor wedding, give it a go!\r\rThe only downside was the fact the restaurant/restaurant patio was still open to the public and you had people filtering their way in the reception. Not only that, you might have to deal with people stopping watching your ceremony from the streets. The garden tent is in the meadow which visible to the public.\r\rHope this helps!

When I tell you LOVE this venue, I absolutely love it. The Piedmont Room is gorgeous, break taking views of the Atlanta skyline my husband and I were just awe of this venue. \r\rNow let me get to the gritty stuff. I'm literally in awe of how sad the site coordinator was in her job with handling our wedding.\r\rRyan Anthony at the PR&T is horrible, and I'm being modest in this review. She forgot MAJOR details (menu display, important meeting dates etc). On 2. 14. 14 (Valentine's Day), I said \"I DO\" and married my best friend! I held my wedding reception at the Piedmont Room located at 500 10th Street, Atlanta, GA. The Piedmont Room exceeded my expectations! Lauren, the Director of Sales was a TRUE ANGEL! I know there were times when I bombarded her with tons of questions and she happily answered every single one with a great attitude! All of my emails and phone calls were answered in a timely manner and Lauren made sure the visions of my dream wedding were met! The food was TERRIFIC although a little costly it's worth every PENNY :-) A special thank you to Mr. Ron who was responsible for providing the succulent food! The staff at the Piedmont Room were very friendly and attentive to both my husband and I and my guests needs both in the planning stages and the night of the reception. The venue was elegantly embraced with tea lights that complimented the grand 12 foot windows which offered an exceptional view of Piedmont park and the Midtown skyline. All guests commented on how great EVERYTHING was! My husband and I were truly blessed to have found the Piedmont Room! I only have one word to say three times, Perfect perfect perfect! I can't tell you how many of our wedding guest told us they had so much FUN and that the reception was PERFECT! I'd have to agree! I highly recommend The Piedmont Room to any bride looking for a venue that offers modern sophistication with an old vintage style! I am so glad that we decided to go with The Piedmont Room whom provided an unforgettable night that was full of love and lasting memories! Thank you!

If I could give more than five stars for the Piedmont Garden Tent, I absolutely would. Picking this venue for our wedding was the best decision we could have possibly made. Not only is this a stunning space with beautiful views of Atlanta, but the service is truly unmatched. I worked with Lauren, and she is a true professional who answered every single email, phone call, and question that I had throughout this process. Her and her staff were so wonderful on the big day, and I could not have imagined things turning out more perfectly. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the space was STUNNING. I would recommend this venue without reservation to any bride or groom.

My husband and I got married at the end of June in the meadow of Park Tavern and had our reception in the Garden Tent as well. The venue was perfect! Each staff member we worked with was wonderful. They were flexible, nice, and organized. We didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding, it all moved so smoothly. The food was delicious too. They were very accommodating with our band's requirements. If given the choice to pick a wedding venue again - I'd make the same decision. It was a beautiful wedding and the location was excellent.

The piedmont garden tent was the second best decision we made for our wedding besides my shoes. We did the outdoor garden ceremony and tent reception. Even though I had an August wedding, it was very comfortable temperature-wise under the tent. The food was to die for! I still have people complimenting me on the Crab legs and macaroni and cheese bar. Lauren is amazing! She made sure my husband and I had time to eat AND my table cards were missing so she quickly made some up without even bugging me about it ( trust me, you'll be thankful for this kind of proactive activity on your wedding day). The venue is gorgeous, the staff is amazing and very flexible to make the wedding of your dreams come true. Only reason I did not give it five stars is because of the price...but frankly for that location and level of service, the price was worth it. If you choose this venue you will not regret it.

Everything about the Piedmont Room and their staff was top notch. We always had prompt responses to our inquiries, had several meetings, came a few times on our own to figure out decorations, were always met with a smile and the assurance that even though I was changing my mind again(!), they were more than happy to make it the event of our dreams. Lauren and her team were amazing and everything came together just as we hoped/planned it would. And the food was great--we heard countless compliments about how everything was delicious.
