A Spectacular Wedding Ceremony & Reception Venue!
Located in Boca Raton, FL, Pavilion Grille is a restaurant and venue that hosts weddings and other special events. This facility offers a tropical ambience with soaring indoor spaces. The management of this venue invites you to make this setting the backdrop for your wedding festivities. Pavilion Grille is housed in the Atrium of the First National Bank Coastal Community (FNBCC) building. The indoor Atrium area features palm trees, tropical fountains, and a canopy-covered dance floor that spans 2,500 square feet. This event space can accommodate wedding celebrations for up to 249 of your guests, acting as a ballroom. The Grille Room offers an alternative for more intimate events for up to 60 people, and the Atrium Bar presents a popular option for gatherings. You and your loved ones may enjoy a memorable occasion in these surroundings. Additionally, these premises include get-ready rooms, wheelchair access, and wireless internet for more comfort and convenience. Pavilion Grille can host your wedding as well as your engagement party, wedding shower, and rehearsal dinner. The staff will do their utmost to accommodate your booking, including for last-minute events. This team can provide you with planning, catering services, bartending services, and more. Your starting site fee includes event planning, setup, cleanup, and the use of parking, get-ready rooms, tables, chairs, linens, audio-visual equipment, and table settings. Initial wedding catering includes cake cutting, dessert, and the presence of servers. Bartending service includes bartenders serving house wine, beer, and spirits, as well as champagne toasts to mark the occasion.

Wow ! First off I want to give and say a BIG Thank You to the entire staff at the Pavilion Grille. We just had our wedding there Saturday night 10-10-20. It was a great afternoon and into the night celebration. The Pavilion Grille is a unique place and what I think is a unknown gem in Boca Raton. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was a challenge not only for us but especially for the Pavilion Grill. They did the very best in helping us plan everything especially with all the weekly changes due to the Covid Virus. Our numbers kept changing due to cancellations and they were very understanding and accommodating. They were very concerned about providing the very best experience while protecting our guests and there staff. They knocked it out of the park on every step. From the planning to the incredible food Chef Christian and his staff provided to the bartenders and the wait staff. I have not had one complaint from one guest which to me speaks volumes and I can be very critical, I actually asked guests afterwards what they thought and they said everything was great from the selection of hor dāoeuvres, to the cucumber wrapped salad, then to the main course of filet and chicken marsala. The pasta station for vegans to the incredible variety of desert shooters. I could keep on going but really I just want to give a Big Thank You to Liz, Megan, Cookie, Chef Christian and the rest of the entire staff. You all made our Wedding Day Great and we will be forever grateful. And if you donāt know it they have dinner and dancing there with bands during the week. A hidden gem in an office building in Boca Raton. Go check it out. I highly recommend it.

We are on our 3rd yr having our holiday Company annual event. This venue is very professional and the staff is wonderful. The service people are the best and the chef is the best in the business. We absolutely loved the pavilion grille for our celebration of life party. Liz and Aurora were a great team and really worked within our budget to meet our needs. They were also very responsive and professional. The food was excellent along with the atmosphere. We would highly recommend this venue and plan to book them for future events.

We chose the Pavilion Grille sight unseen & without any referrals thru Google - WOW, what a special surprise. The venue was beautiful, the food was fantastic and the staff was professional & friendly. If I need another venue in the Boca area it will definitely be at the Pavilion Grille!!

