Our wedding packages range from $105 to $125 per person and includes, Five Hour Top Shelf Open Bar, Champagne Toast, Eight Butlered Hors D'oeuvres, Salad Selection, Choice of 3 Entree's or Buffet Dinner, Fresh Floral Centerpieces, Wedding Cake, Premium Overlays, Staff, Coffee and Tea Service. We've recently remodeled our entire facility and we'd love to show you what we've done. PineCrest Country Club is a premier wedding venue nestled in Lansdale, PA. Our banquet facility is conveniently located near Montgomeryville and Doylestown, and is a short drive from Philadelphia, Quakertown, Plymouth Meeting and Bucks County. This elegant yet affordable venue hosts only one event per day, giving the staff the ability to focus exclusively on each couple. This team specializes in all types of celebrations, including LGBT and Indian weddings, and invites lovebirds to come take a tour of the beautiful setting. PineCrest Country Club features a number of event spaces where you and your partner can tie the knot. An intimate outdoor ceremony site provides a lush backdrop to your exchange of vows, while an 1,800-square-foot deck can be utilized for cocktail hours. This sweeping covered patio offers spectacular views of the 9th and 18th holes and is perfect for socializing with loved ones late into the night. Grand affairs with 270 guests can be held in the Ballroom, a stunning space with crown molding, large chandeliers, and room for a dance floor. Smaller soirees can be hosted in the PineCrest Room, where chic décor creates a romantic and sophisticated ambiance. Our at PineCrest Country Club are adept at planning and coordinating weddings of all kinds. Our special events coordinator is an expert in Indian weddings and can help arrange Baraats and Sangeets. In addition, all your dining needs will also be met at this versatile venue. Our chefs is experienced at crafting cuisine from all over the world and at incorporating any dietary restrictions. Throughout the night, our banquet staff will ensure your special occasion runs smoothly and seamlessly.

The staff was exceptional. We had our wedding Oct 2023.From the moment we planned everything Debbie and her team were great and attentive..They took the stress out of planning a wedding. We didnt have a traditional ceremony, but it was still all handled above our expectations. We started with a cocktail hour and hors d'ourves, which were perfect and delicious. This hour was a great start and gave my wife and I a chance to prepare and talk to everyone as guest arrived. The reception was flawless. We had a buffet style meal for dinner. Everyone loved the meal selections and desserts. The team was extremely professional. The weather was a little unsteady and we couldn't utilize the outside area as anticipated but we still were very pleased with the entire experience.

Months later and our guests are still raving about what an amazing wedding we had, how great the venue Pine Crest is and how Amazing the food was. My fiancé and I had our October 2023 wedding here and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Ron is the manager here and he was so wonderful to work with. He was easy to communicate with, responded in a timely matter, very accommodating and just a friendly guy overall! The women who help organize the day are just as fantastic! Debbie was our lead coordinator for the day, and she made sure the show ran properly and orderly and I must say, nothing went wrong with her in charge! The venue is gorgeous, nonetheless. They have flowers already planted for each season, the deck is gorgeously decorated, the ballroom is big and beautiful for a large family and the bridal suite is clean and organized for all of your needs. I would definitely recommend Pinecrest to future brides and grooms for their venue and I will definitely keep them in mind for future events I may need!

We searched many wedding venues in the area and did not find a location more accommodating and flexible than PineCrest. We initially began our planning with Sherry, who was so helpful and knowledgeable. She had an excellent vision and allowed us to make the reception unique to our style. We then had the pleasure of working with Kate, who was equally as helpful and flexible. She was extremely well-organized and the entire reception unfolded seamlessly. Lisa, our maitre d', ensured Kevin and I tasted all of our appetizers and was present throughout the night to assist us. Guests still continue to talk about the abundance and quality of food throughout the night. PineCrest helped to make our day absolutely perfect and we could not be more happy! I highly recommend this venue.

This was an extremely disappointing experience for me. They said anything and made promises to get our money. After our deposit was made everything fell apart. They even tried to send us a price $10 higher per person than what was negotiated. It was a nightmare. They were not courteous, they did not follow up on what they were told were the most important details of our day which left those details unaddressed. The planner assured us we would be taken care of and we were not. Our set up was not done properly, they missed setting up an entire table and cheated us out of an entire hour of our reception as it took that hour for them to properly set up after sending our guests away because they had improperly set up. Our wedding cake was cut up and we never saw it! I nor my guests received any cake. The reception felt super rushed due to us being cheated out of that first hour. The GM was rude, unaccommodating, lacked accountability, and exhibited absolutely no empathy or compassion for their blunders. I adore my husband and would have married him no matter the venue, however when you spend this type of money you hope to have a pleasantly memorable day, this was far from the case. The chef Linda was gracious and could see and feel our disappointment so she did her best to ensure the food was delicious and it was very good. We worked very hard to be able to afford our wedding as I am sure a lot of people do so to have our money spent and our one day feel like a bad memory is very disheartening for us. The only thing that makes us smile about this day is the memory of seeing one another for the first time as I was walking down the aisle to my groom. Our forever is what counts and maybe for our 10th or 20th anniversary we will get to renew our vows in a special way but this is not an experience I wish on any bride or groom. There was so much they didn't keep their word about I can't even give all of the details but they were absolutely awful. Sherry and Ron do not properly represent what this venue gives it's couples.

