We recently hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at Red Space. First, we loved the space including the art gallery and the blank slate in the main event area! We were able to bring our unique vision to life because of the neutral industrial vibe of the space. It was also really cool that the main area has color changing lights and string lights. The whole process was great from start to finish. We worked with Cher who was so nice and quick to respond to emails. She was always helpful with every question that we had throughout the process. It was also very easy to schedule appointments if we needed to do walkthroughs with vendors or just needed to see the space. Red Space was perfect for us and we had an amazing wedding! Kori Susnik(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-10-2022 The space is cool and we were able to make it our own. I loved the day there and we had a blast, but I wouldn’t book with them again and I caution potential couples to do their research before booking at Red Space. From start to finish there were issues. They start out with a lower entry price and then attempt to nickel and dime you until they cost more than the high end competitors. Please note that all of my issues were resolved by Red Space, but only because I was diligent about pushing back and questioning charges - with exception of the tear down fees that I hired another vendor to do rather than pay the inflated Red Space charge.Initially, we were told that parking would be included for free if we booked the day of our walk through. We did book that day, but a claimed miscommunication resulted in the charge on our contract. That was discussed and waived, but it was the first of many red flags. The next 2-3 revisions in the contract included removing catering fees from the contract that were never discussed. Additionally, we found out that Red Space charges vendors to become a “preferred” vendor and then they receive a kick back from that vendor in the form of a fee. The vendors then charge you a special Red Space price or a percentage of the consumables that’s passed directly back to Red Space. If you book with a preferred vendor, you then get a $500 credit but by my calculations that still netted them with an extra ~$1,000. Many discussions were had between Red Space and they denied this occurrence, but we informed this by multiple caterers.I went line by line through the contract, questioning things that weren’t discussed in our walkthrough and with each revision to make sure things weren’t put back in the contract. I highly suggest potential couples do the same. Finally, we were able to get into the space the day before our wedding for set up. Otherwise, we would have had to pay a vendor to do the full set up day-of, which we were not aware of until the week of the wedding. We had to pay for specifically timed delivery of rentals to make the allowed window for set up, which was a last minute and unexpected cost. We also found out 3 days prior to the wedding that if we didn’t have the Red Space tables and chairs put back into storage by the end of the event that we’d be charged our security deposit plus $250, so a total of $750 to move their equipment. We paid other vendors to pick up that task for far less, so we didn’t have to ask our guests to stay late to help clean up. Lastly, the space was not clean and there were items broken. All that being said, I loved our wedding day and we had a ton of fun there. Our Event Manager, Cher, was very hands on and helpful! My long winded explanation is to help future couples go into a booking at Red Space with open eyes, far more information than I had and far less last minute stress. Reviewed on 31-12-2022
J M(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-09-2021 We had an awesome reception at Red Space and everything came together perfectly. We had a little hiccup mid wedding planning due to change in management which was a little worrisome, and communication was al little slow with that. Overall, Sachin was great in the end and we had a lovely time with this venue. Reviewed on 14-10-2021

Caroline A.(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-03-2021 Being a bride during COVID is miserable enough already, but I can't begin to describe how much worse Red Space made this experience for us. For starters, our original contact at Red Space was apparently fired or quit and no one told us, so when wedding mandates and regulations were changing by the day and we were trying to get in touch to talk about changing our plans, all our emails went unanswered as no one told us he no longer worked there nor did anyone think to introduce us to a new contact. Furthermore, the owner, John Gadd, is forcing couples (who are already going through hell, mind you) into court battles rather than returning the thousands of dollars that is rightfully theirs. This tells you everything you need to know about this man and this venue, how he values corporate profits over individuals, and how he hires a staff to feign happiness for couples' upcoming nuptials, because the happiest day of our lives is nothing more than an opportunity for him to grow his cut-throat empire. If I could leave 0 stars, I think we both know by now I would have. Reviewed on 04-12-2020
Alissa Marshall(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 29-02-2020 We recently had our Wedding Ceremony and Reception at Red Space. We knew we wanted an industrial warehouse vibe and from the moment my husband and I walked in, we knew it was perfect for us. The space is really a blank slate and allows you to curate for your event. Our contact at Red Space, Michael, was responsive to all our questions and was super accommodating to all of our various vendors. Our friends and family raved about what a cool space it was, especially the Gallery where we held our cocktail hour. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to add their personal touches to whatever their special event is! Reviewed on 15-03-2020

Erica Lowell(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-09-2019 My husband and I recently had our ceremony and reception at RedSpace, and it was everything that we ever could've hoped for. The venue allows endless possibilities for design and decor, since you can choose all of your own vendors and how you want the large open warehouse to be set up. We had our ceremony in the main warehouse, and then had our cocktail hour in the gallery, which has art from Glen Infante and sets a cool, hip vibe (and awesome photo opps for guests). Our reception was then moved back into the main warehouse, which provided plenty of open space so that all of our guests could feel involved and not crowded (we had our dance floor in the middle of all of the tables). The staff at RedSpace was also very accommodating and were easily accessible for any questions we had throughout the planning process, which is comforting with all of the stress that goes into wedding planning! We loved working with their team!We were so happy with our decision to choose RedSpace for both our ceremony and reception, and would definitely recommend the venue to anyone looking for a blank slate to make it yours for your big day! Lindsay Cannavino(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-08-2019 We had our wedding here and all of our guests thought the space was so unique! It’s a blank slate and you can make of it what you want. There was plenty of room for our 120 guests in both the main room and the gallery hallway. The only comments my husband and I have is about security. For large events (like a wedding), you have the option to pay for off duty police officers or security guards. We had security guards but had several instances where people who did not belong to our wedding simply walked into the event, one of which was lingering near our card/gift table. Luckily, a family member noticed this and escorted the man out, but looking back I recommend paying extra for the office duty police officers who may offer more peace of mind. Other than that, we had a great experience! Reviewed on 16-08-2019