We could not have been more thrilled with our wedding celebration at the Pavilion Grille. The space was beautiful, service was top notch, and food was delicious! We are still hearing compliments from our guests about how smoothly the night went and how it was one of the best wedding meals they've had.Liz and Cookie were amazing to work with. We booked the venue before the pandemic, but then everything changed with Covid. They were there for us every step of the way when we had to make adjustments (postponing a year, last-minute table layout changes, etc). Not only that, we were planning from out-of-state and only had a couple chances to visit the venue in person before the day of. We are so grateful for how patient and accommodating Pavilion Grille was with us throughout the planning process, especially during these times. They were responsive, kind, and professional and ensured our event ran perfectly.Food and bev were one of our top priorities. The venue offers several dinner packages, and we went with the Platinum buffet station package. It was a hit!! We decided on stations so we could offer a variety of food to our guests - there were so many delicious options to choose from. Not only that, the service was great and included plexiglass and servers so that guests were not handling the food. The appetizers during cocktail hour were also amazing. Our only regret was that we didn't have more food during the party!The space itself was also one of the main reasons we chose Pavilion Grille. If your guests like to dance, this is the venue for you!! We loved that the dance floor wasn't just a square like most places, but the entire floor. It gave us a lot more space to dance and spread out, which our guests appreciated. Also, the lighting, trees, and canopy are gorgeous and the space doesn't require too much additional decor outside of what's already included.Overall, we could not be happier that we chose to have our wedding here and highly recommend it for any celebration. It's clear they know how to run big events with how smoothly everything turned out. Thank you!!

Two months ago I was one of you.... a Bride with so much hope that everything will be fine by our wedding date. That we would figure it out together. But, the amount of time I spent crying about our dream wedding being so far from that dream was terribly sad. Admit it or not, there are things that you will have to give up if you are not going to wait until \"Who knows when\" to have this dream come true. Let me tell you how you can have BOTH! My BEST FRIEND is in the event industry and told me about a friend of hers at the Pavilion Grille and how Liz & her husband (the owners) could help me. I was doubtful because I couldn't cut my list and make decision that would make my day any less than it already was. Never mind the fact that we were two months away from the wedding date and how could she even help me pull this together. At the time we were trying to figure out how to have it at home. It was already our 3rd version of what seemed like a day we just needed to get over with. Well, my Bestie took the reins and called the Pavilion Grille and in one swoop SAVED OUR WEDDING! I met with Liz 2 days later to see if our dream was possible. Even typing this now, the relief poured out in tears after we spoke. As I looked around I thought this restaurant will do fine. When I spoke to Liz, Cookie and Megan every single thing we thought of, they responded \"Yes we can do that\". They ensured us of our guests safety, and how they conduct their own teams safety. How their food is kept safely during the event. This team of wonderful people made things happen that made this day the magical event it was. In the end, the food was Exceptional, the bar service was exceptional, the evening was exceptional! My decorator Zena Kantor-Sofferman was exceptional. They helped pack the stuff we took home with us. We were so happy to know that there is platform that we can tell all of the lovely couples with dreams.......You want to have the day that you have always DREAMED OF???????THE ONLY PLACE TO GO is the Pavilion Grille in Boca Raton on the corner of Dixie Hwy. and Yamato Rd. This place saved my best friends wedding š My BFF was set to get married at a certain glass building in West Palm Beach but they were being outrageously unreasonable with post Covid restrictions, wanting payment for 250 guests and only allowing 50. She was faced with having her wedding in her backyard. She ended up last minute calling Liz at PAVILION GRILL, and Liz saved the day. Instead of being uncomfortable, outside in her yard, we had a classy, amazing, safe ceremony and reception at this beautiful, unique venue. The decor was outrageously gorgeous, the food and staff were safe, attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond at every turn. They even helped clean up all her decorations and pack up her things for her. The food was outstanding. I had the steak which was cooked to perfection and seasoned in a fantastic sauce with delicious homemade potatoes. My husband had the chicken and said it was fabulous, he ate the huge portion entirely. Liz packed up food for the š°š¤µBride and Groom to go because they know couples rarely have a chance to eat at their own celebration. She left no detail out in making my friend feel like the princess she deserves to be. And Megan her assistant is an angel. She came through with helping us get an obscure object to assist her nephew to walk down the aisle, unfortunately my friend forgot it and realized as we were about to walk down the aisle. Megan had it handled in 5 minutes. I was like, what!!!!???? šThe glass elevator entrance is so fun, we danced and enjoyed our first big event since covid and my friend got the wedding of her dreams! If you want a nice dinner out, dancing and drinks, go to Pavilion Grill any night. If you want an amazing wedding or party, you will not be disappointed. They go the extra 5 miles and truly care about everyone's experience. āāāāā

