Using R&R for our wedding was the BEST decision ever! They are truly the full package. Megan and Katie offer so many helpful tips, recommendations, and resources that helped make my wedding planning so easy. They have so many different online tools and forms to fill out to be sure everything is planned accordingly and there are no hiccups – which there weren’t! On top of all that, the venue is stunning and has everything you’ll need. So many decoration options so you can personalize it to your own style and a great way to save money by using their decorations! Of every vendor I used, R&R was without a doubt the best pick and I highly recommend them. Wedding planning was much less stressful when I had them there every step of the way! My day was perfect!

I am so happy I chose R&R for our wedding. Megan and Katie were wonderful throughout the whole planning process. I had a lot of questions and they responded timely and were extremely helpful. The venue alone is absolutely gorgeous and they have done a wonderful job putting it together. My bridal party absolutely loved the bride/groom suites to get ready in as well. The staff was amazing the day of! We absolutely recommend having your wedding at R&R, you will not regret it!

I am so happy I chose R&R for our wedding. Megan and Katie were wonderful throughout the whole planning process. I had a lot of questions and they responded timely and were extremely helpful. The venue alone is absolutely gorgeous and they have done a wonderful job putting it together. My bridal party absolutely loved the bride/groom suites to get ready in as well. The staff was amazing the day of! We absolutely recommend having your wedding at R&R, you will not regret it!

Can not recommend R&R Wedding and Events enough! We had the absolute best experience with them! Extremely helpful with any questions! Super supportive durning our wedding plans! The team has thoroughly thought of everything you need for your day! The facility is a dream for the rustic/industrial chic vision. We highly recommend having your wedding at R&R! We got married here in April 2023 and absolutely loved every aspect of this venue. The staff is super helpful at answering questions and willing to work with you to make your dreams come to life. One of the things that sets this venue apart from the rest is that they have a “decor closet” that you can borrow decorations from. This saved us a lot of time/money/hassle to borrow things that we would only ever use once. I also love that they let you choose your own catering, florist, DJ, photographer- there’s no required vendors. Lastly, the bridal get ready room is just *chefs kiss* beautiful. Thank you R&R!!!!

We highly recommend having your wedding at R&R! We got married here in April 2023 and absolutely loved every aspect of this venue. The staff is super helpful at answering questions and willing to work with you to make your dreams come to life. One of the things that sets this venue apart from the rest is that they have a “decor closet” that you can borrow decorations from. This saved us a lot of time/money/hassle to borrow things that we would only ever use once. We fell in love with R&R! From the rustic interior dinning room to the warm, cozy, chapel feel in the ceremony room, it was perfect. Then if that’s not enough they had numerous decor options to choose from, beautiful wooden tables to use, and spacious and photo opt ready rooms. Katie and Megan were kindhearted and so great to work with. Always super organized, professional and would do anything to accommodate your ideas, plus they had lots of information on the whole planning process! I absolutely loved R&R!! Their staff was absolutely lovely and so easy to work with. They have put together a wonderful team of girls to help make your day perfect! My husband and I had a beautiful wedding made possible by the R&R!! The venue is stunning and it’s big enough for so many people. We loved the fact that we could have the reception and the wedding ceremony all at the same place! The venue is extremely beautiful and needed very minimal decorations, and I was able to decorate the whole venue with the decorations provided in their free decor closet! R&R did an amazing job of hosting our wedding ceremony and reception. They were quick and attentive to detail all while making the night feel so special. The upcoming weeks prior to the wedding R&R contacted me with updates, questions, and confirmations. It helped the day of go smooth. Our wedding conveniently landed on a day that there was a car show, so the location is convenient in downtown Vicksburg. The morning of the wedding we also chose to eat breakfast right next door. It was nice to walk a few steps over to the venue! Overall, the day went smoothly. R&R gets credit for that!!

