About Pine Peaks A true Wedding Resort. Pine Peaks Wedding & Event Center is a rustic, lodge-style wedding venue located in Crosslake, Minnesota. Situated on a private 80-acre country estate, the venue is ideal for couples looking to get away from outside distractions and enjoy a serene wilderness sanctuary. Make your wedding a weekend-long affair at this private four-season destination resort! Facilities and Capacities Pine Peaks Wedding & Event Center can host up to 300 guests in the Reception Hall and, with indoor and outdoor areas available for wedding ceremonies, the grounds serve as a stunning backdrop for couples’ photographs. Noteworthy features include beautiful gardens, cascading cornfields and outdoor fire pit. Their Fireside room, with a wood-fired pizza oven that provides complimentary late-night snacks for wedding guests, that will make your wedding into a one-of-a-kind event. The venue has parking available for 250 guest vehicles, as well as free seasonal RV parking. Services Offered Pine Peaks Wedding & Event Center offers comprehensive wedding packages with an array of services included at no additional cost. Access to their team of experienced professionals from the time of booking to check-out will ensure that every aspect of your wedding is picture perfect. Some amenities that are inclusive in the wedding package at Pine Peaks Event Center include: Tables, chairs, linens, and skirting in black, white, or ivory Use of decorations from their Treasure Chest Room Chair covers in black, white, or ivory Head table for up to 22 Ceremony chairs Fire-pit for S’ mores and complimentary wood-fired pizza Wireless Internet On-site rehearsal dinners and Sunday gift opening or brunch Retreat House/Lodge accommodation Accommodation: Pine Peaks Wedding & Event Center offers on-site lodging for up to 20 guests. The rustic lodge is over 5000-square feet in size and features five bedrooms and a sleeping loft with six beds. The master wedding suite benefits from a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and double shower. This was the best experience we have had. The professionalism was amazing, the staff made sure we had everything the human mind or body could ask for. From the best alcohol choices to the best sleeping arrangements a person could ask for. It was spacious, neat and comfortable. The food was amazing. The decorations were amazing. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Thank you Priscilla for making this an amazing day. I will make sure I tell everyone about this GEM.

We could not have asked for more attentive hosts. Their attention to detail and desire to meet our needs was incredible. The amenities were perfect. It is a beautiful, cozy, intimate, setting. Food and drinks were five star.

Whenever I am at a venue that does an outstanding job, I try to try to pass on a good review, hoping it helps all the hard-working people who make it happen. This past summer I had the honor of being a guest at Megan and Brody’s wedding celebration hosted at Pine Peaks Wedding and Event Center. What a cool spot! Very private and peaceful. The photographer was busy taking advantage of many picturesque areas throughout. The staff was friendly and a delious meal was served. At dusk -outdoor LED lighting was arranged to highlight the landscaping and it all felt very romantic. The fireside/bar area was cozy and warm. Later in the evening pizza was served from a real brick pizza oven, a nice snack after a night of partying and dancing. I would highly recommend Pine Peaks Wedding and Event Center to anyone looking for a great destination wedding venue.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Pine Peaks! Leading up to and after the wedding, Priscilla was very communicative and helpful. Priscilla and her team really made our wedding a great affair. We continue to receive compliments on the location, food, and ceremony. We're very glad we had our wedding at a place that really had it all; it eased quite a bit of that stress for us. We had free reign with the decorating, which we loved (and not having a lot of decorations of our own left over was a big plus; who wants that waste?). That gave us the ability to really make our wedding our own. The lodge was a huge hit with our wedding party and we had plenty of room to fit everyone, including our pup. The fact that we got to include him in our day was amazing and we're so thankful for that. We did have some of our own decorations get mixed in with the venue's, one piece we found was broken, and we had a few guest tell us some of the waitstaff was a bit terse with them. Other than that, everything was great and I would recommend Pine Peaks! Thank you!

Pine Peaks was the perfect venue for our 10/1/22 wedding! Everything from communication from the day we booked in 2020 to our wedding day was seamless! Priscilla, the owner, is very responsive, organized and accommodating. She was always available via email or phone and promptly answered any questions. We stayed in the Retreat House from Thursday to Sunday which was such a bonus! Our wedding party stayed with us in the house and we were able to have the Rehearsal Dinner right on-site. We used decorations available from the venue to decorate nearly everything which also saved a lot of money (and hauling)! I appreciated being able to set everything up Thursday and Friday so that we didn't have to worry about any of that on Saturday. Priscilla and her team handle all of the clean up and tear down on Saturday night so we didn't have to worry about any of that either! The food and desserts were amazing! We got so many compliments on the food, and the woodfire late night pizza they serve is to die for! The venue , retreat house and the property are flawlessly maintained. We received so many compliments on the venue, the staff, and the event itself from our guests. The weather for our wedding day was 70 degrees and GORGEOUS. If the weather had not cooperated, there are options for indoor ceremonies, which was nice to have a back up plan if needed. Priscilla truly made things less stressful and was always available for questions or anything needed! Overall, I can't recommend Pine Peaks enough for your wedding!

My husband and I got married on 6.18.22 at Pine Peaks. We also rented the Retreat House for ourselves and our wedding party. Let me tell you - it is worth EVERY single penny for one simple reason...this place allows you to spend time with your friends and family while setting up your wedding ceremony and reception area however you want. Priscilla, Dave and Corey were all extremely responsive in all forms of communication with an \"I'm here for you\" attitude. When we arrived at the venue, the house and reception area were both spotless and the grounds were immaculate. We had help with the set up and take down of the rehearsal dinner in the porch of the Retreat House and the reception area was ready to be decorated when we arrived as well. We had excellent wildlife viewing of a bear, lots of deer, coyote, fox and turkeys! (Remember, this is Northern Minnesota...we LIKE to see stuff like that!) On the day of our wedding, it was predicted to be sunny and warm but it was actually rainy, cloudy and thundering. Our photographers loved it and I was surprised to see that it only made the venue prettier to me. As I was about to walk down the aisle, Corey already had umbrellas for our 160-some guests including the wedding party. We did have the option to move the wedding inside but we decided against it because it looked like the rain was going to move. In the end, we got married in the pouring rain and we wouldn't have it any other way! Supplies were given to us as we needed them and food allergies were taken very seriously for myself and my guests. Priscilla and Corey even got in with the support staff to help serve dinner. In all, the only complaint we have is that our moment at this beautiful venue is over but it certainly left us with many memories we can look back on. It was so great to have the Retreat House to allow our wedding party to have somewhere to stay and allowed my husband and I to spend quality time with them.

