Rainbow Gardens is an absolutely top notch venue. Every member of the staff is happy to help, and they work hard to ensure our dream ceremony went off without a hitch. KellyAnn was our day-of event coordinator and she absolutely handled the day so beautifully and professionally. Any small issue that came up she was able to handle with ease and she made me feel like the center of attention all day. The garden room is stunning, and made for a gorgeous ceremony and reception space with a fairy garden feel. The ambience was perfect and the food was delicious!! My only regret was that I couldn’t eat more!!Rainbow Gardens was also so helpful with our cake, which is included in their venue pricing. They helped us find an out of this world design that fit our dreams and our budget, and it was delicious! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and Rainbow Gardens was a huge reason why. I highly recommend this venue if you’re getting married in Las Vegas!! Reviewed on 05-07-2023

Venus Flores(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-12-2022 They are truly one of the best venues in the Vegas area! Alberto was our wedding coordinator and truly went above and beyond my expectations! This was a destination wedding, which made me nervous of the outcome and booking a reception venue sight unseen. Alberto was helpful, informative and always willing to discuss any questions that I had making the entire experience fun and exciting and alleviating any stress I may have had before the event. We met with Alberto at Rainbow Gardens the day before our wedding and everything was already set up and organized. When I say I could not believe how beautiful the venue looked, it was truly magical! We booked the garden room and Alberto matched truly everything to our colors and made the most beautiful venue. The venue is absolutely gorgeous but our experience with Alberto was truly what made my experience something I will never forget! He is a pleasure to work with and incredibly helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable! Reviewed on 13-01-2023

Elizabeth Bouma(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 23-01-2022 We just had our wedding here in January 2022. Rainbow took care of so much of the event, we were able to focus on all the important things like our friends and family. Megan, our coordinator, made sure everything would be up to our expectations and even stepped in to help with my dress's bustle when my bridesmaids were having trouble. Even though things were rough with covid, they made everything about the event easy as punch. Reviewed on 27-01-2022
Sherry Green(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-10-2021 My husband & I tied the knot here in 10/10/21! We were sooo happy to say it was all over that we took forever to go back through to review it all. We learned a lot traveling for the 1st time with our whole family across the US lol.Overall the venue is stunningly beautiful & worth the travel and endless nights of preparing with family a year in advance all during Covid to take that hike from Maryland/ Virginia to Vegas. Our guest raved about the open bar lol, the courtyard scenery and over layout. Their ease to switch to the patio area right by the formal room for waterfall/ fountain pics, fresh air etc.Everything happened so fast & I was a ball of joyful tears all night. Take aways: Being out of state did put a bit of stress on my family though. Me & Hubby would’ve truly benefited taking a earlier visit to Vegas if we could’ve (covid) before the wedding. That would’ve helped much more w/transportation planning, meeting coordinators, the minister, DJ, food & cake! If not that then zoom calls for sure. Our guests did tell us they loved the cake or what was available…we never got the rest of our cake that fed 60 ppl (but only 30 ppl graced our presence). So we’re still wondering what happened to our cake & the flavors getting mixed up? Our guests ended up enjoying our top tier flavor (red velvet)?! And unfortunately our top tier cake back at the hotel was the one flavor I despise (lemon) so that was heartbreaking since we knew we couldn’t fly our cake back. We were planning to eat slices every day while we spent our honeymoon there after family left. Also our guests got back to us & rated the food quality B/C+…but we enjoyed ours so not sure what happened. To us everything had great flavor but some ppl said the salmon vegg & appetizers were a tad overcooked. Glad we added the fresh fruit for our veggie eaters! Be sure to ask what are top rated favorites from previous weddings. We should’ve adjusted our options a bit. For dinner: skirt steak, herb salmon, potatoes & veggie medley. I did notice the crab cakes were bland& bready..but we&our guests are biased/spoiled…let’s face it no one does crab anything & in so many ways