Highly recommend Kate, Ron and the team at Pine Crest! Picking your wedding venue is such a huge decision I had so much anxiety when we first started searching for venues, we must have looked at at least 7 different places. Picking PineCrest was the best decision we made. The food was amazing, staff so welcoming and we just had an absolutely beautiful wedding day. PineCrest was phenomenal from beginning to end! We were very happy with the ease of having everything from meals to flowers to cake (we went with An Occasional Treat) provided through one simple point of contact. The selection and quality of food was good, and we are still getting compliments. We also really enjoyed having the entire venue to ourselves. It helped the reception go more smoothly to not be battling over space. Sherry and Ron were polite and attentive through our entire process. The bridal suite was a nice added bonus too if we needed a break from the action (or enough bathroom space for a full wedding gown)!

My husband and I got married in July 2017, in a small ceremony. On our first anniversary, we chose to hold a reception for all of our friends and family so we could celebrate with everyone. Sherry and the PineCrest Team could not have been more accommodating! My husband LOVED the deck, and Sherry did everything she could to make sure we could hold the ceremony outside like planned. She worked with us to deal with strict dietary restrictions my sister has. She made every step of the planning process as easy, and stress free, as possible. There was in instant connection with Sherry and her team in our initial meeting and our personalities meshed very well. We walked away from that meeting feeling confident that we would be well taken care of, and our instincts proved right. We couldnât have asked for a better outcome this past August.Whether you're having a small event or a large lavish wedding PineCrest will will not disappoint. Ours was somewhere in between and I must say we are still the talk of the town! Friends and family were amazed at how calm we seemed throughout the entire process. My guess is that's what you look like when you are confident with the venue you have chosen and the team that has been assigned. PineCrest has wonderful vendors to choose from as well to bring your vision to light. She was there up to and including the day of, and even set up all our decorations for us as well as put the finishing touches on our wedding cake and made sure it was absolutely stunning - she does it all! As an absolutely clueless bride, Sherry was amazing to have in my corner. The venue itself was absolutely amazing too. There's a wonderful bridal suite that we had access to all day for the girls to get ready in, the grounds are so beautiful for pictures (they even write \"I do\" in the sand on their golf course for a super cute photo op) and most importantly, you are the only event going on so nobody else is there to steal your thunder. The staff put together wonderful meals and hors d'oeuvres that our guests raved about all night, and even set us up with a plate of all of our hors d'oeuvres at our sweetheart table so that we wouldn't miss out on them while taking pictures which was a big worry of mine (we picked great food, we wanted to be able to eat it too!) PineCrest was everything we wanted and more, and I would definitely recommend it to future brides.

We had our wedding at PineCrest 5/20/18 and we can't say enough wonderful things about everything that they did for us on our big day. Sherry was responsive to all calls, emails, and visits and made sure our day was absolutely perfect and everything that we wanted - including very last minute changes. I have dreamed of my wedding day since I was a little girl. And I can honestly say all of my dreams came true at PineCrest Country Club. I canât say enough good things about Sherry, the banquet manager. She thought of everything and was instrumental in making our day perfect. All of our needs were anticipated and met flawlessly. The food was amazing. I imagine itâs quite a feat to feed 200 people and have every dish perfect, but they did it. The room was lovely, the flowers were beautiful and my guests all had a great experience. Ron, Sherry and all the staff truly work together like a team, a family. Wow! Sherry at PineCrest did an amazing job with our wedding reception. She held our hands through the whole process and was extremely prompt in getting back to us with questions we encountered.Our reception was perfect. Between the cocktail room and the outdoor deck, there was plenty of room for our 170 guests to mill about prior to dinner. Once the main room was opened up, we were thrilled with how great everything looked. The little touches like the chair covers and uplighting really impressed our guests. Their florist, Shannan, did an incredible job with the flowers! Our centerpieces ended up being above and beyond anything we were expecting.The staff here kept everything moving as the night progressed. Everyone got their food in a timely manner (and commented on how delicious it was), and they were able to handle our guests even as they got a little rowdy towards the end of the night.Compared to other venues in the area, PineCrest was a good value for the size of wedding we ended up with. They even offer a discount for teachers, which was a nice touch. We're so glad we decided to go with PineCrest.

