We could not say enough about the venue. We worked with Shannon and she was amazing. She responded quickly to an email or call during the process, had some great input during our tasting and made sure our day was perfect. She went above an beyond from day one and helped to make our day amazing! Our guest raved about the food. The servers, bartenders and staff were accommodating and kind. The room worked out great and the chocolate fountain was the perfect touch.

Our wedding was on 8/18/2023 and we are still so happy from the perfect day. From the minute we started our tour at Pinstripes with Shannon Schurr, my husband and I knew Pinstripes was going to be the perfect place for our wedding reception. We toured a few other venues, but Pinstripes was perfect. Shannon was so responsive and answered all of our questions along the way. The food tasting was lovely as well and it was a great chance to try all the food and feel confident at our choices. From the tour to the tasting to the reception, everything was seamless and magical. All of our guests absolutely raved about the reception venue and all the wedding guests mentioned it was the most fun wedding reception they have ever been at. The food and drink options were fantastic! We had bowling during our cocktail hour (with socks and bowling shoes included for all guests) and bocci courts open after dinner, which was a huge hit. We reserved the all-seasons outside space, which was well worth the little additional money, and the firepits and decorations (including the flowered backdrop) were a big hit and we didn’t even need to buy any decorations because it was set up so beautifully. The service was excellent throughout the whole night and the linens turned out prettier than we could have pictured! There was also a cool stand for the cake to be displayed while we were cutting it. Many of our guests now frequent for bowling and dinner at Pinstripes and my husband and I do the same.

My husband and I had our wedding at Pinstripes April 29th. The AllSeasons room was absolutely beautiful and beyond my expectations. The staff was incredibly accommodating, helpful and nice to all of the guests. The flatbreads at the end of the night were delicious and they were so well received. Everyone kept going back for more! I highly recommend going with their Premium package to get the late night snack and specialty cocktail. The bartender got rave reviews from our guests and the Palomas he made for the specialty cocktail were fantastic. Our guests thought it was an amazing and unique venue and kept complimenting all of it.Working with Sara was so easy and I couldn't have felt more confident that the day was going to be perfect. She was responsive, on top of everything and truly flexible. Everything we did with Pinstripes from the chairs and linens, to the menu, felt completely customizable.I'll be smiling for weeks thinking about having the best wedding day ever. I cannot say enough amazing things about Sara and the team at the South Barrington location. We had our post elopement reception celebration and it was wonderful! The food was incredible, we got so many compliments. The bar and waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and efficient. We had about 100 people and it was more than enough space. We were so happy with the planning process. We would absolutely have another event here again. Thank you to Sara and the SB Pinstripes team for all you did to make out night so special!!

We had our wedding on 7/2/21 and it couldn't be more perfect. From the moment we met Sara, we felt confident that our wedding vision would be executed just the way we had imagined - but it was more. She is AMAZING. The planning, random meetings and visits, tastings, email/phone communication - everything was handled very professionally and in a friendly, easygoing manner. The guests were raving about the food and atmosphere. We loved the outdoor covered patio where we could safely celebrate with the ones we love. The wedding went smoothly. We had our wedding at south Barrington Pinstripes. Sara did a great job setting up all out wedding decor and helping us plan everything. The ceremony room upstairs was beautiful. The reception room was done up so elegant with the uprights. Highly recommend a wedding here when you are looking for additional activities with cocktail hour and late night bowling after dancing. The food is so much better than a typical banquet menu. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful at this location!!

The venue itself is beautiful, and Sara and her crew were attentive to both the needs of my couple, as well as myself and the other vendors. Beyond that, my couple mentioned how much they loved their venue, and it showed by how suited it felt to them + how much they enjoyed themselves. Our wedding at Pinstripes South Barrington was absolutely perfect. And Sara is the best coordinator EVER! Sara went above and beyond for us. We had an overflow of questions during the planning process (probably too many) and she answered everything with great detail and advice. She is the sweetest and most personable person to be around too. We had our ceremony upstairs in the ballroom and our reception in the outdoor patio area. Everything was GORGEOUS - it had that perfect rustic charm that I was going for. And my guests will not stop talking about how good the food was!!!

As a vendor in the wedding industry I'd have to say Pinstripes is one of my favorite venues to go to. Not only are Lauren and Sara outstanding to work with, but the entire staff from the managers to the servers are extremely courteous and always go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect... Not to mention the food there is incredible. And the atmosphere, while fun and casual, is still very classy for a wedding, which makes it unique compared to the \"typical\" banquet hall or hotel. So if you're looking for a fun and \"hip\" place to host your wedding at I'd definitely recommend Pinstripes to any prospective couple looking for a venue for their wedding.