like Maryland. The photographer was so attentive & funny! The DJ was cool as hell (but skipped 90% of the reggae section-1/2 our fam are island-bred so they noticed that!) He still knows his stuff& hyped our fam game show& program flow!Guests also said the waterfall was gorg but loud. They could barely hear us with mics. So thankful for the videographer’s work (local watch party ready in 2022)! . Our minister was lovely. His love story of he & his late wife set the focal point for us on such a busy day when he spoke to us separately right before it started! He didn’t know what our fisherman’s knot tie was though after we’d sent plenty notice so not sure what happened there but he made it work so well no one noticed. He left an open moment& we knew it was time to perform the knot tie together..no one could tell it wasn’t rehearsed! Seriously though he was so in tune to our wishes & our two children that he brought them up when he prayed. That sent me crying all over again lol. So I will forever cherish his words, prayers and heartfelt actions to include our babies too!I truly appreciate Megan & team going over all the details with me for many hrs, on calls beforehand. It was hard to see it all without really seeing it but their mock-ups helped tremendously. The decor/lighting, it all turned out beautiful. Reviewed on 31-12-2021

They had a great selection of food options to pick from and even worked with us to do cupcakes instead of a traditional wedding cake. While there were some bumps in the road due to COVID-19, the venue stayed in contact with us to make sure we stayed within state guidelines. The only problem we had was the day of the wedding, the venue was too hot. It was almost as if the AC wasn’t on anywhere but in the bridal suite. Reviewed on 05-09-2020

Thousands of sparkly lights and greenery made it very special. The bartender was fantastic, the food was delicious, the servers were friendly. Rainbow Gardens allowed us to bring in our own rum and they made special drinks for us with our recipe (Painkillers). The DJ was very friendly and played all of the songs that we requested, except for one. Unfortunately, we didn't realize it until after the reception was over, otherwise I'm sure that he would have corrected it.Throughout everything, there was only one little hiccup and it was handled quietly, professionally, and was resolved quickly. Sometimes things go wrong, and it is how a company handles it that really shows who they are and how they value their clients. Rainbow Gardens was wonderful, and we would use them again! Lynsee Gilbert(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-02-2019 My husband and I were married in the Garden Room (better known as the \"Wow\" room) at Rainbow Gardens on February 3, 2019. Our journey to this perfect day began in February 2018 when we set out one Saturday morning with a short list of 9 local venues that we wanted to look at in person after eliminating dozens of others through online searches. Rainbow Gardens was 4th on our list but the moment we arrived it also became the last as we knew immediately that we'd found exactly what we were looking for. I was sure, after seeing the gorgeous water falls, beautiful reception areas, and stunning natural backdrops that it would be out of our price range but it was one of the most affordable and flexible locations that we considered. We met in a video game online so we wanted to do a themed wedding with lots of little bells and whistles like health and mana potions, a pre-ceremony quest, and themed table games and Rainbow Gardens supported everything we threw at them. KellyAnn was our coordinator and we immediately fell head over heels for her! She has so much talent and skill that it's like she was born for wedding planning! Her personality is electric and magnetic and it's just impossible not to love her. She had suggestions here and there that fell right in sync with our vision and added little touches of wow that our guests are still talking about! On the day of the wedding she handled everything and I honestly spent most of the day relaxing in the bride's dressing room playing games on my iPad. I really thought I would be more stressed but she took care of everything before I could think to stress about it! The venue is breath taking - trust me when I say pictures don't do it justice. Every last guest at our wedding stopped as they entered the garden room and breathed \"wow\" (hence the nickname of the \"wow\" room - you seriously just can't help yourself!). The venue included food which was delicious (my aunt won't stop asking for the recipe for the tomatoes), the servers were professional and classy and made the reception feel very posh and fancy! The linens and centerpieces were included, the cake (which was fully custom, absolutely beautiful, and super