I don't write reviews often but wanted to post about Pinecrest Country Club because they helped make our wedding the event I had always dreamed of. From Sherry's help with the planning (sometimes she knew what I wanted even before I did!) to the friendly and efficient service staff, everyone made our day memorable.\rWe got so many compliments on the food, and we loved that the Chef worked with us to develop a menu that was individualized to our requests. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious and looked so elegant- our guests couldn't stop talking about how great everything looked and tasted! \rI was really nervous but Charlie helped calm my nerves with his jokes and our 4 yo flower girl loved his attention so much that she forgot her stage fright before she walked down the aisle. The scenery was stunning and add a beautiful backdrop to our photos.\rAll in all it was a perfect day thanks to the care and attention to detail that the Pinecrest staff provided. I can't thank them enough!\r

My husband and I were married here in September and it was AWESOME. The food was delicious, the staff was superb, especially Sherry, Debbie and Ron, they were great to work with. The place truly is spectacular. Beautiful ballroom, lovely setting and spacious. And we loved that they host only one event at a time. We didn't have to worry about another wedding interfering with ours. We had 240 guests and we had plenty of room for both the cocktail hour and the reception. Highly recommend to anyone. We are doing my mothers birthday party here in the Spring of 2016, so they also do smaller events too.

Sherry was integral to helping us plan our wedding. She made everything easy for us, answered all of our questions and pretty much gave us everything we wanted. The food was absolutely delicious. The price was pretty reasonable for us, especially since we had our wedding in the off-season. Their motto is something along the lines of we can make everything you want happen, and I would say that they fulfilled their promise. Also, it helps that their venue is beautiful!

She helped us make sure that everything would run smoothly and made sure that all the details we wanted to include to personalize our night worked out perfectly. \rThe day of our wedding we had a problem with our shuttle bus-- it left about 10 guests stranded at a nearby hotel. Sherry found out about this issue before I did, and the way she presented the problem to me was that there were some guests that the shuttle didn't pick up, she already had employees of PineCrest on their way in their own cars to pick them up, and she just wanted to know if we wanted to start the ceremony right on time or wait a few minutes for her employees to bring our last few guests. She turned what could have been a panicky moment for me into a little blip with an easy solution.\r\rSherry is AMAZING at what she does, and turns a great venue into a simply spectacular one.

Our guests raved about PineCrest after our wedding because they were so impressed with the elegance, beauty, attention to detail, and the food. I couldn't have been happier and definitely recommend PineCrest to other brides!

PineCrest was FANTASTIC! I loved everything about it. Sherry was great about everything. I was unable to come to any of the tasting events they held, so she scheduled a private one for my fiancé and myself. I LOVED that the price was with gratuity and taxes, no hidden fees. I also liked that with the wedding package the cake and (most) flowers were included, as well as a candy bar! We offered a chicken entrée to a Ribeye and the cost ended up being $121-141pp. We also had signature drinks, a potato bar, & chair covers, which will add to the per person cost. The baker (An Occasional Treat) who they do business with was great; very friendly and his cakes were AMAZING (I typically don't care about cake). They have an option to do 2 flavors to a layer the icing wasn't overly sweet, it was perfect! The florist (Shannan Holland) was so great! I had no idea what I wanted with flowers, so she helped me pick out flowers for the venue. I also used Shannan for the bridal party/family flowers and they were VERY reasonable and their quality did not reflect the lower cost; I was stunned at how big my bridal bouquet was! The food at the venue was great and they offer a lot of really great choices. The room is beautiful, and I really don't have anything negative to say about it. The ONLY concern that was slightly an issues was communication. When I originally contacted them my phone call got lost in the shuffle, but I am so happy I called back and got an appointment. Also, there was a little bit of miscommunication via e-mail about days/times/what was being accomplished. All in all, everything got straightened out and was easily fixed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