We are so happy that we decided to have our wedding at Pine Peaks! Having the retreat house for us and our immediate families was amazing. Getting the entire place Thursday-Sunday is one of the biggest things that sold us! We were able to take our time decorating, and had plenty of time to relax and enjoy too. Corey is a great guy, always friendly and willing to help with anything! We really enjoyed him. He is a big reason as to what makes this place great! We didn’t see Priscilla quite as much, but each interaction with her was great and it was nice to see her working as part of the serving/kitchen staff! We continue to get several compliments on how beautiful our wedding was, and how great the food was. We for sure recommend Pine Peaks!

I cannot begin to express how amazing our wedding day was. Priscilla is kind, caring, and such a fun person to work with! She was able to be accommodating with COVID and push our wedding date back a whole year! The retreat house is an excellent way to have close family and the bridal party stay at because it is just a few feet away from the event center and its amazing!! All our guests that stayed there had nothing but good things to say. Also, lets not forget to mention Corey and the bartender Ryan. The only way to describe Corey is incredible! He stepped in last minute to run our ceremony music, helped set things up that I didn't even know would be possible but was what my dream was, and was always around to answer questions or have a good laugh! And Ryan, he was so nice and sweet to all of our guests! Very accommodating by making our \"special cocktail\" and was always there when we needed to take a breather from the dance floor and have a chat! I cannot say enough good things about Pine Peaks and I am so glad we chose them for our wedding venue. It was magical and everything we could of dreamed of. THANK YOU so much to everyone who helped. Pine Peaks Event Center was the perfect venue for our wedding in July 2021. It was perfect because the ceremony and reception was all in one place. Parking is not an issue and the options for out-of-town campers was a plus. The corn field and mature trees give our photographer plenty of photo options. They also had a retreat house on site that was amazing to use for the day of our wedding. The reception area was beautiful and spacious. We were allowed to bring in our own desserts and appetizers. We kept the desserts and appetizers fresh in the recently upgraded restaurant/catering room. The bar and social area led to an outside patio, next to the pond. The decorative lights made a perfect setting for evening photos. Pine Peaks provides an enormous amount of decorations to choose from. Decorations such as, but not limited to candles, different kinds of table liners to choose from, different styles of vases, platters for desserts, to gift boxes for cards. We did bring in a few personalized decorations otherwise they had it all there. They will have everything you need for your wedding. Our ceremony was outdoors, and the landscaping was manicured to a level of a master’s garden. It was well maintained, excellent for taking pictures. Also, they were up to date with their technology. We didn’t have to hire anyone to help coordinate the music and microphones for our ceremony. Corey helped set all that up.Priscilla and Corey were so helpful and easily accessible. They responded quickly with questions or concerns we had. They were there the day of the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly, and it did. Priscilla did us the honor of officiating our wedding.We highly recommend Pine Peaks Event Center. It’s a magnificent place that will provide a beautiful and memorable wedding. It was the perfect place for our wedding.

Pine Peaks Event Center was the perfect venue for our wedding in July 2021. It was perfect because the ceremony and reception was all in one place. Parking is not an issue and the options for out-of-town campers was a plus. The corn field and mature trees give our photographer plenty of photo options. They also had a retreat house on site that was amazing to use for the day of our wedding. The reception area was beautiful and spacious. We were allowed to bring in our own desserts and appetizers. We kept the desserts and appetizers fresh in the recently upgraded restaurant/catering room. The bar and social area led to an outside patio, next to the pond. The decorative lights made a perfect setting for evening photos. Pine Peaks provides an enormous amount of decorations to choose from. Decorations such as, but not limited to candles, different kinds of table liners to choose from, different styles of vases, platters for desserts, to gift boxes for cards. We did bring in a few personalized decorations otherwise they had it all there. They will have everything you need for your wedding. Our ceremony was outdoors, and the landscaping was manicured to a level of a master’s garden. It was well maintained, excellent for taking pictures. Also, they were up to date with their technology. The team at Pine Peaks gave us the PERFECT wedding - hold on, I know everyone says that but don't keep scrolling you need to understand the lengths Priscilla, Corey, and the entire Pine Peaks team will go to give you the perfect wedding, these people LOVE love and they genuinely care about your big day. After a morning full of thunderstorms we had a 3 hour window with 50% chance of rain and asked them to set chairs up outside just in case we could have the ceremony in the spot we always wanted, with only an hour and a half before go time they sent up over 100 chairs not even knowing for sure that we could get married outside (we did, it was BEAUTIFUL). We worked with a new caterer and with the last minute indoor seating change they were short staffed and Pricsilla and Corey were out bussing tables which is not their job. They hung the edison bulbs we planned to put outside in the event center the morning of the wedding to help make it feel more like the pavilion we wanted. When we were ready to start dancing lightning struck and fried the sound system, they had a back up set up in less than 30 minutes and we were able to dance the night away until midnight. The staff left at midnight and were back cleaning up by 6 AM so all of our stuff was separated and ready for us to pack up by 10 am. None of these things were promised in a contract but the new owners (who are all I can speak to) care more about your special day than any other venue possibly could. It's worth every penny, 10/10 these people are incredible, book your wedding here.