delicious) was included, the DJ (who did a fantastic job) was included, even the officiant (who didn't bat an eyelash at doing a completely pagan handfasting service with zero religion) was included. It was one-stop shopping for wedding services but none of the quality or care was sacrificed in exchange for convenience. Every vendor that Rainbow Gardens uses is every bit as committed to the same level of personal detail and treating every couple like the only couple as Rainbow Gardens is themselves. Our only two points of criticism are as follows:The first regards the bride's dressing room which is lovely but it would have been nice to have a more comfortable chair or two than the ones that were provided. Perhaps in this year's budget they can find the money to put something squishier with arms and maybe a little foot rest in there.Second is on the photographer which, had he not been included with the venue, would not have been our first choice. I'll reserve my comments regarding him for his review.Other than those small details, however, our wedding was absolutely perfect and we couldn't be happier with our venue choice. Seriously, save yourself some time and go to Rainbow Gardens first - you probably won't go anywhere else once you see it in person! Reviewed on 24-02-2019
DeTria Govan(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-10-2018 My wedding was in the garden room. It was good better than I expected. The photographer was late but not a big deal. What I like about it was that mostly everything was included in the price. I was worried because a few times I had to keep calling them about a few things and it took them some time to call me back. The food was ok, the drinks was good but I never received my pictures. I have called and left voicemails asking for them to call me back. I haven't gotten any pictures from them or anyone to call me back. Reviewed on 24-12-2018

Angela George(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 17-11-2018 SO HAPPY! I had the most AMAZING experience with Rainbow Gardens and I truly could not be any happier with the team and the venue. I am of Middle Eastern background and we threw a large engagement party with Rainbow Gardens in their lush green, twinkling Garden Room. Kelly, the owner, was so accommodating to our cultural traditions and really made me feel at peace while planning my special event. Kelly Ann was my event coordinator and I really cannot say enough things about her and her work. She was so kind, hard working, and made sure everything was to our desire. She is a perfectionist. I was amazed at how beautifully designed my party was. I chose a black and gold theme and it was absolutely perfect. We chose the Deluxe package that included DJ, Photographer, Appetizers passed for cocktail hour, and I also upgraded to include a photobooh (HIGHLY recommend the photo booth - I chose to do this instead of having party favors. Guests were able to take their own photos with them and the camera used was SO high quality. All of the photos are given to you on CD after the party. So worth it!) The DJ was named Patrick and he did the most amazing job. Jennifer, from Knights DJ kept excellent communication when she had anything arise with my playlist. They were so well organized and I was so happy with them. Our photographer, Steven, was great. No muss, no fuss - got everyone we wanted gathered for photos and was going through quickly. The food was also delicious. My cake also came out beautifully, it was stunning and tasted so good! Over all, I was so pleased with the venue and their partnered vendors. I highly recommend them for your next special event. They have the most beautiful courtyard (we also took some photos there!) as well as another separate ballroom venue. Be sure to check out their website and call with any questions. They are fantastic. Reviewed on 21-11-2018

Jennifer Pitt(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-06-2018 I loved Rainbow Gardens in Las Vegas. We wanted to be in Vegas for our wedding (it was a destination wedding) and we didn't want a \"drive thru\" style wedding or get married by Elvis (but you can). We wanted a traditional wedding and that is what we got at Rainbow Gardens. The food was fantastic - our guests loved it, and Marta was perfect at coordinating everything. We were worried about it being hot in the garden room in mid-June, but it wasn't bad at all. No one was uncomfortable. They also offer preferred vendors and we used most of theirs except the photographer. We stepped in the garden room for the first time just one day before the wedding on the day of the rehearsal and of course, I was a little nervous to have not seen what it looked like in person, but I will say that it was more beautiful in person than the photos. Andrew Leonaggeo(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-03-2018 