If you're looking for a fun and fantastic city-meets-starry-night venue just 15 minutes from downtown Austin, here it is! You will have nothing but gracious, warm smiles from your guests. Beautifully landscaped property with a 6000 square foot enclosed-climate controlled building perfect for weddings & events. Located on 17 acres surrounded by pecan and oak trees, several bad weather plans are also available. We offer the ability to bring in your choice of vendors, and we love food trucks! We have a separate grooms area and a complete Bridal cottage! Pecan Springs Ranch also offers drink donkeys, decor rentals, and much, much more! A recent Brides Review: This venue is absolutely beautiful for a wedding. It has many ceremony locations and a gorgeous plan B option if it rains. The venue is spacious, which is essential when having a COVID wedding. We were able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and dancing all at different locations, which did not leave our guests bored of staying in a single spot. The greenery, flowers, and beautiful scenery make for amazing photos. You will receive a complimentary two-hour photography session, which I highly recommend taking advantage of. I used this time for my bridals, and that came out beautiful. One of the biggest highlights of the venue was hiring the two beer donkeys to mingle with guests at cocktail hour. They served beer to the guests, and the guests were loving the great photo opportunity with them. Another highlight is the spacious grounds; you can hire food trucks and photo booth trailers to make your wedding a unique experience for your guests. We hired the Gourdough's airstream and the Peachy Camper for our photo booth, and our guests absolutely loved these experiences because they had something to do. Our event manager was Brittany, and she did an amazing job with her communication. She was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. Many of our guests raved about the beautiful space Pecan Springs had to offer and shared that it was one of the best weddings they had attended. Pecan Springs is a unique venue and has so much to offer. This venue deserves more than a 5-star review, and we highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique, beautiful, and fun wedding venue for all! Pecan Springs Ranch has it all! Beautiful ceremony locations (multiple to choose from), a large & beautiful ballroom for the indoor option and even a covered outdoor pavilion for rain plan ceremonies, cocktail hour & dance floors. The lights at night are magical and only enhance the view both inside and out! You should see the bridal house! Lots of space for the bridal party to come in and they offer such a long rental period so you can really use it the entire day. I cannot rave enough about how pristine the grounds that are kept year round and there is no off month at this venue, every month has its beauty from grounds & venue itself! Best venue in Austin!

Me and my husband got married at PSR in May 2023 and we absolutely loved the venue overall. The entire property is absolutely stunning and has a romantic, magical, and enchanted feel to it no matter where you are on the property. The venue Manager Brittany made things so easy for us and helped us incorporate everything we wanted to use on our special day. They're very flexible and always do their very best to make sure your event is exactly the way you envisioned it! I absolutely recommend Pecan Springs Ranch to anyone who's looking for an incredible venue!!

I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience working with Pecan Springs Ranch was. The venue is gorgeous and offers so many different locations to have pictures taken throughout the night to give you tons of variety. They had multiple ceremony site locations and when we wanted to do something a little different they were happy to work with us and get everything just right. The grounds are immaculately kept and everything was in bloom for our April wedding, adding even more color. They were prompt with communication and very straight forward on the terms of the contract. Their preferred vendor list helped us to find many of the vendors we ended up working with which was super helpful as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue if you are hoping to have an outdoor ceremony with a beautiful indoor reception space. The bridal cottage was also the perfect place to get ready making wedding day even easier as we were already on location for hair & make-up!!

What a wonderful place to get married! We barely had to decorate at all and it was really beautiful. The trees and nature were exactly what we were looking for. There were butterflies flitting about the flowers, and we even saw deer and wild turkeys. We really liked that we had access to the venue all day to get ready. The bride's cottage was nice and comfortable and had plenty of space and makeup mirrors. We liked that the chairs and tables were included in the rental, and found it convenient to rent a few extra things from Pecan Springs that weren't included up front. The grounds were really expansive and guests liked to be able to spread out and explore, but things were also easily accessible. We recommend doing dinner outside on the lawn under the Edison lights. It was magical! Generally, it was really easy to work with the venue. The only issue we had was that a week ahead of time they told us that we could no longer do the rehearsal the day before our wedding like we had previously agreed because there was a wedding at that time. That seems like something they should have known about much earlier. Overall, we would highly recommend Pecan Springs! Can't imagine having gotten married anywhere else!

Absolutely amazing!! I love how much space this venue offers and how you can really create your own vision here. I chose to have the ceremony at the creek-side site and it was BEAUTIFUL! It was green and pretty and was even shaded for our wedding! We had the reception indoors and it was gorgeous. It is a huge space that was great for my 86 guests but could definitely fit a lot more people. The venue comes with rentals of tables and chairs and they have additional furniture and signs to rent. The getting ready cottage for the girls was GREAT! The air conditioning worked well, there is plenty of space, great for photos, and there is a full fridge so we were able to bring in lunch and drinks. It was super easy to communicate with the venue the whole time and they were able to suggest vendors they have worked with before which made it super easy. They also have beer donkeys which everyone loved! Highly recommend this spot!!!!

Pecan Springs Ranch was the perfect place for our large wedding. The flow of the reception hall was great. The bathroom situation was perfect (I've been to many weddings where this was an issue!) The team was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Our guests RAVED about the beauty of the venue and the donkeys! The ceremony location was everything I ever dreamed of and the ability to arrange the reception hall based on what I wanted was perfect.

