We could not possibly describe how amazing it was to work with the Pinehills team. Kelli is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. She was quick to answer our questions and help us brainstorm fun additions for our day. I probably asked Kelli a million questions over the 1.5 years we spent planning the wedding, and she never once made me feel like a bother! She is clearly a pro at what she does and we were able to completely trust her with anything. Kelli's skills truly shined through during our rehearsal. New England weather threw us a curveball with a predicted hurricane hitting Plymouth during our ceremony- what every bride wants to hear! I went into our rehearsal nervous that we'd need to rearrange everything and sacrifice the vision we had been working on for so long, but as soon as I walked into the venue and was greeted by Kelli, her warm, calming nature put me at ease. Kelli had been carefully monitoring the weather and assured us that we would still have our dream day. She walked us through \"worst case\" scenarios, all of which were beautiful and still kept our vision perfectly intact. We were so relieved! And believe it or not, we had a beautiful day without as much as a drizzle or gust of wind during the ceremony :) I could go on about Kelli all day, but I also need to shout out the other amazing aspects of Pinehills! We could not have been happier with the ceremony space- it is so elegant and beautiful. Plus, the tent is ready for all weather conditions, so there's no need to stress there! The patio is perfect for cocktail hour and guests loved playing corn hole! The renovated reception space is absolutely gorgeous- it is a perfect balance of warm and inviting but with plenty of space for guests to mingle and dance. If food is important to you, you need to check out Pinehills. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! We tried just about everything on the menu at one point or another, and you truly can't go wrong. We also had quite a few guests with dietary restrictions, and the Pinehills team diligently prepared delicious meals for each of them. We even had guests comment on the fact that they usually are served so-so meals at weddings due to their complicated needs, but at Pinehills, they were served well-portioned, delicious meals. I highly recommend following Pinehill's recommended vendor list! We loved all the vendors they suggested and it was amazing to have people on-site who work there often. It made brainstorming new ideas and finding reference photos so much easier! The Pinehills team wants to make wedding planning fun, and a huge part of that is making decisions easier. Overall, we are so grateful for Kelli and the Pinehills team. They helped us immensely in having the wedding of our dreams, and we're so glad that they're part of our big day.

I truly canât give enough positive feedback about this venue and its staff. Katy is truly a dream to work with. From start to finish, her kind nature and incredible work ethic are unmatched. While in the bridal suite, we realized that we had forgotten my veil. Katy was nice enough to go to her house to get her own veil from her wedding to let me wear so I didnât have to go without one. This gesture was so appreciated. After the wedding, dozens of our guests reached out to me raving about the food. If youâre on the fence about booking this venue, I urge you to do it because it was out of this world!

My daughter got married at Pine Hills 9/30/23 and we all would highly recommend it for your wedding. Kelli and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful the entire day and throughout the planning process. Everything went exactly as we had hoped and the guests all raved about the cozy venue, the excellent food and service throughout the day.Kelli was absolutely lovely to work with during the planning process. She was a true professional and very responsive any time we had questions or concerns and literally made the vision we had of the venue come true.My daughter and her husband said it was their \"dream come true\" wedding! Look no further than Pavilion at Pinehills for your wedding venue!!! Our wedding coordinator Katy Valentine and the Pinehills staff were absolutely EXTRAORDINARY. Our wedding day in August couldn't have gone any more perfect, and that is all thanks to Katy. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how smooth our wedding day timeline was. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour (with AMAZING passed apps), to our incredible reception (dinner was 11/10 SO good!!)- Katy and the Pinehills staff took care of it all. She made our vision come to life- she went above and beyond and executed every detail flawlessly. I felt so at ease knowing everything was taken care of and in the best hands. I couldn't have asked for a more organized, attentive and personable coordinator- Katy is truly the WHOLE package!!! Overall, the team and the venue itself will surely not disappoint- we were so blown away and couldn't recommend it more!!!

Kelli and the Pinehills staff and overall venue were PHENOMENAL. We cannot stress this enough, book this venue. Food was 10/10 our guests havenât stopped talking about it, cocktail hour setup and patio (splurge for the raw bar it comes in a boat and it looked amazing) looked fantastic, the decorations and seating chart Kelli put together were extremely helpful and the little touches she added pulled everything together. This place and their team made my wifeâs and I wedding beyond perfect. Kelli was there every step of the way leading up to the big day and on the actual big day her and her team make sure youâre having the best time while everything is going according to plan. Getting married at Pinehills was easily the BEST decision I could have ever made. I worked with Katy Valentine and from the second I reached out for information, to the first tour, food tasting, planning meetings, and wedding weekend she was so beyond helpful. She was truly so incredible to work with and provided SOO much advice and assistance, as planning a wedding is a very stressful process. From my many emails in the months leading up to wedding day, and changing things last minute, Katy was AMAZING and so detailed. For the wedding, we also got to work with Kelli, Lorie, and Mike the bartender, and they all went above and beyond for my husband and I, and all of our wedding party and guests, constantly checking in making sure we had everything we needed and just making the day go so smoothly. The food was also incredible and we got so many compliments. I truly cannot recommend this venue enough. They have it down and really know how to run such a high end fun wedding.