From start to finish our wedding was perfection. Sherry, Ron, Debbie and all of the staff were fantastic. PineCrest has a beautiful setting that serves fantastic food by a well seasoned staff. The LED lights were beautiful and I love that they offer a teacher discount. Thank you PineCrest. Our Filet was delicious as well as our wedding cake. Shout out to Amy at the Night Kitchen Bakery. We are so happy we chose PineCrest for our wedding. Let me say, December is a Great time of year to have a wedding, our friends and family loved the idea of a Christmas wedding.\r\rThe food was Fantistic, the service was above and beyond wonderful. Our Personal assistant Jackie did everything we needed and more on our wedding day.\r\rSherry and Ron answered all questions right away, and we never were in the dark about anything. They are easy to work with and very responsive to the details. Our wedding was created just the way we wanted it to be.\r\r We loved that Sherry welcomed us when we arrived to insure all is well. I cannot say enough about PineCrest Country Club. Sherry was fantastic as well as the staff, the food and the ambiance. We knew the first time we met Sherry we wanted to have our wedding here. The place is beautiful and we had plenty of room to move around, which was what we needed since we had 258 people. I love that they only do one event at a time, unlike some of the other places we looked at. We loved, it, loved it, loved it. Pinecrest was a beautiful place for our November wedding. The day of was perfect-- so much food (and good food), great service, accommodating staff. I had been worried, however, because over the course of the year that we were planning our wedding, we consistently ran into communication issues with our coordinator. Everyone was so pleasant and as the wedding got closer, they assured me I was in good hands and not to worry about anything! They really go out of their way to make your day exactly how you want it. The only critique I have is that the entrees were just 'so-so'. The hors devours were amazing, but the food was just standard. I'm so glad I had my wedding there though, my day was absolutely perfect.

She met my wife and I at the door as soon as we arrived there from the Church and let us know everything was set up and took us on a personal tour to show us how the rooms looked. She introduced us to the staff that would be serving us that night and took care of our every need. Pine Crest was one of 9 places that my husband and I looked into. It was the first out of 9 that we both agreed on! We liked everything about it! The site is beautiful and the grounds are kept nice. The ballroom has a great dance floor and is very spacious. We wanted our guests to have PLENTY of room to dance and feel comfortable. There is also a large deck that overlooks the golf course. You can access this through the cocktail room and the ballroom! In addition, the bathrooms are kept clean which was also very important to us. The manager (Richard) was very generous and worked with us based on our budget and the Banquet manager (Sherry) helped tremendously to make our big day come true! She was honest and great at envisioning exactly what we wanted! One major factor in choosing Pine Crest was that they only hold one event at a time. It was our day and we didn't want to share it with anyone! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! Being the Bride, I made it a conscious effort to eat my entire meal! We also liked that many things were included and of course, you can always upgrade! The only thing I was a little disappointed with was that the tables were being broken down almost 1 hour prior to the end of the reception. Our guests were still dancing and it felt a little rushed. So in choosing this great venue just make sure that you get the entire ballroom to you and your guests exactly as long as you pay for. On your wedding day, try to remember that nothing is perfect, but Pine Crest did a great job in coming close to this. And at the end of the day, it was perfect because you have each other! :)

Pine Crest was one of 9 places that my husband and I looked into. It was the first out of 9 that we both agreed on! We liked everything about it! The site is beautiful and the grounds are kept nice. The ballroom has a great dance floor and is very spacious. We wanted our guests to have PLENTY of room to dance and feel comfortable. There is also a large deck that overlooks the golf course. You can access this through the cocktail room and the ballroom! In addition, the bathrooms are kept clean which was also very important to us. The manager (Richard) was very generous and worked with us based on our budget and the Banquet manager (Sherry) helped tremendously to make our big day come true! She was honest and great at envisioning exactly what we wanted! One major factor in choosing Pine Crest was that they only hold one event at a time. It was our day and we didn't want to share it with anyone! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! Being the Bride, I made it a conscious effort to eat my entire meal! We also liked that many things were included and of course, you can always upgrade! Pinecrest exceeded my expectations. I got married there this past summer and had the ceremony and reception both there. There are lots of places to take great pictures. Sherry the wedding planner did an awesome job and worked with out price budget. She went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect. I would definitely recommend pinecrest.

We were immediately impressed with the service at Pine Crest Country Club when we arranged our initial visit to tour their facilities. Aside from their beautiful grounds and ballroom, I was so impressed with how warm and accommodating their staff was. Throughout our planning, we knew that we could always count on PineCrest to be on top of it! Before our reception we were invited to attend an open house event which was extremely helpful to us in selecting others vendors such as our florist and band. I highly recommend PineCrest Country Club.

Pincrest Country Club is the best venue to celebrate a wedding. I have had all three of my daughters wedding receptions at PineCrest. My first daughter was married 8 years ago and both of my twin daughters were married in 2010. They handle every detail with perfection and the two weddings last year were just as fantastic and the one 8 years ago. Sherri the banquet manager is fantastic. From making the bride and groom feel unique and special to what color linens you will use. I have taken advantage of all of their services and recommended vendors and all I can say is spectacular. The food is great, the ambience is perfect and the staff is extremely customer oriented. I have had our guests state it was the best wedding they every attended. I highly recommend Pinecrest for anyone celebrating a marriage.
