Whether throwing a lavish party or having something more intimate, this versatile space allows you to create a personalized wedding experience with room for up to 900 of your family and friends. You and your guests can enjoy luxury amenities and warm hospitality, making for a picture-perfect day. The perfect setting for your ceremony and reception, it’s comfortable and stylish with everything you need to throw your dream wedding celebration. You can prep in comfort and style with modern and comfortable get-ready rooms. All our event rooms offer large dance floors for you, your family, and your friends to create memories—stationary bars and bar packages to accommodate your group. You are also welcome to use outside vendors to customize your celebration fully. The team at Receptions is an exceptional group of people with extensive event planning experience. With customized all-inclusive packages, they will be there every step of the way to ensure your wedding runs smoothly. The Executive chef is there to prepare food to delight you and your guests with his culinary expertise. Working in the kitchen, he can prepare anything from hors d’oeuvres to dinner. You can personalize any menu to fit your taste. You are also welcome to use outside vendors to customize your celebration fully. Emily and Carrie made every bit of planning stress free and dealt with every little change I needed to make last minute with a smile on their faces. (there were quite a few… sorry)If you are lucky enough for Dennis to be your day of coordinator, know that you’re not only going to be taken care of like a king & queen but he makes everything so fun. He made the day a breeze and I couldn’t picture anyone better suited for that job. He’s 10/10The food and drinks are to die for and I can’t wait for someone to get married so I can recommend receptions so we can eat it all again!Overall, I don’t think you’ll find a better venue. You can tell the entire staff loves and values their jobs and they show it by how well they treat their customers.Thank you all so much for making our day so perfect. We just celebrated my daughter’s wedding reception at Receptions Fairfield. Kayla, Becky and Carrie were all terrific to work with. The venue was beautiful, the staff was joyful and professional and the food was the best ever! Even the pickiest of eaters will leave satisfied. The cake by Mindy exceeded expectations and was a work of art! No one does it better than Receptions!

This venue was excellent to work with. People were efficient, friendly and great to work with. The venue itself was beautifully decorated, reasonably priced, included so much in their package and the captain that took care of us, Brandy, was a pleasure to work with. Receptions was very helpful leading up to my big day making sure that I had everything that I wanted. The food was great and the staff was amazing. The decorations were beautiful and the food was very good. I got so many compliments on the food selection specifically the macaroni and cheese. The staff even helped me find my son's shoe at the end of the night! Great place to have a wedding!

We held our 50th Anniversary celebration at Receptions and they did an excellent job with decorations, catering, and helping get things organized. Some last-minute requests for changes to room set-up did not happen, but the staff was very helpful with making them before and during the event, including help with AV.

I enjoyed working with the staff with every aspect of the planning and layout of the room for our wedding. I love that the offer a food tasting and cake tasting so you can pick. The all Inclusive feel about the venue was awesome. My family enjoyed the delicious food and the open bar. Again I would love to thank the staff for everything the have done to make our day very special.

Receptions is an amazing place to host your reception. Kayla is so sweet and helpful with all the planning. They did all the decorations and had it set up and ready for us. We chose Captain Dennis to help out during the festivities and he was amazing! My only complaint was that I wanted to save the leftover food and actually get to eat some after (we were busy the whole time) but the food was thrown out. I was disappointed. But overall the day was beautifully perfect.

If I had to start all over I’d choose Receptions again.Staff was AMAZING. Kristina helped us prepare every detail, from tablecloth colors to where I could drop off my decor. Linda supported us the day of and was always one step ahead.They do catering in house and had fantastic options. We got so many compliments on every detail of food, venue, and staff. They had perfect recommendations for hotel blocks and a baker for our cake that also went above and beyond.They were extremely accommodating for allergies or any dietary needs.They did ALL of the setup for us. I took in my decor and told them where I envisioned it and when I came in the next day it was all set up perfectly. I wouldn’t have even needed my own, but wanted to add my own florals for my colors. They did tablecloths, table setup, and ceremony setup for us. It took SO MUCH stress off not having to worry about having a different vendor for each linen or having to collect charger plates or coordinate between 10 people. It made planning a lot more enjoyable. The bridal suite was nice. We had room to get ready and relax. I only had wished that there was a better spot to hang the dresses where we could have them out to look at all together. We ended up hanging them on the venue front doors for a great photo though!Only “downside” would be there wasn’t a great outdoor photo spot on site, so we took a short trip to do portraits and honestly loved having that little adventure mid-day.

