Ramkota Hotel Casper Reviews
Lara Ballard(bride)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-07-2017 We requested a ballroom. And paid for it. A year before the wedding. The two months before our wedding, they told us our ballroom had been booked in advanced before our wedding and they gave us their very smaller ballroom (because I’m not a snot and didn’t want to request my money back). It ended up working out for the people we had, but I wasn’t impressed. Reviewed on 13-01-2019
Hillary Carmen(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-08-2012 I would strongly recommend the Best Western Ramkota Hotel. They have recently re-carpeted and painted their ball rooms and they look fantastic! Cody is interesting to work with and we did have some problems with him. We had some problems the day of as the food was not as we had ordered. We ordered a Milk Chocolate Chocolate Fountain and they set up a white-chocolate so my Sister-in-law (my MOH) and brother missed a good portion of the reception as they went home to get our personal fountain and had to shop around for more chocolate. We also had some problems with the room being set up on time which they said was due to the previous event before us as we did have our wedding on a Monday. \r\rOverall besides these problems, it was still a wonderful experience. Leann got everything straightened out and my parents spoke with the General Manager a couple of days after the wedding and they were refunded for the chocolate fountain and food that was to go with it as well as a partial refund for the cost of the hotel.\r\rIt was a beautiful reception and the staff was good to work with. I would definitely use them again! Reviewed on 26-08-2012
Sarah Schofield(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-10-2010 I have one thing to say about these guys....they gave our honeymoon suite (THAT MY FRIENDS DECORATED FOR US) to ANOTHER married couple! So when we went to check in, we didn't have our suite. It was a horrible night. We showed up around 10pm (we had our 4 month old baby with us and we needed to get him down for bed) and by the time the hotel went back and forth we ended up getting settled into our room it was well after midnight! They gave us a crappy, dirty replacement suite that was not nice at all. It was horrible. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Ever. And just so you all know...I am NOT the kind of person to complain. But this place was a nightmare. Reviewed on 22-11-2010
