Penn Oaks is an incredible venue! From top to bottom the experience was top notch for us. The facility and grounds are so incredibly beautiful and we can't say enough how amazing the staff is. The food was amazing and came out to the guests quickly. Carina was our coordinator and she is PHENOMENAL at her job! Since day 1 she was very pleasant and helpful. Through the planning process she was very communicative and made sure that every detail was perfect for our wedding day. And on the day of our wedding, everything was perfect. We felt no stress with her in charge. Our experience with Penn Oaks was everything we could've ever wanted and more! Can't thank them enough!

Penn Oaks and their wedding coordinator, Ramona, were wonderful! From our initial tour of the facility and meeting with Ramona, we knew this was going to be our location. They were easy to work with throughout the whole process. Ramona has years of experience so her suggestions eased alleviated our planning and questions. The food was plentiful and delicious and there were so many choices are available to please your guests. I like to think of Penn Oaks as a one stop shop--we used their suggestions for DJ and photographer although you are allowed to bring in your own vendors. We had several baker choices available to us for the wedding cake and went to tastings at their shops. On the rehearsal night and the wedding day, Ramona was there throughout the entire period. She was the magic fairy that made the day run smoothly. The catering staff was wonderful, making sure everyone had what they needed and so professional in demeanor. We had a holiday wedding and the venue was decorated so beautifully and we only had to embellish it if we wished and we did with more poinsettias/greens. You will have a wonderful experience using this venue! The outdoor photos are spectacular with their landscaping, even in the winter. The tent provided a magical enhancement of an already special occasion. You will be pleased with the options open to you at Penn Oaks and encourage you to check it out! I am one happy MOB.

Ramona’s knowledge and expertise were evident as she guided us through every detail, offering valuable insights and suggestions that contributed to the overall success of our wedding. I simply cannot say enough good things about the Penn Oaks Golf Club wedding venue. Ramona Swift and the entire staff made the whole event flawless! From the first day my fiancé and I met with them, they made us feel like family. No email or phone call went unanswered and the responses were always timely, professional, and friendly. We were made to feel like we were their only customers! The wedding day itself went off without a hitch. They kept the entire wedding party on schedule and greeted the guests with smiles. The wait staff worked the room efficiently so no guest was unattended. The bartenders were so friendly and quickly served delicious drinks! Ramona checked in with me throughout the event to make sure there was nothing I needed. When a guest misplaced their phone at the end of the reception, the wait staff went above and beyond to help find it, looking throughout the reception areas, the outside tent, and even into the guest locker rooms. When my mom went back the next day to pick up a few things, they had everything boxed up and ready to go so there was nothing that was left behind. If you want a fairy tale wedding that is nothing less than spectacular, I would highly recommend that you check out Penn Oaks Golf Club. You won’t be disappointed! Lauren and Daniel R.

We love Penn Oaks! Our wedding day was PERFECT, and a huge part of that is thanks to Carina and the rest of the Penn Oaks team! Carina helped us the past year and a half since booking the venue and she has been the biggest help through the planning process. Her attention to detail and willingness to help us make decisions made it possible for us to avoid hiring an additional coordinator, which was a big cost savings! Countless guests told us it was the best food and venue they had ever been to, highly highly recommend Penn Oaks!

In 2021 my husband and I got engaged and started looking for venues for our April 2023 wedding. During our first visit at Penn Oaks, Carina took us and our parents on a tour of the venue. She was no pressure and ensured she’d be there for any questions we had. We were in constant communication. Carina was so responsive and answered ever question we had throughout the year and half that we were planning. The day of the wedding, all the staff was so attentive to us. Lisa, the banquet manager, checked on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. Carina executed all the set up for the ceremony and reception flawlessly. Once photos started Carina helped and followed me around ensuring my dress was held or placed properly for photos (She’s amazing). Once the reception was in full swing, Carina made sure we had everything we needed. From start to finish, she ensured leading up and during the wedding went smoothly. We highly recommend Penn Oaks and going with Carina! The are amazing and treat their guests like family! Thank you, Carina! And thank you Penn Oaks!

The venue was perfect for 100 guests. Carina and the wedding staff did an amazing job with planning, preparation, and accommodations. Our Ceremony started at 4:30pm, followed by Cocktail Hour from 5pm-6pm, and the Reception from 6pm-10pm. Carina allowed made several accommodations. Including a smaller children's table for my wife's two daughters & best man's two sons to sit at next to our sweetheart table during the Reception. They also worked with us on the menu to accommodate non-alcoholic drinkers. While getting ready for photos at 2pm, the pub/restaurant provided a full menu for the groomsmen and myself to order, which was delivered to us in the groomsmen suite prior to pictures.The overall experience was easy, delightful, and they even provided fireworks for us during our reception, which was an added cost on our end, but well worth it! The patio provides ample space during the cocktail hour, and was used for cornhole during the reception, as well as, our final private dance at 10:05pm (Carina and staff allowed my wife and I to have one final private dance as guests left).They were gracious enough to store some of the items we left behind after the wedding to be picked up the next day.Everything was kept in house, and the food was absolutely amazing! Get the Filet Mignon meal for your guests. Overall the experience was perfect! The only piece of advice I would give is to work with your photographer and the wedding coordinator in advance. If you plan to have pictures taken before the ceremony, golfers will still be on the course playing, and that really limits certain pictures you can capture. Make sure your photographer has a good understanding of the area (ours did not), and work with the Wedding coordinator to make sure everyone is on the same page. We saw some great photos of the bridal party on the wedding website that we were not able to duplicate due to the inexperience of our photographer, the limitations due to the timeframe in which we were taking photos, and the urgency to get everything completed in such a short timeframe prior to the ceremony (as we opted to do our vows & first look prior to pictures prior to the ceremony).

Penn Oaks was the first and only venue my husband and I toured when we got engaged- after our tour we knew it would be the perfect place for our wedding reception and it did not disappoint! Ramona was beyond helpful and so responsive to all our emails and questions throughout the entire planning process and we had full trust in her the whole way! Penn Oaks was so beautifully decorated for the holiday season (we got married on December 3rd) and our guests were raving about the food especially the cocktail hour stations. Penn Oaks has so many ways to personalize your day when it comes to food stations, fireworks, shuttle service, adding time to the reception, etc. and they were even able to bring in a beer that they don’t typically have for our reception! I would recommend Penn Oaks to anyone!