From the beauty of the outdoor tent, cocktail hour space, and newly renovated reception room - everything was exactly what we dreamed it would be. Kelli and Katy, the wedding day coordinators at Pinehills are both so kind and helpful. Kelli was so attentive and really easy to work with, she answered all my questions with ease and was always timely. She really had our backs wedding day and helped make sure everything went smoothly. We also had our own day off server, Laurie, and she was the sweetest ever - always making sure we were eating enough, had a drink in hand, etc. The food was great and everything went off perfectly! 10/10 recommend!

It was everything we could ask for in a wedding venue coordinator! Hello! My name is Greg Hitchcock. I am a wedding photographer out of Boston. In May of 2023, one of my clients had their wedding at Pinehills Golf club and I was very impressed with the experience. First and foremost the course itself is beautiful. The grounds are exceptionally well kept resulting is beautiful vistas that would be memorable backdrop for your wedding. Secondly, and more importantly, the event staff at Pinehill's is second to none. The entire day ran very smoothly, every part of the schedule was on time and without any problems. Often times in my wedding career, couples would have their wedding at other golf courses, and in spite of the high price tag, everything wedding related was a hard second to anything golf related. This is not the case at Pinehills, we had full access to the whole area, and the staff easily dovetailed us around players to get amazing shots. I would highly recommend PineHills for your wedding venue needs. The Pavilion at Pinehills was AMAZING from start to finish. We worked with Kelli for the two years we were planning our wedding and she was incredible. She is professional, quick to respond, and so kind. She answered every crazy question I had in a timely manner and made the entire process so easy. I had always heard that planning a wedding was so insanely stressful but I never felt that way, and I have Kelli to thank for that! On our wedding day, everything was even more amazing than we could have ever imagined. First of all, the food... I don't even have the words to describe how amazing the food is! All night I was getting told by guests how great the food was and many people told me it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The staff was INCREDIBLE. Kelli was on top of everything and made the day ran so smoothly. Lindsay was the bridal party attendant and she was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and so friendly. Ever member of the bridal party has commented on how great she was. Matt and Mike were the bartenders and they were amazing! So many guests have complemented the bartenders and staff. Everyone I came in contact with at Pinehills was amazing and they made our day perfect! If you are looking at venues, I would HIGHLY recommend The Pavilion at Pinehills!!

I had always heard that planning a wedding was so insanely stressful but I never felt that way, and I have Kelli to thank for that! On our wedding day, everything was even more amazing than we could have ever imagined. First of all, the food... I don't even have the words to describe how amazing the food is! All night I was getting told by guests how great the food was and many people told me it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The staff was INCREDIBLE. Kelli was on top of everything and made the day ran so smoothly. Lindsay was the bridal party attendant and she was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and so friendly. Ever member of the bridal party has commented on how great she was. Matt and Mike were the bartenders and they were amazing! So many guests have complemented the bartenders and staff. Everyone I came in contact with at Pinehills was amazing and they made our day perfect! If you are looking at venues, I would HIGHLY recommend The Pavilion at Pinehills!!

Honestly cannot say enough great things about Pinehills. Kelli was so responsive whenever we had questions. The day of couldn't have been any smoother, the staff was unbelievably helpful with everything. We had left props for our photo booth in the car and they took my husbands keys for us and ran out to grab it for us so we didn't have to send a guest or bridal party member. The food was incredible, easily the best wedding food I've ever had. We provided Kelli our decorations the day before at our rehearsal and once it was handed over I wasn't even slightly worried, they outdid themselves with the set up and execution of everything. Our guests have not stopped talking about the venue and just how great everything ran. Cannot recommend them enough for your special day, I would book them over and over again.

Very unprofessional. We were given a 2024 quote via email at the end of July and were told the prices would not change. This was important as my fiancĂ© and I live out of state and planned a couple days to come to MA to look at venues. We picked venues very meticulously based on our budget so we didnât waste time looking at places we couldnât afford. We visited exactly one month after being given that 2024 proposal. We showed up and fell in love with the place and then we were suddenly told that the price had increased over 12%! We had no heads up before our appointment and were completely blindsided. Had we known about the price increase we would have probably reconsidered seeing this venue and used our very limited time to see another venue. Extremely unprofessional, do not honor their own word. I would be wary working with them.

