Having my wedding reception at PVCC made the day seamless, beautiful, and a treasured memory. The entire staff was great to work with, and Donna in particular was exactly what I had hoped my coordinator would be: gracious, sensitive, organized, and attention to detail. My family and I loved working with her and getting to know her through the planning process. She guided us through the planning and the day itself with such kindness and efficiency. Pleasant Valley was the perfect venue; our photos turned out lovely, and we received compliments for weeks afterwards on how delicious the food was! I would highly recommend Pleasant Valley to any bride and groom wishing to make their day a perfectly memorable and beautiful day!

From the moment we went to Pleasant Valley we knew it was going to be the perfect venue for our ceremony and wedding reception. Everything from beginning to end was perfect. Donna made sure every detail was taken care of. Their wedding packages made planning easy and affordable. The garden area was beautiful for our ceremony and they recently had just updated the facilities and we couldn't have asked for more. The bridal suite is spacious for you and family. From the moment we went to Pleasant Valley we knew it was going to be the perfect venue for our ceremony and wedding reception. Everything from beginning to end was perfect. Donna made sure every detail was taken care of. Their wedding packages made planning easy and affordable. This was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Donna was so supportive of us and even our 6 month timeline. She was perfectly happy to answer any questions we had and was there to help at any moment from contacting other vendors when starting to plan to printing out the list of people for the family photos 4 minutes before walking down the aisle. We had the most amazing wedding at Pleasant Valley Country club over the summer! The ceremony location is an absolute dream with its greenery and floral background. The reception area had been recently remodeled to a gorgeous, modern ballroom that felt classy and timeless. The food was also delicious. PVCC also offers the best prices around! My wedding was everything I could have ever asked for. This venue deserves 5 stars! Although much of the staff was wonderful to work with, we did experience a little trouble with how some of the staff treated me, my bridal party, family and friends at my rehearsal dinner and on my wedding day. Aside from that though, we had an amazing experience!

I would highly recommend having your wedding at Pleasant Valley Country Club. The venue is gorgeous and Donna made it so easy to plan everything. I like how they offer different packages that might include the cake and flowers, this made everything so much easier. I don’t think you can find a more beautiful venue; both inside the ballroom or outside in the gardens!

My husband & I married on 5/7/22. We had our reception at Pleasant Valley and were very pleased! Donna is wonderful to work with and she & her team did a FABULOUS job completely transforming the room to match our wedding dreams! Donna was prompt in her responses throughout my wedding planning process, and even allowed me to come in a few extra times to view the place when I was indecisive about things :) I loved having a ballroom that had the dance floor in the MIDDLE of the room, where guests could surround and everybody could see (including those who choose not to be on the dance floor). This was very important to me. The fireplace made for a beautiful backdrop for personal pictures with family & friends. Donna brought us & our photographer to the most beautiful parts of the property to get some glorious shots! The food was delicious, too! Thank you PV for a magical day!

Great venue!! Pricing was very affordable. There is a beautiful garden area right in front where we took most of our pictures. The food and service was amazing – I highly recommend the stuffed chicken. Donna was so great to work with. No matter what time of the day it was (during, after hours, or on weekends), she would always respond to my anxious wedding questions. Also, with all the uncertainties through Covid, Donna and her team were completely reasonable and accommodating when it came to requiring deposits etc. It was an amazing day from start to finish and I highly recommend Pleasant Valley!

Donna was very attentive with everything & she made wedding planning so much easier. On our wedding day it was supposed to rain & the staff at PVCC had everything set up indoors & outdoors just in case. Luckily, the rain went away & we were able to have the most perfect weather for the ceremony & pictures outside. Here we are, a month later and people are still talking about how excellent the service & food was at Pleasant Valley. We will definitely book here again for future events!! The ballroom is stunning and full of natural sunlight, & the grounds have beautiful landscaping for outdoor photos. The team at PV made everything feel effortless. Not to mention, the packages they offer included just about everything I needed from florals and decor down to our wedding cake from vendors i would have chosen on my own in worcester. I would do it here all over if I had to do this again! đź’“

Pleasant Valley was everything I ever could have hoped for in a wedding venue. The second I walked in, I knew this was where we would have our reception (we got married at a nearby church). Michelle was super fantastic to work with, and made the planning process so easy. The food tasting they hold is absolutely amazing- my parents joined my fiance and I and were amazed by how good all of the food was! Michelle also helped connect us with other amazing vendors that we used for our wedding, which was really helpful. The day of the wedding, everything went smoothly and was absolutely perfect. The staff were all professional and helpful, and I received many compliments from guests on both the venue and food. Highly highly recommend, I could not picture having my reception anywhere else.

We couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our wedding, we looked at many places and decided that it was the right place and location for us. The free annual tasting allowed us to try out many different menu options and eventually decide on what we wanted to serve at out wedding. We loved the package which included free valet, unlimited fruit and cheese for cocktail hour, everything was placed exactly where we wanted it including decorations, tables, centerpieces, all meals were correct and timely. The venue is large enough for a big wedding and didn’t feel crowded at all. They made all planning easy and stress-free, the banquet manager was very communicative and professional. Overall, we had a fairytale wedding surrounded by our loved ones. I would recommend for any couple looking for a beautiful location and a perfect wedding day.