Pine Peaks Wedding and Event Center is an absolute gem, and quite the rare find these days with its exceptional venue, service, but most of all, people running it. I can't say enough good things about the entirety of our experience with them, which is extensive considering our wedding was delayed for a whole year due to Covid! But every step of the way, Priscilla and Corey were there for us. From the initial hardship of having to postpone, to the joy of actually having our perfect day, it wouldn't have been possible without them and I'll forever be grateful for everything they did for my husband and I through our entire process.The venue itself is absolutely beautiful with soaring pines and a sprawling view of the adjacent countryside. Wind whispers through the tree line which is an excellent windbreak for the venue itself, allowing participants and guests a welcome degree of shelter from any adverse conditions. And the interior of the venue is just as stunning with it's décor. Not only is it magical as it is, but the extensive collection of decorations can make any event exactly as you imagine, whatever the theme. There's so much here that's catered to the needs of your event, and it becomes increasingly clear just how much thought went into the whole thing when it comes to the needs of anyone who'd utilize it. Full sound system, restaurant-grade kitchen which is open to utilize for the rehearsal dinner, ample space that can be converted for dinner, dancing, or gatherings, amazing lights, and the ambience both of the interior and exterior are truly magical. It's its own little island of serenity and warmth.And the retreat house! My goodness, the retreat house! What a beautiful, sizeable cabin! Our entire wedding party were more than impressed, and my husband and I enjoyed all it has to offer from the heated porch to the full gym! Everything has been thought of for folks to sit back, relax, and enjoy themselves to the utmost. Our entire stay was nothing but bliss as we enjoyed the extensive amenities. Everything you need is here, and it overlooks the entirety of the beautiful property. Best of all, it's adjacent to the event center itself, so all we had to do between setup and wrapping up was just a quick walk back and forth.I could go on and on, but I'll keep it simple from here on out. If you're looking for a venue to have your wedding, this is your place. The prices, the people, the venue, the service...it's everything you could ever ask for. Priscilla and Corey made our wedding perfect in every way. Absolutely everything was beyond our hopes and dreams, and we're so grateful we were able to have our wedding at Pine Peaks. I don't have enough words to say how wonderful Pine Peaks is! Priscilla, the owner, is fantastic and will go above and beyond to make your day special. She is responsive, pays great attention to detail, and provides excellent customer service. We can't thank her enough for how wonderful she was throughout our entire wedding planning process, especially in the midst of COVID. The venue itself is also incredible. One of the main reasons we chose it is because they have all the decorations you could ever want which you are free to use, which saves so much money! Everything from candles to vases to signs to wraps to centerpieces... you name it, they've got it. The other thing that we absolutely loved was the retreat house which is just a few steps away from the venue. Our family had the BEST time staying there all together. We made very good use of the pool table, bar, and gym in the basement, and the large kitchen was perfect for preparing big meals together. The master suite is amazing as well -- it has the world's best bathtub and shower, we loved watching tv in bed with the fireplace on, and it was SO nice to have my own hair and makeup suite attached to the master! All my girls were able to get ready with me and it made the morning so fun. There are mirrors EVERYWHERE -- they've really thought of everything. Lastly, the grounds are also gorgeous and there are so many wonderful options for pictures outside (even when it's -30 degrees on your wedding day like it was for ours). Every single one of our family members was saying they hope they can come back again for another wedding someday. It is truly the perfect wedding venue and you will not regret booking it!

Pine Peaks was the only venue we looked at. We were sold after arriving, the place is magical. We got married on July, 18 2020.Having the place all to ourselves for an extended weekend, arriving Wed with our wedding partying arriving Thursday was a dream. We were able to actually enjoy our wedding and everyone with us. The Retreat house was ideal for our wedding party with kids in the loft, not having to leave at all for anything. My girls loved getting ready in the house with hair and makeup coming to us! The guys loved downstairs with their space and since a lot of the wedding party had kids (our nieces/newphews) which they needed to oversee getting ready, it made it that much easier on everyone. We had our rehearsal dinner with grilling out. My now husband was so excited to be able to have the chance to do that with his brothers. Everything is there for you, all we had to do was being our own food. The table and chairs were set up and we quickly decorated them with items there. Decorations are the gem of this place - I bought barely anything besides 2 small signs, a cake topper, honeymoon fund box and our fresh flowers/greenery we did ourselves, everything else was from Pine Peaks treasure trove! It's unbelievable what they have!!! We were able to even do Sunday brunch with family on Sunday at the retreat house.Priscilla and David were so easy to work with as we booked the venue right before the Covid shutdown. They were amazing at keeping tabs on me especially when this was all new to them. I didn't have one hiccup from them and I heard a lot of horror stories from other covid brides with their venues so I was beyond grateful for all they did despite not knowing themselves what the future held. I kept planning and hoping for the best and would get updates on what they knew in terms of what we needed to change or do. This right here shows you the type of people they are are they really do care about all their couples. They both were so excited for us as we are the first wedding there since the shutdown in March - they were all rooting for us! Maucieri’s Catering was also super easy to work with and did our tasting during the shutdown once restaurants could open again. It didn't feel any different to us besides having to have it at the venue instead of the restaurant. The food is amazing and very budget friendly, we opted for 3 entree's in a buffet since it was so affordable. We still have guest raving about our food! We also used them to cater the cocktail hour and that was ideal even though you can bring your own (limited) food for the cocktail hour, it was way more affordable than I thought and people loved the options of salmon tartlets, deviled eggs, fruit kabobs and italian meatballs cocktail sized. We brought our own cake, s'mores kits, godiva chocolate and macaroons (all individually wrapped due to Covid!) , Maucieri’s Catering sliced and served our cake and that's included in the cost. Which is unheard of. They included 10 late night wood fired pizzas and 3 were gluten free. I'm gluten free and they were SO accommodating to my needs. Pine Peaks is like no other venue because it truly has way more than any venue can offer. You won't be disappointed and neither will your guests.

