Post Family Farm is a fantastic space to hold your reception! The space itself is beautiful. We were married in mid-July, so the greenery was in full bloom. Not only are there ample spaces for lovely pictures, but ample space for dancing and yard games as well. I had multiple people compliment the space as one of the \"best spaces they have seen.\" 10/10 for looks and ability to hold a large amount of guests.Cheryl and Kim made the whole experience as easy and laid back as is possible for planning a wedding. They were so helpful through the whole process, and we really appreciated it. They flawlessly pulled off our \"theme\" combining random pieces of decor we provided with decor available at the facility. Let me just say, they had A LOT to choose from. With very little effort from us, we were able to walk into a space that was exactly what we were thinking, only better. The wedding day itself was so well coordinated that we really didn't have to worry about anything. These guys are pros. The space is beautiful. You can bring in your own caterer (with a reasonable \"babysitting\" fee\"). If you are into the beautiful outdoor vibe, this place is it. 10/10

We absolutely loved having our reception at Post Family Farm! It is a beautiful farm venue with a white barn and large pavilion where the reception is located. It was a chilly September night, so they put up side walls and had heaters to keep us warm. The staff took care of setup, decorations, tear down, and everything in between, and were amazing to work with leading up to the wedding. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an outdoor venue that's safe even if it rains!

Gorgeous venue ... BUT the amazing wedding my sister meticulously planned and saved every cent for (her only daughter!) was marred by the awful bar service. Instead of providing the PREMIUM wine package she paid for -- which specified by name the wine they were to serve -- they substituted other cheap \"low alcohol\" wine (who even knew there was such a thing?) and made other low-quality substitutions. We took pictures of the wines they were serving and looked them up online. Several were like $5-6/bottle when she paid for much better quality. Guests were pouring out the wine in the grass and my sister, the mother-of-the-bride who paid top dollar for good wine, was humiliated. I'm still angry about the situation. I feel the venue operator should either monitor the situation or not require guests to use this vendor (Bars by Butch). There was no \"misunderstanding\" here. There was a contract to provide specific premium wines, and bartenders who substituted cheap products to increase their profits at my sister's expense.

Our wedding reception was at Post Family Farm and it was so beautiful! They were so helpful with planning everything and even with the last minute Covid changes the process was very smooth. The night of our reception was cold and rainy but the pavilion was so cozy and warm with the heaters and lights that we didn't even notice the bad weather . It is a beautiful location and the staff is amazing!

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure working with Cheryl at Post Family Farm. Our wedding day was the absolutely perfect. Cheryl was very easy to work with. She made sure all of our needs and wants were met. She far exceeded any and all expectations we could have set in a wedding coordinator. She genuinely loves seeing her clients happy and goes above and beyond. Her crew that helped assist her was also very welcoming and professional. I would recommend this venue to any couple searching for the magic marriage has to offer. This place is not just beautiful but becomes a special part of your partnership and home. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts. We cannot express enough gratitude to the staff at Post Family Farm. Although they had a hand in every little detail they were very swift in being hidden and not obscuring any views of our guests. They made everything so worth while for us. It was hands down the most laid back and enjoyable part of our planning experience. It was very helpful that Cheryl would reach out and ask questions about your envision to help make it come to life. She offered advice when asked and made every decision feel like your own. In no way did I ever feel like she was taking over my day. Post Family Farm strives to make you happy. No matter the event I would highly recommend meeting with Cheryl and getting your event booked!!

A year to the date, this review is definitely long overdue!A year ago today I married my best friend at Post Family Farm. As my husband is in the Navy and was stationed outside of Michigan, I had to plan a lot of our wedding details on my own as he was unfortunately unable to be at my side. However, once I found and fell in love with Post Family Farm, Cheryl and Cori were right there to help make the planning process immensely easier on me. Post Family Farm was the first wedding venue I toured, and I was smitten immediately. The venue itself is just downright gorgeous- from the waterfall site, to the beautiful landscaping- it's breathtaking. The 1912 barn makes a stunning backdrop for photos, and the whole venue itself is just so photogenic.The animals- from the ever hungry goats to the roaming cats- were a big plus for me as well, as I'm a veterinarian in training, and all our guests just loved how unique it was having different furry friends roaming the property during the wedding and reception.Alongside the gorgeous venue, the staff are just incredible as well. Like I mentioned, Cheryl and Cori were so so so helpful and I can't thank them enough for all they did to make my big day go so smoothly. They've been in the wedding business for so long, and it really shows. I can't recommend this place enough. For everything they provide and the above and beyond service you receive, they're priced super fairly and worth literally every penny and more. You will not regret choosing Post Family Farm to host your special day. A year later and I still get family and friends commenting on what an amazing wedding it was! I'm beyond thankful for Post Family Farm, Cheryl, and Cori and everything they did for my husband and I. You will not be disappointed choosing Post Family Farm to host your big day.P.s. their doughnuts are killer and your guests will love them-

