Waterfront Romance and a Classic Chapel

Gracing Jonesboro, GA and serving the larger Atlanta area, Pristine Chapel is a luxe ceremony and reception venue. Owned by the ever-enthusiastic Alice Johnston, this location offers couples sweeping tree-lined vistas and gorgeous grounds. Alice and her team of professionals strive to attend to every detail, letting love birds immerse themselves in wedding-day bliss. Alice has been running Pristine Chapel for decades and works to help couples’ wedding dreams become a reality, minus the stress and drama. In order to provide complete attention from the staff, only one event is held on the premises at a time. This large event space has a capacity of up to 300 individuals in both the chapel and reception room for a lively party. For the comfort of the guests, this modern venue offers lounge areas and private dressing rooms for the comfort of the wedding party. Outfitted with a historic altar washed in white for a dose of contemporary flavor, the chapel sparkles with an understated simplicity. A vaulted ceiling and antique-style lanterns provide couples with a neutral but elegant space to say ‘I do’ in. For vow exchanges outside, there is a romantic setting with an ornamental black gazebo on the water, surrounded by manicured lawns and lush trees. Or for smaller, more informal parties, the new fireplace pavilion includes lakeside seating with a garden pathway entrance in the woods. The reception offers a spacious ballroom, with light-colored wood flooring for a touch of warmth. Pristine Chapel provides tables, linens, and chairs, as well as setup and cleanup of the event space. For decor they take care of the bouquets and floral decorations, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic for the venue. They also work out the lighting to set the right tone for the reception. To keep the wedding on track, and on budget, they provide interest-free financial planning services. With their own waitstaff, they ensure that the event runs smoothly and with top-notch care. Some supplementary services offered include a Belgian chocolate fountain, the dancing-on-a-cloud experience, and cold-sparklers, giving couples a one-stop place to plan their wedding, with some novel additions. To fuel the evening, full-service catering is available with a wide variety of menu options in either plated or buffet style.

My husband and I recently got married 9/30/23 . We had a garden ceremony, and it was absolutely beautiful! The staff including the servers and bartenders were amazing. Everything flowed really well! All my questions were answered promptly and I was at ease. On the wedding day, my husband and I were very well taken care of! Overall I enjoyed my time and experience at Pristine and it was my number 1 pick from the start though I toured an additional 3.

This venue is pretty much the ABSOLUTE Best!!!!! There were so many things they took off my plate which in turn lifted a lot of the stress from me. Melanie, Joanna, and Zack are AMAZING!!! They are extremely professional, responded in a timely manner to any of my questions, put my mind at ease and made my day even more magical than I could have imagined.

We just had our weeding here July 8th, and let me just say, the facility is breath-taking, the faculty and staff were beyond great! Zack and Melanie did their thing and it was nothing short of phenomenal!! Minus a few hiccups due to hair and make-up, the wedding started on time and definitely ended on time. Everything else in between was like a fairy-tale come true. All of our guests were talking about how beautiful the venue was, the decor and lighting was just so beautiful, the food was so daggone good, and folks talked about how good it was as well as the cake, the cake was so beautiful, I honestly didn't wanna cut it or eat it, lol. Our DJ Ms. Kayla was on point with all the music, hardly anyone was sitting down cause she kept the playlist with nothing but dancing tunes. Finally I have to give the most kudos to Ms. Melanie, our coordinator, thankful for her is an understatement, she took all of my 30-second calls, my 5-minute calls and my calls just to rant or vent, lol. She truly loves her job and it shows in her work and she cares for us when we are in the chapel. If I am to have anything else, be it a baby shower, or a birthday party, I will most definitely be using Pristine Chapel for their services, and Melanie will definitely be the coordinator, unless she retires on me in the next few years, lol.

I would recommend Pristine Chapel to anyone!! Everyone there was wonderful and made the wedding of my dreams come true. Special kudos to Melanie, Lelani, Zack and the Chef the day of my wedding. I received compliments that my wedding was the best wedding they've been to. Everyone listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. Lelani and Zack definatly t made me feel a lot better about getting married inside the chapel. I planned for a garden wedding but God had other plans. I love them all for their hard work and professionalism!!

I recently had my wedding at Pristine Chapel and I must say that from beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience. I have worked events before and I must say that Pristine Chapel by far went above and beyond. My first time touring the venue was with Trysha and she was absolutely wonderful and honest. When you meet her, she's absolutely sweet and breaks down everything for you. When COVID hit, it really seemed as though our wedding was not going to happen. I must have called her so many times and no matter how many times I called. She took my call and still went above and beyond to ensure that everything was going to be perfect for our wedding. We even had the pleasure of speaking with Alice (the owner) who constantly reassured us of a perfect day. Once planning time hit, everything came crashing down on us. A lot of things took place that was out of our control, leaving us worried about the wedding. However, Pristine Chapel jumped right in and still made sure that everything leading up to the wedding was going to be perfect. Kim, our wedding planner absolutely dazzled us throughout the planning as well during our wedding. From the decor, to the staff, from making sure the vendors were on point, timing and making sure that I was taken care of. I can only say that she was more than a planner. She felt like family, she felt like a sister being there for you when you really need it most. She would call to check up on me and make sure that I was ok. She even made sure that I was not lifting a finger for anything. The chef absolutely killed the food!!!!!! If I can have him in my home, I most certainly would hire him because he exceeded all expectations. Kim and Jordan, I want to thank you so much for all you did for us that night. I also want to thank your staff who not only spoke to my husband but had fun with my family and making it a memorable day for us. This is one in the books, this is one I will never forget.