My *new* husband and I just got married at PSR last weekend and we truly could not recommend this venue enough!! Everything about it is perfect - it's so green and beautiful no matter what time of day or year, there are plenty of areas for guests to mingle and for the ceremony and reception to take place, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful and the cost is affordable! We had SO many comments from our guests about just how beautiful the location was and we didn't even need much decoration because the venue spoke for itself. PSR also provided some amazing rentals for us to use day of, and even let us stay an hour later so our guests could dance the night away. I would highly recommend PSR to any bride looking for a magical venue in Austin, not too far from the city!

We saw the venue for the first time in the summer and got married in January and the venue is beautiful in both seasons. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing wedding celebration at PSR. The new renovations to the reception hall make it feel so much more elegant- I’m just happy they were completed in time for our wedding! This place is absolutely gorgeous and, while we weren’t able to due to weather, taking advantage of the green space area is a must. Our on site contact, Brittany, was amazing to work with from start to finish. She went above and beyond for us and was so helpful. We are so thankful for the entire PSR team that made rescheduling, asking questions, adding rentals or late night hours such a breeze!

PSR was an amazing wedding venue for our Indian wedding! We looked at many wedding venues in Austin and this one was really perfect for us. We did have to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic, and while this was difficult, the staff were professional to work with throughout the process. We unfortunately had to move our date twice, and we paid a rescheduling fee the second time. There is so much natural beauty and multiple outdoor locations with a beautiful vintage rustic feel. There is a beautiful ranch area that is built out with covered patio areas, swings, benches, and fun outdoor lawn games. Our guests loved being able to explore the grounds and the reception hall was lovely as well. The bridal suite was also very spacious. We had flexibility to have an outdoor traditional indian ceremony followed by a cocktail hour, then an indoor reception with an open bar. The PSR staff worked with us, our planner and our outside vendors to make everything run smoothly the day of. The staff were responsive/helpful and we did two walkthroughs. They also had rentals/add ons such as a donut wall and sweetheart tables that we chose from during the walk through! We are very happy we got married at PSR.

This venue was spectacular! There was so much space for our wedding (~150 people) and it gave our guests the freedom to hangout any where during the cocktail hour. The booking process was very easy and the contract isn't ridiculous- very straightforward! Our point of contact was very helpful and answered our questions promptly leading up to the day-of. Set-up staff did everything as planned. Overall, great venue in South-West Austin that wont break the bank!!

Hard to do this place justice in a review when seeing pictures and visiting the site says what words can't. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and it made for such an incredible experience at our wedding. Our guest were blown away. PSR lends itself to be whatever you want it to be for your wedding and that's the best part. It is truly impressive how nice they keep the entire grounds as well. Kerbey and Judy were amazing to work with throughout our almost 2 years of planning (COVID). We had many friends with COVID wedding horror stories about rescheduling with their venues but PSR was truly top notch throughout it all. We can't thank them enough and could not dream of a better venue for our wedding. Highly recommend this venue for any wedding as it can easily fit around your vision. Thank you PSR!

Pecan Springs Ranch is absolutely breathtaking. At first, it seems like just a big ranch with lots of space, but once decorated, the whole place changes. There is so much space for guests both inside and outside, and we loved the patio for our cocktail hour. The bridal cottage is exactly what my bridesmaids and I needed, it's beautifully decorated, nice and cold, and was plenty spacious for everyone. The scenery and landscape is so well maintained, and it turned out to be a beautiful day for out outdoor ceremony. The options here are endless with the multiple ceremony options and décor availability. The site managers were also so helpful and on top of things for all of our questions.

My husband and I are from Dallas, but were looking for an indoor/ outdoor venue with gorgeous greenery and trees, which took us to Austin Hill country. We took a tour of PSR and immediately fell in love. It has absolutely everything you need and the staff keep the venue absolutely stunning. The team was so communicative and helpful throughout the entire process and we are so grateful that we found PSR. We got married on a (very) hot day in September but the shade the trees provide made a 100 degree day feel fantastic and no guests even mentioned the heat! PSR will have a special place in our hearts for how fantastic everything was. Highly recommend and thanks to Brittany for all her help!

Pecan Springs Ranch was the PERFECT venue for our wedding!! The grounds looked so lush and beautiful, our guests seemed to really enjoy exploring all the outdoor space throughout the evening. The sunset created an amazing \"golden hour\" amidst the charming Texas Hill Country backdrop of PSR which made our photos turn out incredible as well! Also, the Bridal Cottage was so cute and the Bridal party and I all had plenty of space to feel comfortable and have fun together while getting ready on the day of. The PSR staff was very kind and communicated quickly and professionally throughout the entire planning process. I can't emphasize enough how happy my husband and I are that we chose Pecan Springs Ranch for our wedding day!

We got married at the beginning of May and it was absolutely all we could have hoped for. The property is beautiful and the staff do all they can to ensure every square inch remains fresh and watered despite the Texas heat. We live in Colorado and our out of state guests were very complimentary about how pretty everything was. We were going for a casual backyard party vibe and Pecan Springs Ranch was the perfect place for it. We appreciated how large the property was and were able to utilize indoor and outdoor spaces. Highly recommend!