We reached out to the Post Family Farm and were met by warm and friendly people who listened to our circumstances and worked with us to provide a small and safe outdoor wedding. My fiance and I were overwhelmed with all of the last minute changes and weren't sure what we would do for our special day. The Post Family Farm helped us relax during this stressful time. The day of the wedding was beautiful and we were overjoyed that we didn't have to reschedule our day. The Post Family Farm members are warm, compassionate, and extremely generous. They helped us set up the ceremony space and add finishing touches that looked beautiful. We can't wait to continue to visit the farm and fondly remember our wedding ceremony. We can't thank you enough!!

Post family farm was the perfect venue. The staff was amazing and did everything for us! Their coordinators were amazing and all of the decorations were perfect. Cheryl made our day go flawlessly. We celebrated our wedding at Post Family Farm this past October. I can't get over how beautiful it was! It was even better than I imagined. Family and friends are still saying that it was the most beautiful wedding they have experienced. Cheryl and the family are extremely friendly and helpful with anything and everything, especially the day of! We had our ceremony at the waterfall site and reception at the pavilion. I would not change a single thing and we are blessed to have worked with them.

We did not use Post Family Farm for our venue, but we did use them for their donuts as our dessert (we didn't serve cake) and they were fantastic. The donuts were delicious and were very reasonably priced. Both of the people I worked with were very nice and accommodating. We just had to order them a day or two before and then someone had to go pick them up! Totally stress free!

I can't say enough good things about Post Family Farm!!!! It doesn't get better than this! Our wedding day was flawless thanks to the Post Family Farm team! Guests are still telling me how beautiful & wonderful it was! Cheryl is a wonderful day-of coordinator and we loved that we didn't have to worry about a thing--she handled the flow of the day and decorations! An added bonus is that decorations are included in the price of your ceremony and reception, which a lot of other venues don't offer and this saves you $ on decorations! Post Family Farms is the perfect place for anyone trying to plan a wedding. They are very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process and they set up and tore down all of the decorations for us on the day of the wedding. It was the best case scenario for my family - it took a weight off our shoulders not to have to worry about setting up the reception venue. I recommend this place for any bride or groom looking for a beautiful outdoor venue for their reception!

Post Family Farms is the perfect place for anyone trying to plan a wedding. They are very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process and they set up and tore down all of the decorations for us on the day of the wedding. It was the best case scenario for my family - it took a weight off our shoulders not to have to worry about setting up the reception venue. I recommend this place for any bride or groom looking for a beautiful outdoor venue for their reception!

WOW! I wish that every one could have their wedding at PFF. The venue was breathtakingly beautiful and the staff is beyond helpful. Cheryl was able to make anything and everything happen!! PFF has decoration including table linens/ centerpieces/ sting lights/ signs/ flowers and even sets up and tears down if you're a busy bride as I was. I could not have been more pleased with my PERFECT day. Not to mention, there were KITTENS! I have not heard one bad thing from any of our 180 guests plus 30 kiddos! The kids were able to run around and have a blast!

She is very prompt to respond to texts/emails/phone calls and is very easy to get along and work with. Our fall wedding in September was very magical from start to finish. It was such honor to have it at Post Family Farm and I would highly recommend anyone who wants a fall wedding in Michigan any day!

Post Family farm was a great venue! We loved working with Cheryl at the farm. She was easy to work with, and willing to go above and beyond for our special day. Any hiccups that took place (and they will always take place) were handled with quickly and professionally. The Venue itself was very beautiful. Well worth the price. If I was to plan the wedding all over again I would pick Post Family Farm, with out even having the money debate (which after I did more research was not that bad).