Everything from the venue, to the food, to the staff, to the wedding coordinators, everything was FLAWLESS! Professional, accommodating, easy to work with, and FUN! My husband and I got married at Pinstripes recently and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received! Sara was our event planner and was fantastic every step of the way. She made sure our day went perfectly and went above and beyond. She even helped with the bustling of my dress, made sure my 90 year old grandpa had the right food at the right time, and helped the florist set up all the flowers and decor. I really got the sense working with her that she loves her job. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well and the food was delicious. All in all it was a very positive experience and Pinstripes helped give us the perfect wedding day.

Our wedding day in the outdoor bocce courts was better than we could have imagined! It is such a beautiful space that minimal decorations were needed. Lauren and the rest of the staff are so friendly and accomodating. Working with Lauren made the wedding planning process seem much less intimidating and she was very quick to respond to any random questions that popped up throughout the process. From leaving the decorations there for set up, to helping us with our sparkler send off and some night time pictures everything was flawless! The option to do late night bowling helped us continue the fun when we were not ready for the reception to end.

When my husband and I toured Pinstripes, South Barrington, we knew immediately this was the place we wanted to have our wedding. It had everything we wanted. There was something for all our guests: great tasting food, dancing, bowling, and bocce ball. We rented out bowling, and had our own private room sectioned off for bowling. The food was incredible, and we received so many compliments on how well it tasted. We had a gelato bar that was set inside an ice sculpture that was a huge hit with our guests. I could not believe how well organized the entire process was. Everything was taken care of and coordinated by Lauren (the events manager) at Pinstripes. We rented out the bocce ball court which looked absolutely amazing the day of our wedding. We got there early to set up, but to our amazement the team at Pinstripes handled everything for set up. Everything they arranged looked perfect. Everything ran incredibly smooth thanks to Pinstripes. I have been to several weddings in which something always seems to inevitable go wrong, but Pinstripes was so well organized and accommodating. Everything turned out better than we could have imagined. I would highly recommend Pinstripes as a wedding venue. There is no place better to have a wedding! If you are looking for a guaranteed fun, creative wedding celebration with excellent food, Pinstripes is the way to go!

When my husband and I toured Pinstripes, South Barrington, we knew immediately this was the place we wanted to have our wedding. It had everything we wanted. There was something for all our guests: great tasting food, dancing, bowling, and bocce ball. We rented out bowling, and had our own private room sectioned off for bowling. The food was incredible, and we received so many compliments on how well it tasted. We had a gelato bar that was set inside an ice sculpture that was a huge hit with our guests. I could not believe how well organized the entire process was. Everything was taken care of and coordinated by Lauren (the events manager) at Pinstripes. We rented out the bocce ball court which looked absolutely amazing the day of our wedding. We got there early to set up, but to our amazement the team at Pinstripes handled everything for set up. Everything they arranged looked perfect. Everything ran incredibly smooth thanks to Pinstripes. I have been to several weddings in which something always seems to inevitable go wrong, but Pinstripes was so well organized and accommodating. Lauren (coordinator/Manager), and the rest of the Pinstripes staff, helped make our wedding an amazing, stress-free, fun event. From the very beginning, we wanted a casual & entertaining wedding, and Lauren was willing to work with our ideas (and advising, filling in the gaps). Communication throughout the year (prior to the wedding day) was good, which was a major stress-reliever. She was also extra helpful the night before (helping set up), and Definitely extra helpful the day of (I can’t begin to describe how well she knows how to work a wedding beginning-to-end). The entire staff treated us and our families & friends very well throughout, which we fully appreciate. The food was really good, and extra bonus points to the bartenders who know how to pour a pint of Guinness. Our family members & friends had nothing but great things to say about everything with the wedding & venue (including calling it ‘fitting’ for bride & groom’s personalities, which I consider a huge compliment for us & the venue). Pinstripes was great with food and the venue is so unique. All of my guests had a great time! The only critiques I have is that there were no fans available for the outside setup and it was quite hot. This is not entirely Pinstripes fault because who could have predicted 95 degree day in September! The biggest issue I had was that they did not put my assigned tables in the right spot despite me clarifying a few times. My mom sat in the corner and my husbands mom sat in the back. Otherwise my guests had a great time and the food and service was phenomenal!