I’m a little late with this review but I would like to say thank you to Pristine Chapel Lakeside! My wedding was originally supposed to be in April but due to the pandemic we decided to postpone until June. I’m so glad we did because it was literally the best day of my life. Everything went perfect. There was not one thing I had to stress about which I am very thankful for. The staff was very friendly and professional! Kayla was our host and she was phenomenal. Loved her and her energy! I’m so glad I chose this venue!

We had an awesome experience with Pristine Chapel! Even with our wedding being in the pandemic. The staff was awesome! The food was well seasoned and people were still talking about the food after the wedding. The decor was beautiful. They do everything for you which takes off a lot of the stress. They also put us on a payment plan to where our wedding was paid off before the wedding date! Loved this place, check it out!

The chapel and reception area, the flowers and other decorations, and the cake were beautiful! Also, Joanna, one of their recommended photographers, did an 'excellent' job with our photo album! We did have some issues with a couple of the food items., and the venue did refund part of the money for one of the items. However, the 'major' problems that we had were as follows:1) The video that we had purchased from Pristine of the wedding ceremony in the chapel was 'not usable'. So, we now have no video of our wedding ceremony in the chapel; and of course, that cannot be re-done. Once it's over, it's over.2) At the recommendation of our planner at Pristine, we had purchased 'glow sticks'.. which were to be opened by the Pristine staff at the end of the reception & passed out to our guests to form a lighted pathway for us to exit through as we exited from the reception and got in the limousine (the limo was also a part of the pkg that we purchased). The glow sticks were never opened, nor were they passed out to our guests. We exited without them.. (we did not know until we came out of the building that our guests had not been given the glow sticks). They were just returned to us unopened in a box. So, our exciting, glow stick lit exit did not take place at all.Other than these 2 major items, it was a beautiful wedding.

To say that Pristine made our dreams come true would be an understatement. Not only did I marry my bestfriend, but we got married March 15, 2020 literally hours before being placed on \"gathering restrictions\" due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Melanie Rivera is THE BEST coordinator EVER!! From the time we met via email until leaving the venue on the day of the wedding she made me feel at ease. The day of the wedding I was so calm and relaxed, and didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. Melanie and Zach had everything under control...everything ran so seamless (makes me want to do it all over again...LOLOL). I can remember emailing her at crazy hours of the night not expecting her to reply until the next day, and to my surprise she was UP! Her expertise helped my fiance' and I know that we were in great hands. During this process our family experienced a situation where I wasn't sure if I'd still be able to move forward, and the owner, Ms. Alice, called to talk to me and offer various options. This small gesture showed us that they are not in it for the money, but because they love what they do and who they do it for...their clients. It's no wonder that they have been the choice for several members of my family--- one of my sisters (married in 2000), my cousin (married 2015), my brother (married 2019), and now me (married 2020).selected the Platinum Package which was well worth it's value and then some. We are STILL getting compliments from our guests, and those who've viewed pictures on various social media platforms. The ambiance was fantastic and the food was well...AMAZING! If you are looking for the best place to get married without having to worry about vendors and stressing on the day of your wedding then choose Pristine Chapel Lakeside. Thanks again Melanie and Zach for making our day truly unforgettable :-).

Breathtaking! Amazing! Perfect! We got married February 29, 2020, after posting pictures so many people have called us and said was the wedding as perfect as it looks in pictures? The answer is 1000000% yes from start to finish! When I saw the venue it was love at first site. When calculated everything up, yes it was a pretty penny but they worked with us! We had monthly payments and they were understanding about everything! I would highly suggest getting the platinum package. That included gorgeous decoration, the limo ride home, invitations, and a hand full of other things. The flowers they did were beautiful. The cake oh my goodness amazing! Also Melanie and Zach were absolutely fabulous!! I don’t think my wedding would have been as perfect if it wasn’t for them! If I could have my wedding all over again I would at Pristine Chapel!

My husband & I absolutely LOVED our experience at Pristine! I went to a wedding here years ago as a teenager & loved it then. I told my parents, \"if I ever got married I have to come here\". And then last year going to an open house viewing just solidified my feeling, we knew right then Pristine would be perfect for our wedding. The venue is gorgeous and the location is perfect, right outside of Atlanta. Our planning process was a breeze from setting our date with Cinderella to planning everything down to the minute with our coordinator Melanie. The entire team is amazing at what they do. Melanine promised me no stress on our day, and she made sure it didn't happen! Everything is right there, no need for outside vendors unless you really want to use someone else for certain things. Our day was perfect and we're still getting compliments from our guests now months later about the wedding and how much fun they had. If I could give this venue 10 stars I would! If you're looking for a one stop, no stress experience and beautiful venue, come here!