Choose Penn Oaks for your wedding day! We toured about 15 venues when we first got engaged, and Penn Oaks checked every single box for us: beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, great food, actually affordable packages and amazing service. From the second we met Carina, she was the absolute best! Throughout our nearly two years of planning, she was super responsive to emails and texts and was always there to give advice and answer my million questions. We did the William Penn package with six additional food stations—including enhanced dessert options and a late night station with hoagies and pretzels—and a photo booth that everyone loved. Our guests raved about our cocktail hour with crab cake sliders, cheesesteaks, french fry bar, 10 passed hors d'oeuvres and more. We opted for the fireworks and it was so worth it! Everyone was so wowed and the photos and videos were incredible. The only regret I have from our wedding is that we couldn't attend it as a guest. I will recommend it to everyone!

There is only one word that I can use to describe my wedding day at Penn Oaks: PERFECT. The whole experience with Ramona and the team at Penn Oaks leading up to the wedding was incredible. My husband and I are extremely type A personalities, and everyone kept noticing how relaxed we were in the days leading up to the wedding and our wedding day-- that's because we had complete trust in Ramona and the Penn Oaks team to have everything handled. They were there through every step of the process, giving advice, working with us on all the little details, and setting us up with the best vendors for our day. With an incredibly stunning venue (gazebo, tent, reception space), beautiful fall decor, the most INCREDIBLE food (a former chef said it was the best filet he had ever eaten) with amazing service from staff, and a stunning fireworks show, the night was perfect from beginning to end. Not only did we love it, but all of our guests could not stop raving. We heard from multiple guests that this was the best wedding they had ever been to, and we are 100% confident that they meant that. This day was everything that my husband and I could have ever asked for and more, and all the credit goes to the team at Penn Oaks for making it happen. We would recommend Penn Oaks to every single bride that was looking to get married.

Our wedding day at Penn Oaks was absolutely PERFECT. The entire experience was amazing - especially working with Ramona from Penn Oaks. Ramona helped us with everything, down to the smallest of details. She was the perfect coordinator and helped our day go off without a hitch. The food, the staff, and the atmosphere really helped make our wedding a memorable day. We decided to go for a brunch style wedding and they knocked it out of the park. If you are looking for a place in the Philly area to host your wedding, we would highly recommend reaching out to Penn Oaks!! 10/10!!

Penn Oaks was the perfect place to have our wedding. Ramona was very responsive the entire time. I felt like she was a second mom to me the entire time, giving suggestions and ways to improvise in order to get things exactly how I envisioned our day from the first day we met to the second before the ceremony began. There's no need to have a day of coordinator because the woman did it all and was so flexible & patient through the process!! She knows all the ins & outs which was so helpful especially to our photographer who had never been to Penn Oaks before. Ramona led us to the most beautiful locations around the gold course so we could have breathtaking pictures. There is nothing you really need outside of the venue. They have decor for centerpieces you can rent for such a low price which is SO helpful because its one less thing you have to worry about buying and transporting. They even have a photobooth option which we utilized as well which again, makes it easier because it's one less thing to coordinate. We had over 200 guests and the food all came out so hot & delicious we are still getting compliments on the food weeks later. This isn't a chain, this place makes you feel like you are so welcomed and they made our dream wedding come true. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, I have no regrets!! Thank you to all Penn Oaks staff and a special thank you to Ramona!! Best day of our lives!

We had worked with Penn Oaks through the pandemic and a postponement, and Dawn was always transparent and supportive throughout out, which we greatly appreciate it. Our July wedding at the Penn Oaks was a dream come true. Not only was the venue breathtaking and the food delicious, but we could not have asked for a better team to make it happen and be with us every step of the way!When we first started planning our wedding, we were living across the country in Seattle so Ramona took us on a Facetime tour of the Penn Oaks. We not only loved the spaces (the tented patio and ballroom), but we also had an instant connection with Ramona and felt she would be a great partner to work with…. we were right! Ramona was extremely responsive and always willing to provide recommendations about anything and everything. She was also super well organized, and made sure we had nothing to worry about on our wedding day (once we dropped off our decorations the day before, it was all in her hands). More than our coordinator, she became our friend.Our first time visiting the venue was when we did our tasting. The venue was even better in person, but can I tell you about the food? It was soo good!! Fast-forward to our wedding day, the food was just as good if not better. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how plentiful and delicious it was, from our cocktail hour stations to our entrée meals and the dessert table. They also commented on how beautiful all the spaces were and how everything was set up.Ramona, Lisa (our banquet manager), and the rest of the Penn Oaks staff, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! Our wedding would not have been possible without all your support. To all couples out there looking for a place to celebrate your wedding, look no further!

Our wedding on April 10th, 2021 at Penn Oaks was amazing! Despite the complications with the pandemic and ever-changing restrictions, the day went very smoothly thanks to Carina and the rest of the staff. Ellen was our original planner, but we were then switched to Carina. Both were very accommodating and reassuring during the planning process. Unfortunately we were unable to use the bridal suite to get ready, but Penn Oaks gave us an extra night at the hotel to make up for this. There are many beautiful places to take photos- luckily the weather turned out great and the trees were blooming. Carina was so helpful with carrying my bouquet and holding my dress train while walking. We were able to take a golf cart out on the course for even more photo opportunities. We had our ceremony outside by the gazebo, but if it had rained we would have been able to move it into the covered patio area. All the décor and tables were set up perfectly. Guests raved about the food, especially cocktail hour and the roast beef tenderloin dinner entrée. Our signature drink (mango mojito) was also very popular, and the bartenders were very efficient and friendly. We were able to substitute different beers for no extra cost. We upgraded our package at the last minute and it was a great value- it included a photobooth and album and specialty lighting. We also opted for the fireworks, and they exceeded our expectations! Penn Oaks took care of cleaning up and gathering decorations at the end of the night. We were able to pick them up the next morning, along with the leftover cake. They also gave us a personalized gift! Penn Oaks is the perfect wedding venue and we look forward to our complimentary 1-year anniversary dinner!

Planning a wedding during a pandemic has certainly raised it’s challenges, but choosing Penn Oaks as our venue was certainly not a challenge, it was an easy decision. We toured many wedding venues before making our choice but the standout difference in our decision making was Carina. In our initial meeting Carina made us feel welcome, comfortable, and it was very clear that she was a professional and given the circumstances, we needed a professional in our corner. From the initial meeting, to the tasting of appetizers and dinner selections, to the meetings to go over the final details, Carina was an allstar and after every visit to Penn Oaks we were reassured we were in great hands and on track to have the perfect day.Our cocktail hour went great, we had two amazing bartenders who were very knowledgeable on drinks and made us the perfect signature drink, and our guests are still talking about the food they had for hors d’oeuvres and at the individual stations. While taking photos out on the golf course Carina kept us and our photographers on track with the timing and assisted during the process; from carrying flowers and helping with my dress to make sure I looked my best. The ceremony came and then the slow dances and speeches and we had the most wonderful night, topped off by an amazing display of fireworks. In looking back on the process, and dealing with Carina and Penn Oaks, there is not a single regret, or a single “I wish we would have….” Everything went perfectly and we did not have a single hiccup, and if we had to do the night over 100 times, Penn Oaks would be picked every time.

