The Venue itself is Beautiful, the food was amazing, and our bartender was top notch. With all that said our experience as a whole was horrendous. Nikki the event director made our experience a nightmare. At our tasting on 9/29 for our 10/22 wedding Nikki let us know that she has no information on our wedding saying with a slight laugh \" I didnt even think you were still getting married here\"! Nikki never once reached out to talk to us and ignored our attempts saying she doesn't check email and we should have called (which I did in Feb but she claimed she \"forgot\". Gave our wedding coordinator the hardest time at every turn. Nikki just made decisions on our behalf on the drinks we wanted instead of reaching out to us. I started reaching out to Nikki in Feb 2022 for out October 2022 wedding and was treated like I was too early to be bothering her. Nikki was shocked when we told her our ceremony was also at the site even though it was on our contract. Nikki refused to give me the Owners name, or her bosses name. Beware the Golfers were also rude the whole day to all of our guests and wedding party, then tried to get free drinks from our wedding bar (classiest part). We were still working out the cost of the food and drinks 2 days prior to our wedding. On the day of our event Nikki's assistant made herself a plate of OUR food and went in the back to eat. Just terrible service, I cried the whole week leading up to our wedding because of Nikki's unprofessionalism and inability to write any request we had down. If you want your wedding at this venue, I would make sure that Nikki is no longer the event director, or you will have the same experience that we had. At 1030pm Nikki sought out my mother and let her know that she was leaving for the night and reminded us we needed to be out by Midnight. Thank GOD for simply elegant wedding planning, if it wasn't for Lily calling, texting, and going to the venue I honestly think I would have had to cancel my wedding that is how bad Nikki, and her event staff was. I will say everyone else was so nice and helpful, but the event staff and director were awful.

Kayla L. was AMAZING to work with! She was super responsive to all of my questions along the way and was very flexible with all of our requests. The venue was great - providing spaces outdoors on the patio for guests to hang out as well as inside and out front. The day went perfectly and we have heard nothing but great things from our guests on the venue, food and services. I would highly recommend having your wedding here!

We got married at Prestwick back in September and we cannot recommend them enough for a special event venue! Molly, Kayla, Sam and all the Prestwick staff were great to work with. Throughout the wedding planning process, Molly and Kayla were so responsive and helpful. The rehearsal dinner and wedding day went so smoothly! Our guests loved the venue, ambience, and food too. Overall, it was a great experience and we are grateful to Prestwick for making our big day so special.

Prestwick Golf Club is a great wedding venue. My husband and I had to change venues two weeks before our wedding date but Molly and Kayla made our transition to Prestwick so easy it felt like Preswtick was our wedding venue from the very beginning. and we are so pleased with our experience! Molly and Kayla were very responsive to our questions and so helpful in making our wedding day exactly how we wanted it. We also loved that Prestwick has such beautiful grounds for photo and a private patio for guests off of the ballroom. We are happy we were able to have our wedding at Prestwick Golf Club in Woodbury MN!

Prestwick Golf Club was a great place to have our reception. Molly and Jill were so easy to work and very patient with all my questions. The space is gorgeous and takes minimal decorations to create a magical atmosphere. The food is DELICIOUS. We had many guests tell us they had a hard time deciding what to choose as a meal option. The grounds are also a wonderful place for pictures, especially in the summer months when everything is green. One drawback, the wedding party was taking pictures when the cocktail hour started and when someone went looking for a plate to bring to the grooms room they were only able to pull together six appetizers for eight of us. Other than that no complaints! The waitstaff and bartenders were wonderful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to have their reception in the Woodbury, MN area.

Prestwick Golf Club was beyond amazing to us on and before our wedding day! Molly and her team made the wedding process go so easily and smoothly. We were so thankful for Molly's graciousness and professionalism towards us. The staff and crew were so great and friendly and accommodating to our crazy family and friends. The outdoor ceremony site is huge and perfect in every way. Then you get into the ballroom and that's just drop dead beautiful. I remember falling in love with the chandeliers, the wallpaper, the drop down screens and the windows! Amazing inside and out. Everybody talked about how delicious the food was as well. My husband and I had a hard time deciding what to choose during our food tasting! Truly, no choice was a wrong choice.I absolutely cannot thank Molly and Prestwick Golf Club enough for making our wedding day more than anything I could have ever imagined. Genuinely, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much!!

Prestwick's staff went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding. Their event manager, Molly was so helpful throughout the entire process, answering every single question we had so quickly, and never leaving anything out. Prestwick is so accommodating with they bride & groom suites to get ready in and they set up everything for you (tables, chairs, linens, plates & glasses)! Our flower vendor was late with delivery and Molly came and asked me who we had for flowers because she noticed they weren't here yet, and told me she would call and coordinate, so I didn't have to. All of our guests continue to rave about how amazing the food was and how they couldn't believe how quick it was delivered to their table. On top of the incredible customer service, delicious food, and beautiful venue, Prestwick is so reasonably priced! I recommend it 100% to anyone looking for a golf course venue!