We had to switch our venue 30 days out from our wedding day and Receptions was more than accommodating to our stressful situation. Carrie cared for us super well and made sure everything was just as we wanted it. I barely noticed the employees throughout the event, yet everything was being taken care of!

Every part of our experience with Receptions exceeded expectations! It was an incredible all-inclusive reception planning experience that greatly reduced our stress and made making decisions so much easier. From the location and ambience to decor and staff, we could not have chosen a better place to host our 200+ guest event. The food was outstanding and they catered to our specific wishes in a personalized way. Working with Kristina was so fun, she really cared about our experience and making planning easier and truly wanted it to be the best day of our lives. The day-of staff was incredibly accommodating and made certain all our needs and families’ needs were met. So many of our guests complimented the experiences they had interacting with the staff. Many guests told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and we fully agree! The dance floor is the largest we had seen and never felt crowded or slippery, even when the majority of our guests hit the floor. All bathroom facilities were clean and well maintained and within close proximity to the ballroom with easy access for elderly or handicapped guests. The most affordable yet inclusive option we found in the Cincinnati area, we cannot recommend Receptions Erlanger enough!

Actually, it was not a wedding. Rather it was for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday party that had about 80 guests. Everything was great including the venue, food, and staff. I especially want to thank Kristina Wright for answering my numerous questions. Josh, Toni, Kristi, and Makayla made sure that everything was perfect during the party. I highly recommend the Receptions Event Center in Erlanger for large gatherings such as birthday parties and weddings.

We are giving Receptions Event Center (Erlanger) five stars but would have given more if that was possible. Kristina Wright (Wedding Sales Manager) was incredible to work with. She was professional and guided us and made planning easy. She was also very responsive and assured us they would take care of everything, and they did. Mickey (Ops Mgr.) and Cathie (Capt.) came highly recommended, and I am so happy they were there for us for this event. Kim, Courtney (Bartender) and the others who worked the reception were also wonderful. They took care of decorating including items we brought in, food, drinks and made us and our guests feel special. We had so many guests compliment us on the delicious food and how beautiful the venue was for the winter wedding. Cakes by Mindy created a beautiful cake. Each layer was delicious and it was truly the best wedding cake I have ever had. If you asked us what Receptions could have done better, I would not be able to come up with one thing. We are thankful for the team at Receptions in Erlanger, KY and would recommend them to handle any event you are planning.

We are giving Receptions Event Center (Erlanger) five stars but would have given more if that was possible. Kristina Wright (Wedding Sales Manager) was incredible to work with. She was professional and guided us and made planning easy. She was also very responsive and assured us they would take care of everything, and they did. Mickey (Ops Mgr.) and Cathie (Capt.) came highly recommended, and I am so happy they were there for us for this event. Kim, Courtney (Bartender) and the others who worked the reception were also wonderful. They took care of decorating including items we brought in, food, drinks and made us and our guests feel special. We had so many guests compliment us on the delicious food and how beautiful the venue was for the winter wedding. Cakes by Mindy created a beautiful cake. Each layer was delicious and it was truly the best wedding cake I have ever had. If you asked us what Receptions could have done better, I would not be able to come up with one thing. We are thankful for the team at Receptions in Erlanger, KY and would recommend them to handle any event you are planning.

I don’t know where to begin. Our wedding reception was more than I could have imagined. When I began my wedding planning adventures, I searched all over the Cincinnati area. Receptions had the biggest bang for your buck and I’ve been to several weddings there before. However, that is not the only reason I felt so comfortable working with receptions. Kristina Wright was not only the sales coordinator, she went above and beyond to make sure our wedding dreams came to life. From adding extra decorations, having the trees decorated, making sure all was correct for my day, and taking so much stress off my plate. When I walked into our reception, I almost cried at how beautiful it was. We were helped right away by the staff and checked on throughout the night! There was not one bad complaint. After a long stressful morning, I could finally sit back, relax, and enjoy the night! The team was amazing and sweet. All weekend, I’ve been getting texts regarding the food. It was the most delicious food we have ever had at any wedding. Not only the food, but the cake by Mindy (who works through receptions!) was super fabulous. Even the bartenders that night got compliments! I really wish I had everyone’s names. I never felt so catered to in my life and felt so special. There is just so much to say about the team at Receptions. All I know is, I am glad we booked when we did and decided to work with the Erlanger Team. My husband and I are so happy with our decision and hope that Receptions can host weddings for a long continued time! Shout out to Kristina - she is a 10/10 coordinator!