We had our wedding at Penn Oaks on 11/13/20. It was even better than we imagined it would be. Everything went smoothly. I was so thankful for our event coordinator Ramona. She kept in touch with me and answered all my emails quickly, and even when I felt like I was being annoying she was always patient and kind. She kept me sane throughout trying to plan a 2020 wedding. Ramona made sure everything went according to plan throughout the event and she was somehow able to round all of us up for introductions. I’m still not sure how she was able to find all of us scattered throughout the venue! Everyone raved about the food all night, especially the crab cakes. The hot appetizers during cocktail hour were soooo good. There is a large spacious bridal suite you can use and leave your stuff in for the entire wedding. The grounds are beautiful and it made for a lot of great pictures. They recently put in a waterfall that has an archway in front of it, which is where we did our first look. I never met the owner but you can tell from the way people speak highly of him that he really cares about his brides and grooms having a great time. The venue packed up all of our wedding decorations towards the end of the night and left them on our gift table which made it easy for us when we were leaving. This was also nice because it meant we didn’t have to come back the next day to retrieve anything. I would highly recommend this venue. If your venue is not allowing you to do your wedding because of COVID, call Penn Oaks as they are highly accommodating with being able to have events outside as well as a large beautiful tent that goes off the back of ballroom. Trying to plan a COVID wedding was so mentally draining and I kept asking myself why didn’t we just elope. Well now that it’s come and gone I’m so glad that we got to have our real wedding and all of the wonderful memories. Thank you Penn Oaks!

If you’re considering Penn Oaks for your wedding, I recommend you look elsewhere. We thought they were a great venue to work with, until Covid hit. Our wedding was originally scheduled for 8/22 of this year, and in mid-June we reached out wanting to reschedule. We were told that wasn’t possible because we were going “out of order” and advised that if we insisted it would be 3-5x the original deposit to move to a summer date in 2021, or we could pay the same costs for an off date in the winter (mind you they charge a smaller fee for a winter wedding to begin with). After WEEKS of trying to speak with management and countless scheduled calls they never showed for, we finally speak to the GM and feel like he’s heard us and is willing to work with us. The new contract comes, with new wording, and a $3500 fee to secure the new date, due immediately. We let them know we feel blindsided, and after another week of not receiving scheduled calls, finally speak to the GM again. This time, he’s not nearly as polite. After screaming at my now husband and assuring him we’re the most difficult couple they’ve had to work with, we inform him we’d like to part ways and void the contract. Fast forward to a week before our originally scheduled wedding and I reach out to check on the status of our return, as PAs current Covid guidelines ensured we’d receive a refund per the cancellation agreement, and our coordinator refuses to give us any answers; that our “case” has been forwarded to the finance team. Thankfully, getting our refund check was a smooth process from here. Covid has brought on crazy Scenarios for everyone, and has shown a lot of people’s/businesses true colors. I highly advise you look elsewhere before banking on Penn Oaks to support you for one of the most special days of your life.

Penn Oaks Golf Club hosted our wedding August 16, 2020 and it was the best day of our entire lives. When we first saw the venue we knew it’s was the one! We had to get married there. The grounds, gazebo, patio, and ballroom are all absolutely gorgeous. Our wedding coordinator Dawn is very friendly and outgoing. She makes things easy and puts your mind at ease. We felt like we had already known her for years. We had no trouble at all rescheduling our wedding to a new date with Penn Oaks due to Covid 19. On the day of our wedding we used the open air patio for both our ceremony and reception due to inclement weather. We dropped off our wedding decorations a few days prior and on our wedding day Dawn and her staff made the place absolutely beautiful. It blew my expectations away. The staff and bartenders were very polite and attentive the entire time and even packed up all of our items for us that we had to bring home. The food was delicious and we received many compliments from our guests. We will definitely be visiting Penn Oaks again for our 1 year anniversary dinner. Dawn and the staff at Penn Oaks are great and go above and beyond to make you feel special and comfortable. I highly recommend this venue for your event and I promise you you won’t regret it. Our day was perfect!!

Penn Oaks was the perfect choice for our wedding day! From start to finish, every single employee was professional, kind, and accommodating. Ramona, Steve, and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure that our reception was everything we could have hoped for and more. We had over 200 people present, and they all fit comfortably in the ballroom and were served their meals in a timely (and warm) manner! We have already heard so many great things about how delicious the food was. Ramona was our lifeline in this whole process, I felt so comfortable asking her all kinds of questions, and confident that she would make the room beautiful with all of the random decorations we dropped off to her! All in all, we would highly recommend Penn Oaks to any couple looking for a fun, stress-free planning experience and cannot thank them enough for hosting the best day of our lives!

We cannot say enough positive things about the team at Penn Oaks. From the very beginning, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to be hosting our wedding. Ramona was amazing, every step of the way, answering every one of my many questions with patience and professionalism. Penn Oaks gave us a list of trusted vendors, from which we chose our Photographer, Baker, and DJ. Knowing the vendors were familiar with the venue gave us comfort and ensured things went smoothly on our wedding day! The crab cakes at Penn Oaks got the approval of my husband who grew up in Maryland and many of our guests have told me the food at the reception was the best meal they have ever had (not even just at a wedding, literally ever). The bridal suite was a little small for my larger wedding party (12 adults and 2 flower girls getting ready), so we got ready at my parents house and went to Penn Oaks for the first look. The grooms suite/lounge was the perfect size for the men to get ready though! The venue is dog friendly and even made our pup a hamburger for after the ceremony! We really loved that there was an easy and equally gorgeous backup plan for our outdoor ceremony in case of rain. We opted to do fireworks toward the end of the reception and our guests all raved about how amazing they were - we also got some incredible photos! From start to finish, Penn Oaks was so supportive and helpful, we never for one second felt uneasy about how our wedding day would go, and as soon as I arrived at the venue, I didn't have to think about or handle a single issue - they truly took care of us and we are so grateful to everyone who worked so hard to give us an unforgettable wedding day.