But what really sold us was how professional and straightforward Katy was. The amount of planning and thought that goes into a wedding can be so daunting and overwhelming, but Katy really made the entire process seamless. She helped us out with EVERYTHING. The day/night of the wedding she was attentive, thoughtful, and made sure that I had everything I needed. Special shoutout to Lorie who went above and beyond. She was genuinely so sweet and when I mentioned her to my family, they all immediately knew who I was talking about. My whole family had such nice things to say about her. The outdoor patio, firepit, Adirondack chairs, and beautiful landscaping created the perfect atmosphere. The pavilion room itself is gorgeous and Katy did such a wonderful job setting up our décor and making sure we were all on track for the day. I was married at Pine Hills on 5/21/2022 and I have nothing but all around amazing things to say about this venue. I knew we made the right decision right away after our first few interactions with our coordinator Katy, who is very clearly a pro at what she does. She made the whole planning process so seamless and organized and was a rockstar the day of making sure everything ran smoothly. Everything about Pine Hills is perfect. The landscaping was GORGEOUS for photos and the ceremony space is beautiful. I literally cried when I saw the ceremony space decorated and filled with all my guests. Every staff member was so kind and attentive. Our wedding party steward Lori was especially awesome. Such a kind woman who went above and beyond for my bridal/grooms party making sure we had everything that we needed. My guests were also very impressed with the ease of the dinner service. Almost every table had their food within minutes of one another and the chef even personally came up to several of my guests with food allergies prior to serving. The food was absolutely delicious. Although I'm probably a little biased, I really do think it was the best food I have ever had at a wedding. The location is perfect, about 15 minutes from the Plymouth waterfront where there are several hotels, shopping, restaurants and bars. Myself and my guests really enjoyed being able to stay in this area and it made for a great mini vacation! Everyone (including myself and my husband) cannot stop raving about how perfect everything was. I have been told by many people that our wedding was the best they have ever been to and I truly feel that this is because of Pine Hills. I am so beyond grateful we chose to get married here.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! Our wedding was on April 23, 2022. I would recommend Pinehills Pavilion over and over again to anyone having a wedding. The staff is INCREDIBLE! Katie Valentine was our wedding coordinator and she handled everything you could think of for you- to greeting you at the door, ushering guests, attending to guests, attending to vendors, helping with my bustle, grabbing dinner orders, showing us perfect photo opportunities on the property, break down, clean up,..ect. The list could go on and on! The day of staff were amazing like the bartender Mike and the other staff that checked-in with us frequently to see if we needed anything. Everything just went so smooth and stress-free. ALL my guest were raving about the appetizers and meals they received. At cocktail hour we had the caprese skewers, buffalo chicken spring roller, scallops with bacon and the mini beef wellingtons. Everyone LOVED them! We also had options for the salmon, chick marsala and quinoa bowl. People said it was the best salmon they ever had, the chicken was so moist and the quinoa bowl was full of flavor! We had Patrick Lally as our DJ and he came recommended by Pinehills. He was absolutely FABULOUS! He played the best arrangement of songs that kept people on the dance floor all night long!!! We also had Flair floral arrange our flowers and and Piece of Cake do our desserts which both came recommended by Pinehills. Everything was just so beautiful and amazing! At cocktail hour we had the caprese skewers, buffalo chicken spring roller, scallops with bacon and the mini beef wellingtons. Everyone LOVED them! We also had options for the salmon, chick marsala and quinoa bowl. People said it was the best salmon they ever had, the chicken was so moist and the quinoa bowl was full of flavor! We had Patrick Lally as our DJ and he came recommended by Pinehills. He was absolutely FABULOUS! He played the best arrangement of songs that kept people on the dance floor all night long!!! We also had Flair floral arrange our flowers and and Piece of Cake do our desserts which both came recommended by Pinehills. Everything was just so beautiful and amazing! We knew right away that we wanted to use the Pavilion because you could tell they knew what they were doing. The fact that cake, centerpieces, and linens were all included in the package definitely helped us out as well! Our coordinator, Kelli, was amazing in every possible way. She was in constant communication with us every step of the planning process. She answered a million emails and was so kind and understanding at every point of the planning. We had an off-season wedding and it was honestly so affordable. So much so, that we could afford to add an extra hour onto our reception, which ended up being the perfect time for our guests. Not one single thing went wrong and I owe it all to the Pinehills and Kelli. If I had millions of dollars and could throw my dream wedding, I'd do it all over again at the Pavilion.