Prestwick golf club was an amazing place to get married! We got married in June of 2018 and we were married outside on their ceremony site. It was beautiful and fit 250 people! Molly was in charge and did such a good job making sure everything ran smoothly. She had a lot of the details down and stayed on schedule collaborating with the photographers and the DJ. Everyone loved the food and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! The bartenders were so great and on top of everything! They were very flexible for being a fancy golf club! The inside of the venue is so gorgeous. It was a little tight with 235 people, but there is plenty of space to use outside on their balcony or in the lobby area. We had a perfect day thanks to Prestwick Golf Club!

August 19 wedding. I'm MOB, and the MOG and I did some previewing for our out of town bride and groom to-be. After touring every available venue within 40 miles of the church, Prestwick was the stand-out choice for a variety of reasons. We were glad our kids thought so too. After touring, they signed up and didn't bother looking any further. # 1 EVENT MANAGER Daniel was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, relaxed and fun. His sense of style and sense of humor really helped in the planning process. He knew just how to make the most of his facility in concert with the couple's vision. Everything ran VERY SMOOTHLY and he was FABULOUS to work with. #2 FACILITY every place we visited had their pros and cons. (i.e. pretty inside/just okay outside, great service but L shaped room, low ceilings, overly strict decor rules, etc) Prestwick had it all: utterly charming inside and out, inviting foyer, drop-dead gorgeous ballroom that needed no ceiling decor and had a ripping view. Our 'kids' loved it from the moment they walked in. It has a mini English Hunt Club vibe. #3 FOOD the 'kids' loved the choices and many guests raved particularly about the appetizers and the salmon. #4 COST extremely reasonable and high bang-for-the-buck. Here, families must decorate and tear down, but we preferred that and our day-of coordinator had no problems. Prestwick was very flexible with our plans and made it all super simple for us. #5 SERVICE the wait staff was so friendly and on top of things, the bartender was an old pro with a wry sense of humor and everybody's timing was spot on through the entire reception. More than one guest told me it was the best reception they'd ever attended - one was a very sophisticated lady of 85 years, so she'd seen a lot;). THANK YOU, Daniel and Prestwick, for a spectacular reception. I spent many years planning large events in my marketing career and I can say with confidence, you guys ROCK.

When we walked into Prestwick the first time, we were very impressed. The ballroom is beautiful and very minimum decorations are needed. The chandeliers and fireplace are a beautiful touch. Throughout our experience with Prestwick, we worked with three different wedding/event coordinators. They were all very nice, however there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication as we went from one to the next. This was extremely frustrating and as we know now, information was lost along the way. As we got closer to our wedding date, we had a really hard time getting the answers we needed in a timely manner. I had to send several emails before I received one response and when I called, there was no answer. When we did get in touch, they were thorough, which we appreciated. However the time it took to respond was unacceptable. Especially being less than a month before our wedding. Before our wedding day, we went over every single detail very thoroughly (or so we thought) with the coordinator to make sure everything would go smoothly the day of the wedding. When it came to the wedding day, little problems kept popping up. We had given clear instructions to the staff in regards to setup and when my parents arrived at the reception, they were running around fixing things. As far as the dinner service, it took an hour and a half to serve our guests. The reason we chose plated meals over buffet was to avoid people waiting so long to eat. We were also told when we chose our menu option that the vegetarian option would be served with vegetables. It was not. We bought a keg, which was not hooked up correctly, resulting in beer that did not taste good at all. This was corrected. We told them that we wanted to save the top part of our cake for our first wedding anniversary. They cut this part of the cake and served it to our guests. They did however, buy us a new top of our cake from the bakery we ordered our cake from. We appreciated that they did that. After all of this, I'm not entirely sure I would recommend Prestwick to another couple. Which is unfortunate because it is a beautiful venue.

We just had our wedding reception here and were happy with our experience. The ballroom is beautiful so you don't need to go crazy decorating the room. \r\rJuli was a pleasure overall to work with. She listens to what you want and don't want patiently and will give insight based on her experiences. \r\rFood was very good. Guests loved their meals. What's nice is they worked with me to ensure we had dairy free and gluten free options since many of my guests had those needs. \r\rA few quick tips if you do book here: \r-The acoustics of the room aren't great so the back end of the room won't be able to understand your DJ at all. \r-Make sure you clearly state when you put together your itinerary how long you want people available. There was some confusion at my reception in the end about end time etc. It worked out fine, but make sure you are clear about when you want your party to end.

We looked at dozens of reception spaces around the Twin Cities, and this was the best value and a gorgeous location. There is no room charge if you meet their food/drink minimum. With about 150 guests, we were right at the minimum, and had no additional charges. Working with Juli was fantastic! They were willing to work with us to allow anything we thought of (sparkler exit, different way of doing escort cards, etc.) She has a great eye for decorating. We were able to meet with her and give her as much or as little direction as we wanted - we showed her all of our centerpieces/decorations and gave directions as we wanted. They were perfect when I showed up. No one from our family had to set anything up, it was ready to go when we got there. They also move presents/cards to a locked room as dinner is served, which was nice to have those put away. Catering is through David's Chophouse - the food was fantastic! We had a wide variety of selection, and could do plated or buffet style. I reccomend their Salmon with Tzaziki sauce and my husband would reccomend the Bisto Steak with red wine demi glace (both great!) and the gnocci was highly talked about by all of our guest. I cannot say enough great things about Prestwick. They were so organized, quick to respond, flexible to work with, and reasonably priced (for a Twin Cities venue).