Obviously, 2020 has been annoying specifically with having to plan a wedding. I am so thankful for Liz and her team at Pavilion Grille! They really saved the day for us! We had a last minute issue with our other vendor and Liz was able to help us last minute and got all the details in order and ready in just 2 weeks! Our wedding day so special and one that we will never forget. Thanks again to everyone at Pavilion Grille who helped make our wedding day safe and memorable!

My daughter got married last night and had her reception at the Pavilion Grille in Boca. It was amazing! The food was off the charts delicious. The beef tenderloin melted in your mouth. I have been to so many 5 star restaurants and I think the Pavilion Grilles was the best Tenderloin i have ever had. The Eggplant Parmesan Chicken Franchise pasta and salads were excellent as well. The passes appetizers were so good not cold like you sometimes get at weddings and were delicious. The deserts were great. Key lime shooters, tiramisu, ice cream all were fantastic. The table seating and dance floor were a great use of space. Close enough to mingle but far enough away to be comfortable and not feel cramped.The dance floor was huge so that when everyone was on it you weren't getting stepped on. Everyone that I came in contact with could not have been any better bar staff, waiters and servers. When your daughter gets married you always want her dreams to be fulfilled and I think the Pavillion Grille really pulled this off. My thanks to everyone there it was a fantastic night. I would highly recommend this place for your next event. With so many places out there to pick from this place should really be on the top of your list. For budget conscious brides to extravagant ones this place has it all. Thank you to Liz and her staff for making my daughters dreams come true!

My daughter got married last night and had her reception at the Pavilion Grille in Boca. It was amazing! The food was off the charts delicious. The beef tenderloin melted in your mouth. I have been to so many 5 star restaurants and I think the Pavilion Grilles was the best Tenderloin i have ever had. The Eggplant Parmesan Chicken Franchise pasta and salads were excellent as well. The passes appetizers were so good not cold like you sometimes get at weddings and were delicious. The deserts were great. Key lime shooters, tiramisu, ice cream all were fantastic. The table seating and dance floor were a great use of space. Close enough to mingle but far enough away to be comfortable and not feel cramped.The dance floor was huge so that when everyone was on it you weren't getting stepped on. Everyone that I came in contact with could not have been any better bar staff, waiters and servers. When your daughter gets married you always want her dreams to be fulfilled and I think the Pavillion Grille really pulled this off. My thanks to everyone there it was a fantastic night. I would highly recommend this place for your next event. With so many places out there to pick from this place should really be on the top of your list. For budget conscious brides to extravagant ones this place has it all. Thank you to Liz and her staff for making my daughters dreams come true!

We loved the greenery and fountain, bringing a hint of outside without the heat and humidity- perfect for an August wedding in S. Florida! We had a fabulous time, it really flew by, and our guests are still raving about the food and the great time they had. It wouldn't have been nearly so perfect without the help of Cookie, Glenn, Liz, and all the staff at Pavilion Grille. They made it virtually stress free and were amazing every step of the way!