The second my now-husband and I walked into the reception hall at Pinehills, we grabbed hands and looked at each other and just knew this was the place we had to get married. The high wooden ceilings, the lights over the dance floor, the airy brightness... this place has it all. And that was before we even saw the gorgeous ceremony tent outside, my absolute favorite part! Or ate the outstanding food from East Bay Grille, so good it made my mother-in-law re-think her aversion to seafood! The breathtaking beauty of this venue is rivalled only by the unparalleled service of their staff wedding coordinators, Kelli & Katie. Kelli was our liason for two long years, lol, tasked with answering our frantic questions as a COVID couple, and keeping us up to date on all COVID safety guidelines & restrictions. She worked TIRELESSLY for us. I'm talking: sending us emails about new COVID updates before we even read them on the news, responding to emails on Sundays, all with a cheery attitude and smile on her face. I am a project manager and I have a pretty intense energy, especially when it comes to planning my wedding. There were times I felt like I couldn't have pulled it off without Kelli. She absolutely matched my energy and intensity, but always kept me feeling positive, confident, and overall, so grateful to have her expertise. From receiving orders of chocolate truffle favors to pouring sand into vases for our sand ceremony, to literally following me in a golf cart to fix my veil during photos, I'm pretty sure there's nothing this woman can't do. And let me tell you, now having gone through the wedding, you need the kind of energy around you that will allow you to shine as your best self. And Kelli was that for me. And I don't think I can give a higher compliment than that. Kelli and Pinehills made our wedding beautiful, special, and cool as hell. I'd book them again in a heartbeat, and you should too.

Thereâs a reason Pinehills has so many good reviews. First, the venue is absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are immaculate, the ballroom is stunning, and the ceremony space is just perfect. We knew the minute we walked into the space that we had to have our wedding there - and we were willing to wait out a pandemic to do so!Second, Katy is an absolute dream. I canât even imagine how insane her job is in a normal year never mind in 2021 with all the rescheduled weddings taking place on top of newly scheduled weddings. Katy always gave you the attention you need. She was always in touch and answered every question that I had (and my mom too). She was always patient and explained every little thing. Just when you thought you found a great venue coordinator, she goes ahead and absolutely blows you away the day of the wedding. Katy set up all the decor in the ballroom better than I could have ever imagined. Then she showed us all the best places to take pictures throughout the property. She offered me to wipe blood from a mosquito on her sweater, sprinted through a surprise downpour, took beautiful pics on her iPhone, and pretty much catered to our every need. I honestly canât put into words how much of a rockstar Katy is. The food! Absolutely delicious. You canât go wrong with any meal at Pinehills⊠but the cape cod chicken was probably the best chicken Iâve ever had. Guests are still raving about the entrees and the appetizers. Definitely the best food at a wedding that Iâve ever had (and outside of a wedding)!The waitstaff is also incredible. Laurie took care of every need of every person in our wedding party. Anytime we turned around the waitstaff was offering to get us another drink and the appetizers were restocked for us. I truly canât recommend Pinehills enough.