Melanie and the team at Pristine Chapel are the best ever!! The facilities are beautiful, the grounds are stunning! As soon as you turn off of Mount Zion and into the gates the experience begins! We used one of their officiants, he was perfect for the ceremony! Our wedding day was amazing! Melanie was their for us from the moment we arrived until we left! They really to take all the stress away from the planning process! They will listen to what you need and provide it within your budget!! Thank you for such an amazing day! Pristine Chapel is THEE best place to have your wedding! We received high level customer service from the very first day! This is the perfect venue if you'd prefer a one stop shop for your venue, food, decor, and bar service. Melanie Rivera was outstanding! She was very detailed and ensured everything from our menu, to wedding accessories, to flowers, to song list, to bar list,to decor, to place cards, to day of agenda was covered to perfection! We had our wedding and reception at Pristine Wedding Chapel Lakeside on June 16, 2018. This all inclusive wedding chapel was everything we could have ever asked for! The chapel was gorgeous, the grounds and facilities were breathtaking and the chapel accommodated our guest with ease. The scenery is amazing for pictures!Our coordinators, Melanie and Taneshia were awesome from start to finish. They were professional, paid great attention to detail and worked diligently to ensure that everything was handled accordingly. It was so refreshing to show up on our wedding day to see everything in perfect order. This took a lot of stress off of us. The reception hall was spectacular. Our color schemes, decor, and the sound system were on point. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, full bar and the music. Our guests were amazed by the beautiful facility and still talking about the service provided by the staff. Thanks to the Pristine Wedding Chapel for making our big day extra special. We are so happy we chose your venue to enjoy with our family and friends.

This venue was the last venue we toured while on a search for a wedding venue. We were SOLD as soon as we drove onto the property as it’s beautiful both outside and inside! On top of that it was very accommodating, affordable and a one stop shop compared to others. All the staff was very nice and helpful through the entire planning process anytime we called. Cinderella made our wedding day flow as smooth as possible. She was the calm during an extremely busy day. Very thankful for her. Everything from the food we chose to the cake was amazing! Our guests kept talking about the food weeks after the wedding. We were very pleased and happy so were our family and friends! We know at least 3 couples who say they plan to use Pristine Chapel for some event after attending our wedding. Thank you!!!

Overall pristine chapel was an exceptional venue. The venue is very clean, well kept, and the gardens/grounds were absolutely stunning! Teneisha and Melanie were phenomenal to work with and made the task of planning a wedding so much easier. They were punctual, responsible, and well organized throughout the entire process. The only reason I would not rate it five stars was that there were many music and technological issues. There was a technological glitch in our first dance recording, they did not transition the music well, and played songs that were not in our list. We were under the impression that there was going to be a DJ; however, were told a week prior that it was the wedding coordinators Melanie and Teneisha organizing the music. They were amazing wedding coordinators, but we would have hired a DJ for the music if only known ahead of time. We were fortunate that one of our guests volunteered to be our MC and he did a phenomenal job! Overall a very positive experience with Pristine Chapel, but I would hire your own MC and DJ and wish that they were more transparent about this.

We hosted my 50th birthday party at Pristine Chapel Lakeside and it was a blast! The staff that I had a chance to work with (Maria/Melanie) went above and beyond my expectations with everything! My guests had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed themselves....we even managed to surprise my mother with a special cupcake to celebrate her 70th a few days prior. The photo booth, food, decor, location -- everything was awesome. My husband and I are seriously thinking about renewing our wedding vows for our 20th anniversary in a few years -- we will most certainly look at hosting it at Pristine Chapel. The Wilsons highly recommend the outstanding team/services at Pristine Chapel Lakeside for a memorable event!

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at this beautiful venue on November 11, 2017. Pristine was the FIRST, LAST and ONLY venue that we toured. I remember meeting Teneisha and telling her “All I want for my wedding day is to be able to say that I truly had a fairy tale wedding” and she promised I would and delivered just that. Teneisha, Melanie and the entire staff at Pristine are so professional, patient and truly passionate about what they do. Being from out-of-town, we thought it would be challenging planning our wedding but Pristine treated us like family, making sure it was as painless, stress-free and as easy as possible. Not once during our planning did we feel stressed or uneasy. Stepping into the venue on our wedding day was a dream come true and seeing our vison come to life was so special to us. Everything was absolutely flawless and beautiful from the decorations, the ceremony, the delicious food and cake, etc. Our family and friends were so impressed, and we are STILL hearing about how beautiful and perfect everything was. Our wedding day just wouldn’t have been possible without Teneisha and the lovely staff at Pristine Chapel Lakeside. Thank you for making our day so special and memorable.