Pavilion Grille is an excellent venue for couples considering an alternative to traditional venues. The space was perfect for our 100-guest wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Plenty of hotels nearby; in multiple price ranges; and for pictures, several beautiful parks within a 5 - 15 mins drive. #AdamSandlerBocaWeddingFree self-parking with covered entrance area; large, open floor plan. Excellent staff prior to and during the wedding day events...Mgmt. team and staff were flexible and responsive to our questions/needs. We made several trips to Boca during the 6-month preparation window; and Were always welcome to visit with our vendors when necessary. Pricing was affordable. They even recognized my wife's active military service. Thank you, Pavilion Grille, for making our day memorable; and to your Staff for being pro-active to our needs rather than reactive; which made our day so much more enjoyable. Our families also said \"Wow! This is a beautiful venue and the staff was just awesome!\" We didnāt get to eat during our wedding but the staff had prepared plates for us. That was very nice! I think the food was enjoyed by all. Only improvement opportunity is to better pair the timing of Pavilion's appetizers with our external caterer's appetizers to avoid a massive rush. Then again, some venues don't even allow that; so that's a plus for Pavilion! Pros: Recently renovated dance floor area; Elevator entrance, flash drive pictures on tvās during cocktail hour, inside a building but has enough greenery to give outdoor feels, accommodating sparkler send-off outside; close to I-95; only 1 railroad track to worry about between the venue and I-95. Cons: Read contract about whatās allowed and disallowed (e.g., flower petals, ice/cloud machines, etc.) if you are NOT flexible. We would have had a ācloud machine,ā but they wouldnāt allow it because of potential moisture on the floor. We also had a minor logistical issue with separating who gets sparkling cider vs actual champagne because of our seating arrangements. Suppose all of this could have been non-issues; if we were made aware of these items beforehand. Sometimes, you just donāt know what you want in your wedding until you speak to other vendors; but locking the venue date is very important. So, our recommendation is to weigh the pros/cons; see the venue; come back a couple of times; donāt push them aside over a small issue when they can deliver a beautiful wedding for what really mattersā¦your peace and joy on your wedding day. Glad we worked around the flower petal restriction and just walked away from the cloud machineā¦I donāt think any other venue could have done such an amazing āall hands on-deckā service like Pavilion.

On the first visit to the Venue, we were greeted by Liz and Meghan. Let me say that they are warm, caring and not the least bit pushy. Of course, they want your business, but I cannot name one statement they made or one item they promised that was not delivered. In fact, most of what was delivered was bigger and better than expected.Let's talk about the venue itself. When visiting the Pavilion Grille, you will notice a very different, corporate type of look. BUT on the night of your event it is transformed into a spectacular venue with soaring ceilings, awesome lights and a feeling of grandeur. I had at least a dozen guests tell me that they never saw a venue as open, and spectacular as this. OK, Food! Incredible! More than your guests will eat! Tremendous variety of high quality and delicious foods. We had the \"STATIONS\" and let me say \"NO ONE WENT HOME HUNGRY!\" The desserts were to die for. Pies, cakes, shooters, ice cream and pastries to name a few. I think I left out the hand passed hors d'oeuvres and platters that were served during cocktail hour. Delicious and plentiful. All that food served by terrific wait staff and station chefs.If I sound a little excited, I am. I was working on a fixed budget as I am partially retired. I thought I would have to go to one of those Wedding mills to stay within budget. The Pavilion Grille is a private venue with an extremely competitive price point.My daughter and son-in law were blown away at what I was able to provide for them. I am very proud and thankful to the Pavilion Grille.

Wonderful venue for our ceremony and reception. Pavilion Grille has a great staff working for them including Liz, Megan, and Glenn who worked hard to make sure our day was special. The food was delicious we chose cedar planked salmon and prime rib for the dinner selection and we were not disappointed. The cocktail hour was lovely and the food and drinks were spectacular; we had a sushi boat, baked brie, mini crabcakes and more! The venue has it own lighting system, and the blue light on the dance floor added an ethereal feel to the reception. The atrium building, dark wood and plants throughout the venue are very inviting. This is a beautiful venue and a wonderful place to get married.