R&R was the best event space for our wedding! The ceremony and reception are all in one building so, no matter the weather, you're bound to have a beautiful event! The communication between us was excellent and always thorough. The parking was nearby and easy access. The building itself is beautiful for taking pictures in but there are also many natural areas nearby. Before the wedding, I went through the process of filling out a Google Doc that R&R sent me which included every little detail of our wedding - including things I never even thought of! I am so grateful for our beautiful wedding and all the help R&R provided for us!

We couldn't have been more thrilled to have chosen R&R Weddings and Events for our venue. We were looking for a venue with uniqueness and character and R&R was it! Katie and her team were professional and highly responsive throughout the entire planning process. They provided a digital planner that served as an amazing communication tool for the venue (in addition to my multiple emails) and it was a great check list for us. The venue and spaces are beautiful across the board and the DECOR CLOSET was such a budget saver. Our guests continue to rave about the venue and location - we wouldn't have changed a thing!

Where to even begin! I can’t express enough how much we LOVED R&R Weddings and Events! The team at R&R was absolutely AMAZING to work with. They were always super helpful with any questions I had and always answered my emails in a timely manner. Katie and Megan were wonderful to work with when it came to communication, payment, leading up to the big day, décor checkout, working with our other vendors and post wedding. The location was a great midpoint for our friends and family coming from both Detroit and Chicago. The décor closet is a huge bonus and definitely set R&R apart from other vendors. It was so nice not having to buy 30 lanterns for centerpieces. The bridal suite was beautiful and a spacious place for the girls to get ready. The ceremony space and reception space accommodated our +200 guests very comfortably. Both spaces are easy to decorate on top of how photogenic the building already is. This venue was beautiful and perfect for what my daughter wanted for her wedding. Her wedding was absolutely magical and part of this was this venue. There were communication issues so I would ensure everything is spelled out exactly as your plans are made. We met resistance at having our rehearsal onsite and were asked to pay an additional cost. Having access to the decor closet was great and their decorations were very nice but we did have to purchase our own batteries the day of even after asking the onsite person for batteries for the candles. We were also surprised when clean up started while our guests were still present. While I don't have an issue with clean up of unused tables this was never communicated to us before hand and that it would start at 10:30. I did object to the head table and fireplace mantle being disassembled while the bride and groom were still present (1 1/2 hour before we were expected to be out). The above aside with clear communication and our own batteries it was a beautiful night and this venue has much to offer especially if you want the ceremony and reception at one site.

Everything went smooth from my initial walk-thru before booking to tear down on my wedding day. The venue is gorgeous alone, making decorating a breeze. I loved how all of the decor was included! It was also great having separate spaces for the ceremony and reception at the same location - both beautiful and spacious. Katie was amazing to work with and so helpful! She went above and beyond. She was quick to answer any questions and eased a lot of my anxiety - always giving tons of tips and advice. I felt so organized and relaxed throughout the whole process leading up to my day!

I can’t say enough about this venue. We recently got married in October and the venue was everything I hoped for and more!Everything you need is packaged into this venue. The ceremony room is perfectly simple and allows you to add your own personal touches. The reception area is massive and has so many choices when it comes to a layout. The best part of all is that this venue has its own decor closet with amazing choices! You don’t have to rent your own tables and chairs to bring in, they’re already there for you to use!To top it off the bridal suite and groom suite are awesome! They’re so perfectly decorated and makes for some beautiful pictures. It was so nice to have our own space to get read and really relax before the craziness starts.Katie is the owner and is so so great to work with. She made everything so easy and helped keep us super organized and on track for the big day!You can’t go wrong by choosing this venue!

I can’t say enough about this venue. We recently got married in October and the venue was everything I hoped for and more!Everything you need is packaged into this venue. The ceremony room is perfectly simple and allows you to add your own personal touches. The reception area is massive and has so many choices when it comes to a layout. The best part of all is that this venue has its own decor closet with amazing choices! You don’t have to rent your own tables and chairs to bring in, they’re already there for you to use!To top it off the bridal suite and groom suite are awesome! They’re so perfectly decorated and makes for some beautiful pictures. It was so nice to have our own space to get read and really relax before the craziness starts.Katie is the owner and is so so great to work with. She made everything so easy and helped keep us super organized and on track for the big day!You can’t go wrong by choosing this venue!