I wouldn't recommend this venue to my worst enemy.. I can not say it enough, avoid at all costs.. although the ceremony site was beautiful it wasnt worth the way we were treated. Let me start by saying they will not put you before any country club member there (even if the member didnt mind). I was married on 08/04/2018 the morning of the wedding there were tornados and it poured rain, meaning the course was empty but that didnt stop donna (director or events) from SCREAMING at my photographer for hanging my dress for a photo or standing on a wall for better angles of the floral background, which she was unable to get because of the issue. Then we were not allowed in the back of the venue at all, not allowed in the tree line, not allowed on any of the empty greens. They cater ONLY to their golf members and should seriously reconsider being a wedding venue.. on the biggest day of my life my groomsmen were given attitude, my guests were treated like last priority and all of my vendors were yelled at.. my DJ was yelled at for the music finishing at 12:01, my photographer was yelled at for being \"in the way of members\" then donna continued to talk badly about her in front of guests to other employees... so unprofessional and so rude.. then they jammed the top of my cake into a box and put centerpieces on top of it.. snapping my cake topper and ruining my cake. The food was good, the bartenders were fun but the people in charge here were just terrible to deal with from start to finish.. They do not put you first and make you feel unworthy on your big day!!

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding at Pleasant Valley recently. The grounds are beautiful, the food was very good and the reception hall was decent. But, the wedding planner was one of the rudest women I have ever met. She was not only rude to the bridal party, but to the guests as well. Multiple guests came up to me asking who that woman was and why was she yelling at everybody? The bridesmaid were scared to even ask her a simple question, fearing that they would get chewed out by her. She was mean and rude to the bridal party all day for no reason at all. If you get married here, I suggest hiring your own wedding planner who will give you a much better and happier experience.

We had booked our November '16 wedding almost 2 years in advance, well before any of the renovations had been completed. From the moment we booked the venue, Michelle and her staff had been nothing but helpful. Any question I had (and believe me, there were a lot!) she was sure to answer in a timely manner. The renovations looked gorgeous and we received so many compliments on our choice of venue. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Michelle, Donna and the whole PVCC staff! We are so happy with Pleasant Valley, thank you all for making our day so memorable!

My husband and I had our wedding at Pleasant Valley this July. Michelle and her crew were amazing and were able to host one of the best days of my life. When we first arrived, the renovations were in full swing so we had to use our imaginations to see the vision of what it would look like on the big day. The renovations were everything we could have imagined and more! The grounds were beautiful with flowers blooming everywhere. The food was delicious and we received many compliments on the meals from our guests. And of course, the crazy organizational nightmare leading up to the wedding was put at ease by Michelle and her staff. Overall our wedding day was beautiful and we are so happy that we chose Pleasant Valley as our venue!

My first impression of the property wast that is was very well maintained from the outside to the inside. The grounds were impeccable with fresh flowers, well trimmed trees and hedges to make a perfect landscape/background for an outdoor ceremony and wedding photo's. As I walked through the double doors and into the ballroom I was greeted by Donna the Banquet Manager who was very friendly and accommodating. Together we walked off the room so I would know where to setup the photo booth and the music/sound for the ceremony, cocktail and the reception. She made herself available whenever I had a question and always had a great answer/solution. As I was bringing my gear into the venue the valet person was also very helpful. Without having to ask him for help he was eager to assist by getting the door for us and greeting us with a \"hello and if we needed him for any help to just ask\". I thought that was very courteous and kind of him which added to my overall experience. As the night progressed Donna was instrumental in keeping everything organized and running very smooth. Her and her staff were simply amazing from start to finish. Dinner was served timely and with perfection! We had a September wedding at Pleasant Valley, what a beautiful time of year it is here! The photos came out great, the flowers are gorgeous and the fields in the background are just amazing. Michelle and Donna made sure we were happy with each detail of our wedding and answered our questions immediately. Donna stayed with us through the entire wedding to make sure things went smooth, and they did! The food was delicious, we got tons of compliments from our guests! Needless to say, we had a wonderful day!

they were very nice to work with. only bad thing is their tasting is only once a year so if you missed it then you don't get to taste all their food and the price of strawberry/raspberry was outrageous high.

I had my wedding at PV on July 30, 2011. From when I booked PV two years ago to the day of my wedding they were thorough about everything. They helped my day to be worry free from start to finish (literally to midnight walking out the door andpacking up the car.) They followed up with me through the mail, email and phone through the entire planning process and explained everything in detail. They were patient with me when I forgot to do things. \rLindsay was with me through the rehearsal and helped me with things I had not thought of when it came to the ceremony and who goes where and when. She was with us through the wedding and I didnt worry about anything. The food was great, the service was great and all my husband and I had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. I am not one of those brides who doesnt find the time to eat and I enjoyed my food very much. \rI would highly recommend the packaging they offer. We were able to have everything we wanted included in one simply price. We were married on site and it was not only gorgeous but easy as well. They have a private room for the bridal party to saver the introduction into the reception hall - I was very excited about this. They did not charge extra to have the cerremony and they gave us 7 hours total!! This was a huge seller for me because I love to dance and we spent the majority of our time with all of our guests on the dance floor.\rWe had a great time and PV was a huge part of making our wedding day amazing!

I booked my wedding reception at the PVCC 4 months before the actual day. They were professional, organized, and made my actual reception so easy and fun. All the people involved with the dinner were polite and extremely competent. The venue has recently been renovated with a beautiful update. The food was great and the venue itself was perfectly clean throughout the evening. I would recommend them to anyone!