Hands down it was an AMAZING DAY! Everything was set up perfect, the food was amazing, and the staff were great! My family thought Josh was great with all the help he provided both the day of and during rehearsal. If you can, get the Nacho Bar! My family loved it and destroyed the food lol. My family took food home and were still enjoying it the next day! Made me wish I had some lol. But overall, I had a wonderful time. Thanks to Josh, Kristina, Mandy for the cupcakes, and the two other gentlemen staff who help( sorry I can’t remember your names), everything was great! From the Bride and Groom!

We had open bar for beer and wine and were originally told we could purchase liquor during the reception, but that was not the case. Other than the somewhat rude bartender everything else went off without a hitch. The food was amazing!

The venue was absolutely amazing! Loved every minute and they always made sure me and my now husband had everything we needed. Always checked with our parents to make sure they had what they needed. To receptions:I wanted to send a thank you for my wonderful wedding this past weekend.First of all, the bridal suite you guys set up was amazing. The snacks and drinks were so nice to have and it was so nice having a room onsite to get ready in. I didn’t expect all of that to be there so it was so nice for that. There was plenty of room for all of us and it really made my day more special. And I apologize for any mess we left but really appreciate the fact you guys clean up for us because it made my night stress free. Second, my breath was taken away when I walked into the Kenton room. I didn’t expect it to be all set up already and you guys made my vision happen perfectly. Every table was placed in the right spot to allow room for dancing and walking around the dinner tables, your arch was perfect as a background for photos for me to use, and the giant dance floor made my night so fun. Third, the photo spots you all have outside are perfect. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of traveling somewhere else for photos and my photographer said it was perfect with the shade that was there and the manager pointed out another background on the other side of the building as well that was so perfect for my theme. Fourth, the food was AMAZING. Even better than the trial. All of my guests were so excited to get seconds and told me how they all wanted their own supply of rolls and pasta - and honestly I do too lol. And the buffet style was perfect because the line moved really quick. I’ve been to so many weddings where it takes 2 hours for everyone to get food and it took no time at all for my guests to be able to get seconds. Fifth, the cake was BEAUTIFUL and so good!! Please send my regards to Mindi because she killed it. Her drawing didn’t do the cake justice because it was gorgeous. Everyone loved the different flavors and even got upset when the smallest tier ran out because it was so good lol. Sixth, and finally, the staff was amazing all night. The woman working the bar always had water available all night and my guests loved the open bar. If anyone spilled anything they were on top of cleaning everything up quickly which I appreciated so no one got hurt. They helped me gather everything of mine at the end of the night and bring stuff to my car, and with my being very tired at that point I really appreciated. And all night the manager (I assume) was available and asking if I needed anything and I really appreciated having him around in case I needed anything.Receptions really doesn’t get the hype that it deserves. You all adjusted so well to everything through COVID times and made it perfect for me. Nothing could’ve been done more perfect and I’m so thankful I chose receptions to celebrate my marriage with my family and friends.