We had nothing but an amazing experience with R&R! Our first date had to get cancelled because of the pandemic, and they were accommodating and responsive when trying to pick a new date. Both girls are so helpful to answer any questions and give recommendations. The open houses are awesome and have a ton of local businesses that work closely with R&R. The decor closet that is included was amazing & helped so much with planning the design we were looking for. Our wedding day was amazing, and i would 100% recommend this venue to anyone!

Highly recommend this venue in small town Vicksburg! The venue is stunning and doesn’t need much to decorate it! They basically planned my wedding for me because they have a list of phenomenal recommended vendors that are in the area! I would highly recommend booking even if this isn’t your home town! R&R was absolutely amazing to work with! We loved the large space with the ability to have the separate space for the ceremony and the reception. The extensive decor closet was so nice to have as it allowed us to save some money in our budget that we used for other things. We originally had a guest list of 280 people but because of COVID that was quickly condensed to immediate family and bridal party. They were very flexible with options in what to do with COVID. In Michigan, the COVID restrictions were changing every day, Katie and Megan worked tirelessly to stay up to date on the current situation. R&R was amazing about working with us to make sure it was the day of our dreams - even though it looked exponentially different than what we initially imagined! The space at R&R is beautiful and the people are just as great! We were so thankful for everyone throughout the entire process!

Whether you want a winter theme, rustic theme, or a \"Joanna Gaines\" theme like we had, R&R has decor that will fit all your needs. It allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams without spending a fortune on decorations we would likely never use again.Furthermore, R&R runs weddings like a well-oiled machine. It is clear to guests where they should go and when. The bridal suite is a stunning place to experience the butterflies before walking down the aisle. The aisle is straight out of a romantic film. The patio is a great place for restless kids to hang during reception festivities. Lastly, Katie and the R&R team never acted like any of my questions were trivial. With all of the changes and accommodations that had to be made, Katie and Megan were wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone! ❤️

She responds to every question asked, little or big, in a timely manner and in just the detail I needed!We got married on Halloween 2020 in the middle of this COVID mess and with a few edits were able to still have the wedding we always wanted! She was so willing to work with us to still make the day exactly what we wanted and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The venue is gorgeous. I first saw an ad on my Facebook feed shortly after they opened and bookmarked it then even without being engaged. A short year and a half later my man proposed and I knew I had to look at that venue. From the moment we walked in I knew I wanted to get married and have our reception there. We decided on Halloween because it's both of our favorite holidays and knew that venue would work perfect with it while still staying super classy! The rustic walls, the large open space, the separate onsite get ready rooms everything was exactly what we wanted.There is a bar in walking distance as well as a park with a river/stream just a short walk away which made for amazing pictures and a great beer after/during pictures. It's a little south of any nearby hotels but we were able to rent a bus to transport guests to and from the Radisson in Kalamazoo to make it work while still being able to drink and have fun. All I can say is great things. We had no issues, no disputes, no arguments, nothing bad to say about the venue or Katie in any way. AMAZING.

It's like a little hidden gem outside of Kalamazoo that hasn't been fully discovered yet. We love that we could have the ceremony and reception all on one site, but in two separate areas that look completely different from one another. The other big highlight is that availability of so many different decor rental options for free! It really helped us keep our costs down, since we didn't have to purchase very much extra for decoration. We highly recommend this location!

The Rim and Rail team were absolutely amazing! We were the first couple to have our reception there and it was more than what we could have asked for. The team was professional, prompt, and were extremely accommodating every step of the way. We had several outside vendors including two bands, florist, cake company, and outside caterer. The Rim and Rail team worked great with our vendors for not only the set-up of the reception but also for the next day clean up. My caterer even commented on how great their service area was for plating up our family style dinner. Thank you Rim and Rail team for an amazing experience!