Our day at Penn Oaks could not have been more perfect! Everything went exactly as we had imagined. The team at Penn oaks is simply perfect - our event coordinator Dawn helped us with every question and every detail. Carina made the day of pictures go so smoothly as we battled the freezing cold. The Chef Matt, banquet manager Lisa, and her staff ensured dinner was delicious and the reception went smoothly also. We couldn't recommend Penn Oaks anymore!

Choosing Penn Oaks as our wedding venue was by far the best decision we made. We had the pleasure of working with Dawn Claffey as our event planner. Dawn was so knowledgeable, personable , easy going, and truly made the planning enjoyable. Dawn made sure every detail of my vision came true. I did not stress a single second the day of. Dawn had it all under control and I was able to truly relax. We had our wedding on October 11,2019 and were able to have our cocktail hour in the ballroom and our reception in the tent. Dawn was so accommodating and allowed us utilize the tent to the fullest. Our wedding was a dream and our pictures are so beautiful. The grounds are so well kept and our photographers were obsessed with “the tree” and our pictures are amazing. I cannot say enough about this place. The atmosphere is amazing. We truly feel like a part of the Penn Oaks family. The food was amazing , the chef is excellent. Our friends and family are still raving about the food and asking when they can have the crab cakes again. Lisa, the bartenders, and the entire staff were so amazing the day of. The bridal lounge and grooms lounge made getting ready the day of so easy. I cannot express how nice it was to do everything in one spot. Penn oaks truly is the best package all around - the food , the options, the cake, the lounges , the honeymoon suite. You truly get everything you could imagine when booking Penn Oaks. I am so in love with this place. This is the place to get married and Dawn is the perfect person to help plan your dream wedding!

We knew we made the right choice with going with Penn Oaks for our wedding since the start. Our first time there everyone was so nice and welcoming unlike any other venue my husband and I viewed. We were offered drinks and provided with hor deurves, something so small that meant so much to us that no other venue we viewed even thought to do. Dawn had sold us from the start. We knew she was someone that we wanted to work with and be surrounded by on our wedding day. Dawn was so helpful throughout the planning and provided extremely helpful tips throughout. Dawn did AMAZING decorating and truly brought everything I had envisioned to life. On our wedding day, we also worked with Lisa who was so sweet, calm and attentive to all of our needs. On our wedding everyone took such amazing care of my husband and I. I mentioned to the wait staff one time that I loved the spring rolls and every wait staff who had spring rolls made to sure to stop by me because \"they heard the bride loved the spring rolls\". The food was incredible and our guests are still talking about it! The grounds were also amazing. There are so much included in their packages that you truly cannot go wrong. Penn Oaks truly went above and beyond for our wedding day and we cannot thank you enough! We look forward to coming back for our one year anniversary dinner! Thank you!!

We were so pleased with Penn Oaks for our daughter's fall 2019 wedding. The food was outstanding and the wait staff were all professionals (good job, Lisa). We received a list of recommended vendors from Penn Oaks. We chose the DJ, florist, honeymoon suite, etc. from their list. It was easy because all the recommended vendors were well-acquainted with Penn Oaks. The package was reasonably priced and we didn't need a wedding planner because they supplied someone there (hats off to Carina). The wedding ceremony was held at Penn Oaks and the setting was beautiful. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Penn Oaks for anyone planning a wedding.

My husband and I are so happy with our wedding reception at Penn Oaks. From meeting Ramona at the bridal expo in Philadelphia to the day of the wedding Ramona was friendly, professional, and timely with her responses to my millions of questions. The venue itself is beautiful for pictures and the patio for cocktail hour was a hit with our guests. On the day of, Lisa went ABOVE AND BEYOND by making sure she saved us a plate of appetizers (since we missed most of cocktail hour taking photos) and ensuring our drinks were never empty. On my parents behalf- they appreciated the detailed communication of the timeline on the day of, ensuring everything went according to plan which allowed us all to just be able relax and enjoy

Having our wedding reception at Penn Oaks was the best decision. Dawn, our coordinator, is the main reason we decided to choose this venue over others. She is calm, cool, collected, offers so much great advice and just put me at ease right away. She offered so many great ideas and facetimed me the morning of our wedding so I could see the entire reception set up ahead of time!! We loved having our cocktail hour outside between the patio and tent and then being able to transition into the dining area for dinner and dancing. The food was amazing, we have gotten so many compliments from our guests about it. The staff were all so nice and accommodating as well. It truly was the best day of our lives and everything went off without a hitch, a large part because of Dawn and the rest of the staff at Penn Oaks. We cannot recommend it enough & we cant wait to go back for our one year anniversary dinner that they provide for us!

What an incredible wedding venue and perfect for the amount of guests we had. The event was everything We ever wanted. What an amazing bunch of people to have the opportunity to work with. Not only were they professional to deal with but Dawn made our vision a reality in just a few short months of meeting. We have so much gratitude for all of the staff's support in getting us through the high-anxiety moments especially Dawn. The day of the wedding Dawn, Michael and Lisa, provided us with such a great experience. Every guest even commented on each of these individuals and how hard they were working and didn’t miss a beat. They all worked so hard to ensure any little detail wasn’t missed. The attentive staff and dedicated wedding coordinators are a special breed of people and ensured that our day ran seamlessly and without fault. The atmosphere from start to finish was absolutely amazing and our guests loved it!

Our wedding was everything I had imagined!! Penn Oaks did the most wonderful job from the moment we signed the contract to the moment we left at the end of our wedding. I am a huge communicator and our coordinator Carina was the best! From emails/phone calls/ texts she was quick, responsive, and never made me feel like I was annoying even with multiple messages a day. The food was amazing and the venue itself is stunning. It’s been almost a week later and I’m still getting texts and calls about how amazing everything was. If you are looking for a wedding venue please consider Penn Oaks. This place accommodated us many times (my now husband and I work different shifts) and made us really feel basically like it was their families wedding. Thank you guys again for making the best night of my life possible!!