Pine peaks was the ideal place for us to have our wedding. We wanted to go on a vacation with our friends and family without having to travel abroad. Crosslake is now our favorite vacation spot on earth. We LOVED the concept of having the retreat house and entire property for 5 days. We took full advantage by having our 20+ wedding party friends stay at the house with us. We brought our boats up and had a fun day out on the lakes. We had a cookout and games out on the lawn on Thursday. On Friday the guys went golfing while the girls decorated which was so much fun using the pine peaks treasure trove of decorations! And a super fun rehearsal dinner right at the pavilion on Friday. We even had a Sunday brunch on the porch at the house. If you don’t want your wedding to be a typical 8-hour event that goes way too fast, this is the place to do it! Everyone was blown away by the beautiful grounds and the food as well! And the best part was having our fur baby right there with us partying the night away. We brought our dance floor outside due to covid and it was better than it even could’ve been if we stayed indoors.

Julie, Dave, Corey, Priscilla, & David made our wedding weekend SO easy and smooth. They were beyond helpful and so eager to do anything to make our day perfect. From the minute we arrived Wednesday until the moment we left, they were all fantastic to work with. I hands down recommend Pine Peaks for your wedding. We have gotten so many compliments on our wedding and the food that was served. It was so nice being able to check in on Wednesday and begin decorating on Thursday, and even nicer that they did the clean up on Sunday. We had access to the endless decor for both the wedding and grooms dinner, which was held in the pavilion on Friday and they cleaned and re-decorated for the wedding Saturday! Our wedding weekend was something we will remember and cherish for the rest of our lives, all thanks to Pine Peaks♥️

Julie, Dave, Corey, Priscilla, & David made our wedding weekend SO easy and smooth. They were beyond helpful and so eager to do anything to make our day perfect. From the minute we arrived Wednesday until the moment we left, they were all fantastic to work with. I hands down recommend Pine Peaks for your wedding. We have gotten so many compliments on our wedding and the food that was served. It was so nice being able to check in on Wednesday and begin decorating on Thursday, and even nicer that they did the clean up on Sunday. We had access to the endless decor for both the wedding and grooms dinner, which was held in the pavilion on Friday and they cleaned and re-decorated for the wedding Saturday! Our wedding weekend was something we will remember and cherish for the rest of our lives, all thanks to Pine Peaks♥️

Dave was so helpful with the planning process, Julie was phenomenal with her attention to detail with decorating and Cory was beyond helpful with the set up and anything else we needed. The staff from Maucieri's served our guests an amazing meal of which we received many compliments on the food! The day went very smooth as Dave and Julie were there every step to make sure it was nothing but perfect - we are extremely grateful for them! This venue is beautiful! Well organized and put together! They made the day so easy helping out with details behind the scene. Dave and Julie do an outstanding job! The staff is incredible and is something you can’t get at just renting out a hotel, convention center, etc. This facility is built and designed for weddings. Huge room for decoration options they provide as options to use which takes away stress of spending money for decor. So many great options for photo opportunities on site! The best perfect location and made the wedding a dream come true! This is the BEST wedding event center ever! I would 10000% recommend this to all brides!!!

My family and I cannot recommend Pine Peaks Event Center enough. They were absolutely amazing making our dream wedding into a reality. When looking for a venue, a secluded area was a must as we did not want other people to be in or around our wedding. We wanted to also make sure everything was in the same area for our guests so they did not need to travel to different places. Also, we wanted somewhere nearby for our friends and family traveling far away to stay. Pine Peaks had all of this! The Pine Peaks hotel is right up the road, all activities could be held in the large building, and it was in a very secluded area with dazzling lights covering the trees and beautiful outside decor. When we did the tour of Pine Peaks we were completely blown away by how large and accommodating the building was as well as how stunning everything was. It was gorgeous. With the venue, you also get an entire loft full of decor you can use, help setting everything up by the amazing Cory who helped beyond what we expected, immediate response if we ever had questions about anything from Dave and Julie, and so much more. Also, they have a caterer already associated with them (Maucieri's Italian Bistro) so that was one less thing we had to worry about and the food was delicious! We had a Harry Potter wedding which we were unsure how any venue would react to that but Dave and Julie were so kind, flexible, and excited to try something new. They let us come in a day early to get settled in and were there everyday helping us with whatever we needed. They also let me and my husband stay a day extra in the retreat house. Julie was an amazing help giving us advice of how to set things up, ideas for decorating, etc. Dave made sure that all our questions were answered so we were prepared and comfortable months before the wedding. Cory was amazing helping us set everything up and truly was such a blessing to have during all the days we were there so we did not have to worry about much. They all went above and beyond for us. A few examples...I forgot my white bridal robe for the morning of the wedding at my home which is 30 minutes away from the venue. I was have a slight panic attack since all my bridesmaids has gold robes but one of the owners Julie, at 7 in the morning, brought one she had to me. Also, there was a lot of snow on the ground being middle of December and there was a beautiful area of trees we wanted to take pictures but couldn’t because of the snow. But, Cory shoveled an entire patch and huge circle out for us so we could take pictures! Lastly, they purchased magnets for us to help hang our floating candles which we never would have thought of! I could go on forever about how perfect and amazing our wedding was because of this place and the help from Julie, Dave, and Cory. I very highly recommend them. It could not have been more perfect!

There are plenty of decor items available for us to use while still allowing us to add our own personal touches to make things unique. The on-site retreat house was a game changer so we were only steps away from the venue for days leading up to the wedding and could set-up at a more leisurely pace rather than a whirlwind 24hrs most places allow. Pine Peaks was the most amazing venue and more than we could have imagined for our wedding day. Dave and Julie were so helpful with organizing everything, and the whole venue was beautiful, from the ceremony location to the reception! I can't say enough about the property and venue. Dave and Julie Peterson, along with the manager Cory go above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible. There is a house on the property that you can rent on your wedding week. You are given full access to the property from Wednesday-Monday the week of your wedding. Dave even threw in an extra day since we got married over the 4th of July week. This allowed us to get the week started on Tuesday, with decorations mostly done on Wednesday. Nearly all of our guests came from out of state, we were able to host on Thursday (cookout), Friday (taco bar), and Sunday (brunch). Yes, we hosted all guests for 4 days. About 1/3 came on Thursday and 2/3 on Friday and Sunday. It was a little stressful planning wise yet so much fun to celebrate for more than 1 day. The venue provides a full kitchen, dishes, and literally anything needed outside of the wedding day itself. Julie also has a huge amount of decorations which was so nice, I didn't have to buy much at all in regards to decorations. We had small wedding (70 guests), the venue can hold a lot more but it was nice for us to have plenty of space. It's really a destination venue, and we are so happy with the decision we made. Julie, Dave, and Cory - We are forever grateful for making our day beyond perfect. Thank you thank you thank you!