We are SO thankful we chose Pecan Springs Ranch as our wedding venue! It was the very last venue we looked at during our initial planning after looking at about 13 venues and at the end of the tour we knew it was the one! We loved the open space and hill country feel. We also loved the location and how close it is to downtown Austin! They have SO many options for ceremony sites which makes this venue very unique and makes for amazing photo backdrops. We worked with Brittany as our venue coordinator and contact and she was AMAZING! She was so incredibly helpful and kind. She answered any and all of our questions and we cannot imagine planning our wedding without her. We had the Opie and Sassy as the “drink” donkeys for our cocktail hour and they were a HIT! Guests could not stop commenting about the donkeys and what a fun touch it was at the wedding. The bridal cottage at this venue is a DREAM and the perfect place to get ready with so much room. We truly cannot say enough great things about Pecan Springs and cannot imagine our wedding anywhere else!

We selected PSR as our wedding venue prior to Covid-19 hitting the US and it turned out to unintentionally be the best decision we ever made. PSR was the perfect venue for hosting our wedding outdoors with a variety of different outdoor spaces including a fireplace, multiple covered outdoor pavilions, a patio, lawn space, swings, etc. Our guests really enjoyed everything that PSR had to offer, especially the cocktail hour donkeys! Diane was very easy to work with during the wedding planning process and was very responsive with answering any questions we had along the way.

Everything about this venue is beyond perfect! I first saw Pecan Springs Ranch here on the Knot and instantly fell in love. My fiancé and I did a tour a couple weeks later. The pictures don’t even do it justice! I loved the multiple options for your ceremony site, the openness of the property and the options they have available in case of weather. We actually had weather that could’ve put a damper on our day but Judy was so flexible in setting out chairs at the ceremony. The rain passed and everything went off without a hitch. Oh and you can’t forget about Opie and Sassy! They were a hit with our guests during cocktail hour. The staff is very helpful with the entire wedding process and quickly responds should you have any questions. I worked with Diane and she was amazing. Judy was fantastic on the day of my wedding! Thank you Pecan Springs for making my dream wedding come true! ❤️

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET MARRIED IN AUSTIN. Stunning venue, amazing people, dynamic atmosphere, large space, private location... these are just a few of the reasons to book your wedding here. Also, you can choose your own vendors, and bring your own alcohol which will literally save you THOUSANDS on an open bar. The people behind PSR are not just in it for the money, they want you to have the wedding of your dreams and will do whatever it takes to help make it a reality. Not only was the venue perfect for my husband and I, but our guests are still talking about how awesome it was. Being a pandemic bride was terrible, and if my wedding had been anywhere else, I'm not sure it would have happened, but the team at PSR did not let me down and we made it happen. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend this venue.

Y'all from the point of touring Pecan Springs Ranch to the date of our wedding, Pecan Springs was a DREAM. If you are looking for a rustic inspired wedding venue in the ATX area, you need to come check out PSR. I cannot stress this enough, PSR is GORGEOUS and they offer you all the customizability and photo-ops that you could want. We ended up postponing our wedding (Corona Bride here) and Diane and her team went out of their way to still let us come and elope with 10 of our family members even though they had no obligation to do this. We cannot wait to be back in June 2021 for our first anniversary / \"second wedding\" at the venue. Our pictures turned out gorgeous, they have the space and the props to make a girls dream come true. Their cost is also very affordable and they offer you a wide range of vendors and also the availability to bring your own. Thank you so much PSR and please keep being the best venue in Austin!

Absolutely hands down the most polite, accommodating, receptive, pleasant, attentive staff in the industry. If you’re looking at other venues it’s a mistake. We started our wedding planning pre Covid-19 for a reception/ceremony on 5/29/20 and Pecan Springs Ranch and their staff stood by our side (adhering to the Governors requirements) 100% of the time. When hiccups arose with our caterer they proactively sought out additional willing to duplicate our menu. When I wasn’t able to get to the venue to re-ice down butterflies for my brides ceremony surprise butterfly release, management took it upon theirselves to make sure everything was taken care of. During these trying times Pecan Springs Ranch and staff were a warm embrace in making sure my wife had her perfect day. I can’t express it enough, guaranteed not another venue or staff even close to the attentiveness of ours at PSR. We are and forever will be eternally grateful to them.

Pecan Springs Ranch is truly beautiful and we cannot recommend it enough!! The staff was a joy to work with, the team is very organized and communication was easy & timely. The property is beyond beautiful and maintained. The location is very convenient to downtown Austin, which was very convenient for all of our out of town guests. You get a Hill Country vibe while still being close to downtown Austin. This venue is so unique and different than anything else and we received many compliments from our guests. We could not have imagined getting married anywhere else, thank you PSR for making our day perfect!

The staff is amazing and responds to emails so quickly. I never had a problem from start to finish with the venue. Such a beautiful venue that beats out all other venues.

We cannot recommend PSR enough! From our first walk through, we felt welcomed, informed, and excited about the venue. Judy, Kerbey, Paige, Brittany, and everyone on staff was incredibly helpful, answered all of our questions, and helped deliver our dream wedding! The weather did NOT cooperate on our wedding day, but the PSR staff was able to very quickly pivot and make sure that not only were our guests comfortable, but we were able to have a beautiful ceremony indoors at the very last minute! Not many venues are capable of doing that - PSR is certainly the \"dream team\" any bride or groom could ever want! The venue itself is gorgeous and no details are left untouched. I particularly loved the bridal cottage, which provided a comfortable, beautiful place for me to spend the day getting ready with my bridesmaids. We love PSR so much that we even had a gender reveal party there after our wedding! We cannot recommend it enough.