I am not typically a \"review\" type of person, but my new husband and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Pinstripes and everything they did to accommodate us for our big day, so I wanted to bend my rule a bit to brag on this amazingly wonderful venue. We held our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at Pinstripes this past August, and Lauren, our event coordinator, went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most memorable, beautiful day. From making sure every last piece of decor was utilized at our reception, held in the outside bocci ball area, to making sure our ceremony went off without a hitch, which was held in the outside courtyard, Lauren was there. Everything looked gorgeous and welcoming for all of our guests, and we received MANY compliments. Not only was the venue beautiful, the food delicious (but seriously, the food. Oh. My. Gosh), and the bar fully stocked (Cheers!), every last staff member who helped us to celebrate our day was friendly, smiling, and HAPPY to help with our, at times, chaotic guests. Pinstripes is a huge part of my husband and I's relationship because this is where we met so naturally we wanted to have our reception here! But when we first inquired about their wedding packages, it seemed way out of our budget so we started looking at other options. Nothing else really stood out to us so we thought we'd give Pinstripes another shot. We we're so lucky to have dealt with Sara because she was amazing from the get-go! She showed us different options and really worked with our budget. She helped a lot with the planning and gave suggestions without being pushy. She was professional, kind, and pleasant to work with and she definitely helped reduce the stress of wedding planning. We relayed all our concerns to her, based on prior weddings we've attended, and she made us feel at ease and reassured us that everything will be okay. And she was right! Everything turned out perfect. The food was plentiful, and delicious! Everything tasted good but the short ribs, fettuccine alfredo, and caesar salad were a hit! And our guests raved about the outstanding service. One of our close friends told us he tipped their server generously for an amazing job because their table ordered drinks left and right and everything was served timely and accurately. We also opted for the gelato bar which they rolled out about an hour after we started dancing and it was amazing. We got three flavors of ice cream and numerous toppings from oreos, nuts, to sprinkles, etc. Also, we had plenty of kids in the family so needless to say they enjoyed the bowling! I could not think of a more perfect venue for our wedding. We were so happy with how everything turned out and our guests loved the fact that they could go dancing or play bowling. I highly recommend Pinstripes if you are looking for a unique and fun venue!

We had our reception in the upstairs ballroom on 5/27/17 and we cannot recommend Pinstripes more highly!! We absolutely loved working with Sara and all of the staff there! They really go above and beyond to make you feel like the most special people in the venue--and not just on your wedding day! Every time we visited for meals or to check out the room prior to the wedding (and still today), we always receive the royal treatment ... and we LOVE that we can go back there anytime for meals or to hang out, which is not true of traditional halls. The food is simply amazing, and our guests are still talking about it!! We are so grateful to have had such an amazing place to celebrate with our friends and family!! Pinstripes is wonderful, and our wedding day was a dream from start to finish!

