Pine Hills is a charming wedding venue in South Ottawa, IL. Conveniently situated off Route 23, this flexible event venue is the perfect place for your celebration of love. It offers comfortable and elegant spaces with panoramic views of the golf course. Whatever you have in mind for your special day, the attentive staff will be there to make everything run smoothly. If you can dream it the team at Pine Hills can help make it happen. By hosting your wedding at Pine Hills, you will have several indoor and outdoor sites to choose from. Open-air ceremonies can be held after 3 pm in a beautiful setting, complete with a natural stone staircase, moon arbor, and gorgeous gardens. Late afternoon ceremonies provide the optimum lighting for once in a lifetime photos on this sprawling 92 acre property. If you have extra guests, there is also standing room in the flourishing gardens. Once you have said "I do," you can make the most of the scenery by taking photos against a backdrop of giant trees, rolling greens, and the meandering Covel Creek. Alternatively, a wooded creekside is available for intimate gatherings with 30 people or less. As this secluded spot does not have seating, it's ideally suited to shorter ceremonies. When you are ready to dine, you can head to the clubhouse for your reception. This room has a capacity for 75 seated guests or 110 standing. Rental of this space also includes private use of the deck, tent, and back patio areas. Under construction for 2024 is a new open air pavilion with seating available for 175 guests. Pine Hills offers various services, including food and beverage packages tailored to your preferences. You can also work with in-house decorators to prepare the venue for the festivities. Whether you're planning an outdoor ceremony or intimate reception, the staff will treat your requests with the utmost care and attention. Adrienne (President) I am an artist and entrepreneur that has been helping my family run Pine Hills since 2010. Weddings were always part of my vision for our business. Event planning, landscape design, photography, and menu development are my specialties at Pine Hills. I understand that planning your wedding, can be overwhelming--it's also one of the most important days for you and your partner and I am here along with an amazing team to help with all the details and on site coordination.
