This family-owned and operated venture seeks to provide excited nearly-weds with an idyllic backdrop to their special occasion. The attentive administrative team and dedicated staff are primed and ready to offer assistance wherever necessary to ensure every event held here is a success. The Rebers family are long time residents of this beautiful valley. Since before the 198o’s, this dedicated family has committed themselves to uphold the integrity of their quaint slice of paradise here in Oregon. After parents, Brenda and William tied the knot at the farm all those years ago, the venue has been used to host all kinds of exciting events. Surrounded by cascading cliff sides and rolling valleys, it seems only natural that the Rebers Family feels so connected to the landscape. Set alongside the serene Yamhill River, there are multiple outside locations for you and yours to consider having your memorable ceremony. Lush grass stretches up to woodland edges, providing an awesome backdrop for your wedding photographs. These expansive areas can host large gatherings of up to 300 people as well as being ideal for intimate get-togethers of 10. A quaint open-air pavilion can be used as your reception venue. At Rebers Riverside, the administrative team tends to treat you as if they were family. They hope to provide you, your partner, and your family with a completely personalized experience. The service staff here can help you with all of your set up and clean up needs. All kinds of weddings are welcome here, including religious, non-religious, vow renewals, and many others. You are granted access to the entire access when you rent Rebers Riverside. This includes get-ready rooms where couples can prepare for the wedding in privacy and comfort. For you and your guests’ peace of mind, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Josie and her whole family were beyond amazing. I honestly can’t put into words how amazing their venue is and how they helped make it so special. Honestly I just felt like we were getting married at a family members place. The ceremony and reception sites were already so freaking gorgeous that minimal decorations were needed which is a bonus not only for my pocket book, but overall stress and planning. We had the whole weekend to actually enjoy ourselves and make amazing memories with all our loved ones. And when I say all I mean all. We had over 25 trailers with extra room. There were a handful of tents as well. Josie was our day of coordinator and helped with rehearsal and then of course the craziness that ensues on the day of. If she can keep my boys in line she can handle anything thrown her way. Josie and her husband were our bartenders which was so much fun. I am 1000% percent begging everyone I know to get married here just so I can keep coming back.

I can’t say enough good things about Reber’s Riverside. Josie was so incredible to work with and answered all of my questions quickly and with tons of detail! The entire family was so wonderful and friendly the entire wedding weekend and all went out of their way to help us out however they could! Not to mention how absolutely stunning this venue is! So many incredible views that made for some great photos!

Rebers was the perfect location for our wedding. Josie and her family were wonderful hosts, warm and welcoming throughout the entire wedding planning process. My partner and I were specifically looking for a wedding venue that was in a beautiful location where guests could camp. We wanted to spend the weekend with our friends and family, not just a few hours. Rebers had ample space for everyone who wanted to camp. Guests who did not choose to camp found places to stay in the vicinity within 10-20 minutes from the venue. It's about an hour and 20 minutes from Portland, so a return trip to Portland is an option as well. I would recommend this to people who are willing to put a little more elbow grease into the planning process. You do need arrange for vendors to bring in pretty much everything, but most vendors are able to accommodate this easily. We loved hosting our wedding here, and we'd do it again in a heartbeat! We had to change venues last minute due to covid-19 closures, and they were so welcoming and accommodating at such a late notice! They helped in a million and more ways to make the whole day smooth leading up, and throughout the day! Having the venue the day before to set up was so incredible and alleviated so much stress for the morning of. It was a blessing in disguise having our previous venue back out, because I can’t imagine us getting married anywhere else! One of our guests described it as “driving into a Hallmark movie” and that is one of the many ways to sum it up. It’s absolutely beautiful out there, and left us with incredible memories that we will never forget!

The Rebers :) (Owner) Hello! We are the Rebers. Will and Brenda Reber are the owners of this lovely venue and we-Their daughters, Jessica, Jamie, Josie and Jaleena help manage and run the business. Will, our father, with our spouses and many other individuals have hand crafted our venue over the years so that it fits naturally into the mountain surrendering us. We love our job because it doesn't feel like work to us. We take pride in making sure EVERY event runs perfectly and even better then originally planned. Let us help you create your vision!