Meghan, Liz and Glenn were amazing! From beginning to and this was an absolute breeze of a wedding. My husband and I got married there on August 4, 2016. It was simply beautiful and amazing. We had a duet plate for dinner and I am still to this day we hear how good the food was the appetizers were delicious. Basically everybody cannot stop talking about how WOW the room is. If you are looking for your non-typical wedding venue with great food, good service and reasonable prices this is it. Liz helped me pick out our foods and changed anything I needed last minute and I was absolutely perfect. Glenn had help me add a table the day of the wedding because of a last-minute change of plans. I used the bridal room that is the only downfall it's a little small. If you have lots of bridesmaids you could do what we did and they let us take over their whole office and it was absolutely perfect. Throughout the day Meghan was there while I was getting ready helping me with everything I needed. We used their recommended DJ and flower/decoration person which both were amazing our DJ was Russ Ginsberg and our flower person was Lucy Celebration I would recommend them both. Our officiant was David Luster he was amazing. Our photographer was from Jackie and Addie photography and her name is Jill she is amazing. Overall you will AMAZED if you get married here.

Because of that, you have different options for the grand entrance (including a glass elevator). Also, because you are in the atrium of an office building you get an outside feel without having to deal with the weather. The trees have lights on them and the canopy over the dance floor is really pretty. \r\rThe people who work there are also great! We wanted brunch food for our evening wedding and they worked with us! Everyone loved the food!

First off let me start by saying that my husband and I were not sure if we were going to be able to have the wedding of our dreams because of the cost. I looked for about a month and the cheapest I found in the West Palm area was $60 a person which is pretty steep when you have a projected 180 guests attending. \rI found the pavilion on eventective.com and spoke to Liz, their events coordinator, she was very understanding of our budget constraints and was very nice. When I told her about our budget she did everything in her power to work within my means but give me more than I expected. She gave me a great quote and even offered to just charge us the minimum for an event to be held at the pavilion on a Saturday.\r(My advice would be to have your wedding on a Sunday or Monday even the rates are exceptionally lower.)\rAnyhow I decided to go see the venue and brought my whole clan with me. I brought my mom, my 2 sisters, my nieces and nephews, my brother in law, my sister in law and mother in law. \rUpon entering the pavilion I loved how huge the place was and how open the space was. Then we walked in the bar and dance floor area and I fell in love. It is absolutely beautiful! It is almost like having an outdoor wedding indoors. The dancefloor area is also decorated with a huge canopy above which adds to the artistic feel of the venue. \rMy husband and I knew it was the one. & we did what all wedding magazines tell you not to do and decided to book the venue on the spot. \rNot only is the place beautiful, but the food is phenomenal. The food was very important to us because we knew that the food would be talked about good or bad. Still almost 3 weeks after the wedding and guests have not stopped raving about the food.\rThe staff was great during my wedding as well, they were very attentive of my husband and I and helped us with the flow of the wedding.\rAll in all I would recommend to any budget bride who is looking for an unconvential venue that will excede her expectations.\rThe pavilion did just that and more.

First off let me start by saying that my husband and I were not sure if we were going to be able to have the wedding of our dreams because of the cost. I looked for about a month and the cheapest I found in the West Palm area was $60 a person which is pretty steep when you have a projected 180 guests attending. \rI found the pavilion on eventective.com and spoke to Liz, their events coordinator, she was very understanding of our budget constraints and was very nice. When I told her about our budget she did everything in her power to work within my means but give me more than I expected. She gave me a great quote and even offered to just charge us the minimum for an event to be held at the pavilion on a Saturday.\r(My advice would be to have your wedding on a Sunday or Monday even the rates are exceptionally lower.)\rAnyhow I decided to go see the venue and brought my whole clan with me. I brought my mom, my 2 sisters, my nieces and nephews, my brother in law, my sister in law and mother in law. \rUpon entering the pavilion I loved how huge the place was and how open the space was. Then we walked in the bar and dance floor area and I fell in love. It is absolutely beautiful! It is almost like having an outdoor wedding indoors. The dancefloor area is also decorated with a huge canopy above which adds to the artistic feel of the venue. \rMy husband and I knew it was the one. & we did what all wedding magazines tell you not to do and decided to book the venue on the spot. \rNot only is the place beautiful, but the food is phenomenal.
