The adjacent Event Center can accommodate 330 guests for dinner and dancing and features a large dance floor, lodge accents, and an impressive stone fireplace. You can also host your ceremony on Talon’s Lawn, which sits above the putting green and is ringed by water. From here, your guests will step into the Talon’s Nest, an open-air pavilion where they can eat, drink, and socialize late into the evening. At Red Hawk Golf and Resort, weddings are designed from the ground up in order to ensure a fully personalized and exceptional experience. The professional team offers event and floral planning services and will consult with you to create the catering menu. Prepared by the in-house David’s Grill, these curated hors d’oeuvres and dinner will delight the senses with flavorful and fresh ingredients. Ahead of the festivities, the venue invites you and your partner to relax poolside, play a round of golf, or explore numerous nearby outdoor activities. Booked the Redhawk Members Room with the Events Staff at Resort at Redhawk. When we had questions the quick responded. They made the process very easy. The pricing and value especially the food was excellent thus creating optimum value. The staff that served us was very personnable. Highly recommended.

Red Hawk was the best venue we could have chosen and it was absolutely beautiful. There are so many locations on the property to host the ceremony and reception and the amount of services they provide for your wedding makes it perfect for a busy bride. There were a few communication hiccups but they made up for them. Overall, beautiful venue, friendly and helpful staff and great value.

on’t think anyone else could have made our day better. Stephanie at Redhawk was our wedding planner, day of coordinator, officiant, babysitter, therapist, you name it she was on top of it. The day Anthony I met her, we both thought she was so kick ass and she took all the stress off of the wedding planning, she was a slam dunk to be the person to bind us forever. 💍Her team went above and beyond before, during, and after the whole wedding process. Whatever I wanted they made it happen! Who else’s wedding officiant was ready to throw hands on their behalf ? Fix me up for every photo? Chase Travis around? And so much more. Stephanie knew exactly what Anthony and I were thinking every step of the way, and truly couldn’t have made it a better experience. To her and her team, we thank you, and recommend any one to check them out at Redhawk! 💍❤️

From the very beginning, Red Hawk was very helpful and super easy to work with. Their team was quick at getting back to us on all of our questions and concerns. Our main contacts were Stephanie, Jordan, and Donny who all were awesome! Up until the wedding, they were very attentive and made sure everything we wanted on our day was achievable.On the day of the wedding, Stephanie and Donny were around the whole time making sure that everything ran smoothly. All the decorations and set up was exactly how we wanted it! They were so attentive and the whole day went so well. I could not have asked for a better team. Red Hawk is so hands on in ensuring an awesome event. Overall, a great experience with Red Hawk and their team and I could not have asked for a more perfect day!!

If there were more than 5 stars I would give Red Hawk as many as possible! Everything from the beginning was easy at Red Hawk. Stephanie was great to work with, her and the staff at Red Hawk catered to all of our needs up until the wedding day. We chose Red Hawk because of the beautiful ceremony space and reception area, and because we had the flexibility to do whatever we wanted. One huge plus that we loved here was the flexibility with the bar. We were able to host an open bar based on consumption, so we only paid for what our guests ordered. The food was delicious and the chef and his team did a fantastic job. A huge plus was staying at the on-site villas for getting ready the day of the wedding and for staying there the night of the wedding. We truly can't thank everybody enough for helping us with our DREAM wedding. Thank you Stephanie and all of Red Hawk!

Red Hawk was the best place for our wedding day ceremony. They were so easy to work with and very accommodating and our ceremony went off without any issues. The area was picture perfect and Stephanie and her team were so helpful making all of our ideas come to life.

One of the things that was very important to us for our wedding day was feeling relaxed and carefree so that we could enjoy our day to the fullest. The staff at Red Hawk absolutely went above and beyond to make this happen for us. Having the ceremony out on the lawn was such a beautiful setting and the event center space was perfect for our large party. The food was delicious and everything seemed to flow so smoothly. All of the staff was so attentive to our needs for that weekend and especially on our wedding day. We had the most beautiful day and all of our guests raved about what a great time they had too! We would absolutely recommend this venue!

The staff at Red Hawk was outstanding! They were so helpful and experienced that my sons wedding was truly amazing. I really cannot say enough about Stephanie and her team. I would highly recommend having a wedding there. We also had our rehearsal dinner there and it was terrific too.

It was a perfect fit, there was a beautiful deck, perfectly set up decorations, a riser for the head table, all the wedding party fit at the head table, nice large dance floor, set-up was felxable to the way i wanted it.

It had everything that we needed (space, cleanliness, two overhead projectors & screens, professional staff, outside deck, great ambiance). It was very elegant and classy and it was a place we were very proud to have our family and friends at.

Stephanie Huotari (Events Director) Stephanie is the head of the weddings and events team here at Red Hawk. With 20 years of experience she is the perfect person to help plan and coordinate any wedding. Stephanie has lived in Spanish Springs for 15 years and loves her community. Her passion for weddings and events is what makes this team work so well! In addition to wedding planning Stephanie is experienced in floral arrangement and design.