I wish that I could leave more stars for this venue because it is absolutely beautiful! I just got married 10/21/17 and it was perfect! My wedding coordinator Maria was AMAZING!! She has been nothing but a great help to me and my husband. She turned our dreams into a reality and we will forever thank her for that! She's thoughtful, helpful, and she kept me calm throughout this whole process. The best part about having her as my wedding coordinator was building a special bond with her that I will always cherish! However, the food was delicious, the decorations were to die for! (and the crazy part about it is I had the basic package), and my cake was the best wedding cake I've ever tasted! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get married! You pay for what you want and my husband and I have no regrets! Thank you Maria, Melanie, and Zach for making our big day everything and more!!! We Love you Pristine Chapel Lakeside!!!!

I don't know were to start...I fell in love with Pristine Chapel the first time I laid eyes on this venue! I love the idea of the one-stop-shop and although wedding planning is still overall stressful, it was nice to not have to worry about meeting with different vendors. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I specifically worked with Cinderella, Melanie and Zach, who were all wonderful! My wedding was the best day of my life! Melanie, Zach, and Amanda are amazing. Because of them, I could really dwell in the moment with my new husband! 10/07/17 will be a day to remember for myself and my family. I'm still receiving phone calls about how nice everything was! It was worth every penny. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have the wedding of your dreams and the time of your LIFE! I wish I could go back and do it again. Thank you Pristine!!!!

The team at Pristine made our wedding day and planning of our wedding day on 9.23.17 a dream come true! From touring the facility with Teneisha to working out details with Melanie to walking through the day of coordination with Cinderella and to the reception MCing and music by Cinderella and Mandy we were beyond pleased with EVERYTHING! The food was amazing, the cake was amazing, the serving and bar staff were amazing, the facility was amazing the decor was amazing! I'm a very particular person and they exceeded all expections throughout this entire process. I highly recommend this team for planning your special day! Oh and I almost forgot to mention we live in NC and being out of town was never an issue. Thank you Pristine for making our Happily Ever After one to remember!

I couldn't have asked for anything more. When we decided to have a wedding my only must have was an all in one venue. What Pristine Chapel has is even more. All of the needs for the event can be taken care of right there. I am a planner by nature and was ready to do so much, but one I made my decisions the staff took care of everything. There is no dealing with multiple vendors, which takes so much of the stress off of planning. Melanie, Cinderella and Mandy were such great helps to me and for my day. Both myself and my husband are very thankful for everything you all do daily and the work you put into making our day so special.

Pristine Chapel is THE BEST All-Inclusive wedding and reception venue. My fiancé proposed to me February 2017. I knew I did not want a long, drawn out engagement. We knew we wanted to get married sooner than later. However, we knew we still wanted a nice wedding. We set our date for July 2017. Pristine Chapel is a one stop shop for your wedding. Their staff is absolutely AMAZING. Cinderella, Melanie, and Zach were the 3 ppl I worked with the most. The customer service there is five star!!!!! They provide all of the services for you and eliminate having to deal with a bunch of vendors. If you'd like to use outside vendors, you still have that option. For example, I used their invitations, baker, linens, DJ, limousine service; but I used my own photographer and florist. They provide day of coordination which allowed everything to flow easily. They are experts at what they do, so please take their suggestions (it will save you the frustration on the day of). I had an absolutely beautiful and stress-free wedding planning period and day of ceremony and reception. If I had to do it all over again I would still choose Pristine Chapel. I highly suggest using this venue if you want a stress free wedding. For me to have had a 4 month engagement, I was well pleased with how they were able to assist me in making decisions. They also are flexible with a lot of the things you want to make your day special!!

All planning and the wedding took place while in Optometry school, and I can honestly say I was stressfree at least in terms of the wedding . Service was amazing, and my guests are still asking for recipes for the food. Haha!

I had my wedding at Pristine Chapel on 2/11/17. I cannot rave enough about this place! My fiancé and I only had a three month engagement so I was skeptical about whether or not we would be able to pull it together by February. But Melanie and Mandy put my mind at ease from the first day we met and it all came together so beautifully. They can help you handle anything from the ceremony decorations to the florist, caterer, etc. Making your choice in venue is probably the most important and I can honestly say I have no regrets.

The venue tour was great! The staff is very friendly. The venue is beautiful. They offer just about everything you need for your wedding at a reasonable cost. My only problem is that you might not necessarily get to marry at the time you'd like. I wanted a 4pm wedding and that's not an option. However, I'm still considering using them as my venue because they offer so much.

