Premier Gulf Front Event Venue!
Pier Suite Events is a wedding venue located in Pensacola Beach in Pensacola Beach, FL. Situated on the top floor of the Pensacola Beach Pier, the building showcases views of azure waters and sugar-white sands. Owners Laura Pinzone and Michelle Wardlaw have been residents of the area for more than two decades and have managed a number of successful businesses. The duo are delighted to bring their love of great customer service to event planning to help couples in their community host unforgettable occasions. Whether you’re hosting your engagement party, shower, rehearsal dinner, or ceremony and reception, the team is happy to accommodate you. Pier Suite Events provides a tranquil backdrop for celebrations of all types. The venue’s bright, airy space is made complete with light wood tile floors and beige stone accent walls, incorporating the tones of the beach indoors. Floor-to-ceiling windows border the sea-facing side of the space, allowing guests to admire views of the rolling waves while you dine and dance. Sliding doors open out onto the expansive balcony which overlooks the shimmering beach and wooden boardwalk. Either space can be set up and used for your ceremony or reception, depending on your unique vision. Pier Suite Events provides an array of services and amenities to support couples on their special days. When hosting here, you will have access to round tables, cocktail tables, banquet tables, and Chiavari chairs. Floor-length linens can be provided and you are welcome to choose from 46 color options. After the festivities draw to a close, the attentive staff will be there to clean up the event, allowing you to spend more time with loved ones.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. The venue is gorgeous and worth the money, and Laura and Michelle made the experience worry and stress free. They both were excellent with communication and I felt like nothing fell through the cracks. 10/10 recommend this and would 100% book here again!

The most beautiful place!!! You get best of both worlds with this venue, the ocean view without the sand, and you walk right into your venue for your reception. I was looking for something with the beach view but wanted my wedding to be more elegant so I was able to accomplish both of these with this particular venue. We had the beach right there to go take private photos under the pier. The sunset is absolutely breathtaking 3 stories up. You have private elevator access for you and your guests so no worries about unwanted people coming to your wedding. Pier suite will set up all your tables and make sure you have the perfect layout that you want and will instruct your other vendors on where to set up. The bridal suite is perfect to hide out in until the ceremony, i also used it to get dressed in. I booked this location and I live in a different state, the website has a virtual tour which I used to plan my whole wedding. I didn’t actually see the venue in person until 3 days before my wedding and it was even that much better in person. During the reception you still have the whole deck area for your wedding guests to mingle. It’s literally the perfect place!!!

I had the most beautiful wedding day at Pier Suite! Michelle and Laura were the absolute best. They were very responsive, answered every question, walked me through the best table/chair setup, were communicative throughout the planning process, and were avaliable to my coordinator the day of the wedding when she had questions. Michelle and Laura were everything I could have asked for and more. I was able to tour the venue and from the first moment I was completely in love with the space. The floor to ceiling windows with the view of the gulf were breathtaking. Michelle and Laura were professional, patient, accommodating and the communication throughout was exceptional. We wanted a beach wedding but without the outside crowd. Pier Suites gave us exactly that. It is a stunning venue. We rented the lights and arbor and they did all the work from setting up tables, putting out chairs and even helped decorating the arbor. We could not have been happier with the venue. Everything was just beautiful. I had lots of questions in the beginning and they were quick to respond to any messages I sent. I would highly recommend Michelle and Laura at Pier Suite.

We wanted a beach wedding but without the outside crowd. Pier Suites gave us exactly that. It is a stunning venue. We rented the lights and arbor and they did all the work from setting up tables, putting out chairs and even helped decorating the arbor. We could not have been happier with the venue. Everything was just beautiful. I had lots of questions in the beginning and they were quick to respond to any messages I sent. I would highly recommend Michelle and Laura at Pier Suite.

The venue alone is 5 stars easy! It is the most perfect place on Pensacola Beach because you get the beauty of the beach, as well as air conditioning! Michelle (one of the owners) was so great to work with. She was very sweet and helpful throughout the process. We had a surprise wedding at the venue and it went off without a hitch! We had 100 people in attendance and sat about 70 or so inside with a big dance floor and the rest outside. It was a lovely evening! The place was very neat and tidy. The view was of course stunning! The view was definitely worth the price!

My husband and I knew we wanted to do a destination wedding, but with the chaos of life I knew right from the start that planning our wedding was going to be time consuming and stressful. Michelle and Laura helped make our wedding everything we imagined it would be! We chose to do their micro wedding package and Pier Suite took majority of the stress away for us! They connected us with vendors which helped eliminate a lot of the decision making for us so we could focus on some of the more intimate details of the wedding. Our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular with amazing views, plenty of space for our party, and the ladies at Pier Suite were willing to accommodate for our party that turned much bigger than we had planned. Michelle stayed connected with us the whole time and was very responsive to emails answering all of our questions and very friendly. Thank you, Pier Suite, for providing such a beautiful venue for us to share such an incredible experience with our family and taking care of all the big things so we could enjoy the small moments.

Pier Suite Events being the venue was the first vendor I needed when booking my destination wedding. Michelle was my primary contact through the months of planning. She was excellent, arranging several meet ups to discuss layout and let us view venue, always so quick and responsive to our requests and worries, assisted with other vendor recommendations, truly doubled as a coordinator at times as well. The venue space is definitely not meant for a group larger than 100 but with my group of 90-95, we fit just perfectly and the views from this venue are to die for. Perfect spot for a beachside ceremony, quick walk up and party in the venue overlooking the beach/city. Highly recommend the venue and the team.

Our out-of-town guests enjoyed the beach views, the outdoor deck was a hit, and we had enough space to keep everyone comfortable throughout the night. The owners, Laura and Michelle were so easy to work with! They helped accommodate our requests, had great suggestions, and made us feel at ease on our special day! We would highly recommend Pier Suite, and wish we could get married twice so we can go back!

Michelle and Laura were the reason I was able to keep my pre- covid wedding dreams alive. They were always available, always understanding and always had solutions to any problems. I am so grateful to have had Pier Suites as my wedding venue. It was the craziest day that started with rain, warnings for flash flooding and 50mph winds ; none of that seemed to matter when I got off the elevator and saw the beautiful venue with a priceless view of pensacola beach. They had set up the most perfect spot for my ceremony and barely had to do anything to the space ; it’s beautiful as is. Forever grateful ! I recommend everyone have the opportunity to work with these amazing women and support their dreams of having a beautiful venue to celebrate holidays , life, and love.

Absolutely loved having my wedding here. The placed is already decorated for the most part and just adding subtle centerpieces made it perfect. There really aren’t any venues on Pensacola Beach like this one. You get to get married outside on a balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico...Excuse me??? Also, you avoid the whole sand debacle because you don’t have to even touch the beach if you don’t want to. We had the bar outside and dancing inside. They include chairs, tables and linens in the upfront costs. Their pricing is totally fair. Michelle and Laura were great to work with. They get their brides and answered all of my questions. I cannot wait to share pictures.

There really aren’t any venues on Pensacola Beach like this one. You get to get married outside on a balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico...Excuse me??? Also, you avoid the whole sand debacle because you don’t have to even touch the beach if you don’t want to. We had the bar outside and dancing inside. They include chairs, tables and linens in the upfront costs. Their pricing is totally fair. Michelle and Laura were great to work with. They get their brides and answered all of my questions. I cannot wait to share pictures.
