The team's communication couldn't be beat, as they responded quickly to all of my questions along the way. They even went above and beyond in the wedding planning process, helping me set my timeline for the day, offering advice, and recommending visitors. I didn't have to hire a wedding planner, because I felt like the Pink Palace team helped me fill in those gaps any way. They were all kind, friendly, patient, and so on the ball from the time we booked all the way through the end of the party. You won't find a better deal on a venue in town. Their very reasonable fee includes so much that other venues charge extra for or simply don't do. And after the fact, I had tons of wedding guests raving about the venue. They loved the multiple spaces, which was great for allowing the guests who want to chat to go into one area and the ones who want to dance be in another. If you are looking for a venue that allows for both a ceremony and a reception, this is your spot. We used it for a reception only so I didn’t get to make use of the beautiful bridal suite but the beauty and spaciousness of the venue was worth it. Our guests still comment on it even a year later. In addition, they allow you to select your own caterer and bring in your own alcohol, which will save you money. I was very pleased with the coordination both before and during our wedding day. I could go on and on about how they helped throughout the process, but the main things were how well they communicated and the day-of coordination. They are very quick to reply to your emails, made sure I understood what was needed of me, answered my questions without making me feel like I was bothering them (big deal), and just overall made me feel like they cared about my wedding specifically. The day of the wedding, it did indeed rain. In fact, it poured about 30 minutes before the ceremony. But that was not a problem, because they had already set up everything inside because we all knew it was coming. They asked me to call it earlier in the day, whether I wanted to keep it outside or move everything indoors and took care of it all. I also must comment on the new renovations. They really did make an effort to restore the mansion to its glory and make the right adjustments to allow for a better space for events. The rental includes tables, chairs (banquet and outdoor), linens, security, bride and groom suites, etc. I was able to get into the mansion at 9am, and to my knowledge, no vendors had any issues getting in when they needed to and setting up what they had.