This was the perfect place for our wedding, we even held the ceremony there. Lauren was there through every step of the process and many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Pinstripes supplied literally everything else besides the decor which I did myself. They cooked the food at our venue, so Pinstripes rented kitchen appliances for them to prepare everything since the venue did not have a kitchen. Everything from appliances, coolers, to glassware and plates was handled by Pinstripes. It made everything so easy coming all from one place. From the big things, to the small touches, Jillian handled it! The day's events went smoothly, their set up was spectacular and exactly what I wanted, and let's not forget about the food! The food was fantastic and we received countless compliments about it. We recently had our wedding reception at Pinstripes in South Barrington, and my husband and I are over-the-top happy with the service we received! It was an amazing venue, and we cannot praise the staff enough! The staff at Pinstripes thought of every detail and took care in planning the event with us, and we couldn't be happier. Below are a just a few reasons why Pinstripes was the perfect venue (Trust us, there are many more)\r\rThe Staff\rWe met with the on-site coordinator, Matilda, twice before our reception. We thoroughly recommend working with her! She was professional, on top of everything, and she genuinely cared about us as a couple, including our love for Doctor Who. During these meetings, we went over the details of the night, and Matilda even had a checklist of questions for us to answer to ensure all the details turned out perfectly! She coordinated with the Photobooth people to make sure they were set up, and she helped to hang chalkboard signs and a TARDIS we wanted displayed. Not only that, but there were a few times my mother got nervous about the reception details, and Matilda even spoke with my mother on the phone to reassure her everything would be great.\r\rIn addition, on the night of the reception, every single staff member went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful night.The servers and bartenders interacted, joked, and laughed right along with our guests. Periodically through the night, staff members would come up to us and ask if we needed anything, which was amazing! Even as I was walking to the bathroom, staff members would come up and say \"Congratulations!\" It seemed like everyone, even the waitstaff, was excited to be there celebrating along with us!\r\rThe Food\rSeriously. The food is AMAZING!!! It came out right on time, and everything was cooked perfectly! Matilda even arranged with my mother a secret dessert of chocolate strawberries, which they surprised us with. On the strawberries were little notes about love written in chocolate, which was such a sweet touch. Everything, from the appetizers to the entrees to the sides to the desserts, was delicious and perfect. Our guests simply raved about the food!\r\rThe Venue\rWe chose to be in the back room of Pinstripes, which opens to the outdoors. We even arranged to have the firepit for part of the night. We had reception tables set up on 2 bocce ball courts, and the other 2 courts were open to play bocce throughout the night. We had also rented 4 bowling lanes for after dinner, and Pinstripes provided both bowling shoes and bowling socks for our guests. This was an absolutely perfect venue to have a relaxed, outdoor reception, and our guests were delighted to play bocce and go bowling! Our guests said it was the perfect reception because there were games to play as well as dancing - there was something for everyone to enjoy! (My 92 year old grandmother enjoyed herself so much, she stayed till midnight!)\r\rOverall\rWe wish we could give Pinstripes 6 stars! Our reception was outstanding, and we received multiple phone calls the next day from guests who had enjoyed themselves. We recently had our wedding reception at Pinstripes in South Barrington, and my husband and I are over-the-top happy with the service we received! It was an amazing venue, and we cannot praise the staff enough! The staff at Pinstripes thought of every detail and took care in planning the event with us, and we couldn't be happier. Below are a just a few reasons why Pinstripes was the perfect venue (Trust us, there are many more)\r\rThe Staff\rWe met with the on-site coordinator, Matilda, twice before our reception. We thoroughly recommend working with her! She was professional, on top of everything, and she genuinely cared about us as a couple, including our love for Doctor Who. During these meetings, we went over the details of the night, and Matilda even had a checklist of questions for us to answer to ensure all the details turned out perfectly! She coordinated with the Photobooth people to make sure they were set up, and she helped to hang chalkboard signs and a TARDIS we wanted displayed. Not only that, but there were a few times my mother got nervous about the reception details, and Matilda even spoke with my mother on the phone to reassure her everything would be great.\r\rIn addition, on the night of the reception, every single staff member went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful night.The servers and bartenders interacted, joked, and laughed right along with our guests. Periodically through the night, staff members would come up to us and ask if we needed anything, which was amazing! Even as I was walking to the bathroom, staff members would come up and say \"Congratulations!\" It seemed like everyone, even the waitstaff, was excited to be there celebrating along with us!\r\rThe Food\rSeriously. The food is AMAZING!!! It came out right on time, and everything was cooked perfectly! Matilda even arranged with my mother a secret dessert of chocolate strawberries, which they surprised us with. On the strawberries were little notes about love written in chocolate, which was such a sweet touch. Everything, from the appetizers to the entrees to the sides to the desserts, was delicious and perfect. Our guests simply raved about the food!\r\rThe Venue\rWe chose to be in the back room of Pinstripes, which opens to the outdoors. We even arranged to have the firepit for part of the night. We had reception tables set up on 2 bocce ball courts, and the other 2 courts were open to play bocce throughout the night. We had also rented 4 bowling lanes for after dinner, and Pinstripes provided both bowling shoes and bowling socks for our guests. This was an absolutely perfect venue to have a relaxed, outdoor reception, and our guests were delighted to play bocce and go bowling! Our guests said it was the perfect reception because there were games to play as well as dancing - there was something for everyone to enjoy! (My 92 year old grandmother enjoyed herself so much, she stayed till midnight!)\r\rOverall\rWe wish we could give Pinstripes 6 stars! Our reception was outstanding, and we received multiple phone calls the next day from guests who had enjoyed themselves. Guests were impressed with the food, they loved how happy and helpful the servers were, and guests absolutely LOVED getting to play bocce and go bowling at a wedding reception. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The venue was gorgeous. My guests couldn't stop talking about what a unique and wonderful experience they had. My husband and I choose this location because this wasn't our first wedding and we wanted a family FRIENDLY location/evening! \rOur situation isn't \"normal\".....and we are middle aged therefore, we KNEW what we wanted. \rOverall, when the evening was over......we have to say IT WAS BEAUTIFUL and everyone had a GREAT time.\rIt wasn't as simple to put together a different type of ceremony/second wedding but, with the help of the staff the outcome was great. The \"servers\" WERE BY FAR EXCELLENT....highly recommend getting them involved during your event.....what an amazing group we had! \rAlso our guests are still talking about the fabulous food! I suggest the bride and groom just have a to go bag packed since its so hard to finish your meal.\rThe best part was there truly was something for everyone.....2-94!!!