WOW - Pecan Springs Ranch was one of the main reasons my wedding day was absolutely perfect. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS, but the people are also great to work with. They allowed us to visit the venue several times leading up to the wedding (for bridal portraits, to choose a ceremony site, to finalize our layout) and were there the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. They maintain the venue so well, each time I visited it seemed to look more and more beautiful, no matter what season it was.It is very convenient to downtown Austin, you get SO much included in the price, and you just can't beat the setting. Could not have imagined getting married anywhere else.

Pecan Springs Ranch was the first venue my fiance and I toured together, and every venue after that had a goal to beat Pecan Springs Ranch, but we never could. We got married April 19th and had the most perfect weather. Had that not been the case, their rain plan is a beautiful venue location as well. They were organized and truly a joy to work with. I am so glad that we got married there over! Our photos have been absolutely stunning so far with the backdrop that Pecan Springs Ranch offers on their location. We had the time of our lives!

PSR is a beautiful, versatile property. It was the perfect venue for our ceremony and reception, and was able to accommodate our large head count. The owners are helpful and know what works good for their property. My only complaint was that they don't seem to communicate with one another. They were very responsive to questions and emails, but I would often get 2 or 3 of the same answers from them.

The ranch is just gorgeous and had the perfect feel for our wedding. Our guests were enchanted with everything, especially all of the butterflies that were attracted by the plantings near the main reception hall. I loved that we were able to use multiple spaces, from our chosen ceremony site under the oak tree, to the pavilion, to the lawn with the fun string lights, and to the main hall. Every spot was perfect, and it was a great load off my mind to know that I could have multiple options for rain/bad weather and still be happy with the spaces. It was great to have the freedom to work with any vendor I chose. Overall, this was just a perfect venue for a perfect day!

The venue was incredible. It is a beautiful wide open space with a covered pavilion area that is perfect for cocktail hour. Our guests enjoyed exploring the grounds and taking pictures on the many swings. The drink donkeys are also a must. Our guests loved them. Before the wedding, there is an entire house for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready. The groom's area is also a great place to relax before the guests arrive. We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it.

Pecan Springs Ranch is a dream. My husband and I went to an event at PSR for our first date, and wanted to come full circle for our wedding! The hill country simplicity of PSR is enchanting- the nature speaks for itself, and the decor is tasteful, clean, and timeless. The bang for your buck at PSR is unparalleled- the entire property is available to you when you book the venue. My bridesmaid and I loved the bridal suite, a historic little house near the reception hall. There are numerous gorgeous ceremony sites to choose from- I should add that there was a 90% chance of rain on our wedding day, and at the last minute we moved our site from an open air location to the covered pavilion. It turned out more beautifully than I could have even imagined. Which brings me to my next point: the management at PSR is professional, flexible, and there to help you problem solve and execute your vision. Kerbey was AMAZING and answered any questions or concerns I had. PSR is an absolute gem. I would choose it a million times over.

When searching for our wedding venue we were not sure exactly what we had in mind other than we wanted it to feel intimate yet spacious enough for our guests. To get a well-rounded idea we toured all different types of settings- hotels, downtown, lake view and open land around Austin. Before arriving to Pecan Springs Ranch we had other “possible” venue choices, but that immediately changed after driving onto the property. I was completely shocked to see how gorgeous and open the venue was just upon driving in! The staff was so friendly and toured us around the whole property and even allowed us time to walk around on our own too! For this visit my fiancé (husband now woo) was not able to make it due to work conflicts. Kirby was extremely helpful and worked with us to find another time to come back again to show Andrew the property. You know that feeling when you find the perfect wedding dress? Well the same thing happened here, but with finding our venue! The property is absolutely beautiful and has a special charm to it! We booked Pecan Springs Ranch in December of 2016 with almost a year and half away from our wedding date. We attended some of their open houses throughout the year and were able to see the venue during all seasons. The property was always very well maintained and had great landscaping! Leading up to wedding day, there would be periods of time that we would think of something we forgot to ask or something we were unsure of and would email our day of venue sight manager Brittany. Brittany was always great at responding in a timely manner and getting back to us with an answer! On the day of the wedding, everything was spotless and clean and our rental items were already set up upon arrival. We could not have picked a better venue to have our wedding at, as everything was perfect! We cannot say thank you enough to Pecan Springs Ranch for all their hard work they do in maintaining the property and their great customer service! Our guests absolutely loved the venue and we received numerous compliments of how great the outdoor and indoor space was! Sassy and Opie were the perfect addition too!☺ We will be recommending Pecan Springs Ranch to all our family and friends for their next upcoming events and weddings! Thanks again!

We cannot say enough great things about PSR! We are so glad that we chose to do our wedding there. About 80% of our guests came from different states or countries and they all were so impressed with our venue. They were still talking about our wedding months later at another friend’s wedding! The PSR team was really great at being organized, efficient, and very responsive with all communication. They keep the facility in very good condition and the grass during our wedding was green and they were flowers blooming! You can tell they really take pride in this place and they do everything that they can to make The facility perfect for weddings. One thing I really liked about this place was that there were several spots to choose from for your ceremony. We chose the fireplace and it made for a gorgeous backdrop for our wedding ceremony. We are so happy that we chose to have our wedding at PSR!