We had our ceremony and reception at the Loveland location. Due to the COVID, my first reception hall cancelled on me a couple months ago so I was forced to find a new venue. My only hope is that I would be able to keep the same wedding day. I contacted many venues including Receptions and the Loveland location was able to book my event on my original wedding day! My ceremony and reception were absolutely beautiful!! It was everything I dreamed of and hoped it would be. The day went so smoothly all thanks to a beautiful woman name Peyton!! She was the most knowledgeable and organized person I’ve ever met. Peyton constantly checked in with my husband and I to see if we needed anything. She even brought me drinks all night and gave me the nod so I knew when to walk down the aisle. If you book with Receptions, request Peyton to be your day of wedding coordinator, she is truly the best. I can’t say enough nice things about her, she absolutely deserves to be promoted! Loveland needs replace Kerri with Peyton. My only complaint is with the woman who runs the Loveland location. The day I booked my wedding with a woman named Kerri she definitely pitted me since my original wedding got cancelled so she attempted to be nice and accommodating. I quickly learned that was all a show to gain my business. Every day since then she was nothing but rude. She is impossible to get ahold of, won’t answer emails, phone calls, or texts. What really made me mad was the day she called and left me a voicemail asking to call her back so I could give her my final headcount. I returned her call the next day, giving her my full name, and she had no idea who I was or what location I booked my wedding at. It’s obvious she is not a people person. My best friend had her wedding reception at the Loveland location as well and her and her husband would constantly complain about Kerri too. She is the opposite of accommodating and tried very hard to rush me out of my ceremony rehearsal when I was trying to build my backdrop and setup all my decorations I spent so much time putting together. I would NOT recommend working with Kerri at all. It’s clear she does not care about her clients. Receptions is fantastic, but honestly you need to book with a different location unless they replace Kerri!

We had our reception at the location in Loveland! I have to say the reception was everything I asked for. I felt like it was done exactly as we had planned and looked great. I loved the food especially and the open bar was a hit! I would recommend having your reception here absolutely! My only complaint is about the staff they have leading receptions in Loveland. I booked the reception in October 2019 and the lovely lady working at the Loveland location, Bethany was extremely helpful and accommodating. She really wanted to help me understand my wedding vision and was always willing to make things work so I could have the party I dreamed of. However, she was promoted (which is awesome for her!) this was a difficult transition to working with a new contact who didn’t understand everything I was promised. Also, She was very difficult to get ahold of consistently and never wanted to accommodate anything at all. This went as far as my inability to drop off cake flowers on the wedding day except 30 min before my ceremony start time which meant finding someone who was able to and would miss some of the ceremony. It was difficult to ask questions and my ideas and feelings were often dismissed by Kerri. I’m not sure why the drastic change from one person to another as far as who I was working with. Maybe it wouldBe fine if I didn’t change. All in all, I loved our reception and would recommend it to others (but maybe ask to work with someone else).

We had our wedding reception at Receptions Loveland in 2018. Since that time, I have been to 3 other weddings at receptions (one of which I was in the bridal party). Receptions is beautiful, has great food selections, attentive staff, and AMAZING cake. I felt like I could customize our wedding with the room layout, signature drinks, up lighting, and centerpieces. It was so nice to have everything included. I am so happy we had our reception here. I only have great things to say.

Receptions is beautiful, has great food selections, attentive staff, and AMAZING cake. I felt like I could customize our wedding with the room layout, signature drinks, up lighting, and centerpieces. We hired Receptions Western Hills for our November 2019 wedding and are so happy that we did! Kerri was easy to work with, she responded quickly to questions, and the venue was beautiful! Kerri made sure the reception was how we envisioned. The staff were very kind and always made sure my husband and I were taken care of the whole night.

My husband and I had our ceremony and our reception at the Erlanger KY location (which is gorgeous by the way! We worked with Shannon, who is an absolute dream come true, I have never met anyone more passionate about their job, she was extremely nice every time we talked and went above and beyond to answer every single question and execute every tiny detail the day of. All details were perfect the day of, she made sure all vendors knew what to do, the food is always hot and delicious and Mindy’s cakes are also beautiful and taste amazing as well. At the end of the night they boxed up food and cake for us, as well as all of our decorations and allowed us to pick them up at our leisure. Oh, and you can’t beat the price either. I would come here again and again if I could to relive our perfect day!

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Erlanger location. First of all, I looked at a lot of venues in the area and this one was, by far, the most affordable for all that was included. I was afraid the lower cost might result in poor service/quality, but that was not true at all. Through the entire process, Receptions has been the best and most accommodating venue I could imagine. Shannon, our coordinator, made planning our day so stress-free! She answered every one of my many questions so quickly! So much is included in this venue (food, bartender, decorating, etc.) that as soon as we signed our contract, I felt a HUGE weight off my shoulders because all we had to do is pick and choose exactly what we wanted. The food was absolutely incredible. The bartender was also great! The individuals who set up the ceremony space and flipped our room were extremely professional and helpful the entire time. They decorated perfectly and made the whole space look wonderful. The room flip took no time at all. Kristine was an amazing event captain. She was extremely friendly and went above and beyond what we expected the entire time. I, nor the groom, had to worry about any of the setup at all. She worked with all our vendors and made sure everything went smoothly. I would recommend this space to anyone getting married in this area.

