Jennifer, Caylee and the entire Pond Oaks staff gave my husband and I the BEST wedding experience we ever could have asked for. From the very beginning they were so easy to work with, their communication was amazing even when they were extremely busy and they were so transparent about everything. My husband and I were not picky with specific things that we wanted or had to have and we basically gave them free rein to do as they please. They did not disappoint! They are the most easy going, relaxed people to work with. If you wanted or needed something, they were one step ahead of you. It was pretty chilly and happened to start raining during our reception and they did not hesitate to put out easy ups that they had on hand to keep our guests dry and warm. This was by far the most stress free wedding. I was not worried about any thing the day of because they had everything taken care of. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and fit the vibe of my husband and I perfectly. I couldn't think of a single thing I would've changed about my wedding thanks to this amazing venue! Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you for making our day so special!!!

Pond Oaks was such an easy choice! They made the planning process so seamless and our wedding day so magical. Their friendly team of staff and vendors truly created an experience that is a gift of a lifetime. From the venue/ambience, florals, getting-ready glamper, cake to just everything else... it was beautiful! Our guests had nothing but great things to say about the venue. Thank you, Pond Oaks!!

Pond Oaks Wedding Venue was everything my husband and I could have dreamed of. We accidentally stumbled upon this wedding venue and decided to peak over the fence, one of the owners saw us and asked if we wanted to look around. I immediately felt a connection to this beautiful place. After scheduling a proper tour we booked our wedding date. Jennifer and Caylee were amazing to work with! To start, they were all so genuine and sweet throughout the entire process. They were extremely flexible and open to any ideas we had for our wedding day. You can feel they genuinely want your day to turn out exactly how you imagine it. Throughout the planning process they were very helpful and gave very valuable advice when deciding how we wanted our wedding to go. We personally feel we could not have picked a better venue. Jennifer, Caylee and the Pond Oaks team made the day absolutely beautiful!! I was speechless when I walked in the day of my wedding. Everything I envisioned was brought to life and I couldn't believe how beautiful everything was, including the natural beauty of this venue. I also cannot rave enough about how beautiful the floral was for our wedding. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. I let Caylee know I wanted pops of sunflower and my wedding colors were blue, which I knew would be hard to incorporate into flowers but she made them absolutely beautiful. We are so thankful for this amazing team and the beautiful venue. It was a dream come true for us. I absolutely recommend this venue to anyone who is considering it!

Wow…stay away. Far away. We booked our June 2023 date In September. Put down a $2k deposit based on seeing the venue for about 10 minutes during a fireman’s event. Even though we saw the venue briefly we wanted to get married there. Very very difficult to get a hold of and communicate with. They aren’t ashamed to let you know their turn around time on emails isn’t great. Couldn’t even get a meeting to discuss details and tour the venue properly for over 2 1/2 months but we were patient. Day before we were supposed to meet they cancelled due to a family emergency. We were sympathetic and said no problem. After a week with no communication on a reschedule we emailed. A few days later we heard back that they could meet in a few weeks on a Saturday late afternoon. In between rescheduling we got nervous that their communication was so bad our day wouldn’t go as planned. It had been over 3 months since the deposit without meeting and less than 6 months before our date. We investigated other venues. We’re surprised how amazing everyone else’s communication was. We decided to request a refund of deposit as we wanted to go somewhere else for our big day. Amazingly my email was returned within 5 minutes (only time we received timely communication was when money was involved) that stated read our contract, no refunds, happy new year and good luck lol. No “I’m sorry you feel this way can we make it right” or “what can we do to keep your wedding day hete” we had never met, never went over details, had seen the venue in full, etc. The mother/daughter staff was rude, unwilling to admit that 3 weeks to reply to an e-mail was unacceptable and that under no circumstance were they going to refund anything. I’d stay clear. They are part time wedding planners. The venue is beautiful but the attitude and lack of communication and customer service was mind blowing. We’re very easy going and we’re willing to wait 3 months to meet. Then they canceled and never seemed in a rush to reschedule. Then got really snippy when we pointed out how terrible their follow up was, which for a wedding seems paramount. They refused even a partial refund as they had done nothing except collected $2,000 for the better part of 4 months. Just a read the contract, happy new year and good luck. for the $$$ involved they didn’t earn one cent and instead earned a real bad review. If I could give 0 stars I would. Bad business to treat people like that

Pond Oaks gave me a wedding night that I will never forget. My friends and family loved the venue and we’re blown away with the details and atmosphere. Jennifer and her whole team where AMAZING, they were so helpful throughout the entire process and really made it easy for me as the bride. Pond Oaks is a great way to have a stress free wedding planning experience. I would recommend this venue to anyone as they were detail oriented and so friendly and easy to work with.

My daughter was married here over Memorial Day weekend. The day could not have been better and the entire staff at Pond Oaks was wonderful. Not a bad attitude among them. The DJ they provided was great and the site itself is gorgeous. Very affordable, too. I couldn't have imagined a better wedding.

This venue is AMAZING! The pictures do it no justice! My husband and I got married 10/17/21 and it was a perfect fall wedding. Jennifer and her team went above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING was taken care of from the food to the decor to the flowers and everything in between! The only “vendors” we had to provide was the photographer and officiant, they took care of everything else! We’re forever grateful for how perfect it turned out, it was everything we wanted and more!

My husband and I got married here in August 2021. I wasn’t sure about the venue based on pictures but went to check it out after getting a quote and HOLY COW. Gorgeous venue, incredible people, great price. Jennifer and her team went out of their way to make sure I was happy and everything looked awesome. They took care of everything; food, bartender, flowers, dessert, DJ, decorations. It was 100% stress free and absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend Pond Oaks!

My Fiancé and I celebrated our engagement party at Pond Oaks. We could not have imagined anything more perfect. The venue is breathtaking & really resonates with our love for simplicity, mountains and nature. We have a very rustic yet almost urban style. Pond Oaks catered to every vision we had, brought to life our ideas and thoughts and transformed our party to represent both of our personalities. The food, dessert, bar, music & of course entertainment were a hit with all of our guests. We loved it so much, we decided we wanted to book the venue for our wedding too!! The team at Pond Oaks did not disappoint!