My Husband and I, love story isn’t your typically everyday love story….while we were college Sweethearts who tied the knot on 9.10.16 after 7 years of dating at an intimate ceremony at Pristine Chapel Lakeside in Jonesboro, GA the journey to our Everlasting Love nuptials was one that was very unexpected. A few days after our engagement, my then finance suggested that we look at Pristine Chapel, and we DID! However, being a graduate student and us living off a fixed income we just did not think we could afford Pristine. So we decide to book with another venue (due to legal matters-this venue’s name will be left unstated); during the process with this new venue, I could still hear Mrs. Teneshia Dixon’s voice reminding me of certain things i.e. guest list, food options, coordinator responsibilities and most of all the words STRESS FREE!!!!! Half way through our adventure with this other venue, things become very STRESSFUL, I ultimately started planning my own wedding myself without the assistance of my coordinator despite the thousands of dollars we were paying. I decided to pray about things and God lead me to do an investigation…from this investigation I learned that my then wedding venue and coordinator was a Thief, that we actually had no venue and our THOUSANDS of dollars that we paid to have wedding of our dreams was STOLEN and was keep for what I call personal use…ultimately chargers were filed against this woman and her company and we started the journey of attending LONNNNNNG court hearings instead of planning our wedding. Although I had lost faith for a bit, I never forgot about Mrs. Teneshia and Pristine Chapel. Teneshia’s professionalism, genuineness and welcoming spirit is what keep her in mind; so I quickly called Pristine Chapel and spoke with Mrs. Corinne, Receptionist, and asked to please schedule me with the next available appointment with Mrs. Teneshia. A few days later my then husband and I meet with Teneshia and it was like we never left. Teneshia made us feel so much at EASE and provided us with COMFORT; exactly what we needed. From the day we decided to officially book with Pristine, and there was never a CONCERN or WORRY that crossed OUR minds. Not just Teneshia, but the ALL of the staff at Pristine Chapel were CARING, PROFESSIONAL and very KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! For instance, on the day I brought in my materials for the wedding I was greeted by Zack Fitch who was the co-coordinator alongside Teneshia, who presented with a warm smile and embraced me with a hug… while that may seem like something so small…to someone like myself who cares about feeling appreciated and not just like another number it meant a lot and said A LOT!! Pristine Chapel is not just your average ONE STOP SHOP….it’s the place you host your wedding that will leave your guest speechless from the nicely manicured grounds, richness of décor, delicious food, and professional and caring staff!!!! Thank you sooo much Pristine Chapel!!!

Where do I start? Pristine Chapel Lakeside has out done themselves with my wedding. From the moment my husband and I booked with them, the customer service was amazing. Teneisha and Zack was my wedding coordinator and when I tell you they really made my dream come true. Pristine Chapel Lakeside is breathtaking , the customer service is incredible, the food was delicious, and the price was affordable. The staff work together as team to make my day perfect. I had my wedding here 9/17/2016 and it was absolutely amazing. The entire process made my life so much easier. It was like going to Walmart.... the one stop shop.... everything you need in 1 place. They took care of everything. Melonie my planner did a awesome job and both of the coordinators was GREAT! I personally requested Mandy to be my coordinator the day of, she gave me and my hubby a tour of the facility when we first went and She has the most amazing spirit and bubbliness that's guaranteed to make your event fun and make everyone feel comfortable. The venue itself is breath taking I received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was inside and out and how elegant everything was, I had my wedding ceremony outside and the reception was inside, the guest also complimented on how super delicious the food was (Herb chicken, greenbeans and potatoes) If I could give them 10 stars I would. If you are looking for a wedding venue I definitely, highly recommend Pristine Chapel. The pricing was great compared to other venues I looked at for the level of elegance that I wanted. Thank you Pristine for bringing my Dream Wedding to reality.

t Choice for our wedding hands down!!! Our wedding was the evening of March 19, 2016 and it was absolutely perfect! My experience began with Cinderella who gained my trust and my business on the initial call if it weren't for her I would not have made to my second call which was with Melanie who pulled everything together... no stone was left un-turned .... her knowledge of the business was priceless, the inside information that she provided saved me hundreds of dollars. In fact, the entire staff was more than accommodating. I really appreciated the fact the whoever answered the phone, was able to help me with all of my needs, Zak and Ms. T were awesome. The day of the wedding, my sister had a major car accident which threw things a little behind schedule, upon arrival, Cinderella and Melanie were there waiting for me ready to make it all come together. It was so organized; no one knew that there were any issues. The venue was extremely clean, the food was excellent...very flavorful and served hot, the cake was beautifully designed and tasted very good as well. The wait staff was very professional and accommodating. I knew that it was right for me because the chapel and reception hall are located at the same venue. It is also all inclusive, which really helped with me being a full time employee and doctoral student.\r\rIf you are looking to have the wedding of your dreams, look no longer! Teneisha Dixon, Jessica Scaife, and the entire Pristine Chapel staff were over accommodating, professional, and everything that I needed as a detailed oriented bride. The grounds and chapel are beautiful and well kept. They offer the convenience of having a reception room onsite, so the guests not having to change location was a plus for us, because we had a lot of guests from out of town. They offer all inclusive packages for different size budgets; however, beware that by utilizing the all inclusive package you are renting the decor such as center pieces, linen, etc. and I found their selection of decor to be very limited, so we chose to bring in our own flowers and some of our own reception decor. They do offer the option to upgrade some of the decor, of course for an additional fee. I also did not favor having to pay a seperate fee for a food tasting prior to our wedding; in my opinion a food tasting should be included in the price of the package. These are some examples as to why I did not give a full 5 stars for Value and Flexibility. \r\rHowever, when the planning was all said and done everything came together beautifully! I found the staff to be very professional, personable, and responsive my needs and requests. Especially Melanie and Taneisha, they were the best! Any problem that we may have encountered they worked diligently to find a solution or alternative, from the tour to the day of our wedding. (Shout out to Melanie for sewing up a hole in my groom's pants on the day of the wedding!) I felt as though they truly cared about the details of my wedding just as much as I did, and that's something that you just can't pay for. The food and drinks were great, we are still getting compliments about the salmon. The music was on point. The cake was amazing' and lastly... we were not rushed as some past reviews stated. Everything was perfect!

