The Renaissance in Westerville is the most amazing venue to use! From beginning to end Naomi, our wedding coordinator, really took care of us and ensured we’d have the best experience. I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day! The staff was just amazing, the rooms were beautiful, and the ballroom plus the backyard we held the ceremony were stunning. We are so grateful for how well the Renaissance treated us and will always recommend them for any event!

The Renaissance in Westerville is the most amazing venue to use! From beginning to end Naomi, our wedding coordinator, really took care of us and ensured we’d have the best experience. We hosted our June 2023 wedding at the Renaissance and we would definitely recommend it! Staff - Most importantly, the staff was great to work with and so kind to all our guests. We worked with Naomi as the coordinator and she was so flexible with any of our crazy ideas. She would always try and make it work or come up with another solution. Naomi was responsive and helped make sure all aspects of the day had been thought through.Food - The food was the most important part for my mom and they definitely impressed. We are still hearing from people how the beef was absolutely amazing. We were hoping to taste the food before booking with the venue but that was not part of their process. Instead we had the opportunity to go to the restaurant and they were very accommodating. Overall we were very impressed with the food! Only small thing to be aware is it took them longer to serve than we anticipated, we did push along the dinner because it had been a little time and still had not been served.Facility - The facility was great. The ballroom was a great size and very clean. We used the outdoor space for the cocktail hour and it was beautiful with the water in the background. We did have rain halfway through and there was plenty of room inside the hallway and the Port room, even with our 200 people. During the reception a bunch of people were hanging out in the hallway and outside which was a great alternative if they did not want to be inside with the DJ. Hotel - Our guests loved the hotel, hotel bar and the outdoor area. It was so convenient for all of them and Renaissance was very willing to help with anything. Alcohol - The bartenders were great and the lines were never long. They helped guests and moved people through. Only suggestion is taking a good look at the alcohol packages. There are unfortunately only two levels and the bottom one is very poor quality alcohol. Just make sure you know what you are buying after spending that much on the special day.Overall, we would definitely recommend Renaissance to any couple!

What an amazing venue and staff! Lauren, Zach, Taylor, and Heather were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions throughout the process. We were able to choose so many aspects of our day, from the lighting and room design, to the bar selections, to the bridal mimosa bar and Sunday breakfast, and so much more that made the weekend special and personal to us. From Friday afternoon to Sunday morning, our guests felt like they were at home and always in the mood to celebrate!! The day of, food was 10/10, and all events started on time or early.Thank you all for the hard work.

We had our daughters wedding on New Years Eve 2019! There was not one flaw from start to finish! Zach and the hotel staff accommodated our vendors and guest every step of the way! The food and service was absolutely delicious! The hotel has a very spacious bar restaurant area where our guest of 255 had plenty of room to lounge around in between the ceremony and reception! The room rate was extremely reasonable as well as the hotel being spotless in every area! It was so nice to have the ceremony and reception in one place where people had great rooms and places to relax! We will never forget the magical evening and our great experience! Thank you so much’

My wedding reception was absolutely PERFECT! Seriously there was not one thing I would have changed and the reception was amazing. All of our expectations were greatly exceeded and they took such great care of us! The rooms were beautiful and affordable and we had family events all weekend long! My whole family thought the food was the best food they have ever had and there have been zero complaints! All the staff including Zach, Amanda, and especially Steve took such amazing care of us and I truly got my dream wedding! What an amazing weekend, thank you so much!

My husband Joe and I had our reception and day-after brunch at the Renaissance Westerville in October and it was everything I dreamed of, and more!!! From the moment we signed the contract, and every visit after that, it just solidified to us each time that we made the absolute best choice to have our wedding at the Renaissance. It doesn't even feel like you're in Columbus, you're instantly transported to a high-end resort. Our guests also LOVED the location and were endlessly entertained all weekend.Zach Boor is a bride's dream event manager. He's so friendly, polite, smart, organized, creative, thoughtful, patient and all around amazing!! He was so helpful during the planning process, extremely accommodating and made things happen without any hesitation. In fact the ENTIRE staff at the Renaissance is top-notch. Their customer service is phenomenal and we, along with our parents and guests, were so well taken care of from check-in, through the event, and even after brunch the next day.Not to mention, the ballroom was absolutely STUNNING. AND THE FOOD. Omg the food was impeccable. Our guests told us it was the best meal they've ever had at a wedding and we would second that! We were so pleased with the variety and quality of options for cocktail hour, dinner and brunch the next morning. The food was amazing at the tasting and the quality was the exact same the night of the wedding. If you're still reading this, you must be seriously considering having your wedding reception at the Renaissance Westerville, SO BOOK IT ALREADY!!! :)

The event staff was punctual, kind, friendly and demonstrated exceptional professionalism! There was NOT one thing that went wrong! The food was hot and held it’s high expectation of taste and presentation! I literally had little to no stress planning this wedding and it solely was due to Zach and his team! Our wedding was an evening wedding the room, lightening and decorations were elegant and beautiful! I’m a very type A personality and kinda hard to please when it comes to events and by far did this team exceed our expectations!!! We had no moments of having to worry about anything. We enjoyed our wedding family and friends with no worries of process or keeping things on track!! Thank you Zach and the entire team for giving us this unforgettable evening!

This place is AWESOME!!! We got married here in July and it was everything we hoped it would be. The staff was super accommodating and the ballroom is beautiful. All of our guests raved about the food and the location is hidden back a bit on Polaris Parkway so the traffic wasn’t bad for all of the guests. Zach was awesome through the entire process of the wedding and Steve was clutch the day of the wedding. We would recommend this venue to anyone.

We photographed Alexus' & Jimmie's wedding day on 8/24/19 at the Renaissance and it was the perfect day! Zach was really easy to work with and the space is great for photos both indoor and outdoor- lots of character! It's so great that couples can get ready in the suites (beautiful) and then have ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one building.