We LOVED our venue, and it was perfect for our outdoor wedding. It ended up being chilly (for Texans) the weekend of our wedding. I think the high was 70 that day? But we stuck with plan A and kept everything outside, and PSR was happy to rent us some heaters for those not used to the \"cold.\" But doing everything outside was perfect. We had the ceremony by the fireplace, which my husband and I really wanted to do, so that the girls and I could just walk out of the bridal cottage directly. And we did the dinner out on the lawn, which was great under the string lights. The flowers and the whole property was gorgeous at this time of year!!We did have a little trouble getting a layout sketch coordinated with their staff; even though they told me they wanted a layout sketch two weeks before, it never really got finalized. On the morning of, they had all the tables shifted over to the side. But my girls took care of it so it wasn't a huge deal. Oh well, it turned out great!And they were always very accommodating for us to come visit or take a look, as we live out-of-state.Overall, would highly recommend! Also, we hired the donkeys for cocktail hour, and they were a total hit!!

Pecan Springs Ranch was PERFECT for our wedding day festivities and the staff was incredible to work with throughout the whole process. We got married during Hurricane Harvey so everything had to be literally everything had to be adjusted or completely changed right up to wedding day. They handled all the changes with grace and kindness. They shared their expertise while being so sensitive to all that was going on. Truly a great experience! All my guests were just gushing over the beautiful property as well! I had a really large bridal party and the bridal house was so much fun for us to all be together and get ready in! Because of all the rain, it ended up being where we took our bride and groom photos as well, just so pretty! Would HIGHLY recommend this venue!

Pecan Springs Ranch was absolutely amazing! It was the first wedding venue we visited - we knew it was perfect the second we arrived. They were so accommodating and awesome to work with. The made sure my husband and I's big day was perfect. Any time we had a question they always responded to emails in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly as well. The best part about this venue is that we were able to use every part of it - we had a ceremony spot, cocktail hour spot, dinner spot, and dancing was inside. Our wedding was in early June, and the weather was perfect. There was a cool breeze the whole day. Pecan Spring Ranch takes pride in their venue and makes sure everything is in tip top shape. The flowers and greenery were so beautiful. They also provide a preferred vendor list, which made finding other awesome vendors easy. Thank you to Pecan Springs Ranch for being an awesome wedding venue and making our big day the most perfect!

I booked Pecan Springs Ranch not even a week after we were engaged. It was probably the second or third venue I came across when I was searching online. I was immediately obsessed and knew it was where I wanted to get married. No other venues compared. We went on a tour and it was even more beautiful than the pictures. They have so much land and the grass is so green, trees are beautiful and provide lots of shade. We got married in June so this was important to me! Everyone was so helpful and answered my tons of questions promptly. They have a cute bridal cottage on site where my bridesmaids and I got ready. At one point we had probably 15 people in there and I still felt like there was enough space for everyone. They have a pretty good size grooms den as well for the guys! Opie and Sassy, the drink donkeys are a MUST! Our guests loved them and thought they were the coolest things ever. SO worth the extra money. They have a huge inventory of items that you can rent to use at your wedding. From signs, additional seating, decorations, pretty much anything you would need. The prices of these items range from around $5-$100. I rented extra decorative tables, couches and chairs for cocktail hour, a variety of signs, a cake stand, and many other items. Having this option available definitely took the stress off of me when it came to creating or purchasing these items. They also provide you with an extensive list of “Preferred Vendors” which was extremely helpful when planning everything. There is tons of space at Pecan Springs Ranch. We had around 240 guests at our wedding and I never felt like we were too cramped. We had a food truck, photo booth, cigar roller, and the included lawn games outside. I had lots of guests tell me how much they loved that the venue was so open and spaced out. Our wedding day was perfect and exactly what I dreamed it would be. I highly recommend booking PSR for your wedding!! You won’t regret it!

I guess I'll start this out by saying a huge THANK YOU to Pecan Springs Ranch - seriously, without this venue our wedding day would have not been nearly as magical!Kerbey was truly phenomenal to work with, responding quickly to all of my emails and questions (sometimes within just minutes) and being so accommodating of all of our plans.The venue itself is so beautiful, and we received so many compliments on the gorgeous scenery and landscaping, as well as the ceremony site, pavilion, Love Shack, and other little details. The space is perfect - we had just over 100 guests, and they had a blast roaming around the property playing lawn games, taking photos, etc. Even with a small-ish sized group I think we managed to make use of the whole space in one way or another, which was great.Of all of the wonderful vendors we used, Pecan Springs Ranch was hands-down the one that played the biggest role in making our day so special, beautiful, and memorable. We've even received comments from several guests that it was the best wedding they've ever been to! Looking back, I wouldn't change a thing!

Pecan Springs Ranch is such a wonderful venue. Everything about it is perfect. Most of the venues are beautiful out in the Hill Country, so the thing that really set Pecan Springs Ranch apart from the others to me and my husband is the amount of land and that you get the venues for the majority of the day. There is so much space and multiple locations on the property to have your ceremony or reception. The natural beauty of the outdoors means you don't have to spend money on decorations. They have great rentals to choose from at better prices then most rental companies. They even have a great back up if it starts to rain, so brides who have their heart set on an outdoor wedding (like me!) don't have to stress. They don't make you use their vendor list, but I suggest you do! It narrows down most of the vendors in the area, and they are the absolute best. They make having a wedding easy. And don't forget the drink donkeys :) I would definitely recommend Pecan Springs Ranch to anyone looking for the perfect Texas Hill Country Wedding!