Pristine Chapel Lakeside is the perfect wedding venue! We needed to make our daughter's dream wedding come true within a short amount of time because her husband-to-be was set to deploy with the Air Force. In only 6 short months, Teneisha and the rest of the staff put together an amazing garden wedding by the lake that exceeded all expectations. The scenery was absolutely beautiful! Friends and family are still telling us that it was one of the most memorable weddings they've ever seen. Even if it had rained, there was a \"pristine\" chapel on standby, which would have been just as memorable. You can't beat the convenience, which reduced most of the stress of wedding planning. The cake, flowers, minister, music and photographer - all taken care of in one place! Not to mention that the reception venue is conveniently on site as well. Everything we needed or wanted was accommodated with class and professionalism. Five stars!

My wife and I were married here. We honestly wanted this venue the minute we turned into the driveway. It's absolutely gorgeous outside and breathtaking on the inside. The professionalism that everyone has was everything we were looking for as far as the process. Everyone was friendly and excited for the event. We were walked through everything from beginning until the end. Everyone made sure neither of us were stressed about anything. We all became close the closer it gotten to the wedding date. When it came time for the actual day it was something me and my guest will remember. People are still talking about it now. Every detail that I wanted was on point and accurate. I had no complaints about a thing from the ceremony to the reception. The food was of course awesome and the dj had us on the floor the whole time. I will definitely use them again to renew our vowels. Oh, the photographer that was referred did absolutely wonderful with the pictures. 😍

This is the BEST choice a bride and groom could make!! Pristine Chapel made our wedding day like a fairy tale. It was a classy and elegant affair. Taneisha Dixon is the absolute best. She is committed to making the bride and groom's happiness her top priority. I had a peacock themed wedding and it was amazing. My husband and I feel that we actually made friends at the venue. Jessica, Zack, Vincent, and Cinderella were also very pleasant whenever I stopped by the venue. The level of professionalism is second to NONE! I recommend this venue as it is the VERY BEST bang for your buck! I can remember being stressed only once during the entire time of planning and Taneisha quickly removed that stress. Thanks again Pristine Chapel for an amazing event. Three weeks later people are still sending my husband and I text messages about it!

Venue The venue is nice. There sound system is good and good music is provided. The in house caterer makes good food.\r\rValue The basic package is very basic, once you begin to add on “the bells and whistles” it can get pricey, just as price as venues in Atlanta that don’t advertise value. There’s nothing wrong with the basic package, just know what you’re getting into if you want to do a lot of adding on. You can either have a great deal by sticking to the basics or you can get as expensive as some of the really premier 5 star venues in the Atlanta area. \r\rCommunication: Sometimes my questions weren’t answered in a timely manner (72 hrs +) which made me feel stressed. I would have to end up calling, which could be inconvenient due to my schedule. There were also times when I felt that I received different messages. For example, when I inquired about candles I was told that Pristine doesn’t allow candled due to fire hazards and only battery candles were allowed. So I began buying lots of batter candles to get the look I was going for. Then I went to an event there and saw all these real candles lit. When I asked my consultant about it, she said it’s just for this event and walked away. My mom asked a different staff member and was told that real candles are allowed but only with the upgraded platinum package (which is a couple of thousand dollars extra) because this package includes their in house thick glassed vases where they know the candles would be safe. Whatever the policy is (i.e. no candles, or candles with an upgrade) is totally fine, but the stress came from being given different messages. This is one example out of maybe 2 or 3 for me, which ultimately led to more stress along the further we got into the planning process.\r\rProfessionalism: When I raised concerns regarding communication issues above, I found that not all, but some staff members appeared to become defensive in my opinion. Some of the courtesy became very different turning into contentiousness as some point. In fact, my initial review was probably at a 4 like other brides but after experiencing a few insulting and condescending remarks that ultimately sullied my perception of service for this business. \r\rAdvice: I ultimately decided that Pristine Chapel wasn’t for me. Some people do have good experiences. I would offer that clarity and communication is key and will proactively solve about 99% of all problems on the front end. You’ll either need to be totally trusting and hands off, sit back and let their team to carry it out for you, which wouldn't work the the type A bride, or you need to know exactly what you want and be up front and clear about it from the very first meeting. Have your questions ready and push for clear direct responses. I also had some trouble with making verbal agreements and then information changing later. So another piece of advice is make sure you get everything you want in writing and if you cannot add it in black and white in your contract be courageous enough to walk away before making any deposits.\r

