Lucie DeMey(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-08-2022 Quail Ridge is beautiful AND has absolutely amazing staff. We were so impressed by Kristin especially - she set up the reception tent EXACTLY how we’d envisioned and brought a ton of knowledge that made the day run super smoothly. The girls that work for her were also fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with our day and would 100% recommend them. Reviewed on 29-08-2022
Kristen Stewart(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 29-05-2021 What a perfect day. We started planning out wedding in 2019, the cordinator at the time, was not very great ( lunt but true), she left and Kyle came in and swept us off our feet. We were so fortunate to have Kyle helping us navigate COVID is 2020, and then reschedule in 2021. The day was beautiful, Kyle has everything on point, Kristin (the other wedding coordinator) was onsite at the event and handled everything we could have possibly needed. We are so thankful to have chosen QRGC for our venue and would recommend Kyle and his staff to anyone. We also did our rehearsal dinner there, everything was perfect, food was good and ran very smooth. Reviewed on 16-08-2021
L GILDER(other)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-08-2021 My daughter's wedding at Quail Ridge was a lovely day but we were disappointed in the value for the cost. We had just over 100 guests at a total cost of just under $10k. The meal of appetizers, salad (just greens with a few onion rings and half a cherry tomato,) steak, chicken breasts, mashed potatoes and nearly-raw green beans was very dry and disappointing. No A-1 or gravy to get the dry steak down. Children were given chicken tenders and tater tots, although we paid the same price for them, even the 1 year old. A full bar was included and because we have few drinkers, we tried to negotiate a smaller variety of better beers for the same cost, but it was not an option. So we paid for a lot of alcohol we did not consume. On a positive note, they had plenty of staff available during the event and all were wonderful to work with. But we sure felt like we got a $25-a-plate meal for a whole lot more money. The venue itself was nice enough and the wedding as a whole was a great day. Reviewed on 08-08-2021

He has been responsive, organized, calm and very appreciated during the whole planning process. Kyle and all staff ensure that you are taken care of for your wedding day. Jessica But(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 30-05-2020 I was honestly worried last year when I had gone through 3 coordinators - however, ever since we met Kyle, it’s been absolutely amazing! He’s always providing quick responses, super professional, and you can tell he knows his weddings and events. Him and Quail Ridge went above and beyond our expectations when we had to cancel our reception due to Covid-19, and were super open to hosting our private, intimate ceremony at their ceremony site. There was no guide book to how we should’ve handled our wedding but Kyle was so understanding with my countless questions and worries/concerns and the day went absolutely amazing, even if it wasn’t what we had originally planned. The venue itself is GORGEOUS! I will say that even though we didn’t go through with our reception, the menu/updated contracts/info sheets that we received after Kyle took over as event coordinator were 1000x better than what we had received when we initially booked with Quail Ridge! Alisha Verstrate(maid of honor)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-05-2019 Beautiful venue TERRIBLE service. I have never seen such a lack of customer service until this place. The complete and utter incompetence by Stacie Hackney is staggering. Lost 10 centerpieces and head table flowers in her garbage pile of an office, alcohol was given to the brides underage sister, changed the food menu without consulting bride or groom, no appetizers forced bridal party to rush pictures so guests weren't starving and bride and groom did not get pictures taken together. Wrong color napkins, lost money envelope to pay the live band, golfers kept walking through the venue, had to ask for the cake to be cut and then it wasn't served just placed on the bar. Many other issues kept adding up the mother of the bride didn't even want to come back in the building she was so embarrassed. Stacie's lack of compassion and overall it's not my fault attitude was the icing on the entire evening. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS VENUE! Reviewed on 06-05-2019
Emily Grote(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-11-2018 Stacie and her team were so amazing! My husband and I were not working with a wedding planner and Stacie made that less daunting and stressful for us. They helped keep us on track along the way and were very flexible with our requests and changes. When we got to the day before the wedding she met up with me to go over the final details. All I needed to do was show them an example table for the guests and tell them where I wanted everything else and they took care of it. During the reception everyone was so helpful and sweet. We never had a long line for the bar and our guests had a great time. The food was really amazing as well. I would highly recommend Quail Ridge for your reception. Reviewed on 20-11-2018
Sherry Reinbold(parent)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-08-2018 Our experience was quite a mixed bag. We were initially concerned when dinner to sample foods for the wedding ran out of steak before all the guests made it through line the first time. Stacie said that had not happened before. So we gave it a pass. Our contract said we would have the place from 1:00 on. I went to meet Stacie on a Sat. to review the final details. Bridesmaids were decorating tables while golfers sat at the bar drinking, and the store was still open that goes into the venue. I talked with the bride in the bathroom. The bathrooms were filthy and had pee on the seats. It was 2:00. The bride was upset and didn't understand why people were there since she too, had rented the place from 1:00 on. When I asked Stacie about this, she said the people were probably from the wedding party. I told her they weren't as I had spoken to the bride. I asked what time their ceremony was at, and it was at 4:00. I felt upset for the bride, but also concerned this would be our fate as well. Sure enough it was. Wedding day came. We traveled 25 minutes to set up wedding stuff at 1:00 to find that the venue was entirely being used by another event with men at every table and food still being served. We could not set up AT ALL. We could only set up the outside ceremony site. Around 2 we left, still unable to set up, and drove 25 min. back home. What to do? So we had to hurry with dressing and getting ourselves ready so we could drive back again with enough time to set up the venue and then have the wedding at 5. Breach of contract is all I can say. The site is beautiful. The people did their job for the reception and it was a pleasant evening. Dreamscape Cupcakes, who has worked with this venue before said they had told Stacie our cake was there but did not set it up because the other event going on, but we didn't know where the cake was till 4:45 - just 15 minutes before the ceremony. Someone found the box in the corner. However, Stacie got it set up for us so we didn't have to. A very mixed, stressful experience. We loved the site and the ceremony site. Lots of places for great photography. Just do not count on getting the venue reception room when they tell you. You just won't. Prices have doubled as well so what is stated on this site as of today are not current prices for the venue. Reviewed on 06-09-2018

Renee Rheinecker(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 18-07-2015 I loved working with Quail Ridge. We booked about a year in advance and things ran smoothly. Steve was always very willing to answer my many questions. They had a great system to help the reception run smoothly and you could tell that they do many weddings. They were very organized and friendly. I absolutely loved how they took care of many basics for us and that so much was included with our rental fee (table linens, toast for the head table, napkins, etc). Since we had very simple centerpieces, they were even kind enough to place those on each table for us so that we didn't have to have someone decorate the place before the wedding started. We did a 2 entree' buffet (*note they only let each person have one plate of food and don't allow \"seconds\"), the soft drink bundle, and 2 kegs (1 imported, 1 domestic). Have some beer options in mind if going this route, as they do not have a list of beers for you to pick from. Reviewed on 27-07-2015