I would highly recommend this venue to friends and random strangers. My wedding was on March 10, 2018 in the Garden Room. The wedding coordinators were amazing and made my wedding my own, and more importantly, FUN. Every one of my guests afterwards told me that it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to. EVERY GUEST. And the value was impeccable.Everything was all inclusive. This made shopping around much simpler. They even had preferred vendors (Florist, Videographer, salon, etc.) All of this was packaged together at an affordable price. The contract we signed was straightforward and easy to understand. On the day of our wedding the room was beautifully decorated. It truly is a paradise in the middle of Las Vegas. The bride has a beautiful room to get dressed in. The only complaint I had was the men did not. Our options were either get ready before we come over or (what we did) was get ready in the bathroom. This was not too bad. The bathroom was large enough and we were able to get ready with no problem. The wedding coordinators provided me (The Bride) with the best customer service. About a week before my wedding in March 2018 I tore my meniscus in my right knee. I thought that I had ruined my wedding. I was unable to walk without crutches and I cried my eyes out the week before my wedding. Skip ahead to my wedding, my wedding coordinator expressed genuine concern and empathy. She did everything in her power to help me have a great wedding on crutches, from telling me other wedding horror stories to grabbing my crutches from me when needed during the wedding so the crutches weren’t in the wedding photos, which I will always be eternally grateful for. Just thinking about her incredible kindness is making me a little teary eyed.P.S. This venue is can be very flexible. Read over the whole packet they give you when you book, and if you have any questions, ask away! You might find out about other options available to you. I thoroughly read/memorized all the packet I received from them and I am glad I did. Totally worth it! Reviewed on 28-05-2018

Heather Henson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-04-2016 We decided to have our ceremony in the desert, and we were looking for an affordable option to have a beautiful reception for 85 guests. After doing some research, many of the venues we looked at were extremely expensive, had limited space with a cap on the number of guests we could have, and did not have great food options with an open bar. We were looking for something that would include everything we needed (DJ, Food, alcohol, decorations, photographer, etc) since we were planning a destination wedding. We had the most amazing reception in the garden room at Rainbow Gardens. Our host was Stefanie, and she made the experience flawless, even while I was planning the wedding from Alaska. I had several consultations over the phone, and I never felt nervous about anything in regards to the reception, and Stefanie even gave us recommendations on food, decorations, and cake. (Hint- the prime rib, roasted potatoes, and crab cakes were a big hit). When we arrived, the garden room was even more beautiful than the pictures we had seen online, which I didn't think was possible. Stefanie let me send her several pictures of possible cake ideas, and the one we settled on looked amazing and completely exceeded my expectations. Every guest expressed to us how beautiful this venue was. The food was delicious, the DJ was great, and the bartender went above and beyond. I need to take a moment to rave about the photographer as well. The photographer that was included in our package was amazing. He made the process quick and painless and we got the most beautiful pictures. We also received the pictures within weeks and I was so excited to show them off. My only complaint was that we could not get to the venue until 8:30pm due to a sunset ceremony in the desert, and the venue closed at midnight, which did not allow us to take advantage of our full 4 hour time period. It would be nice to extend hours based on customer's needs. We truly appreciate all of your hard work and we will recommend you to anyone we know who is planning a destination wedding in Las Vegas. Thank you from the Hensons!!! Reviewed on 13-12-2016

I was wrong. As soon as we got to our venue that day (Rainbow Gardens), the entire staff was so patient and helpful. My wedding party ran a little late to the venue but they accommodated to us. By the end of the night, we received so many compliments from our guests on the venue we chose from how beautiful it was, to how good the food was. We loved the minister who performed our ceremony and the DJ was very good too! We couldn't have been happier with our wedding and felt like our money was well spent:) Reviewed on 06-05-2015