I don't even know where to begin. Katy was our rock throughout the entire planning process. From looking at the venue, to the food tasting, to rescheduling the date due to COVID, to the pre-planning meeting to the rehearsal, to the day of she was INCREDIBLE. We cannot say enough great things about her. Leading up to the wedding (2 years in the making) she was so prompt in her responses, very detailed and thorough and was always open to answering all my annoying questions. She kept us up to date on MA COVID guidelines (as we are out of state) and provided clear and concise communication around the matter. She is phenomenal at her job and her love for it shows. Her attention to every single detail is without a doubt what made our day go so smoothly. She set up the decor we dropped of the day before so perfectly and brought our vision to life, she ensured all of our vendors were on the same page and she was so great about following up on anything that was outstanding on our part. Katy was there from beginning to end. Myself and the bridesmaids arrived to the bridal suite with champagne pre-poured for us and all of our bouquets in water. She quickly got us ready for our bridal party photos while simultaneously coordinating the groom/groomsmen's arrival and photos (we didn't do a first look). She fixed our dresses, she took us to all the right spots for photos, she made us laugh and most importantly she ensured we were on schedule so that my husband and I didn't run into one another on accident. She was so involved and yet so relaxed and it really help set the tone for the rest of us. That in itself really helped ease my nerves.In addition to Katy's thoughtfulness and attention to detail was the food and waitstaff. We've all been to weddings where the food and waitstaff are mediocre. I can tell you right now this is not what you will get at Pinehills. The food was absolutely incredible, hot and cooked to perfection. The lobster mac and cheese, bacon wrapped scallops and mini beef wellingtons were our appetizers and they were a HIT. No lie, people are still talking about them to us even a month later. The waitstaff was attentive to everyone at cocktail hour including the bridal party. Lorie was our day-of waitstaff for the bridal party and she was a GEM! Right after the ceremony when we started to take photos she came over, took drink orders and made sure we were all getting appetizers. Katy and Lorie continued to keep us on track. We took the golf carts to the gate and got our couples photos done, meanwhile Katy assigned a point person to make sure the bridal party was lined up and ready for entrances as soon as we got back. Throughout the remainder of the night Katy, Lorie and all of the staff at Pinehills were so thoughtful and attentive, checking in on our drinks, making sure we had enough food, got vases for all of our flowers and so much more. This team really knows what they are doing and are hands down the best in the business. If you want your day to be special and memorable and have the most amazing team that you can truly trust and lean on, Pinehills is the place. The staff went above and beyond and made the day magical and memorable. Again, everyone was so thoughtful and attentive and incredibly kind. Everyone from family to friends cannot stop talking about how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. From the food, to the music, to the kind staff and beautiful venue location. Pinehills played a huge role in helping us create the wedding of our dreams. Two years ago, I decided to check out the Pavilion after having lunch at East Bay Grille. I did not have an appointment, but the staff saw us and made sure that we met with Kelli that day, who would ultimately end up being our wedding coordinator. The same day, I met Laurie while she was working on setting up for an event. Laurie was extremely kind and told us all about the venue and what they had to offer. We knew that we would request Laurie to work during our wedding two years later. From the moment we started working with Kelli, she was extremely kind and pleasant. Never did we feel like we were bothering her or her team with all of our questions, no matter how big or how small. Kelli always answered us quickly whenever we had questions throughout the planning process and she did a great job coordinating with all of our vendors. One of the biggest things that we appreciated about Pinehills that set them apart from other wedding venues is the way that they make every couple feel. Even with the huge increase in 2021 weddings, my husband and I never felt like we were just another couple. Instead, we were made to feel like we were the only couple. Kelli and her entire team truly gave us the wedding of our dreams in September of 2021. The venue, the FOOD, the beautiful setting, and the always positive and talented staff all helped to make our day wonderful! The day before our wedding, we dropped off what seemed like 30 boxes of dĂ©cor that the staff of Pinehills would set up for us. We booked our wedding venue at the Pavilion at Pinehills in Plymouth, Ma and it was without a doubt, the best decision we could have made! From the moment we contacted them to even now, post wedding, they are a TOP NOTCH service venue. Katy was our coordinator and she is the absolute best. Her communication is prompt but even more importantly, her attention to EVERY.SINGLE.DETAIL is unparalleled. You can tell she loves what she does and let me tell you, it makes all the difference in the world when youâre planning something so intricate and important. All through Covid, her guidance was as upfront and clear as possible. Her shining moments, though, were hands down the day of our wedding and post wedding. She was with us from beginning to end. She held our lip gloss, ran all over that venue with us. Held our flowers, fluffed our skirts, positioned my veil, took AMAZING photos and her social media game is fire! I have never seen a coordinator more involved, passionate and so thoughtful. She made sure my FIL had all the Diet Coke he could handle and thoroughly looked like she enjoyed our wedding with us, all while anticipating every need we didnât even know we had! I could go on and on about Katy, but itâll never do her enough justice. Aside from Katy, we had our AMAZING stewardess, Lorie. She