We enjoyed every minute of working with The Petroleum Club. After being a victim of the Noah’s venue bankruptcy, we only had 4 weeks to find a new venue and plan a whole new wedding. Lauren and her staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I did not have to worry or stress about anything and our wedding was more than I could have ever imagined. They made my vision come to life and it surpassed my expectations.

The wedding coordinator was completely intoxicated the day of our wedding. Our ceremony started over an hour late because we couldn't find her... She hung all over guests, confused the DJ and made a fool of herself in front of some very important guests. The staff did what they could to help assist, but they didn't know what was supposed to be going on. This is a beautiful venue, but I would never recommend it! I would never want another bride to deal with that! Dana, the coordinator, completely ruined our day.

The wedding coordinator was completely intoxicated the day of our wedding. Our ceremony started over an hour late because we couldn't find her... She hung all over guests, confused the DJ and made a fool of herself in front of some very important guests. The staff did what they could to help assist, but they didn't know what was supposed to be going on. This is a beautiful venue, but I would never recommend it! I would never want another bride to deal with that! Dana, the coordinator, completely ruined our day.

The petroleum club is one of wichita's best kept secrets as far as wedding venues go! This place is beautiful and their staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. This is almost a one-stop-shop as far as weddings go. Their rental price includes DJ, lighting, linens, tables, chairs, decor(including center pieces and real touch silk flowers), and more! It is without a doubt one of the best decisions we made. Kathy was so awesome to work with! You will not be dissapointed! Their food was amazing as well!

We had a stellar experience working with Kathy at the Petroleum Club for our reception. With your deposit, you get your wedding coordinator, silk flower decorations, table settings/linens, DJ, sound, lighting, set up and clean up. They require that food be catered by the Petroleum Club, but that just makes it easy and the food is good. I had 3 meetings with Kathy, one with the florist (Moore Flowers), and I filled out a detailed questionnaire for the DJ (Signature DJ). I didn't step foot into the venue on my wedding day until our grand entrance and it was amazing. The whole space looked beautiful and done exactly how I wanted it. My mom was pleased she didn't have to stick around for clean up, everyone got to go home happy after a full night of dancing and laughter. I highly recommend the PC.

The Petroleum Club is a one stop shop = they provide the linens, food, DJ, bar service, decorations, and coordinate with the cake place of your choosing. We were hesitant at first to book the Petroleum Club because we wanted to use another catering company - also - the sticker shock of the estimate to use the Petroleum Club is kind of alarming....however....\r\rWe were amazed by the service, appearance, decor, food, DJ and overall service of the Petroleum Club. From the start we worked with Kathy Latham who discussed all of our options for our wedding day. I gave Kathy tons of pictures and ideas of things we were hoping to see at our reception. She worked with her team (she usually doesn't work at the weddings and has her co-workers take care of everything that day) and made sure our vision came to fruition. We were completely blown away at the decorations that were set up that night - all we did was drop off some things Thursday before the wedding (which was Saturday) - and everything was in place for our reception. You can bring some of your own decorations or completely use all of their decorations.\r\rBooking the Petroleum Club was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We didn't need to worry about what time the cake was being delivered or setting up for the reception...or worry about our favors....or what time the flowers we ordered would arrive...or who was going to clean up after the reception...I would recommend the Petroleum Club to anyone. Definitely consider this venue.

Everything was perfect - most importantly, the staff's customer service. I was treated like a princess all night and never lifted a finger. They took on all the stress and made me, for the first time over the course of all the planning, forget all the worries, tears, stress, and worries of the wedding and allowed me to enjoy myself with all my loved ones!! They are AWESOME!!

Kathy, Mark (the DJ) and everyone else on staff at the Petroleum Club made our reception a total BLAST! We didn't have to worry about one thing being done/ not done. Mark leads you thru every step of the way. We had SOO many compliments on the food, DJ, atmosphere, etc. It definitely costs more, but it is worth it! Everything was honestly perfect.

We had a few meetings concerning the details of the food selection table layout timeline etc. I selected the site mostly because of the awesome view and all the services included. The event went so smoothly I would recommend this location to anyone. The finished room looked great the food was fabulous everyone raved about the cake the DJ had everyone dancing and the staff whisked about like magic fairies. You never even noticed them cleaning clearing and rearranging for the event. Other than meeting to arrange details I never had to lift a finger or feign a worry.;The site is costly because of the all-inclusive services provided. If you want to be more hands-on with the details and planning of the reception this might not be for you.