Penn Oaks was our dream wedding! My husband and I got married on May 18, 2019 and I wish I could relive the day. The food, drinks, atmosphere, décor and fireworks (yes, FIREWORKS) were AMAZING. I got so many compliments from the guests! I can’t say enough great things about our Wedding Coordinator, Carina! She was always available to answer my questions, provided suggestions/things to think about throughout the process and was very flexible with last minute changes to the agenda. Some of the items Carina suggested that I would highly recommend were to utilize a desert station with To-Go bags as wedding favors, have a food station after dinner (we had the grilled cheese and burger sliders – would highly recommend) and use the photo booth pictures as the guest book. The food/dessert stations and photo booth were included in our package so this was a great cost savings for us. As if Carina wasn’t already amazing enough, she became my life saver when she hand stitched a makeshift bustle as my dress was unexpectedly missing it. The banquet manager, Lisa, was there through dinner and dancing. She made sure we were taken care off and even gave us a plate of appetizers in case we missed them at the cocktail hour. I come from an Italian family full of Penn Stater’s so naturally we had a lot of drinkers. At one point, my dad asked for 40 shots (I’m not exaggerating) for a group cheer and the Bartenders delivered. The drinks were delicious and there was never a wait at the bar. It was a party to say the least! My grandfather use to work at Penn Oaks and had passed a few years ago. Carina, Lisa and the Penn Oaks staff surprised my husband and I with a memorial plague that we were able to use for pictures and keep. We were overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness and we cherish the memories it brought. Bottom line, Penn Oaks knows how to throw a wedding and will treat you like family!

My husband & got married May 31, 2019 and our day was absolutely perfect. To begin, the venue is gorgeous & the staff were more than accommodating to our every need. Every time we see someone that attended our wedding they are raving about he fabulous time they had. The food was amazing. Ramona was helpful at every step of the way in planning our wedding. My husband and I planned it by ourselves in less than a year so we had a lot of questions that Ramona was prompt to help with and ease our worries. The day of was a breeze with Ramona. She made sure everything was organized while I was getting ready and put my nerves at ease ! Thank you so much to all the staff for giving us such a beautiful day we will never forget.

We are so beyond happy we chose Penn Oaks as our venue. From the minute I saw the tent and the bridal suite I was sold. Then to top it off, the staff that you work with there are amazing. We worked with Carina primarily and she is awesome. Very very helpful and super nice! They made sure we were ok through the whole day as we were getting ready there, up until the end of the night helping us gather everything. You won’t regret booking here! We got so many compliments from friends and family about how beautiful the venue was. The food is also amazing. Seriously not one bad thing I can say about this place - it is the best!

I had one of my guest tell me this was a \"First Class Wedding\" and they were absolutely correct! From the minute we looked at this venue, we were thrilled. It had more to offer then we expected. Every visit we made to talk with Dawn, my coordinator, we were always invited to partake in our talk over breakfast/lunch/dinner. Dawn was always prompt to answering my emails or phone calls. The day of they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my ceremony outside. It rained up until 20 mins before we were supposed to start. They did everything they could to get us outside and they did just that! The fireworks show was surely an amazing memory and 100% worth every penny! If anything, upgrade to the stations during cocktail hour! Every guest that attended hasn't stopped talking about how great cocktail hour was. Everyone at Penn Oaks is amazing so you can't go wrong with whomever there is to help you.

My son & daughter in law's wedding was October 7, 2018, we should have written this review much sooner but better late than never. After checking out many venues, we selected Penn Oaks, which was the best decision we ever made! Penn Oaks was a perfect wedding venue! No words can capture what a wonderful wedding this was! The ceremony was outside in front of the gazebo - it was set up perfectly! The golf course is a beautiful backdrop for photos. The cocktail party was held in the gorgeous enclosed patio area, which also can be used as a last minute ceremony backup if it rained (fortunately, it was a beautiful day). The ballroom was spectacular in every way. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.The best of all was Carina our wedding coordinator. She was warm, friendly, patient and caring, and responsive to our frequent requests and questions over the 15 month period prior to the wedding. Carina was always available whenever we needed to meet with her. She gave us great recommendations for other wedding vendors, which were amazing choices! She focused on the smallest details to make sure that nothing was missed in the wedding planning. She somehow managed to support our endless requests with a smile - nothing was too difficult for her! On the wedding day, Carina was on top of every detail, to ensure that everything went perfectly from start to finish. We would strongly recommend Penn Oaks and Carina for the perfect wedding!

Penn Oaks provided us with the best option for our wedding ceremony and reception! The surrounding scenery is perfect and they would of been able to move our wedding indoors up to a half an hour before the ceremony, if we needed it... Luckily the rain stayed away and we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon and outdoor ceremony! Ramona was top notch as our organizer and helped guide us through every step in the process. All of our guests remarked on how wonderful the evening was from the ceremony to the patio cocktail hour through the delicious dinner and our rocking reception! We would recommend Penn Oaks to any couple looking for value at a top rank venue!

Penn Oaks is an absolutely beautiful venue with amazing food. The planning of everything before the wedding date was seamless and easy and everything seemed to just click. We did have to change event coordinators from Sarah to Carina, due to Sarah leaving Penn Oaks for other professional opportunities, a month or so before the wedding which was a bit of a shock, but Carina did a great job picking up our wedding and seeing it through!However, the banquet manager Lisa, was not very helpful and actually threw off a few things throughout the night, albeit small things, but those are now lasting impressions. I'd recommend having your event coordinator staying the night as they know what is supposed to be entailed for your wedding where the banquet manager does not. (for perspective, the first time we had met or seen the banquet manager was the day of our wedding)

My husband and I had our wedding at Penn Oaks on April 27, 2019 and Penn Oaks made our day the best it could be! Carina and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The food was amazing, everyone was so helpful and friendly and they made sure that we were able to do everything that we wanted. The golf course was beautiful, and I loved that we were able to take pictures where we wanted, many other places do not offer that. The fireworks were fantastic and such a nice surprise for our guests! If I had do it all over again, I would definitely pick Penn Oaks and think every brides in the Philadelphia area should to!

My husband and I got married January 19, 2019. Getting married at Penn Oaks Golf Club was by far the best decision of our lives. Having looked at several venues, we knew right away that we wanted to get married at Penn Oaks as soon as we stepped inside the property. The ball room has ample space and easily housed our 120 person guest list with space to accommodate many many more. The real gem of Penn Oaks is the reception space. With a beautiful chandelier stretching across the entire ceiling space, you will feel as though you are being married under the stars. We could not have imagined a group of individuals, led by our coordinator Sarah, care, support, and invest so much time and energy into our wedding as they did. Even in our most pressure filled moments, sending multiple emails per day, Sarah became the rock we needed through the wedding process. Simply put, she made the entire wedding process a breeze and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We recommend her to anyone seeking a coordinator that will make it her life to ensure your special day is everything you imagine and more. We guarantee Penn oaks will not only create the day you always imagined, it will exceed your expectations and create a day you never imagined possible. We love Penn Oaks and are indebted to them for the rest of our lives. Thank you for making our wedding day the best day of our lives!