was the mama bear we all needed. She made sure our entire family had drinks and were eating all night. She was our biggest fan that day, making us feel absolutely on top of the world. She was our greatest little hype girl and just could not do enough to make our night as great as humanly possible. We adore her! The waitstaff was the best in the business. Someone spilled a drink all over my SILâs dress and Lindsey couldnât get her water and napkins fast enough. Making sure they brought us all food while they were cleaning it up. Every single girl.. you couldnât ask for better service and a friendlier staff. Now the food- Iâve been to top tier wedding venues, and I have never had the food HOT and delicious. Our guests are raving about the food! The raw bar is displayed in an actual rowboat and they kept restocking it all through cocktail hour! It was worth every penny! They were unreal. Buttery, hot & delicious. Chef Matt and his crew absolutely delivered every item with utmost perfection! The GMâs name is Jim and he was at our tasting and our wedding day. You can tell that he respects his crew and this is all their second home. My FIL hit it off with him over the Bruins and became fast friends! We booked our wedding venue at the Pavilion at Pinehills in Plymouth, Ma and it was without a doubt, the best decision we could have made! From the moment we contacted them to even now, post wedding, they are a TOP NOTCH service venue. Katy was our coordinator and she is the absolute best. Her communication is prompt but even more importantly, her attention to EVERY.SINGLE.DETAIL is unparalleled. You can tell she loves what she does and let me tell you, it makes all the difference in the world when youâre planning something so intricate and important. All through Covid, her guidance was as upfront and clear as possible. Her shining moments, though, were hands down the day of our wedding and post wedding. She was with us from beginning to end. She held our lip gloss, ran all over that venue with us. Held our flowers, fluffed our skirts, positioned my veil, took AMAZING photos and her social media game is fire! I have never seen a coordinator more involved, passionate and so thoughtful. She made sure my FIL had all the Diet Coke he could handle and thoroughly looked like she enjoyed our wedding with us, all while anticipating every need we didnât even know we had! I could go on and on about Katy, but itâll never do her enough justice. Aside from Katy, we had our AMAZING stewardess, Lorie. She was the mama bear we all needed. She made sure our entire family had drinks and were eating all night. She was our biggest fan that day, making us feel absolutely on top of the world. She was our greatest little hype girl and just could not do enough to make our night as great as humanly possible. We adore her! The waitstaff was the best in the business. Someone spilled a drink all over my SILâs dress and Lindsey couldnât get her water and napkins fast enough. Making sure they brought us all food while they were cleaning it up. Every single girl.. you couldnât ask for better service and a friendlier staff. Now the food- Iâve been to top tier wedding venues, and I have never had the food HOT and delicious. Our guests are raving about the food! The raw bar is displayed in an actual rowboat and they kept restocking it all through cocktail hour! It was worth every penny! Planning and postponing a wedding due to COVID was not an easy feat, but Kelli was proactive and ensured that we had all of the needed information as restrictions and regulations constantly changed throughout the course of the pandemic. She truly made us feel like we were her top priority even though we knew she had many couples to help who also found themselves in the same situation. Kelli was also incredibly responsive whenever we had any questions of our own. On the day of our wedding, she bent over backwards to ensure everything was perfect. Additionally, all of the staff members at Pinehills were polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day ran smoothly! Our guests cannot stop talking about the hospitality of the Pinehills staff, how great the food was, and how beautiful the venue is and we could not agree more! We also can't forget to mention, Laurie, our dedicated bridal attendant/server, who was tireless in making sure that we were fed, hydrated, and comfortable throughout the course of the ceremony and reception. The PERFECT day. We were married here on 7/24/21 after having to postpone from May 2020. I CANNOT say enough good things about Katy and really the entire staff. Katy was there for us every step of the way. She's so organized and efficient, she made sure no stone was left unturned and was super accommodating even when we made changes just a few weeks out. Everyone is still raving about the food and the venue itself, saying it was one of the most perfect weddings they've seen. The Pinehills vendor partners are also amazing, which I think is a huge advantage when booking here. Flair! Floral and Piece of Cake were exceptional and know the venue so well that they took any guesswork or extra efforts off my plate entirely. If anything went wrong on the actual day, I don't know about it. Katy and her team are secret ninjas making sure everything works itself out behind the scenes - they make it A1 priority to make sure the we had an enjoyable, low stress day. The venue offers some amazing locations for photos as well, including the bridal room inside the clubhouse and the picturesque views along the course itself. Our photographer had never worked there before and was also raving about how beautiful it was. Katy came along for the photos , leading us to the perfect spots and even helping me with my dress and train to make sure we got great photos and missed the least amount of time with our guests. All of the staff was wonderful, and special shoutout to Laurie. She was THE MOST amazing personal steward for the day and made sure I got to try all of the food and never wanted for anything. She even made sure we got some extra cupcakes packed up for us to take home. The whole team at Pinehills really does an incredible job making sure you have the best day you always dreamed of. I cannot imagine our wedding being that amazing anywhere else - and all of our guests agree.

