Located in a block from the heart of downtown Minot, ND, Regency Event Center is a venue welcoming wedding celebrations. The property is a spacious and stylish setting in which to host an extensive celebration of love. Conveniently located, it is easily accessible from Minot International Airport and welcomes guests from far and wide. Regency Event Center is a modern wedding venue with historic roots in the Minot community. The building occupies what was once the local YMCA and is a wonderful example of how a storied location can be adapted for modern use. The welcoming setting of the Windsor Ballroom invites parties of all sizes to celebrate in style. With its high ceilings and refined design elements rely on simplicity to create a sense of space. Its exposed industrial girders set against stone columns set a tone for couples seeking industrial chic for 150- 200 guests. Couples can enjoy their first dance under the lights of its chandeliers which take the shape of artistically rendered starbursts. Adjoining this upscale space is the Parlour Lounge which can host a relaxed cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception. Away from the party, the Bridal Suite offers couples a moment's calm to reflect, touch up makeup, or straighten a bow tie. A cozy setting it features soft furnishing that invites guests to recline in comfort. A similar setup can be found in the Groom’s Suite, with the addition of an Xbox games console. Regency Event Center’s 5-star staff includes the expert event specialists from Hometown Elegance Event Catering & Productions who have nearly 20 years of experience planning big days. They offer multiple package of services that takes the stress out of planning your big day. This feature furniture rentals, a sound system, in house catering, top of the line bar service and much more. The onsite event manager will be there for you on your big day to make sure everything runs smoothly and can guide the setup and breakdown of everything needed.

It was an amazing day! They did all they could to accommodate us as a couple. We set up special lighting the day of our wedding and they were able to help coordinate wedding music as well! It was the most magical day for us. Taylor and Adrianna were nothing short of excellent! We even talk about renewing our vows there! The event space is beautiful and the staff is so professional. Thank you! ❤️

Went above and beyond anything we could’ve asked for! The staff is absolutely amazing! From helping set up, to the room flip and the service, could not say enough to how great they are. Adrianna is the BEST! She made the whole process as stress free as possible and put so much time in effort into our wedding! The event center is gorgeous and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Adrianna will help you create your dream wedding from the first time you meet her! I had so much fun planning the big day all the way down to the tiniest details with her. She has an eye for decorations and will help you with as much as you want. I hired her for additional wedding planning and could not be more impressed with her ability to communicate with vendors and design my ceremony and reception!

Adriana was an absolute joy to work with! Between her and Randy they made all my wedding dreams come true! A word of advice for brides and grooms, if the vendor is not on Adriana’s list DO NOT USE THEM! They aren’t on the list for a reason, I learned my lesson the hard way!