Pinstripes made the entire experience wonderful and worry free. We heard nothing but rave reviews from the guests at our wedding from the venue itself (we were outside in the patio area), the taste and presentation of the food, to the attentiveness of the service team. Pinstripes was also an incredible value when compared to the other venues we researched. I have already recommended them to other future brides. I could not be happier we chose Pinstripes for our reception, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

My husband and I were searching for an unconventional spot for our wedding reception. This was a 2nd wedding for both of us, and we had both done the standard banquet halls. We wanted a venue that would be fun for all involved - including our 5 kids. Pinstripes was it! \r\rWe had 65 people on the outside covered patio that included 4 bocce courts. \rThe guests (both kids and adults) had a blast! The food was amazing, and the wait staff was extremely attentive. \r\rLauren was our planner and she bent over backwards to accommodate all of our requests. She even went out of her way to identify a piano player for the ceremony.\r\rAfter the wedding, my husband and I received many compliments. Several people commented on what a great venue it was, and how much fun they had. Between the bocce courts, outdoor DJ, fire pit, giant Jenga, endless food, and open bar - how could you have a bad time?\r\rWe are so happy that we decided on having our wedding at Pinstripes. Lauren and her team worked hard to ensure a stress free event that met all of our high expectations. I would highly recommend Pinstripes, and Lauren to anyone looking for a wedding unique wedding venue that offers something for everyone.

I have been a wedding and event planner for 8 years and this is by far one of the best venues I have worked with. I have done a few events here and I am so impressed! I always love working with venues who respect me as an event planner. I worked with both Matalida and Lauren and was very very happy with both of them. There response to emails was awesome. Also the day of the event Ryan was also very attentive to our needs and wants. The serving staff was unbelievable! I held my wedding reception at Pinstripes in Barrington.\r\rI couldn't be happier with the experience.\r\rFrom day one, we were helped by their amazing event staff Lauren and Matilda both. We were treated so well when we came to see the venue. \rWe had a very large wedding party and they were so accommodating. Instead of having it in the ballroom, we had it on the Bocce courts which worked out so well. The price point was perfect, and they were very flexible with working with our budget, and changing things around based on our requests. Best of all, we had a perfect day and had SO MUCH positive feedback from guests. Everyone loved the food, sports and entire experience :) Couldn't have been any better. Thanks!

We had our wedding reception on the patio outside so it already was the perfect setup for what we needed. The venue itself is very beautiful outside. Everything was perfect from the very first meeting with Lauren to the last minute of the reception! Lauren made everything easy and even helped me set up the day before and the day of the reception! The food was amazing (as usual) and everyone was so helpful if I needed anything before and during the event. Lauren was there every step of the way to make sure I understood what was going on and to make sure she had all the details as well. She was prompt with emails and phone calls and never once dropped the ball! I can't say enough about Pinstripes in South Barrington!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Pinstripes in South Barrington on October 11, 2014 and we had an amazing experience. The venue is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the service is great! The coordinator, Matilda, was such a pleasure to work with and she made sure everything was perfect on our special day. They also did an awesome job accommodating with food allergies and sensitivities and as a person with Celiac's, I greatly appreciate the fact that I can trust them. The dining room upstairs is gorgeous and our guests had a lot of fun playing bocce and eating appetizers during the cocktail hour. I highly recommend Pinstripes for any event and my husband and I will definitely be returning to this location soon!

We had our wedding at the South Barrington Pinstripes. Matilda was our coornator, she was amazing and was there for us each step of the way! I wanted to have a traditional yet non-cookie cutter wedding and Pinstripes was the way to go. \rWe were planning on having the ceremony on the patio, but day of the it rained. Not to worry Matilda had a backup plan and it was perfect! Instead of being in the grass we were set up on on the outdoor bocce courts. Pictures can out beautiful. \rWe chose the full package of bocce cocktail hour, open bar, reception and after party bowling. The food and waitstaff were amazing. I can't stress enough get the open bar option dollar for dollar it it worth it! \rIt's been a little over a month and I still have friends and family that are telling me that the wedding was the most fun they had at any wedding they've attend, hands down! \r