Tonya Hosey(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-06-2014 My husband and I were married on June 7, 2014. I can't say, this, enough, \"it was an awesome night remembered and it definitely is written down, in our history, as the best night ever!!\" Our friends and family continue to talk about our Rainbow Garden's Wedding. It continues to be the talk, amongst our friends and family, whenever we gather in one place. Our wedding ceremony and reception was held in the Garden Room, which was the perfect fit for us. It was so very beautiful. I wouldn't know how to describe or explain how very, satisfied I was with the entire atmosphere of the entire wedding venue. The food was so amazing, the music was fun, entertaining, and lively, the wedding cake was beautiful, the wedding coordinators was very professional, calming, organized, and encouraging. \r\rDuring the wedding ceremony, the minister, made everyone feel welcome, as if, they were the special pieces needed within our greater plan. Before and during the ceremony, my husband and I felt very comfortable within the present of the Minister. The Minister was very calming, which was the perfect fit for my husband and I. I recommend, the Rose Ceremony, it was a beautiful, surprising, and pleasant beginning to our love story. I loved the delicate meaning behind the Rose Ceremony. Our friends, family, blended family, my husband, and I loved the Rose Ceremony; there wasn't a dry eye in the house after that ceremony. The minister was the perfect fit to our love story. \r\rThe Rainbow Gardens' Team was amazing, professional, and very calming during the entire occasion, that is, the wedding storm. I can't stop bragging enough about the Rainbow Gardens' Team. The Rainbow Gardens' Team, of individuals, made our wedding event, a night, no one has been able to forget. It's almost, nearly been a year, since our wedding event, and the fact that our family and friends continue to reminisce about our wedding and how much fun it was and how beautiful the Rainbow Garden venue was should speak volumes, on behalf of the Rainbow Gardens' Team. Our wedding guest, till this day, continue to tell my husband and I that our wedding was best wedding they've ever been to in years. I LOVE RAINBOW GARDENS!!!!!.....If I could marry it I would......Lol!!! Lol!!!!\r\rWhen my husband and I hear of anyone is getting married in Las Vegas, we always recommend Rainbow Gardens. It's a great deal for anyone's budget, with various offers of everything a couple would need to make their wedding the best night ever. This venue provided information on vendors, as well as, vendors from their own list for Bridal attire, florist, minister, linings for tables and chair, wedding cake designer, DJ, Bartender, and including their own options of an indoor and outdoor wedding rooms. \r Reviewed on 12-04-2015
Jenna Hergott(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-03-2015 For the price you can't beat this place. We shopped around and couldn't find a better deal. We had a lot included in our price. We had 100 guests, it was catered, open bar, the ceremony was included, the linens, the cake, the DJ, and the most important thing is the photographer and rights to ALL of the photos was included. If you are looking for the movie type bride experience, I will say you will not get that here. There are no special tastings or services in the planning process, and the bridal suite is pretty much a shoe closet, but I can't express enough how flawless our wedding night was. The DJ was incredible, I never had an empty glass in front of me, everything ran smoothly. The pastor was amazing, our coordinator (Stephanie) was amazing. DO NOT WORK WITH DOUG. He is arrogant and will not try to make anything you want happen. Once I switched to Stephanie, I told her what i wanted and when I walked into the decorated room, I was floored at how exact she had it. Everything I had asked for was spot on and she kept the night running smoothly. She is great! Reviewed on 02-04-2015

The choices offered when it came to food, open bar, cake, DJ, etc far surpassed the cost of it! The food was amazing, the timeline of the entire event could not have been more perfect and the entire staff could not have been nicer! The Minister was so professional and was really dedicated to making the ceremony one of a kind. The photographer was a few minutes late but his attitude and concern with making the pictures so memorable immediately made up for it. Michelle Kelly(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-01-2014 I cannot say enough about Rainbow Gardens and the wonderful Taylor (our wedding planner). I found the venue online (I am from Canada) and had a friend go check out the location. She took a video showing me around the Garden Room and I fell in love. Little did I know