Choosing Penn Oaks was a no brainer. The facility and grounds are absolutely beautiful. We needed a large, full-service venue in an easily accessible area to accommodate all of our traveling guests. Their prices were competitive, too - and they were willing to negotiate! Although we live out-of-state, the entire wedding process could not have gone any smoother. Our coordinator, Carina, was seriously amazing. She was kind, professional, proactive and patient- and she can bustle a dress like no other. From what we were told, the entire Penn Oaks staff (even the waiters) are full-time, and I did not realize the importance of this until the day of the wedding. Whenever I needed help or had a question, I could grab any member of the team and they were able to assist right away. Carina and the event manager tailed my husband and me the entire night. They always made sure we had food or a drink in our hand. Looking back, I would have not changed one aspect of the entire process. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Thank you, Carina!

We meant to write this review much sooner because we Penn Oaks exceeded our expectations in every way! Sarah was extremely helpful every step of the way making our wedding day everything we had hoped for. Our wedding just happened to fall the day after a huge snow storm on one of the coldest days on recent record, but that did not stop them one bit. This was a huge relief, and the parking lot was plowed and salted so we didn't have to worry about anyone slipping and falling. Not to mention, we are still talking about how good the food was!!

I can't say enough good things about Penn Oaks! It was my favorite venue when I was shopping places and it did not disappoint. From the quality of the service to the quality of food everything was top notch. Carina was always available throughout the whole planning process and answered all questions we had. The bridal suite was newly redone and the perfect set up to get hair and makeup done in there. The food was AMAZING - we have been getting so many compliments on how good the food was - they said it was the best they've had at a wedding. The venue was extremely accommodating. I can't say enough good things about the venue and highly recommend to any brides out there! You get so much for your money and the quality is there too!! You won't be disappointed!!

There’s truly a lot of positive feedback I could say about Penn Oaks. But I’ll try to keep it short! The entire staff is wonderful and every time we visited Penn Oaks, we felt very welcomed! The banquet manager, Lisa, is great and made sure my husband and I were taken care of during the reception. Sarah, our coordinator, is one of the best people I’ve ever met. She’s very good at her job and is such a sweet and friendly person. Sarah is part of the reason we booked Penn Oaks! But the overall venue was great and they even had a place for the guys to hang out before the ceremony, which my husband really loved! Overall, nothing but positive feedback for Penn Oaks!

We had both our ceremony and reception at Penn Oaks in October 2017. We were looking for a venue that was inclusive in their services and made the work pretty minimal on our end. Carina helped us out as our coordinator and also acted as our day-of resource. She is the best! She's very responsive to e-mail and was always helpful and positive. She made sure we were on top of our responsibilities as she structures it so that you have everything done about 10 days prior to your big day so you're not worrying about last minute things the day of. My wedding guests still talk about the food spread and how much they loved everything they ate. I really can't think of one negative to say about this venue or its staff.

My husband and I got married at Penn Oaks a few weeks ago, and I cannot get over how absolutely perfect it was! The bridesmaids and I arrived early to get ready in the gorgeous Bridal suite and from there, they day was amazing. The whole area is gorgeous for pictures and for our outdoor ceremony. Thankfully it didn't not rain, but if it did, I knew we were in good hands and their tented area would have been just as great. From the beginning, our coordinator Sarah did a fantastic job. She always made sure we were happy and made the planning process a breeze. Everyone the day of the wedding was so attentive and great! Sarah and Lisa made sure there were no issues and it was the perfect day. I am so happy we went with them and cannot say enough great things about them! My guests are still talking about how this was the best wedding they've attended!

My husband and I just had our wedding reception at Penn Oaks at the end of July. From the first time I walked in, I knew it was and had to be our venue! The people were so welcoming, the ballroom was pretty and the balcony/patio was beautiful! Throughout the process I worked with Carina and she was wonderful. She made sure all the details were in and organized and assured me every step of the way. She even sewed my dress in the middle of the reception due to my button being missing. Steve the owner also made me feel great every time I saw him and let me know they were going to make my day great, and it was true! I got so many compliments on the food and that it was the best afternoon wedding people have been to!

Choosing Penn Oaks for our wedding venue was, hands down, the best decision my husband and I could have made for our wedding. From the first day we toured the venue and met with our wonderful coordinator, Carina, we knew with 100% confidence that we were in great hands. The setting is beautiful. Rain or shine, they have a beautiful ceremony and reception space. Carina was on top of every detail and had an answer/solution for all of our questions and concerns. Throughout the planning process, I never doubted that the day of was going to go smoothly, because she was so calm, organized, and prepared for any situation. Everyone we interacted with throughout our time working with Penn Oaks went out of their way to make us feel taken care of. On a couple of occasions the week before the wedding when two of my bridesmaids and I stopped by to drop off decorations, various members of the grounds crew stopped what they were doing to help us carry things in or drive us up to the front door in a golf cart. When our wedding day came, every single thing was perfect, and beautiful, and prepared exactly as planned. Everyone there that day went to such effort to help give us exactly the day that we had been hoping for. If your budget allows, the fireworks display is an amazing addition, and something your guests aren't likely to have seen other weddings. Finally, while you can't put a price tag on the peace of mind that they gave us throughout the planning process and up until the wedding, the value you get at Penn Oaks is phenomenal. The delicious food options, the customer service, the dedication they give to their couples, and just the sheer amount that they provide as part of their wedding packages, is truly remarkable. The contract is super simple, with no hidden extra charges for anything, which we so appreciated. We loved Penn Oaks, and we're so grateful for the amazing and unforgettable day they gave us. Highly recommended :)

From the very start when we began our venue search, we both knew that Penn Oaks was the perfect fit and they did not disappoint!! I am SO happy that I chose Penn Oaks for my wedding! Seriously, they know how to do weddings. As a person who didn't want to spend a lot of money on decor, it was amazing that the venue was already so beautiful! The ceremony space was stunning. I loved that I could have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one gorgeous location. Carina was my coordinator and she went above and beyond anything I could have expected! She helped me from the beginning with the details and on the day-of made it so that I didn't have to worry about anything! She even bustled my dress and fetched me shoes to change into for the reception. The prices are amazingly reasonable and include so much, such as the wedding cake, alcohol, and more. They have their own centerpieces and table numbers that you can use if you wish. The food tasted so good and the tasting several months prior was included. The bridal suite is also so nice - it even has an entire salon setup. There is so much more to say about how great Penn Oaks is, but it is such a great choice especially for brides who do not want to have to worry about their wedding!

I am so glad we chose Penn Oaks as our wedding venue! Everyone there is amazing. Our coordinator Dawn was a pro, the owner Steve was there on most of our visits (and even helped us bring things in from the car!), and the banquet manager Lisa was like a second mom during the reception, making sure we had drinks and anything else we needed. These people know what they're doing, and everything went according to plan. The venue itself is beautiful, but the staff and the food really make it unforgettable. Most of our guests were full after cocktail hour, but that didn't stop them from finishing their plates at dinner too! Thank you to everyone at Penn Oaks for giving us such a special day!