There was not one request too extravagant that they could not accommodate. Kelli was the most unbelievable coordinator a bride could ask for, a total rockstar!!! Her communication was spot on, always transparent, and we felt that she genuinely wanted to make sure we had the best day of our lives...and did we ever. I wanted a signature drink with liquor not usually stocked and she said \"no worries, I will have that available for you.\" I wanted a candy bar for the reception and she said \"I will set that all up for you, no problem.\" We visited a few venues in our search that were going to charge extra for those things! Not only were they so accommodating but everything delivered. We happened to luck out with a gorgeous day, but I knew that even if it rained, everything would still look stunning and be amazing. Their attention to detail and to all the decor I brought in was just unmatched. Kelli just has an eye for this, she took me in to see the room before the ceremony and I was just so overwhelmed by how perfect everything looked. She brought my entire vision to life. My now husband saw the room and he said \"Oh my god you did this?!\" So incredible.It's now been just about 3 weeks and our guests are still talking about the food and how much fun they had, lots of them telling us it literally was the best wedding they've ever been to. All the food came out scalding hot from cocktail hour into dinner and just tasted so good. Something that is so special was that we had a private Butler for us and our parents, Laurie. Another rockstar! She was simply amazing, our hands were never without a drink or food..whenever we were even half empty she would say \"ready for another?\" She was so sweet and just like Kelli, we felt like she was genuinely so happy for us. She would pull us aside to make sure we were enjoying and would remind us to keep taking in the moments because it really goes by so fast. We just felt so well taken care of. Later I even found out that she was taking care of the bridesmaids and groomsmen too! Just above and beyond.It took me until now to write a review because we just have still been living on this high from the most perfect day of our lives. We keep talking about it with the biggest smiles on our faces. We truly felt like we enjoyed every single minute and didn't miss out on anything. We have the most amazing memories from this day, would not change a single second, and send the most genuine and heartfelt thank you to the Pinehills for making our day the most incredible of our lives, and one we will never ever forget. WOW! There is no way I can write a review that will capture how amazing Katy and the staff at Pine Hills are. Katy was fabulous and communicative throughout some stressful pandemic planning. She kept us up to date about any changes to restrictions and assured us throughout that we would figure out a way to make it work. She was experienced with all of the typical planning and made what seemed like an overwhelming amount of decisions feel super manageable. They anticipated every need we had from drinks and apps to chasing down my fly away veil. They kept everything on schedule and helped our day run smoothly. The rest of the servers were attentive and helpful as well. We weren't able to approach the bar due to COVID restrictions but we were never without a drink thanks to the wonderful cocktail service. WOW! There is no way I can write a review that will capture how amazing Katy and the staff at Pine Hills are. Katy was fabulous and communicative throughout some stressful pandemic planning. She kept us up to date about any changes to restrictions and assured us throughout that we would figure out a way to make it work. She was experienced with all of the typical planning and made what seemed like an overwhelming amount of decisions feel super manageable. Katy and the entire Pinehills staff were absolutely amazing, I cannot say enough good things about our experience having our wedding at Pinehills. We booked pre-pandemic, and Katy/the owners were fantastic every time a curveball came our way. When it became clear the pandemic restrictions would still be in effect this spring, they sent us every option conceivable that would allow us to still have our wedding. And when the town of Plymouth changed its guidelines to have gathering limits even more restrictive than the state, not only did Katy get us options to move our entire event outdoors, she sent us an email update THE MINUTE the local restrictions were lifted. Katy was positive, extremely responsive, and so helpful in the year leading up to our wedding. During our wedding weekend, she was a downright superhero: every question was answered before I had a chance to ask it, every single decor item was perfectly in place, and there was truly nothing for us to worry about. Remarking on Katy's amazing coordination skills, one of my bridesmaids said, \"I would trust her with my life.\" At our wedding, every Pinehills staff member we interacted with was amazing. Laurie especially made sure the wedding party had everything we could want or need all day, and she was a joy to have around on the big day!The patio and fireplace gave everyone plenty of room to spread out all night long when taking a break from the dance floor. The venue speaks for itself. The food was delicious too. My husband and I already have plans to visit for our first anniversary and eat at the restaurant on-site! However the real reason for such a perfect day was my coordinator, Katy. She is a star! From meeting her on the first day until the big day, she made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. She also kept me calm during the afternoon, leading up to the first look. She is just wonderful! She is attentive to details and always responded to my emails and questions. Her staff is phenomenal too! I cannot say enough great things, and I could go on forever with compliments. I cannot say enough good things about Katy, The Pinehills, and all of the staff that worked our wedding. My husband I got married last June and we still get chills looking through pictures. This was the first and only venue we looked at and we booked it same day, there was no seconding guessing our decision.Katy was an absolute angel to work with and she had such a calming presence the whole time working with her. About six months before our wedding, my Mom was diagnosed with cancer and everything was so stressful and up in the air. Katy let me take my time with the planning process, did not rush any decisions, and even offered to take over anything she could because she understood what I was going through. Fast forward six months and we all were present and well (still are!) the day of the wedding. Everything went off without a hitch! Katy had wonderful suggestions for areas to take pictures, she was beyond helpful with any and all of my and my guests needs, along with the bridal attendant. The only thing I would have changed about our wedding would have been extending the night longer because I didnât want it to end! I canât count how many times we have been told it was the best wedding our guests have been to, and it is all thanks to our wonderful vendors!

