No words can express our gratitude for this venue and the owners. Our wedding exceeded my expectations by far and it’s because of how special the owners made us feel and how they went above and beyond for us. The venue is beautiful and has an incredible bride room that looks straight out of a magazine! The grooms room is a perfect place for the “bros” to hang out. The outdoor area is so beautiful as is the inside. Beautiful is the only word to describe this venue. We are so blessed we were able to have our special day here. Windy and Ron made our day even more special, they treat you like family and are so down to earth. We are so thankful for them! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone. Words can’t express how incredible it is!

5 stars 5 stars, 5 stars! Our event was not a wedding but an appreciation dinner for my grandmother, which adds versatility and wide range to this beautiful venue and its owner. Mrs. Windy is the Best! Sweet and customer service is amazing! Organized, very helpful with getting everything together for the big day down the smallest details. Don’t get me started on the venue itself!! Beautiful, inside and out. I hope to one day use for my big day! Pin Oaks will definitely be our go to for events and right in our hometown!

They go above and beyond to meet your expectations. They are the most kind hearted people I’ve ever met. The venue itself is so beautiful and every detail about that place is a dream come true!! I would highly recommend this venue not only for the beauty of it , but for the hospitality of the owners.

Beyond beautiful venue, and hosts. Pictures do not do this place justice, everything is absolutely perfect. Whether you like the rustic, barn feel, or the classy, outdoor ceremony. This place is a MUST. The bridal suite is AMAZING!!! 100/10 recommend.

Hey there! Me and my newly married husband got married at Pin Oak Farms on July, 29,2023 and it was nothing short of amazing. Mrs. Windy and Mr. Ron were very accommodating, prompt, friendly, and so much more! The venue was very clean, well kept, organized, and most of all, BREATH TAKING. So many beautiful views. Such a great experience and day for us 💘 Would highly recommend them for any special occasion! ❣️🫶🏼

Pin Oak is a beautiful barn with high ceilings, and crystal wagon wheel chandelier elegance! The perfect venue for your wedding or any other special event in your life. The lighted pond fountain is a great addition to the grounds. The property is bordered with mature trees that provide privacy. The bridal suite, grooms room, barn & outdoor covered pavilion are all connected by a covered deck. The deck is just one of the perfect spots for photographs to be taken. The owners are kind & so easy to work with! We enjoyed having our wedding & reception at Pin Oak!

Pin Oak Farms wedding venue is absolutely gorgeous! The rustic barn with a huge chandelier is a beautiful touch. The Bridal suite was perfect for me and the ladies in my bridal party to get ready . The Grooms suite has a big tv and a pool table. They have a playground for the kids to play on and our guest loved playing cornhole. The lake with fountain is beautiful and was a perfect backdrop for our photos. Windy was easy to talk to and was very helpful . Thanks Windy for making my day perfect.

This place is amazing! It has a beautiful pond with a fountain that adds a beautiful backdrop to a perfect wedding day! The barn is very clean and the grounds are breathtaking. The kids will love the playground that has two jungle gyms. They have frisbee golf, pickle ball and cornhole for your guests to enjoy. I know my party enjoyed all the amenities this wonderful place has to offer. Ron and Windy Butler are the nicest people and they are dedicated to make your dreams come true at pin oak farms. They’re so easy to work with and will make your day truly special.

Meet the Pin Oak Farms Wedding Venue Team
Windy and Ron Butler (Owner) In 2018, Ron & I experienced the loss of both our fathers. Although a difficult time for us, we encouraged our entire family to keep our close bond by having gatherings on a monthly basis. This was an encouragement to all of us as we enjoyed our time together. As our family grew, we decided to purchase 10 acres of land in order to build a barn big enough to host our family. What a blessing!A year later we hosted a wedding for a family member in that very same barn & the rest is history!The Wedding Venue was birthed & we thank the Lord for it!!!Let us make your wedding just as special!!!