The only word that comes to mind in trying to describe our experience here is PERFECT. My wife and I chose this venue for our 1-Year Anniversary shoot, and from the time we entered the property to the time we left, it was pure magic. The on-site coordinator and photographer were there waiting to greet us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome and excited for our shoot. We were then lead to a wonderful private room in which to get ready and freshen up. Then room was equipped with refreshments and the entire property as a whole was extremely clean and tidy. Once ready, we were led out to the specific location by the on-site coordinator where our AMAZING photographer was already waiting. She was incredible and made us feel like a million bucks throughout the entire shoot (I am usually not that comfortable with having my picture taken but they actually even had me having fun with it by the end!). While we were out and about the venue we couldn't help but be so taken back by the beauty of this place! I mean one minute we're driving along the prettiest winding road, then the next we're walking through the property surrounded by butterflies, then the next we're surrounded by the cutest llamas you've ever imagined! Honestly, I could go on and on but I think you get the picture by now. We absolutely loved this venue and had just the best experience here. If you're looking for a magical romantic place, do yourself a favor and choose Pecan Springs Ranch!

I can't say enough about how amazing PSR and the staff truly are. The coordinators worked with my schedule on various occasions, as I am from out of town, and really saved me a lot of time and energy as far as not having to make a hundred trips to and from their site. Everything from bridals, rentals, meetings, weekend of wedding, to storage after the fact- I was truly blessed to have worked with such an incredible team. They made every aspect of \"The Big Day\" go by flawlessly. I truly felt like I could relax and let them work their magic, which is hard for me as I can be kind of obsessive/controlling about things. As far as the venue itself, it is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. We were at the Oak ceremony site and had our cocktail hour in the Pavilion. Our guest had nothing but wonderful things to say. I couldn't be more pleased with the way every aspect of the wedding went, from planning with the crew to actually making the day happen. I would recommend this venue to ANYONE, it is absolutely gorgeous and the crew is outstanding. Thank you PSR for making my dream wedding come true.

Such a gorgeous venue!!! From the Bride's cottage, to the gorgeously- kept grounds to the venue itself, to the services they can provide - including Paige's beautiful florals - everything is to die for! I was in the wedding party at two weddings in the last year at pecan springs and just had to leave a review because of how nice the place was. The property is absolutely gorgeous with massive pecan trees and immaculate landscaping. The venue owners and property managers were on site and available, helpful to me and the wedding party and seemed like they genuinely cared. I would very much recommend this venue to anyone looking for a hill country wedding!

This site was absolutely PERFECT for our big day. We have come to know the staff personally and we were treated like family throughout the whole process. Everyone worked so hard to help make our day perfect, which wasn't easy due to mother nature!! The grounds are immaculate and there are tons of places for cute photo-ops. They have so many beautiful areas that we found it hard to chose which one to have the ceremony at!! Our wedding was gorgeous and perfect in every way and we could never have picked a better venue or staff to make our dreams come true!! Thank you to everyone out there!! Pecan Springs Ranch is the number one venue in Austin hands down!

Where do you even start to say all of the amazing things there are to say about Pecan Springs Ranch? We could have not had a better venue, it was truly perfect. I am so happy that I was able to have my fairy tale wedding at such a lovely venue. To start, the ranch is picture perfect and radiates all the beautiful things the Hill Country of Texas has to offer. The refined charm that is seen throughout the property makes for such naturally beautiful views. It is surreal to think there could be so much beauty, from the arching oak trees, to the creeks, the sunset over the fields and the gorgeous blooming flowers throughout, all in one place! The grounds are kept in pristine condition, and our ceremony site, which we did under the oak trees, was absolutely stunning. Furthermore, the space available for guests to enjoy the ranch throughout the day is unrivaled. All areas we used for the day were easily accessible and guests could casually stroll and enjoy the beauty of the ranch without feeling too cramped or, on the opposite side, feeling that the space was too vast. And let’s be honest, that “LOVE” sign on the barn is AWESOME. Throughout the night, we kept receiving compliments on how beautiful the venue was and I couldn’t agree more. Pecan Springs Ranch is just a dream. Next, the staff at Pecan Springs Ranch is unmatched. I was the bride who planned her wedding as she lived 3 states and moved twice to accomplish training over a 15-month engagement and Judy, Kerbey and Paige at PSR made it feel like I was doing all of my planning in Austin. They would quickly respond to all messages and questions, as well as calm any of my freak out moments. The preferred vendor list is on point and Paige would suggest vendors she felt appropriate to our budget, style and taste. With that being said, PSR does a wonderful job on making sure the vendors they suggest are top notch professionals who get the job done and do it in such a way to make the day be a breeze. On the wedding day, Paige’s team made the venue absolutely sparkle and I couldn’t have ever imagined a more beautiful day. We are so so SO happy with everything at PSR and I wish I could relive the day! Thank you Pecan Springs Ranch for such an amazing experience and for being a part of the happiest day of our lives! Pecan Springs Ranch is an absolutely perfect wedding venue! It's located in one of the most beautiful settings, with wide open spaces, beautiful trees, creeks and ponds, vintage cabins, vintage house (aka-bridal cottage), a covered pavilion, and a large building for hosting the reception. Wedding pictures taken here are unbelievable! Judy & Dub (the owners) are friendly and so accommodating. Paige, our wedding coordinator, was incredible! Our friends/family are still talking about our reception! If you get a chance to have your wedding at this wonderful venue, DO IT! You'll give your friends/family something to talk about, too!

