This space boasts a capacity of 250 people and features a hardwood dance floor, a high ceiling, and a stage. Two adjoining rooms on either side of the ballroom can accommodate 70 guests each, making them most suitable for rehearsal dinners and intimate affairs. We are hosting our wedding at the RCC on December 1, 2023 and I can’t tell you just how excited we are. My fiancé and I went to prom at RCC back in 2007 and our parents and other family members were married here years ago as well. We were thrilled when they started to host community events again, especially as a resident of Exeter all my life. This is a special place for us. To top it off, the staff have been AMAZING to work with thus far. Kyle, Adam, and Bill have been wonderful as well as the staff at the Doubletree Hotel to make hotel accommodations and shuttle transportation for our guests. Ilana has been a huge help on that front. I am so impressed with the support from all staff members. They have been so accommodating, helpful, and made every step very personal, even arranging a personal tour of RCC and making accommodations for my 88 year old grandmother. Next we will be menu tasting with the chef for the wedding and preparing for a rehearsal the evening before our big day. I’m so excited to experience what’s to come with this amazing team. We’re excited and extremely pleased thus far. Thank you to all who are making this an experience to remember, rather than stress over. I strongly recommend this venue to anyone! You won’t be disappointed with the support and attention you will receive.

The Reading Country Club is an amazing location to hold the ceremony and reception. Amy and Jeffery did everything to make our special today less stressful. The staff and them set everything up, took everything down, and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The food was excellent! Everything was fresh and delicious. Our outside ceremony was wonderful; even with being next to the golf course, no one even noticed any golfers go by. The staff was very professional; they addressed every need from our guests. My husband and I had our own server who attended to us and brought us anything we needed. I would recommend the Reading Country Club to anyone that is looking for a fairytale/Victorian style wedding.

Thanks to this vendor my wedding day was absolutely perfect!! The country club was absolutely amazing! For the price that was paid we got so much! The staff was very warm and professional. They catered to all of my needs big or small and the servers made everyone feel so comfortable. Everyone made sure the groom and I were taken care of the whole night and the manager handled everything all night so I did not have to worry about anything! The country club is absolutely beautiful, romantic, and looks like a castle. The wedding cake was absolutely delicious as well I could not have asked for anything better. I would reccomend this to all brides looking for a fairy tale wedding without the big fairy tale price!

This place is beautiful and looks like a castle, the food was amazing! We were supposed to have an outdoor ceremony, but due to the weather it was moved inside and was still perfect. The layout of the ballroom and surrounding rooms keeps things moving along and guests don't have far to go. The ballroom and other rooms have a old and elegant appearance. We had a few issues dealing with the one person there the week before the wedding, but were able to work it out. Jeffery was the cordinator and more for our ceremony and reception. He made sure everything went well and he took good care of us. He was so friendly and we had a great time with him. The other staff that day were absolutely fabulous! Our friends and family can't stop talking about how much they loved our wedding and the food! Our friends and family also keep asking us about the champange we had for the toast, they absolutely loved it!

My mother-in-law had our rehearsal dinner at the Reading Country Club. They provided us with good food- even food that was not an option, but they made special arrangements to bring in lobster for us- and good service. From what my mother-in-law said, the price was very reasonable and she was very happy with how they handled everything. We had an open bar. The wait staff was great and very helpful. My friend also just had her bridal shower here and it was beautiful.

The service is great and the food was wonderful.\rThey are so helpful and really go beyond the call of duty to make sure everything goes smoothly. Also, the venue looks like a castle so it makes for some good pictures.

My bridal shower was held at the Reading Country Club and it was beautiful. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff was just perfect for the day. The food was delicious and they made everything so easy. Thank you!!