If you're looking for a wedding venue, Pine Peaks should be it. They literally have everything you need to make your own fairy tail. Dave, Julie and Cory are amazing, always helping, supporting, decorating, taking pictures, and making your day about YOU, not the decorating or the stress, just YOU. They allow you to use their thousands of decoration, and apprently never say no to anything you ask. They were literally able to meet all our requests and without hesitation. Their grounds are gorgeous, covered in beautiful flowers and decor for everything you want to do, and their retreat house is so spacious for you and your wedding party, taking away all your worries. We arrived Wednesday night, were set up with our beautiful decorations by Thursday night, flowers put out Friday and nothing to do Saturday but say \"I Do\" and party of course. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding and Pine Peaks and their staff made it the best day EVER. Our guests couldn't get enough of the beauty that the site had to offer, and couldn't stop telling us how amazing everything was. Even better when it's all done and your guests are gone, you don't need to be, nor do you have to clean up everything you put out (huge bonus). The food from Maucieris was so delicious and there are so many options available. Jean and her staff get food out the door and too the guests in no time, it really is a full service venue that can't be beat. We will always hold a place in our hearts for Pine Peaks, and not just because we got married here but because everything was so perfect and Dave, Julie and Cory make all that possible.

When we looked for wedding venues, every place had restrictions. For example: can't start set-up until Friday night, must be out by 6am Sunday morning, no loud noise, no campers, no pets, or can't bring anything of any kind of your own.Not Pine Peaks! From the first time you talk to or meet Julie or Dave (husband-wife superteam), you will be blown away with how flexible, inclusive, creative, and friendly they are! Despite having a wedding every weekend, they talk to you like you're the only or first bride they've ever worked with.We live out of state, which made choosing this venue an easy decision. They have an entire loft and outdoor storage areas filled with classy, beautiful, rustic, sparkly, romantic, and creative decorations. This was a game changer, because I barely brought/bought anything for decorations to the venue. And we had a beautiful wedding!The freedom and inclusiveness of Pine Peaks is the best thing a bride could ask for!We were able to show up Wednesday and use the Retreat House to have family only barbeque to let the two families meet. Thursday we had all day and evening to sip (our own) wine and set up the venue to however we wanted. We didn’t have to bring in boxes and boxes of decorations that we purchased and transported, but rather just run upstairs to the Treasure Room to create our beautiful wedding decor. When we arrived, they had all the tables, chairs, booth/buffet tables all set up in the venue. Friday, they also had our rehearsal dinner set up in the covered outdoor pavilion with beautiful tablecloths and chairs. We saved so much money by bringing in our own food and alcohol for the Rehearsal Dinner. We had full use of the property for games, food, rehearsal, and a bonfire.Saturday was a dream. We utilized every inch of the property, and no extra cost! Using the Retreat House for getting ready and hosting our wedding party, post-ceremony tractor rides, indoor and outdoor bar for cocktail hour, games, smores and bonfire, 10pm free woodfired pizzas, and the amazing Maucieri’s catering! Plus after the vendor bar closes at midnight, we were able to play our own music and bring in our own coolers. There’s no “lights out by or music off by” any certain time.We felt so special all week and weekend! Julie is so creative and eager, Dave is so thorough and easy-going, and Cory is a secret weapon you’ll meet the week of your wedding. All our guests kept telling us how amazed they were with the beautiful venue, and you will feel the same when you choose Pine Peaks. They make you feel like family😊

Pine Peaks is absolutely beautiful and convenient. Our guests loved the fact that they could walk from the (outside) ceremony area to the reception hall. Some guests were able to stay on grounds as well in the retreat house and in campers towards the back of the venue. The staff members are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. Dave, Julie, and Corey know exactly how to help coordinate all of the events during the wedding day as well as have a back up plan if need be (for example, if it rains) to ensure a smooth day. They always had a smile on their face. Plus, Julie has a huge selection of wedding decorations that is great for multiple wedding themes. I would highly recommend Pine Peaks.

Pine Peaks was an amazing venue for my wedding. Dave, Julie, and Cory made my life so easy! They were so great to work with. They have an amazing property and are there to help with anything I need. Matt and I are so lucky to have found Pine Peaks! Because they are located 3 hours from the Minneapolis airport, they've made themselves an all-inclusive wedding venue. They provided on site lodging for us, the wedding party and our families, they had tables, chairs, a room FULL of decorations, and caterers via Maucieris catering. They also gave us a discount because our wedding was during the off season (early April). Dave, Julie and Cory did such an outstanding job that I’m not sure a review will do them justice, but I will try. My husband and I booked Pine Peaks Event Center pretty far in advance of our wedding and from day one, Dave and Julie were accommodating in every possible way. They sent us plenty of information to get us started and once we had our official tour of the site, we knew it was the place we wanted for our wedding day. They allowed us to visit the site a few times between booking and the day of, which was great in helping get us an idea of how we wanted things to look and also be able to see the site in different weather conditions. For the weeks leading up to the wedding, Dave and Julie were amazing with communication. We knew we wanted to use a large portion of their decorations from Julie’s treasures room, but wanted to make sure all of the details were just right. Julie emailed, texted, and called to ensure I had pictures, answers and reassurance the entire way through. The week of the wedding and wedding day was nothing short of perfect (even with rain). Cory came in and set up everything, just the way we wanted it. He took every request we threw at him and ran with it. He had the best attitude and made everything just so easy. Julie and Dave also ensured we had everything we needed right from the start. Julie had great suggestions that helped us immensely when we weren’t quite sure what to do and that also made everything so simple for us. The retreat house is a huge added bonus that our entire wedding party benefitted from. It was enough room for all of us, convenient being located right next to the venue and just an overall amazing place to stay with great amenities and a beautiful view. It made the entire experience feel more special and intimate than a hotel or other location to stay in. From answering my countless emails, to ensuring every forgotten detail was thought of and handled, I can not recommend Pine Peaks Event Center enough. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and to make your day (and honestly the months leading up to it) as easy as possible. They include amazing extras like late night pizzas for guests, tractor rides around the property, fire pits for s’mores and so much more. The venue is beautiful any time of year with the surrounding landscape and we are just so happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Dave, Julie and Cory. My biggest priority in selecting a wedding venue was a balance between cost and ease of planning. The second we toured Pine Peaks with Julie, we knew our search was over. The venue is beautiful, the treasure room is an incredible resource for any DIY bride that doesn't have time to DIY and Dave, Julie and the team are so experienced that you can rest at ease that your big day will go smoothly. Having the venue for the entire long weekend is an incredible perk, allowing you to not only celebrate on the wedding day, but also have the time to enjoy and relax surrounded by your family and friends. We could not be happier with our choice to get married at Pine Peaks and we would recommend this venue to anyone!