I couldn't imagine my wedding anywhere else! This place is beautiful, the bride's cottage was spacious and accommodated my 13 bridesmaids (yes, 13!). The entire staff is amazing - Judy, Paige, Kerbey, and Brittany. Judy's husband, Dubb, even went on an ice run when we ran out!! I can't say enough about this place! Best venue ever!

Pecan Springs Ranch was everything I dreamed of and more! Kerbey was so wonderful to work with throughout my process and easy to get a hold of for my random questions. The property is beautiful and can be used in so many different ways. The only thing I would've done differently is choose a month besides August because Texas heat is brutal as expected but it was the only date available in the time frame I when I wanted to get married. Awesome job PSR!

I booked PSR 15 months out from our date and absolutely loved every minute of it. The open houses, the staff and of course the Day Of! Judy, Kerbey and Brittany were amazing! They went above and beyond the day of to make sure the facility was set up just the way I wanted. Treated everyone so nicely and respectfully. I am so appreciative of them and all their hard work! The only reason I am giving two stars is because the venue is well kept and very beautiful. Our guests loved it and there were great pictures because of it. Unfortunately on our wedding day we had two formal noise complaints from neighbors, even though we were well below the allowed noise levels. The cops showed up and let us know we were fine but it still caused a lot of interruptions, and that is something everyone should be aware of when looking at the venue. What bothered me (and the guests present to experience it) the most was the way the on-site coordinator handled a minor incident at the end of the night. While the guest was out of line, the on-site coordinator yelled at numerous people and handled the situation very unprofessionally. She did not even attempt to speak to me or the groom about it. We had to track her down for an explanation. It was definitely a VERY unpleasant way to end our wedding night. We were also verbally blamed by the on-site coordinator for leaving the bridal cottage \"a complete mess\" that night even though we did not use the bridal cottage that morning since we had an offsite ceremony. We were also blamed post-wedding about leaving cigarette butts (our deposit was not fully refunded) that we are 100% positive came from one of the other three weddings the venue had booked that weekend, as we do not have smoking guests. We did not even bother confronting the venue about the loss of the deposit because quite frankly we were left with such a bad taste in our mouth from our experiences with the venue's coordinator assigned to us that I did not find the trouble worth while. I am not much to write reviews but felt this is something future brides and grooms should be aware of.

My wedding was on 5/20/16. The grounds were so beautiful in May, but always looked great year round as I did walk throughs. The staff has a great system for making sure everything is ready to go on wedding day. All of my guests loved the venue and getting to take pictures outside and play the yard games. The venue has so many options for set up that you can truly make it exactly how you want. The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready. We easily had 15 or so people getting ready in there throughout the day and we weren't squished up or without outlets. The grooms room also has plenty of space to hold the guys while they are there and keep them away from the bride. I used several of their recommended vendors and they were all fantastic. Even if you have a large wedding PSR will feel spacious and fit everyone. We had our ceremony under the oak tree, dinner and dessert in the reception hall, and dancing under the pavilion. I would definitely suggest this layout if weather permits. Pretty much everyone was outside having fun either dancing, taking pics, or playing games. It kept the night moving and they have such a beautiful outdoor space, so take advantage of it. My only complaint was that for the rehearsal the marker chairs were about 40 ft. off from where the actual ceremony site was set up the next day. The song I walked down the isle to was timed out perfectly for the walk we did at the rehearsal so it threw me off when I saw it in a different place. My coordinator was able to go use green tape for new markers for the bridal party and we just winged it on the timing so it was all in all ok. Other than that, I had a great experience with them and would definitely recommend them to any bride! We had so many positive guest comments about the venue after the wedding!

PSR was my wedding dream come true! The grounds are so well maintained and always beautiful with green grass and blooming flowers. The staff are all very friendly and amazing to work with. On the day of the wedding, the venue was even more beautiful than I remembered. When I had a last minute emergency with my coordinator, they went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly and made the reception area look perfect. I can't thank them enough for making our wedding so special. They also have great rentals on site available. The bridal cottage was a huge hit with the bridesmaids as well.

We are truly thankful we chose Pecan Springs Ranch for our daughters wedding. There are many beautiful venues in Dripping Springs, but you can't go wrong with Pecan Spring. The venue is amazing, the staff so professional and creative, They truly think of everything. Whether you are a DYI or you choose to use their talented services and extras you will be well taken care of. (and coming from the mother of the bride, do your self a favor and use their services, it will make your day run so smoothly!)