that it would actually be 100 times better in person. The Garden room is unbelievable. It feels like you are outside and the air is fresh with the greenery that surrounds you. The linens are beautiful and the lights all around the room are incredible. I could not have asked for a more beautiful setting. Then comes the food - absolutely delicious with not a bad thing to say about it and a huge shout out for the prime rib and pecan crusted chicken - and then comes the drinks - plentiful, delicious and always served with a smile. The DJ they provide is also great to work with, a lot of fun, and kept the party going all night long. Finally, Taylor is the greatest wedding planner and no ask is too big or too unreasonable. She did everything for me, made everything better that I tried to do and didn't quite pull off (like the funnel for pouring our sand)and took all my decorations and placed them around the room in a way better way than I would have. It was an incredible night and the perfect wedding. Oh and Pastor Bill is a wonderful man and the perfect person to marry you! The venue was beautiful, we did a night wedding and everything was so beautiful lit up. \r\rWe had the formal room. It was beautiful, decor was more than I expected. We paid extra to have lighting in the room, definitely worth it.\r\rTaylor was our coordinator. She was awesome. She was very helpful and always willing to make our day perfect even if it wasn't how the average wedding should go.\r\rThe food was pretty good. The salmon appetizer was yummy and the chicken was moist. I wish I could have had more but the servers took away my plate while I was mingling. \r\rThe DJ they provided was awesome. He had jokes and dance moves. Our guests weren't the dancing type but he did manage to get a majority of them dancing a few times. He even taught us some new dances. \r\rWe didn't use their provided photographer, but we did use their cake designer. The cake was gorgeous. I wasn't expecting how pretty it would be I heard the red velvet was dry but the chocolate was good. Not sure I don't eat cake.\r\rThere was also an open bar, but our guests thought it was a cash bar so didn't drink too much, which was our fault for not letting them know.\r\rOverall it was a great wedding. Their minimum is 60 people, we only had 35, so we just had to pay for the 60. Reviewed on 09-02-2014
Paige Peterson(bride)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-07-2013 My husband and I picked Rainbow Gardens as our venue two months before the date we wanted to marry.\r\rAside from the initial meeting and the final meeting (where they get the rest of your money), RG did not check in on us at all. No friendly \"how's it going\" emails, no reminders, nothing. They also were awful at replying to emails - some of mine went totally unanswered.\r\rWhen the day of the rehearsal came along, the woman directing the rehearsal didn't even know what room we were going to be in. Great start, huh?\r\rThe food was mediocre. I'm pretty sure they serve instant mashed potatoes from a box. They didn't bother to try to save us any of the cut, instead just opting to throw away like half of it without even asking us. I didn't get a single piece. Taylor (our wedding...uhh..coordinator I guess?) said she would be around all night to get me drinks and whatever I need, but after dinner was served I didn't see her till it was time for us to go. Also, we had a gift given to us -- a bottle of vodka ...magically disappeared. Vanished. We were told no one at the venue ever saw it. So draw your own conclusions there.\r\rIt was a good deal, but horrible service. I really wouldn't recommend RG to anyone. My wedding could have been much, much better if I had it somewhere else. My sister was married at Rainbow Gardens and I was her planner. \rHere are just a few things that happened. \rAt our rehearsal, I noticed our set up was wrong. I asked for rounds of 10 and found rounds of 8. It ended up working nicely as people weren’t squished, but I didn’t have enough centerpieces. Fortunately, the florist we used (A Garden Florist) is amazing and she came up with something. Doug was very helpful in this circumstance as well, and he tried to accommodate us the best he could. \rUpon arriving to the venue, just before the ceremony, my parents noticed the wrong names on the sign out front! We made them change that. While we were taking pictures and getting everything set up, I felt like the coordinators (Stephanie and Taylor) were no where to be found. I had to keep knocking on the doors or searching around the different rooms for them. \rThe ceremony went well. Pastor Bill did a very nice job.