We received so much more than we expected when choosing Pine Peaks for our wedding vendor, and there was no unexpected cost to all the amazing extra things they did for us. Dave, Julie, and Cory were all three beyond amazing, helpful, understanding, and accommodating- as well as professional. Beautiful place which is obvious. Being able to help decorate and set things up the way that we wanted on the days leading up to the wedding was amazing. And then having the space in the Retreat House to allow our bridal party and family to stay with us the days leading up to the wedding was more than we ever could have asked for! For such an important day, it was nice to be able to stretch that out into 5 days and truly be able to enjoy all of it. I can't imagine how rushed a \"normal\" wedding situation would feel. Our time up there, as well as the wedding day itself was beyond perfect and better than I ever could have imagined!

My husband and I are so happy we went with Pine Peaks for our wedding weekend. Two reasons made us ultimately choose Pine Peaks: 1) you are able to be there from Wednesday through Sunday rather than just 24 hours, and 2) their huge decoration library meant that I didn’t have to spend an extensive amount of time creating my own decorations or spending loads of money on them. They had everything I needed regarding decoration. The space, inside and out, is already so beautiful I didn’t need much to make it into my vision. The days leading up to the wedding were great - because of the Retreat House, our entire wedding party was there for support. The parking space for campers allowed our parents to be there as well. Dave & Julie were there everyday to answer questions or offer help, as well as their staff, Corey, who was also super helpful throughout the entire experience. I never had an issue with communication. Our wedding day was amazing!!! Dave, Julie and Corey were there to help all day. The only suggestion I have for the venue is to offer options for catering, rather than hold an exclusive contract with Maurceries. The food was great, but I was disappointed with bar staff. That being said, I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Thank you Pine Peaks!!!

From the convenience and ease of having the retreat house and event center right next to each other, to their treasure room and being able to have full access to decorate your own way - this venue is everything that you could possibly dream of. Our wedding day went so smoothly due to the amount of staff and help that they had to make every transition easy! The land and venue itself is beautiful and so peaceful. I am so grateful that we chose to have our wedding here and will continue to recommend it to every newly engaged couple.

Wow! What an AMAZING weekend we had! There are not enough words of thanks for what Pine Peaks and their amazing staff do. We were so well taken care of and felt loved from the moment we arrived. They made us feel like family and like they cared just as much about our wedding as we did. The whole experience was incredible. Not only did we hear from guests how amazing the property is, we couldn't stop talking about what a great experience it is for a wedding party. To have everything on sight, with someone there taking care of you was invaluable. We didn't have to take care of or worry about the logistics once we arrived. We had everything we needed. Every question was answered. Every task was taken care of, from setting up for Friday & Saturday, to flipping tables during the reception, to helping pick our perfectly matching decorations, to gathering our things the morning after... Worth EVERY penny! A HUGE, HUGE, HUGE shoutout to Dave, Julie, Jean, Lynn, and Cory... Plus the catering staff... They are AMAZING! Just AMAZING! They worked SO hard to make our wedding perfect... and it was. They were above and beyond in all aspects. We were blown away this morning to wake up and have all of our stuff already laid out for us! Wow! What an AMAZING weekend we had! There are not enough words of thanks for what Pine Peaks and their amazing staff do. We were so well taken care of and felt loved from the moment we arrived. They made us feel like family and like they cared just as much about our wedding as we did. The whole experience was incredible. Not only did we hear from guests how amazing the property is, we couldn't stop talking about what a great experience it is for a wedding party. To have everything on sight, with someone there taking care of you was invaluable. We didn't have to take care of or worry about the logistics once we arrived. We had everything we needed. Every question was answered. Every task was taken care of, from setting up for Friday & Saturday, to flipping tables during the reception, to helping pick our perfectly matching decorations, to gathering our things the morning after... Worth EVERY penny! A HUGE, HUGE, HUGE shoutout to Dave, Julie, Jean, Lynn, and Cory... Plus the catering staff... They are AMAZING! Just AMAZING! They worked SO hard to make our wedding perfect... and it was. They were above and beyond in all aspects. We were blown away this morning to wake up and have all of our stuff already laid out for us! And what NICE people. Kind, good, people. Just the best. I cannot recommend this venue enough! If you want to have the perfect wedding, this is the place to do it!

