Randall Oaks Golf Club is a country club wedding venue in West Dundee, IL. You can celebrate your special day at this exquisite property surrounded by beauty and privacy. We offer everything in one location to make your event stress-free and easy. From saying “I do” in our waterfront gazebo to dancing all night overlooking the golf course - we can make all your dreams come true. Randall Oaks Golf Club can host events for up to 200 people. You may enjoy an outdoor ceremony at our waterfront gazebo, which seats up to 175 guests. Our indoor spaces have stunning views of the golf course and lake. You can expect total privacy and our complete attention on your big day, as yours will be the only wedding taking place on the premises. You and your guests can dine and dance the night away in our banquet rooms. The Randall Oaks Golf Club team will work with you throughout the planning process to ensure your complete satisfaction. We had our wedding at Randall Oaks on 6/9/19 and we could have not been more happier with the way our ceremony & reception turned out! 5 stars is just not enough to give to Kim and Debbie who made sure our special day was absolutely perfect!! Kim went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and viewing our pictures for the first time last night proved how beautiful of a place Randall Oaks is! Also....the dinner was amazing, we had the filet & chicken and all the guests loved both. Then we had a late night pizza party and all pizza's were eaten as soon as they were put out! I would highly recommend having a wedding at Randall Oaks, they have so much to offer at such a great price. Thanks again to Kim & Debbie for making our wedding such a memorable one!

Kim was amazing to work with she made me feel comfortable and special on my Big day. She always greeted everyone with a Big Smile and made my ceremony run smoothly. I highly recommend Kim she is professional, kind, patient and I would recommend all my friends to Kim and the Golf club was beautiful and everything was a dream come true! True perfection!

Randall oaks has a beautiful outdoor ceremony spot under the gazebo! I had my wedding there in late September and the colors of the trees and landscape was beautiful! Randall oaks is very affordable yet was still beautiful. The venue space is has a nice wood beam ceiling. Even though I wasn’t crazy about the carpet, once all the tables were set up you could barely see it! I had 125 guests and they all commented on how good the food was! We did half chicken and half steak on each plate with mash potatoes and green beans. We did pasta on the side. Also, having an open bar with how affordable it was worked out great! Kim the wedding planner there was extremely nice and helpful! I definitely recommend this space if you want something pretty yet affordable :)

Kim, Brownie and the great staff at Randall Oaks truly made our day great. Kim and Brownie are true assets here! They answered ALL questions I could think of and made everything so easy.This was a one stop shop! Our venue, food, liquor and CAKE were included in the price. The cake was from Herbs Bakery and they did a WONDERFUL job. We had 4 types of cake ( all included)!! The location was BEAUTIFUL!!! Simply picture perfect from sunrise to midnight. With swans and their babies!The food was phenomenal! The chef made sure my husband and I were taken care of completely. We wanted for nothing. We even got to eat! My husband requested the meatball server follow him the day of and HE DID!! It was great! Our guest loved the food! They also helped me incorporate tacos into a Late Night TACO BAR!! It was perfect timing and a SUPER HIT!!They put everything together perfectly and fixed broke centerpieces (I found out a couple days later) I am so very happy we found this place to have out perfect day!

We had a bit of a rocky start with Randall Oaks. They had a switch in coordinators, and our wedding sort of got lost in translation. Once Kim got a hold of us though, everything fell wonderfully in place. The chef put together a custom menu just to fit our theme! The food was delicious, guests just kept telling us how fantastic everything tasted! They accommodated for several of our vegan guests and provided a kids meal as well. At the rehearsal the day before, Kim met with us and helped our officiant wrangle up our very large, disorderly wedding party. She then took all of our decorations and had them set up for us, so when we came in the day of, everything was exactly as we wanted it. On wedding day, it rained, and they quickly moved everything inside and set it up so that we didn’t miss a beat. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, constantly asking what they could do or get for us. We really felt special and had barely any stress. After the party ended and the lights came on, they sprang into action, helping our families take everything down and pack it away. When everything was said and done, they were very helpful, inclusive, and budget friendly. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful place to get married. They certainly gave us a wedding we will never forget.

Scheduled a viewing of this venue for my daughter's wedding. It was raining the day we visited and made it quite clear that not having a covered area near the main doors will leave your guests soaking wet should it rain on your big day. The Room is \"L\" shaped which segregates your guests. Those seated on one end of the room will not be able to see the guests on the other end. The room was set up for a wedding with approx 140 guests and a dance floor when we viewed it. Their were 9 and 10 chairs crammed around tables fit for a maximum of 8 people. The chairs were touching! The room was crowded and there were no bars or DJ equipment in there yet. Guests would have to walk by a big poster advertising \"budget weddings\

Randall Oaks is a beautiful venue with a wonderful staff. Everything that we wanted and could have asked for was done with care and accuracy. Our reception was beautiful and Denise was amazing to work with. We still can't believe everything we got for the price we paid. The food was delicious and with a great selection. We would recommend Randall Oaks to any wedding couple looking for a venue.

Randall Oaks is a beautiful venue with a wonderful staff. Everything that we wanted and could have asked for was done with care and accuracy. Our reception was beautiful and Denise was amazing to work with. We still can't believe everything we got for the price we paid. The food was delicious and with a great selection. We would recommend Randall Oaks to any wedding couple looking for a venue.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The outdoor space was exactly what I wanted in an outdoor ceremony. Unfortunately, whenever I wanted to get ahold of Denise, she was always out of the office. I obviously had bad timing. The wedding ceremony was perfect; however, at the reception the wedding cake was dry, and the food was ok.

Our wedding at Randall Oaks was perfect!! We couldn't have asked for a better venue! Denise made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She was extremely attentive to my groom and me, especially on the day of the wedding. The food was delicious. The service was great. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they've been to. I would recommend Randall Oaks to anyone!

Our wedding at Randall Oaks was perfect!! We couldn't have asked for a better venue! Denise made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She was extremely attentive to my groom and me, especially on the day of the wedding. The food was delicious. The service was great. I am so in love with how our wedding turned out, mostly due to Randall Oaks!! Denise was absolutely outstanding and the venue itself is super affordable and the food is high class!! We called SO many places and Randall Oaks was half the price, and I still have people telling me how absolutely beautiful my Wedding was!!! Hey nice thing too is that Denise gives you names of people that she works with and you can get your flowers, DJ, photographer, and cake all done without spending countless hours searching. It was like a one stop shop! Don't let the different L shape layout of the banquet room fool you, it was completely perfect!!

Randall oaks was an awesome choice. It's affordable, the staff are all very nice and it's a pretty venue. They give the option for a gazebo wedding (at an extra cost) which is pretty. Unfortunately it rained on my wedding day and we had to move inside. Everything was moved quickly and looked very nice. We even got a refund for the gazebo since we didn't get to use it. They also make its worry free for the bride! And the food was delicious!!

I had an excellent experience planning my wedding at Randall Oaks. We planned our wedding in less than 3 months but Randall Oaks was able to flexibly work with us. We had several dietary requests, including my gluten free meal and cake, that they handled with ease. The food was very good and the service and timing was superior. The outdoor ceremony area was perfect and the golf course provided ample picture opportunities. Everyone was very helpful, organized, and detail oriented. They set up everything perfectly with a minimum of direction needed. Excellent service and value!

The location is beautiful! We had a wonderful time. They are very accomodating to clients - allowed us to stay until 1 pm so that we could celebrate New Years. They give you the option to have a payment plan. The food was deliciious. The drinks were plenty. The staff was so helpful!