We recently had our reception at Receptions in Erlanger. The venue was perfect because it had the rustic feel I was looking for without being a barn. They have great packages available. We chose the stations package and everyone loved the food. The max n cheese is the best. Shannon is awesome and her and her team made planning the reception easy. It is also so nice that they will do the setup of everything for you so it’s one less thing to stress about. We also did our cake through them and it was so yummy! So glad we had our reception here because we found it was the best value for the money.

I'm so glad we choose receptions in Erlanger. Shannon sold us from our first meeting, she walked us through everything, was so personable but not pushy. We literally picked receptions because of how woundeful Shannon was! The whole wedding planning process is stressful, but she helped keep us on track, answered my million questions, was so accommodating to everything we wanted. We did our ceremony and reception (2 different rooms) there and it was beautiful! Although receptions provides so much we brought in alot of rustic decorations. They set everything us, cleaned it up, and just made the whole process very stress free.. I cannot compliment Shannon enough but honestly the whole staff we worked with was great from the bartenders, our Captain, the servers, everyone!If I could do it all over again I would 120% pick receptions again!

This review is for Receptions - Erlanger. Our wedding was non-traditional. We had a small wedding with the ceremony and reception in the same room. I had very specific requests, such as moving directly from the ceremony into the first dance, which was immediately before dinner. Since this wasn't a standard process, the staff had to be very flexible and set up the buffet within a few minutes. They did an excellent job understanding my request, and setting up the buffet. To top it off, the food was absolutely amazing. Our bartender Laura was very attentive and engaging. Our food captain was wonderful. She checked with me to ask how I wanted to do things. She understood our non-traditional requests and wrapped up our extra food so we could take it home with us. I cannot say enough about Shannon. I had many requests at the beginning of the planning process. As we got closer to the date, there were changes that needed to be implemented. We changed from having our guests sit in rows, to having them sit at their dinner tables for the ceremony and the dinner. We wanted appetizers and beverages served as the guests arrived. Shannon did a great job of understanding what we were asking for; putting those changes into place; then communicating back to me that everything was taken care of. Shannon also made suggestions about things I hadn't thought about! This added to our experience. We highly recommend Receptions for any event. They walked us through every step and on our wedding day, the staff was on top of it and made sure we as the bride and groom was taken care of! We had the most FANTASTIC experience at Receptions Erlanger. I was reluctant at first because I wanted to stray from the typical \"ballroom\" bore of a wedding but the Erlanger location was perfect! Everything was perfect but to be honest, the best thing about Receptions was Shannon! She was so helpful from the time we booked, all the way through our wedding day (and beyond)! She answered all of our questions (no matter how ridiculous) and accommodated all of our special requests. Meetings were hard to coordinate due to my husbands hectic schedule but she always made it work and we were even able to go to a few food tastings! Our room looked exactly how we imagined and we didn't have to lift a finger. Shannon became a good friend after this whole process and I can't thank her enough!I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are on the fence, BOOK IT! Everything you get included in the price is a no-brainer and You will not regret it one bit.

We loved having our wedding at Receptions Erlanger. It was beautiful and stress-free. Shannon was always quick to reply and eager to take stress off our shoulders. Guests raved about how great a time they had. I wasn't overwhelmed by the food, but the tasting show they offered was very nice. We went with the basic food, no upcharge, which may be why it wasn't phenomenal. The round top beef and the chicken both seemed a bit dry to me. Guests did not complain at all about the food, however, so maybe it was just me! The only issue we had with Receptions was that we made sure to specify that we did NOT was a cash bar to be offered at the Reception, and it was offered anyway to our surprise. I suppose there was a miscommunication. Overall, I would highly recommend Receptions for your wedding reception. Very accommodating and low price for all that is offered!

Receptions in Erlanger helped my husband & I to have an AMAZING wedding day! The evening was perfect and exactly what we had hoped for! Shannon, their wedding coordinator, is extremely organized and a seasoned veteran at putting on great events! Our guests complimented us on the decor, scrumptious food, and delicious cake! On top of all that, the entire venue is reasonably priced, especially considering the excellent service provided. We were also able to coordinate a shuttle from a local hotel to the venue for all of our out of town guests.