The professionalism they had made our daughter’s wedding experience perfect. Every detail was thought out and planned for making it not only a perfect day for the bride and groom but a very stress free experience for the parents.The facility has every accessory needed for the wedding. We didn’t not need to purchase or rent anything extra for decorations or linens. We had the ability to decorate and add final touches before the day of the wedding which really relieves the stress level on the wedding day. The event center has a beautiful home right on the sight that can be rented which allowed us to have the wedding party and out of town family to have a unique place to stay. Because of this home, we feel that we had more quality time together, not having to travel back and forth. The home had an awesome kitchen that allowed us to prepare meals on sight. The facility was large enough to easily accommodate 45 wedding and family members for the grooms dinner. The grounds of the facility were perfectly manicured and designed for entertainment. We were able to set up games and have activities outside and it created a perfect back drop for wedding pictures. As parents of the bride we cannot say enough about the amazing experience working with Dave and Julie Peterson and their staff to make an experience our daughter and son-in-law, families and friends will never forget!

This was truly was the perfect venue for my husband and I and made our dream wedding come true! I cannot sing enough praises about this venue and the wonderful staff (Dave, Julie, Corey). It's easy to tell that they have been doing their jobs for a long time. They took care of so many details behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly. I LOVE the massive stock of decorations that we were able to use. SO much less stress when everything is right there, and we had tons of time to set up. The place was ours for the weekend to enjoy. We had a blast staying at the Retreat House with our bridal party, family, and friends. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained for outdoor photos, ceremony, and entertainment. Pine Peaks was well worth the cost, as everything we needed was included. I would choose it again in a heartbeat.

Dave and Julie (owners of Pine Peaks) are the absolute BEST! The venue is so much better than going with a hotel, country club or any other option. They took such great care of us the whole week we were there. They are such hard workers and truly cared about our wedding and making it exactly how we wanted it. Both Julie and Dave were working all week and the day of to get everything ready. From making sure the grounds were perfect, to helping us during setup to responding right away if we needed anything. I couldn't recommend them enough. They were so much fun to work with too. We had so many compliments from our guests on what an amazing wedding and what a great venue setup. This place is beautiful. We were sad when it was over because of how amazing it was. We will miss working with Dave and Julie. I can't thank them enough for everything and for creating such a beautiful place and concept/layout to get married at. We loved the privacy of having the whole place to ourselves. We looked at so many different venues both online and in person until we finally found the one! Pine peaks was beyond perfect for us, they completely exceeded our hopes and expectations. The highlights for us and the must have for our venue was we didn't have to set up and tear down all in the same day. We had from Wednesday to Sunday to do what we needed, and we didn't even have to clean up, just grab whatever we brought!! Since we had all that time there we were able to have our rehearsal dinner there along with spend time with friends and family in the beautiful retreat house! Next every thing was included, all the other places required us to go through separate companies for chair covers, back lights or really anything. But here they had it all, all the decorations I could dream of plus some!

Next every thing was included, all the other places required us to go through separate companies for chair covers, back lights or really anything. But here they had it all, all the decorations I could dream of plus some!

When my fiancé and I first toured Pine Peaks we were immediately enamored. The grounds were beautifully maintained and there were so many ways to make it our own. We had a chance to explore the “Treasure Room” and that’s where my eyes lit up- they had every imaginable decoration for any kind of theme. From contemporary to rustic, they had everything one would need to turn an idea into reality. And the best part? It was ALL INCLUDED! We moved along to the Retreat House- A lavish space to spend five glorious days with your closest friends and family. It was such a relief to know that our wedding wouldn’t be rushed and we would be able to really sit back and enjoy. We quickly decided this was the venue for us and paid in full for our special day. Fast forward a few months- life threw us a curveball which forced us to postpone our wedding. The folks are Pine Peaks were compassionate and understanding. They immediately eased my anxiety by assuring me they would work tirelessly to rebook our date. And that’s exactly what they did. All said and done we lost less than 10% of our initial investment. I would highly recommend Pine Peaks to any couple looking for an all-inclusive resort-type wedding with countless perks.

We recently had our wedding at Pine Peaks Event Center and it was absolutely amazing. Dave and Julie, the venue owners, truly love what they do and really help to make your wedding day/weekend run seamlessly! Having the retreat house right on sight made decorating and wedding prep so easy and most of our bridal party came on Wednesday or Thursday, so we played games, utilized the sauna, and just enjoyed our long weekend with close family and friends before the big day. Between the amenities from the retreat house and the venue, we hardly had to bring anything that we needed for our rehearsal dinner or wedding day from home. It was overall a wonderful experience! I plan to convince any of my friends who are getting married in the future to get married here so I can go back again. The entire place is so beautiful!! We received so many compliments from our guests on the venue itself.

Pine Peaks is one of the best, if not the best, places to get married in the Brainerd Lakes Area!My husband and I were married May 13th, 2017 at the Pine Peaks Event Center. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue, catering service, or place to stay for the week of our wedding. Dave and Julie were very responsive whenever we had questions and went above and beyond on our special day. It was early spring and they didn’t have all their flowers out yet, but since it was such a nice weekend Julie planted some of her annuals the day before our wedding in the various flower beds around the venue so we would have some color on the big day. They had a new catering/ event manager so they stayed way later than they usually do to make sure all our special requests were met during our reception. Our officiant couldn’t make it to our rehearsal the day before so Julie stepped in (taking a break from gardening) and assisted in organizing the event. Dave and a worker of his manned a computer to play our playlist for our ceremony. If we had immediate family from out of town that wanted to tour the venue before the wedding I just gave Dave a quick call and he would come and open up the venue for us. The wire has a limit to how many characters I can use so here are the highlights from my full review. Maucieri's was an excellent caterer and works hand in hand with the event center. We had multiple guest days and weeks after the wedding telling us we had the best food they had ever had at a wedding. The wood fire pizza at 10:30 (which is free with the catering) was amazing and was eaten up just as quick as it came out of the oven. Very kid friendly, made it a complete family event. Gorgeous venue. Awesome guest house to stay in. Its larger than in the pictures. The event center is one price which was so nice. Every other place seemed like it would cost a fortune after it all added up. Amazing day and couldn't of asked for anything better! Thanks guys!Jenny & Bryan

