Your Event.....Our Backdrop
We have (4) different areas available for events: Main Grounds, Uno Hill Barn, Sugar Hill Barn, and Piney Grove Church. Events on the Main Grounds are held outdoors, there are several beautiful locations to choose from for your ceremony, cocktail/social hour and/or reception. Locations around the Main House are popular for ceremonies and our Kitchen Garden offers a spectacular view. Receptions on the Main Grounds can be held in the Stable Courtyard, on the lawn overlooking the Courtyard, in the Tennis Court, or on the Carriage Circle. The lawn overlooking the Courtyard, the Tennis Court and the Carriage Circle can all be tented. Uno Hill Barn is an indoor facility located a block off of our main drive. This air conditioned and heated venue can accommodate 150-175 guests comfortably. The patios attached to the building provide additional event space. Uno Hill has an audiovisual system that is built into the building and an oversized wood burning fireplace that can add ambience in the cooler months. This facility has its own catering kitchen, restrooms, and parking. There are ceremony options at Uno Hill if you like the idea of having your entire event at one location. There are also white “twinkle style” lights wrapped around all the columns in the barn adding great sparkle! Sugar Hill Barn is about 2 miles south of the main PHP entrance; the barn is large and enclosed with tall ceilings, perfect for your reception! The building is not centrally heated & cooled but has big barn doors that open on either end of the barn and large barn windows that can be opened to allow for nice breezes in the spring & fall months. The barn has ceiling fans to help cool in the summer months, and heaters can be placed inside in the winter months. Sugar Hill Barn has its own catering kitchen and ample restrooms. It also features a covered patio that can be used for additional event space and a large concrete patio that can be used for dancing if you want to create an indoor/outdoor event. There is white tube lights wrapped around the beams in the barn adding a festive sparkle to the space and a couple of ceremony options making this venue very versatile! The picturesque and historic Piney Grove Church sits a block down the road from the main entrance to Pebble Hill; it is a sweet country church featuring original pickled pine walls. The church can seat about 150 comfortably (175 max). The church still has an active congregation that meets only twice a month, so when wedding ceremonies are held at the church it is cleared so you can set/decorate to your specifications.

Growing up in Tallahassee, I had been to Thomasville on many occasions and visited Pebble Hill Plantation several times. When we got engaged, we toured several venues, but none compared to the to the beautiful oak trees and southern charm of Pebble Hill Plantation. Their events team was communicative and helpful throughout the planning process. They even contacted us when there was a cancellation at their Overflow Cottage because they knew that we were looking to stay on the property the night before the wedding. Elizabeth did a fantastic job making sure we had everything we needed to have an amazing event – she coordinated with several of our outside vendors so that they could deliver items prior to our wedding day. To our great surprise, their services continued throughout the event when their very helpful security services helped jump start a guest’s car. I simply cannot say enough about Pebble Hill Plantation and their events team – it is truly a special place that we will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Such a gorgeous venue!! Although it was a little tight in the chapel it was intimate having your family and friends so close. The Sugar Hill Barn is a great venue. Our January wedding was a bit cold for the guest so I’d recommend their heaters. We love it!!

Our wedding was simply a dream! Cara was easy to communicate with, which is important when you live 900+ miles from your venue. All of the maintenance guys were great helping us get set up as well. Enough about the business side of things though- as a Midwest girl, having my wedding at PHP was an absolute dream. It's such a breathtaking place. All of our guests were so amazed as the shuttle busses drove them down that tree-lined entrance. It was the perfect day!

We fell in love with Pebble Hill Plantation on our first visit! It is absolutely beautiful. We live in Atlanta and planned a destination wedding at Pebble Hill. Cara and her staff are great to work with. The wedding was amazing! We used 4 different locations throughout the day. The guests loved it! It was the wedding of my dreams. We could not have chosen a better location!

Everything was perfect at Pebble Hill Plantation. Cara was amazing to work with and she catered to every need we had. I even called her one evening when every hotel in Tallahassee told me that they would not do a room block and she gave me hotel recommendations in Thomasville. The venue was gorgeous and well taken care of. Nothing bad to say about this venue!

Pebble Hill was a great venue for our wedding and I'm really glad we used them. There are many locations to choose from for ceremony and/or reception, so each wedding there is unique. The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff is professional. Cara, the events manager, is easy to reach and prompt about returning correspondence. The price is a great value for the money. I looked at similarly priced venues and they did not include tables and chairs like Pebble Hill does. \rDue to poor weather, we had to change our ceremony and reception location at the last minute to the Uno Hill Barn, an indoor facility on the grounds, and Cara and team handled it really well. I was blowing up Cara's phone in the few days leading to the wedding and she never sounded agitated with me and helped me in every way possible. \rI highly recommend Pebble Hill for it's beautiful setting, value, and professional team! Even though we had some bumps in our big day, things went smoothly on Pebble Hill's part and I would use them again without hesitation for a future event if needed!

Pebble Hill was the perfect backdrop for our intimate southern wedding. Whitney and Cara were both extremely helpful and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. They even offer a discount for active duty military, which was really great. The most difficult part was picking the location for the ceremony since there were so many beautiful locations on the property! We held our ceremony at the stables and our reception was at Uno Hill barn. It was the ideal space for the size of our wedding. Overall, you really can't go wrong with Pebble Hill whether you are holding your ceremony, reception, or both.

This is an absolutely gorgeous plantation with great facilities. You can keep it simple or make it glamorous. I recommend renting out the Overflow Cottage for family, bridal party, etc. We spent the wedding weekend on the plantation and it was fabulous!

We had the most beautiful wedding at Pebble Hill in the Fall of 2011. The Plantation offers you a gorgeous backdrop, so that only the most minimalistic of decor is needed. The staff is some of the best I've met and they made anything possible! We had a vintage glam wedding and the different locations for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception blew our guests away. We even had 5 minutes of rain and it worked out beautifully! With Pebble Hill you have a blank slate, any vendors are allowed and they are open to any possibility. Will refer Pebble Hill to anyone looking to have the very best!

I had a wonderful experience with Pebble Hill. The house and grounds are gorgeous and include multiple options for wedding and reception sites. This is not an all-inclusive venue, but it does offer packages that include chairs, tables, linens, a horse and carriage, and help with basic setup.