From the moment we met Katy until the moment we said goodnight after the wedding she was gracious, informative, so helpful and over the top superb in every way. (Kelli was there for us if Katy was off and she is also so wonderful.) And then there was Becky (our Wedding Party Steward the night of the wedding) who couldn't have done anything more to make the night any more perfect. Loved every moment except having to say goodnight. I'm really going to miss them and I didn't want the night to end.

Iâve been to weddings where Iâve seen the app tray passed by me once, maybe twice. I had to stop eating them in fear of being too full for dinner! Dinner was amazing, and again guests have continued to tell me is great the food was - some saying itâs the best âwedding foodâ theyâd ever had! I truly believe the entire wedding planning process was made that much easier having Pinehills as our venue. I highly recommend to any couple looking if you want an amazing, perfect day. We would, without hesitation, recommend Pinehills as a wedding venue to anyone who asked. Kelli was an absolute pleasure to work with from day 1 and made everything go off without a hitch. They were very willing and open to letting us customize our day exactly how we wanted. The entire staff is professional, courteous, efficient, and extremely helpful. The venue itself is beautiful and lends itself to gorgeous decorating and backdrops for photos. The food is BY FAR, the best food we have ever had at a wedding and kept getting told the same thing from all of our guests. We got the Braised Short-Rib and we highly, highly recommend it. Every part was perfectly executed and the portions were very generous. Lorie, the waitress assigned to my wife and I, went way above and beyond. At no point, all night long were we without a drink or any other thing we needed or wanted. This coupled with Kelliâs expert management of staff and the flow of the event allowed us to focus all of our energy on being with our guests and truly enjoying the night. We had heard from many people that things will go wrong and to just accept it so that it didnât ruin the day. We can genuinely say that not a single not-trivial thing went wrong thanks to the Pinehills staff. It was, without a doubt, the greatest night of both of our lives and according to a huge percentage of our guests, the best wedding they had ever attended. We are so incredibly thankful that we chose Pinehills as our venue and for the staff and Kelli for helping to make our night so perfect and magical. My jaw dropped when I walked into the reception area- she did an amazing job setting up all our decorations and the room was more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! The catering staff waited on us hand and foot making sure we had drinks and apps while we were getting our photos done- I felt like a princess! And oh my gosh, the FOOD- people say the bride and groom never get to eat on their wedding day but we made sure to eat every last bite, it was so delicious!! Pine Hills Pavilion was the PERFECT venue for our Big Day! The gazebo area was beautiful, the cocktail patio lended perfectly to fun conversation, and the indoor reception room (with the beautiful wooden beams) allowed us to create the warm, whimsical, rustic & romantic vibe that we had hoped for. Most importantly, KATY and the staff at Pine HIlls are true professionals. They know what they are doing and you know you are in good hands from Day 1. They are buttoned up, organized and extremely helpful. Katy went above and beyond to help me hang large decorations before our reception and didn't make a fuss at all. She really is a star. Our wedding ceremony and reception at Pine Hills is one that I'll never forget. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a wondeful celebration (and not break the bank too much compared to other cape cod/south shore venues). We love Pine Hills!

The gazebo area was beautiful, the cocktail patio lended perfectly to fun conversation, and the indoor reception room (with the beautiful wooden beams) allowed us to create the warm, whimsical, rustic & romantic vibe that we had hoped for. Most importantly, KATY and the staff at Pine HIlls are true professionals. They know what they are doing and you know you are in good hands from Day 1. They are buttoned up, organized and extremely helpful. Katy went above and beyond to help me hang large decorations before our reception and didn't make a fuss at all. She really is a star. Our wedding ceremony and reception at Pine Hills is one that I'll never forget. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a wondeful celebration (and not break the bank too much compared to other cape cod/south shore venues). We love Pine Hills!

The staff at the Pinehills is amazing, attentive, friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this venue to anyone. From out first meeting with Kelli until the day after our wedding when we picked up decorations she was so accommodating and helpful and very patient with the millions of questions and emails we had. It poured on our wedding day so we had tomake the decision earlier in the week to have a tent set up. When we arrived at the Pinehills the rain had stopped. Kelli and her staff quickly took the sides off the tent at our request. Prior to the ceremony, after the ceremony and late into the evening Kelli and Becky were right by our sides for anything we needed from drinks, to food, to even hunting down my flip flops. They kept us on a time schedule and helped make sure every minute of the evening went by smoothly. When it came to decorations all I had to do was deliver them and leave Kelli with a photo of how we wanted everything set up. When we arrived for our rehearsal it was almost already done so we got to see it in advance. After the wedding everything was neatly packed up for us to pick up. Three months after the wedding friends and family are still commenting on how amazing our venue was and how helpful the staff was. The food however has been the talk. Everything we ate was delicious. Through meetings with Kelli we added appetizers and late night snacks to our menu. Thank you Kelli you made our day a day to remember! You were amazing to work with and we really appreciated all of your efforts.

She is so sweet, professional, organized, and was such a calming presence at both the rehearsal and day of the wedding. The Pavilion is a perfect room for receptions, with beautiful glass windows along the back wall, big wooden beams, and plenty of space! Our guests raved about the food and loved the outdoor space for cocktail hour and as a place to cool off from the dance floor. My husband and I wish we could go back and do it all again!