Pine Peaks event center was the perfect place for our wedding! The grounds were beautifully landscaped and taken care of. The lodge has a ton of room for your entire wedding party! We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Pine Peaks!We loved the event center and it was beautifully decorated before we even started decorating for our own wedding! One of the things that really drew us to Pine peaks was the fact that everything you could ever need us there! No need to rent tables, linens, dishes, or even decorations! They have so many great decorations to use for all themes and seasons! We had so much fun finding decorations and we didn't have to spend a lot of our own money buying and creating decorations. Dave, Julie and other staff were so helpful the days leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding! They made sure we had everything we needed! They have so many great ideas and we're helping us set up. It really was a worry free weekend!The lodge is amazing!! We loved the bridal suite and were able to relax with a sauna, jacuzzi, or shower! There's a lot of space in there as well and the hair salon was perfect for getting ready for the rehearsal dinner and the day of. All of our wedding party and then some stayed in the house and it was great to spend time with family and friends you wouldn't normally get to spend a ton of time with during the wedding. The fire pit and deck Great to hang out with friends and family along with playing pool downstairs and yard games outside, there was a lot to keep us entertained when we weren't setting up and getting ready! Our guests and wedding party loved the venue! They had a great time at the hotels for those that stayed there but there was a lot of space for people to camp and bring RVs! Many guess told us they had a great relaxing get away as well! They had a lot of fun in Crosslake!If you want a perfect Northwoods wedding, Pine Peaks is for you!

Our Pine Peaks wedding was unforgettable. The experience and hospitality was second to none. We were fortunate enough to have great weather for the ceremony in the beautiful garden between the event center and retreat house. Pine Peaks does an incredible job with their landscaping and up keep. I cannot say it enough how beautiful the property is and neither could our guests! Not only were we cared for on our big day, but also our guests could not stop talking about how great an experience they had. At one point during the reception, Dave (owner) noticed my wife's grandmother looked cold and brought her a blanket to warm her while she was inside. It's this sort of care and attention to detail that makes Pine Peaks a prize venue for any special event. Unlike most wedding venues we visited, we weren't just a number so to speak. We were catered to and accommodated in everyway without being bothered or disturbed.They've figured out the perfect combination of attention and service without feeling encumbered or disturbed while you and your significant other enjoy your precious time together. One of the many features Pine Peaks offers is their décor selection. I feel as though this alone was worth every penny. Instead of purchasing and hauling all our own décor (only to be used once likely), Pine Peaks offers a myriad of decorations, greenery, lamps, signs, boards, baskets, etc. You name it they've got it. Fully customizable to your liking. Use some, use it all, it's up to you! This saved us time and most importantly stress. The best part, you set it up the way of your choosing and they tear it down the next day! All together a priceless service in my opinion. Your wedding should be stress free and enjoyable. You should be concentrating on your love and admiration for your companion during this memorable time. Pine Peaks offers this and more. My wife and I strongly recommend Pine Peaks to anyone who enjoys their freedom, relaxation, and a stress free environment pre and post wedding!

Pine Peaks Event Center was wonderful! Dave and Julie were very friendly and accommodating. I needed a ramp to get my brother whose in wheelchair up to the head table and they built and painted one to make it look great! I asked Julie for advice on center pieces as I had no idea what to do, she said she would set up some samples and If I liked them I could copy them, I came back an hour later she had them all set up and looked wonderful! I didn't change a thing. It was a very peaceful wonderful wedding and weekend!

Dave and Julie at the Pine Peaks Event Center are simply amazing! They are very accommodating and helped bring my wedding visions and ideas to life. They are the sweetest people who want to provide you with the wedding of your dreams. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Julie is a sweetheart, she helped ensure that all the candles at the tables were new so they would stay lit all night long, she helped set up our unity display, and gave great advice and ideas that I hadn't even considered. Dave has the kindest of hearts and was very respectful. I feel so blessed to have found such a perfect venue for my wedding day and will be forever grateful to Dave and Julie for helping make my dream wedding a reality.

Julie is a sweetheart, she helped ensure that all the candles at the tables were new so they would stay lit all night long, she helped set up our unity display, and gave great advice and ideas that I hadn't even considered. Dave has the kindest of hearts and was very respectful. I feel so blessed to have found such a perfect venue for my wedding day and will be forever grateful to Dave and Julie for helping make my dream wedding a reality.

My wife and I recently got married at Pine Peaks on December 3rd 2016. We would've never dreamed of a more perfect wedding than the one we had here at Pine Peaks. Everything was beautiful and Dave and Julie were with us every step of the way with any help that we needed. They definitely helped make our wedding day one we will never forget!

Pine Peaks Retreat and Event Center is so amazing! We had the best wedding and couldn't have imagined a better day. We got so many compliments on the venue and the food. Dave and Julie really go above and beyond to help you bring your visions to life. I have never been at a venue that is more accomadating. We got married on New Years Eve and we really enjoyed all of the time spent at the venue. It was so nice having the retreat house right next to the venue for the wedding party to get ready at. Loved having a salon right there for all of the bridesmaids to get their hair and make up done. The groomsmen had an awesome time in the basement with the bar and pool table. We had our grooms dinner in the ceremony space of the event center and it was so perfect. We had JRs BBQ cater and the food was amazing! Maucieris was also great to work with. The food is so good! We had family style pasta for dinner and it was perfect for our event. Kate is really great to work with and is great at helping your figure out the details of the big day. They really did so much to help us! Tim Larson was our photographer and his work is just so perfect! Rendered Keepsakes did our video and Aaron is so easy to work with and really helps capture your day. JP with Premier Entertainment was our DJ and he was so great. The dance floor was packed the entire time and everyone loved the photobooth. Tracy with her team at captiviating beauty did hair and make up and were great to work with. It was so nice that they travel to you and can use the salon at the retreat house! Overall I can't say enough about the place and all the wonderful things they do. Our day was perfect!

Pine Peaks Event Center was more than we could have dreamed for on our wedding day! We felt like we were being served by our facility and staff the entire weekend. Every guest that was at our wedding personally complimented the event facility and the food. What a rewarding experience and a huge relief after two years of planning.
