Fabulous Large Barn, on beautiful 150 Acres Farm
Quiet Meadow Farm is a rustic wedding venue located in Mapleton, UT. Sitting just a 12-minute drive from the city of Provo, this farm offers 150 acres of private land for couples to transform into their dream setting. The spacious onsite barn, lush lawn areas, and majestic mountain views will make for a stunning backdrop on your special day. With its rustic architecture and secluded location, Quiet Meadow Farm makes for a romantic wedding setting with a pastoral, down-to-earth atmosphere. Both the indoor and outdoor event spaces can host intimate gatherings and large, extravagant celebrations. Your day can start in the get-ready suite, located on the second floor of the main barn. Inside features cozy furniture, vanity stations, and a private bathroom. You will then have your choice of the indoor barn and outdoor lawn area to exchange your vows. Up to 300 guests can be seated on the lush fields for ceremonies, while the barn makes for a stunning reception space for up to 200 guests. Quiet Meadow Farm commits to only one event at a time, to ensure that you have the entire venue to yourself. The team will take care of setup, tear down, and cleanup, giving you plenty of time to spend with your friends and family. You will have a variety of decor items to choose from, including centerpieces, string lights, and burlap runners. The team will also connect you with their list of trusted vendors to help you complete your event, including photographers, florists, and DJs. An event coordinator will be present during your wedding to ensure that everything goes according to plan.

Outstanding service and product. I 100% agree with their slogan of being \"Utah's Premier Wedding Venue\". Our April wedding was such a beautiful and successful event in large part due to the team that handled it. They had everything set up so perfectly and elegantly. I would recommend Quiet Meadow Farm to anyone looking for a wedding or meeting venue - even if out of state. Thank you to all involved with our wedding!

Lori was just great!!! We had to move our wedding due to covid and she made it easy! She responded quickly and was so helpful! Emily was so amazing to work with as well!!! The venue is so amazing! We definitely recommend to any future bride!!!!

My soon to be fiance Mike (Mark haha) and I went to see this place. We just happened to be close by and without any appointment I called and asked if we could see it. Lori was AMAZING! What a delightful woman and what an AMAZING place. She was still cleaning up from an event happened last night but was kind enough to let us in to see it. Lori, THANK YOU! I am so happy we met you and saw your beautiful place and your cute goats. We'll definitely stay in touch and Mike also LOVED the place. We can't wait to finalize things and make our dream come true.

I love Lori and Quiet Meadow Farms! This venue has the most stunning property and amazing views. I loved the huge barn doors that open up on 3 sides of the barn so you can enjoy those views even while indoors. The barn has everything you need from a super cute bride room and private bathroom to a cozy fireplace and so much room inside for dinner and dancing. The bridal pictures taken around the barn and in the orchard were dreamy in every way! You just can't beat the scenery there. We had the best experience at their beautiful venue and can't wait to refer everybody we know. Thanks Lori!

Lori is very fake, and will do whatever it takes to get you to book, then \"forgets\" stuff she agreed too. Her and her husband also don't treat the staff very good at all. It also costs a lot for a place with no A/C.

Our wedding was really beautiful! It was what I always dreamed of. I loved that whatever the weather was, there was a plan so I didn’t have to stress. They also have so much to decorate with which helped us a ton. Lori and Emily were wonderful! I just wouldn’t use the DJ they suggest, JaCoby. He is fine but I made all the playlists at his suggestion and then he diverted from them. He also played the wrong walk out song. He just wants you to do a lot of the work yourself and is not very organized. The price was good though.

My daughters wedding was held at Quiet Meadow Farms on 8.18.18. She was engaged in July of 2017 and we secured the venue within weeks knowing that it would be a high demand weekend. From the beginning to the very end our experience was amazing. Lori and Heather were absolutely fantastic to work with. This venue has everything! From decor, tables, chairs, linens and the scenery! My daughters wedding day was perfect. I asked her if she was getting everything she wanted for her wedding. She responded, “I’m getting everything I dreamed of and more than I even knew I wanted.” We used their recommendations of caterer and DJ, which both were wonderful. I highly recommend Quiet Meadow Farms!

We had our wedding at Quiet Meadow Farms in January. We had been searching for a rustic setting that allowed us to cater our own food, as all the other options we had found in Salt Lake City and surrounding were restaurants and had restrictions. We were so happy we expanded our search to include Mapleton in order to find the venue that was a perfect match for our vegan values by not only being an ethical farm (instead of a working one, so their animals were cherished as pets instead of slaves), but also allowing us to provide our own food instead of choosing meager options from a meat-heavy menu as we would have been forced to do at a restaurant. Quiet Meadow Farms was an absolutely beautiful venue for both our ceremony and reception that impressed all of our wedding guests. Lori was absolutely and completely amazing from the day we booked until the day of the wedding! From helping us choose decorations to deciding the layout and recommending vendors and photo venues Lori was so sweet, kind, accommodating and helpful, going out of her way to make sure our day was perfect. So many of our guests raved about the gorgeous venue and said it was the best wedding they had been to! Lori's love for people and her belief in love is evident from the moment we met her. Our wedding was a mixture of modern and rustic and the barn was absolutely perfect! I cannot say enough how thankful I am for Lori and Quiet Meadow for helping create the wedding of our dreams. It truly was the best day, and I hope that I have an event or occasion in the future to host or attend here. Highly, highly recommended!

Quiet Meadow Farms is absolutely stunning. Lori, the owner, was fantastic and made both myself and my fiance feel so welcome and excited about the venue. I can't wait to have our upcoming wedding in the beautifully decorated barn. My wedding date can't get here soon enough!

Set appointment up at bridal show, said it was the first available appointment. went down today, didn't show up to appointment. another lady showed us around. Then we contacted her to book and she told us it was already booked for the date we wanted. How could if be booked if we had the appointment set at the bridal show and we were supposedly the first appointment??? Completely unprofessional place.