We cannot say enough how amazing and perfect Receptions in Erlanger was for our wedding reception! Not only did the price and inclusions in our package beat out all the other vendors we explored, but the quality was top notch in every way. Our experience was driven by the incredible Shannon whose excitement and enthusiasm for her work and her dedication to make every detail of our wedding reception perfect got us even more excited for our special day. She was quick to respond, worked hard to customize to our special requests, and walked with us every step of the planning process. Planning could not have been smoother.The event itself was also amazing, with great quality buffet food (highly recommend the mac and cheese), super friendly and professional wait and bar staff, and our captain was very attentive to our needs. They were a huge part in making setup smooth that morning and packed everything up for us to pick up the following Monday, including our leftover cake and food. Also a quick shout out to Mindy, who created a masterpiece for our wedding cake, which was included in our package. She was attentive to our requests, had a fantastic tasting session, and molded several ideas into one amazing cake that far exceeded our dreams (which was also delicious)! Planning a wedding can be stressful for the bride, the parents and anyone else who has to make key decisions along the way. Receptions in Erlanger, and especially Shannon made the process as easy as it could be. Shannon and her staff there worked with us every step of the way and made our daughter's wedding day perfect, in every sense of the word. I truly hope Receptions Event Center realizes what a gem they have in Shannon. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to host an event check them out. They won't let you down!

It is very important (and helpful) during the planning process to have someone with wedding planning experience who can and will answer your questions. I worked with Shannon from day one and she would answer every single question I had in the quickest manner she could and as thoroughly as she could. I had my ceremony in the Equestrian Room and reception in the Boone room. Food was AMAZING! We got compliments all night. We even were able to have alpacas on the patio, which was a huge hit with our guests! I never could have imagined that I would have gotten such wonderful service and quality for the price. The food was wonderful, as were the servers. They were right there for every request and were so friendly to us and our guests. It was a perfect day for us, and I would HIGHLY recommend Receptions to anyone!

Receptions (in Erlanger) was easy to work with and made our special day run so smoothly! We didn't have to worry about a thing when we got there. We provided them with table decorations and directions to set up (instead of using their options) and they were just as we wanted! Highly recommend looking into Receptions Event Centers!

Our reception was held at Receptions in Erlanger. Shannon was very professional, flexible and friendly throughout the process. Everything went according to plan. On the day of the wedding the staff were flawless in taking care of the guests. They were professional from the get go. The food was top quality. I would highly recommend Receptions!!

Our wedding reception was at the Erlanger location. We worked with Shannon throughout the wedding planning process and she was absolutely great! Any question I had she answered right away. Receptions is so organized in everything they do from decor, to food, and even the cake. Everything was set up exactly how I asked them to do it for the night of the wedding. All the staff at the reception was excellent as well and we couldn’t of asked for a better night!

Receptions was absolutely amazing! Our wedding reception was at the Receptions in Erlanger, KY and from our initial meeting with Shannon until the wedding day, she was so helpful and accommodating. I didn’t think I could be impressed more by the Receptions staff but I was proven wrong on the actual day of the wedding. My husband and I did not have to worry about one thing. Everyone at Receptions was more than accommodating and made the whole reception run so smooth.

I had my wedding reception at the Erlanger venue. The hall was decorated as I had requested, but they messed up two big things....my cake cutting and the food.They did not cut my cake top as I had requested and I had to find someone to do that. They also put the cut slices on a table outside the hall and no one (not even myself or husband) knew where they were. They did not announce it either. They also took the food up too soon and guests did not get to go up for seconds. For what we paid, this should not have happened. Very sad indeed.

Shannon, the reception was exceptional! The room looked beautiful and everything was in place as anticipated. It was awesome looking. I can't tell you how many comments I got on the wonderful reception venue and the look of the room. You and your staff outdid yourselves!We really couldn't have been any more pleased with the final results, and everyone had a wonderful time all evening. Thank you so much for your hard work in making our daughter and son in law's special day that much more special. They were so happy with everything. We will definitely recommend Receptions to anyone who is getting married! I think there were a lot of people who were there as guests who will be recommending as well!