Penn Oaks models itself on being \"simply perfect\" - and Dawn, Steve, Lisa and their team truly delivered on a simply perfect wedding. We weren't really looking for a country club reception initially, but Penn Oaks had great reviews and we're local to the area, so we stopped by. Instantly, we were sold by the gorgeous venue, but really, it was Dawn (the event manager) who sold us. She was so helpful to my husband and I, as we were newbies to wedding planning and had NO IDEA what we were doing. She encouraged us to shop around and even gave us a list of questions to ask other vendors. Long story short, Penn Oaks was by far the best bang for our buck, and we booked our wedding for May 2018. Throughout the process, the Penn Oaks team couldn't have been more amazing. Dawn was there every step of the way to make sure we were feeling good and did her best to alleviate any stress we had. Also, a huge shout out to Steve DiMarco, the owner and GM. Leading up to the wedding, we stopped by Penn Oaks frequently, Steve not only knew us by name, but treated us like family. We also witnessed him setting up and scrubbing chairs himself prior to another couple's wedding - have you ever heard of the owner doing such a thing?! They are just such a team there that we knew our day would be amazing. Fast forward to our wedding day - it was raining all week and I was in panic mode. Dawn and Steve ensured us that they would take care of everything. And they did. Throughout the night, we had multiple guests tell us that our cocktail hour was the best they had ever been to - SO much food, and it was all delicious! The rave continued on with dinner, and the rest of the evening. Lisa, the banquet manager, checked in on us constantly to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. From planning to execution, you will not be disappointed with Penn Oaks. Everything was just so easy, which is what you need throughout this process. Thanks so much to Dawn, Steve, Lisa, and the rest of the team, for truly making our wedding day simply perfect.

Our wedding was absolutely stunning at the venue. The food was delicious, and I am a very tough critic. The salmon and duck entrees were perfectly cooked and cocktail hour was incredible. All the seafood at the raw bar was cleaned thoroughly and the presentation of each station was clean and elegant. Carina was our coordinator throughout the process and she was very sweet to deal with. Dawn was our banquet coordinator that day of and she was very helpful as well. The newly renovated bridal suite was lovely and a great place to spend the day with my bridal party. I was originally told we would be the only event at the venue that day, but there were several things going on that afternoon. I was not thrilled about that, but it all worked out. Also, my florist was not able to hang the floating votive candles to my floral centerpieces because Penn Oaks said it was a fire hazard. That is understandable, I would just like to have been told that before walking out and discovering they were not there. All in all it was a wonderful day and a beautiful venue! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone! Thank you Penn Oaks for such a memorable and special day!

We had our wedding at Penn Oaks a few weeks ago, and everything was perfect! My guests are still commenting on how beautiful the venue was, how friendly the staff was, and most importantly - how delicious the food was. Their wedding packages make it so easy to plan the wedding of your dreams, but not break the bank. Carina was our wedding planner and she was always available to answer questions (even when we were two years out from our wedding). During the wedding their Event Manager Lisa was constantly checking in with me and my husband to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Our wedding was truly the perfect day, and I don't know if it would have been had we had the wedding and reception anywhere but Penn Oaks.

Penn Oaks did a fabulous job with not only the day of our wedding, but the planning process as well. Carina was awesome-she answered all emails as quickly as possible. The owner is so welcoming & kind as well. One day we went up to look at the venue and he gave us a free dinner at the club. The day of our wedding was everything we planned for. I got so many compliments on our food. Everything came out HOT!(which doesn't always happen at weddings) Crab cakes were real crab cakes, and not just filler. Our apps were great. We are Polish on both sides and they accommodated us by making pierogis for one of our app dishes! I initially wanted a fall wedding. However, our budget could only afford a winter wedding with the discount. We had our wedding December 2, 2017. The venue looked beautiful throughout with all the christmas decorations-so happy we picked this date! The staff was great, we even pulled some of them out on the dance floor!! We did have band and we put them in the tent area. Also happy we did this because it gave guests an area to actually talk and hear each other. We also splurged on the fireworks-WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Thank you to everyone at Penn Oaks for really making our wedding a night to remember!!

As an anxious bride, the planning was just as important to me as the day of and Carina made everything so easy for me throughout From our first meeting to our tastings, rehearsal and day of - Carina and the Penn Oaks staff made us feel so at ease. We got married in December and it happened to snow that morning and we got the most beautiful pictures at Penn Oaks! I am not one to write many reviews but this place was nothing short of Amazing. From the moment my (now husband) & I walked into Penn Oaks we have had smiles on our faces! After the first time visiting, we thought there HAD to be something wrong with the place because there was no way we found the most perfect spot that easily. Everyone working there was so happy & friendly, you could tell they truly enjoyed each other & their work. They were nothing but helpful & made everything so exciting. I worked with Carina and believe she truly made this such an enjoyable experience. Carina & Steve made everything so convenient. We felt like we were at our own home the way we were able to make the day exactly what WE wanted and not have to abide to someone elses rules. Lastly, the amount of compliments we received after the wedding were amazing. We heard 'BEAUTIFUL wedding, such a FUN wedding, the food was delicious\" and that is all thanks to Carina, Steve, and the happy staff they have working. We loved our wedding day at PennOaks this past July. Weather was gorgeous! Everything went the way we wanted. Carina helped us with everything throughout the process. She was very helpful and attentive. I would give 5 stars, but the only little tiny thing I didn’t like, it was the fact that the kitchen staff poured the champagne for the toast way too early. I was still getting ready in the bridal room when I saw them doing it. We had our ceremony there (which was beautiful!), and by the time everyone came in for the reception, the champagne was lukewarm. It wasn’t a big deal because people didn’t really realize - I believe; but I thought I should mention about it because I personally like my champagne cold. Other than that, everything went nice and smooth and I definitely recommend PennOaks! It was such a magical day for us.

Excellent!! The time of our friends and family and our lives. When we went to the food tasting, it was amazing, but guests raved about their amazing meals!!! So reasonable and willing to work with any ideas you may have. Extremely accommodating for guests with disabilities and older guests. Also, had our puppy in our wedding and they were wonderful with him. Made him feel just as welcome as we were. We worked with ONE person throughout the entire process. Carina Hernandez was our coordinator and did an AMAZING job. Lisa was our banquet manager the night of our event and was available and kind and willing to change and alter ANYTHING we needed. Even provided a little bite to eat for our pup. HIGHlY recommended!!!