My husband and I were married here on June 13, 2015. The facility is beautiful, both inside and out, first of all, and we received several very positive testimonials around the time we booked. But I can't say enough about their professionalism and the value we received for their services.\r\rThe communication between the two of us and Pristine was top notch. I especially liked the ability to make the payments online. I always felt like I knew what was going on, and they made the choices so easy. From our first appointment to the last, everything seemed so well planned out and well ran. Other than getting the small items and my personal items together, they took care of everything for us and gave me peace of mind, which is hard to do. LOL\r\rThe wedding day itself was seamless. Everything ran just like a machine and went by so fast! Even though I'm prone to worry, they were quick to reassure me every step of the way. I loved the fact that they have a monitor in the bride's dressing room, because I actually got to see my whole wedding, not just the part that happens after you walk in. That was such a blessing for me. \r\rI hear from my guests all of the time that it was such a beautiful wedding and I agree 1000%. The facility is gorgeous, the food/cake were incredible, and the coordinators and photographer were amazing to work with. It was a great decision to have our wedding here and I encourage all busy brides to give them a try.

My parents actually found and recommended this venue to me. I was in my last semester of college and my husband is in the military so our schedules were hectic. Four months before the wedding my husband was stationed all the way across the country, and it messed with all the appointments (food tasting and final three months away meeting), but Pristine Chapel helped reschedule with no problem. Each meeting went smoothly and made the process easy. The rehearsal and the wedding day went without issue, and if there was an issue, I had no idea about it because the staff at Pristine Chapel took care of it. Everything was beautiful. We bought the basic package, but it was the most beautiful wedding and everything looked like it came from the most expensive package deal. \r\rIf you want the best day of you life to happen, book with Pristine Chapel. It is worth it. Not having to go to vendor to vendor and coordinate a million different people/companies was the best feeling in the world. \r\rI strongly recommend Pristine Chapel Lakeside.

I 100% believe that it was worth every penny. The venue itself is breathtaking, there is beautiful landscaping, the chapel includes beautiful marble floors and elegant light fixtures. It is a one stop shop for sure! \r\rMy theme was red, black and silver and it came out incredible. I had rose petals down the aisle. with red decorative bouquets at each seat, and a draped tulle sash with beautiful lighting added. The reception hall was amazing, beautiful wood floors, and plenty of space to dance.\r\rThe flow of events was perfect, they guide you through each step from ceremony to reception. The stop look at each other pause for the camera etc. Everything ran smooth, there was not a long wait for the guests and the food was outstanding!!! The DJ kept everyone on the dance floor for the entire event. I had an unforgettable night! A lot of my guests felt the same way. I highly recommend this venue!!!\r

They are all-inclusive and a total rip off. They require you to use all their in house vendors which are extremely over priced. They are located Atlanta in a bad area. My guest did not want to book hotels near the venue. They charge Buckhead prices for trailer park quality.

We hosted our daughter's wedding here on 11/9/13, and wouldn't trade it for the world! I couldn't really answer what we spent on it, because I didn't keep up with it. It really doesn't matter if it was over $100,000.00, it would have still been worth every penny! The staff is wonderful, especially Melanie, she went far and beyond what we would have expected from anyone. Everyone has been talking about the wedding and that they have never been to one like our daughter's wedding.I would recommend this place to anyone.

\rMy wife and I had our wedding at Pristine Chapel on April 6, 2013 and we could be happier with our choice! \r\rWe found out about Pristine Chapel approximately three months earlier as the wedding venue (a separate review for them coming soon) that we initially selected decided not to renew their lease. Needless to say, with less than 90 days before our planned date, all of our wedding plans and budget were thrown in total disarray. Talk about a stressful situation. \r\rMy fiancée (now wife) called around for days trying to locate another all-inclusive venue in the metro Atlanta area that could accommodate us before spring break 2013. The good folks at Pristine Chapel listened to our situation, and worked with us to get us booked for April 6th and they set us up on payment plan that worked for us while we battled the owner of the closed venue to get a full refund of our money paid towards the closed venue. \r\rAs for Pristine Chapel venue itself, well it’s been three weeks since our wedding and our guests are still raving and complimenting us regarding how beautiful was our ceremony and venue. The buildings and grounds are in fantastic shape, the food and cake were tasty, their DJ had the party rocking, and their staff was very friendly. Teneisha was our wedding coordinator, and she made sure everything flowed properly and kept everything organized and in place from beginning to end. Teneisha made our experience at Pristine Chapel that much greater, and we will always be thankful for her help and guidance with everything.\r\rThe professionalism and expertise displayed by Prinstine Chapel staff is impeccable. They can customize your wedding day experience to satisfy just about any budget. You name it, they can do it. Melanie and Teneshia did a wonderful job and we highly recommend that if you’re planning to get married in the metro Atlanta area, then you should definitely give them a call and go see this place! \r