I can't count the number of compliments we got about the venue and the doughnuts. Cheryl and her team are remarkable and answer any questions, regardless of how often I pestered them. The stress level we had for preparing the site was eased by the staff's generous assistance and recommendations. We had such an amazing experience for our wedding, and our family gave us nothing but compliments about the Farm's staff and how polite and helpful they were, as well as the overall venue--they enjoyed the scenery and raved about the fun they had feeding the animals, playing yard games and how beautiful the farm was. This was June wedding using the Waterfall site for ceremony and pavilion for reception. Choosing to have both our ceremony and reception at the farm gave us a great option that already had a DJ and Bar service included in the final price, along with provided tables, chairs and white linens. The staff is very open to you visiting anytime, even to view set-ups of other events to help visualize your own. They truly make you feel like you are the only ones they are concerned about and the most important people there. They are open to your creativity and also have some décor options you may choose from and add your own touch to. **Not to mention, their donuts are awesome! We used these for a late night snack during dancing. \rThings to consider: extra $$ for \"set-up\" fees when choosing a caterer not preferred by them--this wasn't a major issue as we wanted a specific catering co. For additional fees you have options such as having a fire (2 hour minimum), bride entering and couple leaving on a horse, yard games and other amenities. Post Family Farm did a FABULOUS job with our wedding! The venue is absolutely gorgeous. If you choose to have your ceremony outside, you will be married on top of a small waterfalls surrounded by beautiful planted flowers. They think of EVERYTHING at Post Family Farms. Feeling anxious about all the details for my wedding, I had a sit down meeting with one of the staff members, and she went over every single little detail I could ever think of, and some I would have never thought of! I walked out of the meeting feeling 1000x better, and that my wedding was in excellent hands! The staff did everything they could to make my dreams for my day come true. They also have a tremendous amount of extras available- I as the bride arrived to my ceremony on a horse drawn carriage, and myself with my groom and the wedding party left the ceremony on a large wagon which took us for a relaxing ride on a beautiful path through the woods (exactly what we needed after the ceremony was over!) They also offered a bonfire and lawn games, which we took advantage of- and the guests LOVED it. We had so many compliments on the beautiful venue, and how fun our wedding was. A wedding at Post Family Farms will make for a perfect day, they have so much to offer that will set your wedding apart from the rest and leave yourself as well as your guests with a very memorable day. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

We had planned to have the outdoor wedding, but the weather didn't cooperate, Post watched the weather, waited until the last possible minute but we had to decide to move it into the pavilion. The rain dampened the ground but not our spirits... it was stil a beautiful night and everything came off without a hitch.

It's been two weeks since our wedding and we're still hearing about it! The venue was beautiful, relaxed, and fun! Our friends with kids said this was the easiest wedding for them to go. There was the traditional wedding activities of dancing, drinking and food along with lawn games, kids play area, and endless grass for running. The ceremony set up is beautiful with the woods in the background. And the lit pavilion was a dream for our reception. The staff was so helpful, professional and accommodating. I can't recommend this place enough! Especially if you're looking for a more out-of-the-box wedding.

I received so many compliments about how beautiful the farm was and we chose to use the horse drawn carriage and our guests loved it!

So glad we chose to have our ceremony here! The staff took great care of us and they were so professional. They ensured that everyone knew exactly what was happening before the wedding and the day of, they made sure that every detail was correct. I received so many compliments about how beautiful the farm was and we chose to use the horse drawn carriage and our guests loved it!

The employees at the farm are wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. The gounds are beautiful and you have full reign of the entire farm during your event. One complaint is the bridal room doesnt have windows that open so it got very warm, even for my May wedding.

Beautifully landscaped ceremony site with a water feature! Pavilion was a great size for the reception. All the guests enjoyed the fact that both the ceremony and reception were at the same place, and that there was plenty to do between the two. This family owned venue was well run and ready to cater to us in any way they could. I was a very laid back bride and this farm captured everything that I was hoping for!

The farm was absolutely beautiful. Everything from the ceremony to the reception was perfect and the staff at Post was wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better place to get married!

Not only was the venue absolutely beautiful, but the people there were just amazing. They took care of so much and really cared to give us our special day. Annette worked as our on-site coordinator and went above and beyond. It felt like a close friend was right there every step of the way. Anytime I thought of something that needed to be done, she was already one step ahead of me. We were thrilled with the venue itself and with the service. I would highly recommend Post Family Farm to anybody.
