Pine Meadows Venue was the absolute perfect location for our Fairy Tale wedding! They did a phenomenal job of making sure we could tour the facility multiple times as needed to make our plans, offered a wide variety of additional decorations we could use along with our own decor, had extremely helpful and professional staff, and went above and beyond to help out when a few small bumps hit on the day of our wedding! Help was always just a phone call or e-mail away leading up to the wedding and even after the wedding (when an important photo prop was accidentally left behind). Everything from the picturesque views, to the rustic yet elegant main hall helped make our day special both in the moment and in our photos for memories to come.

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with Pine Meadows Venue. We really felt they went above and beyond for us on our special day. They catered to every need from the moment we arrived until we departed. The venue is beautiful and they have the best staff. They offer additional services to ensure your day will run smoothly. We used their venue decorator and she brought all my visions to life. We also took advantage of their day of coordinator, which was the best decision we made throughout the planning process. Overall, we were very pleased and recommend Pine Meadows to any couple looking for a wedding venue!

We are so happy that we chose Pine Meadows to be our wedding venue. Nikki was so easy to work with and she ensured that our wedding day was perfect. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and there are so many different places on site to have your ceremony. We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding and reception at Pine Meadows. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a top notch wedding location. I would also highly recommend Elise Hageman, the day of coordinator. She made the last few months of our wedding planning so easy. She communicated with our vendors, and basically took care of everything that I needed. She definitely took the stress off of my mom and I so that we were able to relax and enjoy the day. This was the best venue that we could have picked.

Throughout the whole process of finding a venue, wedding planning, and all the little details, Pine Meadows has been so easy to work with and truly made my dream wedding come true!! the price range is so reasonable and they truly desire to make your wedding easy on the bride!!