Imagine a day that is flawless, a staff that has thought through not just every single detail but also every single thing that could go wrong. Imagine a day where you are the center of attention and NOTHING gets in the way of letting you know that. This describes my wedding day. I remember that I was nervous because I was 10 mins late to the chapel but from the minute I walked through the door my nerves were calmed to the point of being non-existent. everyone at Pristine is trained to focus on YOU. It goes without saying that this venue is incredibly beautiful but the staff puts the icing on the cake with professionalism that is 2nd to none! The time that you will save by going with Pristine is time spent enjoying your spouse to be, enjoying time with family and friends and just relaxing before making the transition into being married. Pristine handled my invitations, ceremony, dinner, cake, flowers and photography. I may have paid a little less (probably not much) elsewhere but I would have spent countless days and even weeks going from place to place, meeting with countless people and it simply wasn't worth the time I saved along with the convenience of everything including the coordinator being in one place. I can't refer anywhere else when it comes to a stress free wedding.

My wonderful husband picked Pristine Chapel Lakeside for our wedding on August 18, 2012- probably due to the very convenient accommodations, prices and payment plans. As for me, it was by far the most beautiful venue without the hassles of Atlanta traffic, as well as the smartest choice. We were never worried, never stressed and best of all, our wedding took place without a single hitch (pun not intended- we got hitched!). Pristine Chapel Lakeside focused on our wedding, so we could focus on our marriage.\rMelanie and Joanna were always responsive to our requests, questions, and ideas with same day messages. They allowed the bride to remain in control of ideas, desires, and the final product. They never turned us away with our impromptu visits, they remained receptive to photos I ripped out of magazines, and honestly, I couldn’t ask for a more perfect event. We got everything we wanted, and then some. Melanie and Joanna took the time to get to know us and the details they came up with made our wedding even more special. They took our ideas and made them Hollywood (David Tutera wishes!)- our peacock theme was classic and timeless, and even my Navy groom got a split theme cake as requested. Our guests continue to talk about the grand time they had and the impeccable service and friendliness they experienced: those with diminishing drinks and food were quickly replenished, and even my hostess talks about how easy these ladies were to work with- Joanna even fixed grandma’s slipping stocking! On our wedding day, these ladies were just as excited as we were- despite the fact that they have seen hundreds of weddings. They made mine feel special and unique as if it were their first. They were helpful to my party, and very kind to my guests. It touched my heart to see Melanie be patient in assisting elderly family members. These ladies and Pristine are more than wedding coordinators, they are angels in waiting. They make it happen! It is impossible to thank them enough.

I have to say that working with everyone especially Tenicia and Melanie at Pristine Chapel was an absolute JOY!!! From intially booking to the day of the wedding it was seamless! I spoke to either Tenicia or Melanie and it happened. On the day of the wedding I just had to show up and enjoy my day. They took care of everything from top to bottom. They worried about food, flowers, cake, photographer and time, I had to do NOTHING, but enjoy my day and be beautiful. The price for having your wedding here is very reasonable and they are very accommodating to what your hearts desires. I would have my day here again if it was tomorrow. You would be completely satisfied having your day at Pristine Chapel.

Our June 11, 2011 wedding was top notch thanks to our wedding coordinator Teneisha Dixon. She is so hands on and personable that she becomes a friend and part of the family. Melanie was on point helping us get our invitations, place cards and menu cards. Vincent kept the party going with his DJ skills. If anyone wants a stress free wedding...this is the place. They handle everything from the invitations, photography, food, flowers, cake, and ambiance. My guests are still talking about how beautiful and well organized our wedding was. Many have said, \"It was the best wedding I have ever been to.\" Believe me...it was!

Well, I am planning on getting married here on May 26,2012. So far the only thing i dont like is that you can not get your money back if anything happens to go wrong. It's kind of scary, but everyone is very nice and professional. They take care of everything. I loved the pictures but ,nothing compares until you go to the property for a tour. Breathtaking is the only thing i can say. I am so looking forwarded to my wedding day. Meagan is my coordinator. Shes wonderful as well . The place is very expensive but your paying for all in house venues and the property is very well taken care of everyday . For my day the cost is 12,998. The company is willing to work with you and you can be on payments. Just dont be late.

I liked the fact they had mix and match services and the outdoor space is BEAUTIFUL!\rWhat I didn't like was the price, I've helped a few friends have their weddings here and the price for what you get, is not worth it. \rAlso, they plan 3 to 4 events a day and are VERY strict on time limits\rI gave them the benefit of the doubt and did a walk thru with my fiance (now husband) and the venue was just as beautiful as I always remember, but even the basic package put me into sticker shock. So for this reason we decided not to use Pristine Chapel\rI would however recomend this location for someone who doesn't want to be very hands on.