\rWe had the ceremony in the outdoor space, the cocktail hour in the formal room and the dinner in the garden room. \rWe decided to add a chocolate fountain and photo booth a couple weeks before the wedding. (Both of which I highly recommend for any wedding!) We were told numerous times that the chocolate fountain would be available during cocktail hour as well as the full reception. They said that they would move the fountain into the reception after cocktail hour was over. There was no chocolate fountain during cocktail hour. \rWe requested that we borrow their card box for the wedding, there was no card box. I asked them to put it out. We made sure to note we wanted to rent glasses as the venue uses plastic cup ware. There were NO glasses ordered! \rUpon entering the reception area, the candle centerpieces were not lit. I had already come in earlier that day to set everything up, that was the only thing that needed to be done. The coordinators were trying to light the candles as our guests were already sitting. The whole point is to have a big wow entrance when guests enter the dining room!\rThe DJ started to wind down our party at 4 hours. We shelled out some extra money to reserve the whole venue, add an extra hour to the reception and an extra hour of open bar. The DJs had NO clue about this. They had to run to try and find our coordinators and check with them. The bar also thought we were closing down and wound up charging 3 of our guests as they thought it switched to a cash bar. So embarrassing. Shout out to Louanne (one of the bartenders) who really stepped it up and tried to accommodate us during the whole commotion. She was very nice and very pleasant to our guests! \rOverall, our guests had a wonderful time because no one noticed the hiccups. However, I’d like to make note that I am a wedding planner and there is no way that any of this is acceptable. Their saving grace is that they have a beautiful venue! Reviewed on 15-07-2013

Jamie Holleman(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-02-2012 I was married at Rainbow Gardens on Tuesday, 02/21/2012. Leading up to the big day I had no concerns because Doug and Marta handled my many calls and questions with friendliness and professionalism. When we arrived for the rehearsal Marta greeted us with sincere warmth and guided us through the upcoming ceremony with much ease and laughter. The day of the wedding my ladies and I arrived and found the formal room was perfectly decorated and the bridal suite ready for us. Lori poured champagne for us and was friendly for the most part - my only complaint was that when we discovered that my veil hadn't been steamed by my bridal shop and was woefully wrinkled, Lori advised that a steamer was available for a $25 rental fee and she would not budge from that price even though we only needed it for a moment. When my groom and his groomsmen arrived early Marta was quick to hide me from sight and arrange for them to go pass time at Skinny Dugan's next door until time for their photos. The photographer, Steven Shofner, and his assistant Mike were friendly and encouraging throughout the pre- and post-ceremony photos, as well as the reception. The wedding itself was so beautiful, with Pastor Bill performing an emotional and joyful ceremony, and the reception was everything I could have wished for and more. Throughout the evening Marta was attentive and professional, guiding us to each key moment and checking to see that we were ready. Our DJ, Clint Webb with Knight Sounds, was phenomenal! He kept the energy level high without exhausting everyone and checked with me before playing guest requests. When I asked for a certain song he took the time to research and let me preview different versions until we found the one I wanted. We had a five-item buffet dinner that was delicious (the prime rib is amazing). Our cake, supplied by Cake Designs LV, was perfectly designed from my sketch and one of the most amazing red velvet cakes I've ever eaten. The d.j. that came with the package was sent all of the paperwork that he requested and he called to confirm the week of the wedding. The rehearsal was fast and easy. Doug made sure everything ran smoothly and everyone knew their part. It was very relaxed and fun. The day of the wedding we arrived and everything was all set up and ready( I will put the photographer in his own category). The outdoor chapel and waterfall was amazing( my husband said that you could see pipes and cords, but It did not look bad). The minister Mike that came with the package was awesome. He called me the day before to finalize everything and it was perfect. The reception was great. Everything went as planned and everyone raved about the food. One of my guests was allergic to peanuts so they made sure that the menu that we had chosen was peanut free. I had seen complaints about the plastic glasses at the bar, but it worked out fine for my crowd:) The drinks were strong and the staff was amazing! The D.J. kept everyone on their toe.
