People are still complimenting our food, especially the steak and the beauty of the venue! Dawn is a gem and extremely accommodating. She worked with us on our schedule for set up. We needed design/color advice and she was wonderful with that. She gives wonderful suggestions and also makes it clear that it is YOUR day and you should make it what you want! This venue works great for an indoor ceremony and reception in one location.

I can’t express how happy I was to have picked RainTree. Dawn was extremely responsive, respectful, helpful and overall the best event coordinator I could’ve asked for. She made the entire experience way less stressful. Not only that but every single guest came up to my husband and I and said how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the chicken was (I highly suggest the Asiago chicken if it’s still available) but overall I could not have had a better day. Please consider this venue, you will NOT regret it!!

Raintree is the perfect place for a wedding. Dawn was wonderful through the entire process. She was always available to answer any questions I had, and is a great coordinator the day of! The scenery is perfect for the ceremony and wedding pictures. The reception food was great too. I highly recommend Raintree!

My husband and I were very happy with our decision to have our wedding reception at Raintree Country Club! The food was delicious, the room was decorated beautifully, and the staff worked tirelessly to make sure all of our needs were met. Kim was incredibly helpful in planning every little detail with us. We are so grateful for her help and the help of the entire Raintree staff in making our special day go off without a hitch!

As the bride, I cannot stress enough how incredible Raintree Country Club is. The staff is top notch- so many thanks to their event coordinator, Michelle, who did everything to make our day so very special. She helped us take care of EVERYTHING. From helping us pick out the most perfect food (some of which wasn't even on the menu) to making sure each detail was in place- she was the best. The rest of the staff worked so hard to make our day wonderful. We cannot say enough good things about Raintree and are encouraging all of our friends and family to have events there- thank you Raintree for all you did to make our day great.

I felt we found a good value at the Raintree. But, was disappointed in the service along the way....I did not hear from them throughout the planning process, and would not hear back from emails. We had a sitdown dinner, and felt it took entirely too long for the food to come out (it cut into our reception time), and it took them awhile to get the cake cleared out (which we couldn't start dancing until that was moved). They should have more on staff, or pull some fromt he bar during dinner to help keep the event going. Lack of guidelines, and how things run also did not help. They were friendly when we did speak with them, and we felt the food was great.

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin?! Jaime our wedding consultant was great! The staff was super friendly! The food was FANTASTIC! The venue was gorgeous! Everything was just perfect :)

We met personally with the owner, who was willing to negotiate with our budget, and was very helpful and friendly. We met also with the cook, who gave us some wonderful recommendations and free samples of the meals. The coordinator was very patient with all our questions, and we were allowed to come in and look several times. They had glass beads on hand to help us with our handmade centerpieces. Overall, excellent value, attractive venue, and pleasant staff. The food was delicious as well. We were extremely happy and satisfied with our reception here!

I truly loved our reception at Raintree. We also brought in a lot however to make it \"us\" from outside vendors. The decor is outdated(meaning we had to bring in lighting and additional linens) and they raised the prices once after booking with them- which it states can happen in contract but the coordinator made it sound like that never happens and then after it did, she said \"oh okay, well today we'll lock in the prices then\"(why didn't she lock them in the first day then?!?). Another issue that arose is that they laid off their events coordinator(that same person) a month before my wedding- the person we'd been planning everything through for a year and who'd been the face of the club for over a year with us. She was the one who'd made me feel that the timing of events would flow, etc because she'd run the show and I felt quite comfortable as she was a seasoned vet. I also wish that we'd been able to have a food tasting. With 300 people, you'd think they'd want you to know what you'll be serving. My fish was VERY salty and had I known, I would've chosen something else. I'm not sure anyone ate their fish because it was almost sickening salty and I LOVE salt but couldn't handle it. We also sprung for 3 cakes because the Groom's cake was a must with this insane chocolate and peanut butter mousse and I don't know of anyone actually getting to taste it because the servers never served it- to this day I know of 3 people trying it, none of those 3 being the groom- it shouldve served over 100 people, possibly a lot more. THAT was a special request I'd specifically asked for prior with the original coordinator- that my groom get a piece of the chocolate. I've heard of that happening to the bride and groom but I had tables of people who said they wanted to try the chocolate so badly and sat at their tables waiting for it to come around and I don't even know who got to try it because all I hear is \"man I wanted to try THAT one.\" We'd pumped everyone up about it for weeks- hence why people were anticipating it. We'd booked one cake vendor, then changed after we tried this amazing chocolate dream.\rI'd also recommend turning the fireplaces off after dinner. It gets really hot.\rNow for the good- after laying off the coordinator, they still put my mother at ease making her feel as though they'd handle it well. I'd requested that they save the corks from all bottles throughout the evening and they were kind enough to do it. It was a great place to have it in the winter, cambria suites hotel shuttled our guests to and from- very wonderful for winter time and out of town guests. It was a nice change of venue- every one of my friends had gotten married at the same hotel in Canton. This was pretty and our decorator and florist transformed the room into a beautiful scape. I do recommend chair covers, my mother surprised me with them last minute and they made allllllll the difference in the world. They even have neutral colored chairs- not like many places with bright reds and blues, but the chair covers really transformed it into something special. I would totally use Raintree again if I got to completely relive the day, I'd just insist that I get to try the food first and that the servers offer ALL cakes. \rThe coordinator for the evening who stepped in was very nice and did her best to keep us happy. The head chef also worked with my mother and provided wonderful suggestions when they laid off their original coordinator.

Raintree was spectacular!!! They were very accomdating and willing to help us fulfill every hope we had for our special day from cottn candy martinis to a popcorn/candy table. We also had some \"issues\" with other vendors and Susan (the planner) was more than willing to help us sort through them, even taking the initiative to contact them herself. The food was great, the bar was wonderful and pricing was much below other places!!! I would suggest any and everyone to them!

We had our wedding reception here. They did a great job with the planning and made things very easy the day of the wedding. Their food was fantastic and they accomodated to all of our menu needs. Reaintree was beautiful with the golf course setting. We were very pleased with our experience.