Pecan Springs Ranch (PSR) is seriously the best venue to get married! Not only is the venue gorgeous but also the people who run PSR (Kerby and Judy) are so incredibly wonderful! \r\rOur wedding was on August 8th 2015 and it was the best day of our lives. This is normally an extremely hot time in Texas. Kerby and Judy worked with us to make us feel comfortable that they would do everything in their power to keep the venue and ceremony site as cool as possible. The day of the wedding, the grass had been watered and the big pecan trees shaded the ceremony site so well, that the heat wasn’t even a thought in anyone’s minds. The A/C in the pavilion was perfect and we all danced the night away comfortably. \r\rThe bridal cottage and grooms room were perfect to get ready in! The entire venue site is so beautiful that we didn’t have to spend a lot with decorations or flowers. My husband and I joke that we want to do the wedding all over again so we can enjoy that day in slow motion. If it wasn’t for PSR and the people who run it, that thought to relieve the wedding day would never be talked about. I strongly recommend you use PSR for your wedding venue! They will take care of you and you will have the best day of your life just like my husband and I!! \r

I booked PSR just days after I got engaged and didn’t bother to look anywhere else; I didn’t need to. This venue has a phenomenal atmosphere and wonderful staff! Brittany, Judy and Kerbey were so helpful in providing information to their brides, answering questions and even providing advice. I didn’t worry about a thing on my wedding day and I had a blast getting ready in the beautiful bride’s cottage. The photo opportunities here are hard to beat and the day flowed smoothly from the ceremony under the trees to the pavilion for cocktail hour and then the reception in the main building. I got so many compliments on the venue and my out of town visitors were in awe of how beautiful Texas can be. I can’t thank them enough for their help in making my wedding better than I imagined it could be! Great staff and a beautiful, well-cared-for venue!

It was so special for us to be at Pecan Springs for out wedding! The PSR venue managers were so helpful in every step of planning and made the venue available for vendor walkthroughs and were always available for answering questions. They have so many beautiful vintage rentals available and do NOT miss the beer donkeys. Having everything on site makes logistics simple! \rThe landscape is beautiful and makes for amazing photos! I highly suggest this enchanting venue - you will be over the moon happy with you decision!

There isn't a better place to have a Texas wedding than Pecan Springs Ranch. The venue is beautiful. Brittany is excellent -- she made planning the event comfortable. Kerby was very professional. The venue photo bucket offers many options to add that \"spark\" to the wedding -- although, I was worried it would add more to the cost, getting those little details in was priceless and added to the experience. They were worth the cost (although it was minimal) The lights at night are beautiful. The games added to the fun event. Sweet place -- must see.

Pecan Springs Ranch did an outstanding job creating a beautiful wedding for my daughter. The weather the day before included a tornado two miles away, but you never would have known it! The staff is knowledgable and professional. The grounds are immaculate and the bride's house is beautiful. Make sure you also request Paige for flowers and wedding planning, if available-she is awesome!

My fiancé and I fell in love with Pecan Springs Ranch as soon as we got out of the car and smelled the fresh scent of cedar and the meticulous cared for ranch. This was the first venue that we looked out and knew that we didn’t need to look any further. As we took our tour, we started imagining what our wedding would look like here and how much our family and friends would love celebrating our wedding at this completely beautiful venue. It’s everything you could possibly want. There are such sweet touches of traditional Texas style ranch with that rustic, yet modern feeling though ought the ranch. The vastness of the ranch gives you endless opportunities to transform it into whatever your heart desires. Being this was the first place that we toured, we didn’t want to commit on the spot, so we attended the other venue tour scheduled for the afternoon, which was my 1st choice according to my Internet research. Needless to say, as soon as the other tour finished we immediately called Pecan Springs Ranch back and booked our wedding for the following Memorial Day weekend. We were both so excited about having our wedding here and throughout the planning period, I attended several of the ‘open-houses’ to get ideas on how I would transform this incredible ranch into the wedding of our dreams, which is exactly how it turned out. The support and care from the Pecan Springs Ranch team is so genuine and they went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was as flawless and as gorgeous as I imagined. They were very prompt in responding to any and all of my questions and kept in informed of any changes and updates throughout the entire process.\r\rAs the rain continued to wreck havoc throughout Texas in April and early May of 2015, I didn’t even think about the possibility of needing a rain plan for our wedding over Memorial Day. I had visions of the kids running around playing lawn games, playing in the swings from the giant trees, and getting married under the giant oak trees. Well, Mother Nature, had other ideas for this weekend. Despite all the crazy weather (flooding, lightening, and even sheltering in place for a tornado), we still had the most amazing wedding day ever and wouldn’t change a thing. The Pecan Springs Ranch staff quickly adjusted all of our plans to account for the weather and made everything just perfect. They kept the safety of our guests as priority and ensured the celebration continued without a single hiccup. I can’t thank Pecan Springs Ranch enough for making our wedding the most incredible and memorable day of our lives.\r

Could not have picked a better wedding venue, we knew right away this was where we wanted to be married. After what was a 5 year drought in Travis County, it rained all weekend leading up to and even during our ceremony. The PSR staff was amazing and helped make our rain plan B look like it was the plan all along. They even let me borrow their golf cart for the best walking down the aisle entrance I could have hoped for! Highly recommend this venue, from the decor to the bridal cottage to the staff they were amazing. Thank you Pecan Springs Ranch!!

Pecan Springs Ranch had everything we were looking for in a wedding venue: beautiful grounds, charming design, spaces for outdoor ceremonies and a big dining hall, spaces for getting ready, a pavilion for cocktail hour, a large back porch, and easy accessibility. The staff, including Kerbey, were very friendly and always replied to emails or calls quickly with answers. On the day of our wedding there was flooding after a torrential downpour and even a brief power outage, but the staff worked tirelessly to get a generator going for the bridal shack so the hair & makeup team could keep working. With our planner's help we had a solid rain plan and the staff even moved our cocktail hour back out to the pavilion after the sun came out before the ceremony. All our guests and their kids had a great time enjoying the grounds and lawn games, too! We couldn't have been happier with how Pecan Springs Ranch helped make our wedding day fantastic.