Choosing Penn Oaks was the easiest choice we made!My parents dropped in the day after Christmas and called to say I had to check it out. Originally, wanting a rustic wedding, I was reluctant, but seeing the pictures of patio lit up and meeting Dawn, I was sold. Dawn was amazing to work with! She was so kind, helpful and kept us calm! We had our wedding at Penn Oaks Golf Club last weekend and it was absolutely amazing. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. We worked with Sarah throughout the entire planning process, and she was timely with any questions we had. She made the process so easy and not stressful at all. We even decided to add fireworks only a couple of days prior and it wasn't a problem at all. On the day of the wedding, everything was set up impeccably and the day flowed perfectly. They went above and beyond and this wedding was anything and everything we could have hoped for. We would recommend them to anybody.

I had my wedding at Penn Oaks almost a month ago, it was hands down the best day ever! Carina was my wedding planner and she did an amazing job. Penn Oaks and Carina went above and beyond for me and my special circumstance. My original wedding date was 7/22/17 but on June 7th I was in a horrible car accident and it was going to take many of surgeries and a lot of rehab for me to be able to walk down the aisle. The week of my accident I called Carina and let her know what happened and asked about changing my date. The next day the called me back and told me whatever date I wanted I could have as long as it was still available. So, instead of 7/22/17 we got married on 10/6/17 and it was hands down the best day of my life. They made sure every little detail was worked out and I didn't have to worry about a thing! I was a amazing day and I can not thank them enough for all that they did for me and my husband! Thank you!

Choosing Penn Oaks as our wedding venue was the best decision we made! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, my husband is a huge golfer so his eyes lit up with the idea of getting married on a golf course! We had our ceremony outside, and it was gorgeous! The cocktail hour was amazing on the patio, and the ball room was perfect and spacious fitting 165 people very comfortably! Our guest keep talking about how amazing the food was, and how beautiful the wedding turned out! We couldn't have done it without Dawn! She was AMAZING, she was so easy to work with, with her organization, she was so on top of everything. For the entire year of planning she was always there to answer our questions and make sure our special day would be everything we imagined! The entire day went so smoothly, Dawn was there early in the morning to let us get ready in the bridal suite! She took the time to make sure all of our special details were exactly what we wanted. She also took my husband and I on the golf cart to bring us to the best spots for pictures. The entire staff was extremely nice and helped to make our wedding day the best day of our lives! The perfect venue for our Sept 30th, 200 guest wedding. We had our cocktail hour in the outdoor tent. It was a beautiful night to have the tent open and it was the perfect area to transform into our late night dance floor. The indoor banquet hall was lovely and comfortably sat our large guest list. Dawn was accommodating of our requests and made the experience easy and simple. She contacted me when decisions were needed and didn't overlook any detail. The staff was friendly and experienced. Everything ran very smoothly and dinner was served promptly.

Everything was beautiful! All my guests loved the food, drinks, venue. I worked with Carina and she was always so helpful, supportive, and willing to help make my day perfect! I had several different food requests and she never made me feel like I was asking too much and was always happy to help! My sister also last minute put a slide show together and they helped her display that adding a personal touch to the night:) I also loved the ladies/men’s dressing rooms! And the owner was so nice! Every time I stopped in he greeted me like we knew each other forever, and was so excited for me and the big day. You can tell he loves what he does! I had my wedding on a Friday night which was great for my budget. I like that they have everything bundled into one price. No surprises! And they include a lot in that price! I Highly recommend choosing Penn Oaks for your big day!

We had the most perfect wedding at Penn Oaks on May 19, 2017! My family and our guests still talk about our wedding and how wonderful it was - from the beautiful venue, to all the friendly staff, to the amazing food! From day 1, Sarah allowed us to really make the wedding our own and was a total gem along the way. She was the perfect balance of letting us do our own thing while still offering recommendations to ensure a seamless day. My husband and I are total foodies, so food was incredibly important to us (we didn't want typical 'wedding food'). Penn Oaks' food is the real deal! One of my guests told me she had never eaten so much in her life and that's exactly how we wanted it :) We couldn't get over how amazing all the staff was. We obviously knew Sarah was great, but then to have the banquet manager regularly check-in with us throughout the wedding to ensure we were happy was above and beyond. The banquet staff were so professional and so friendly to all of my family and guests. The owner is the friendliest guy who honestly wants you to be 100% happy with your wedding - and we totally were! Sarah & and the Penn Oaks fam - thank you guys from the bottom of our heart for being great people and genuinely caring about your job and making your clients happy. We'll never forget our wedding day thanks to you!

We had our wedding at Penn Oaks in June 2017. We could not have asked for a better experience. Sarah was our wedding coordinator. She was attentive to what we wanted, answered all of our questions and worked tirelessly to make our special day as smooth and seamless as possible. The rest of the staff were sublime, and helped us with our every need. They were extremely flexible to work with and made sure that our day was unforgettable.

From start to finish, Penn Oaks was absolutely amazing. Our coordinator was Carina and, as you can tell from all of the reviews, she's the best! Throughout the planning process, she kept us informed of what we still needed to figure out and was very flexible with everything. Steve the owner is very welcoming and actually took us on a quick tour of the full golf course.For the rehearsal and the wedding day, Carina was right there guiding us through everything. I can't say how much her and the banquet staff made our lives so much easier. Our guests were so impressed by the staff, ceremony space, cocktail hour food and really the entire event. We're so happy we chose Penn Oaks as our venue and would recommend them to anyone.

We worked with Carina at Penn Oaks, and she helped make the wedding planning process easy. Everything is included in the price at Penn Oaks (cocktails, open bar, dinner, photo booth, etc.) so we didn't have to search for or deal with too many vendors. Carina was responsive and accommodating. The entire reception went smoothly. The venue was beautiful, and we received so many compliments on how fun the wedding was.

Penn Oaks is a great value, beautiful location, and the staff was excellent. All of our guests raved about the food and how beautiful the venue was. Carina, our wedding coordinator, was so nice and accommodating. We could not have been happier with the service we received at Penn Oaks!!

Our wedding at Penn Oaks was nothing short of amazing! We just got married on May 6, 2017 . The day was perfect, I wouldn't have changed a thing. All of our guests are still raving about the day and how great the food was. Our ceremony was outside and cocktail hour was out on the porch. We worked with Dawn and she was the best! Wedding day the staff was awesome as well! They set up our center pieces, offered us food and drinks throughout the day, and were right there if we needed anything. Penn Oaks was the best!!
