Renaissance Dallas North Hotel Reviews
Taylor Roden(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-07-2011 The Omni Park West was the most perfect place for my wedding. They were so helpful throughout the whole process. They created a perfect package that involved so many different parts that it took a lot of weight of my sholders. We got a little worried when the first person we worked with left and Laura came in, but she was absolutely fabulous. She listened to all of our needs and concerns and made sure the night went off without a hitch. We had originally had the restaurant. When our invitation list got too big we were doing all we could to fit everyone in. When Laura and Gayle realized there was a opening in their ballroom they moved us over there. They took such good care of us. The ballrooom was goregous and the food was so good. I could not have picked a better place to have my reception at. This is a great place if you are out in the mid cities area and having a larger wedding. Reviewed on 02-08-2011
julia kim(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-06-2011 Had my wedding here june 2011. i chose this place because they offered a comprehensive package, the best i've found out of all the hotels i've talked to. they included the cost of the wedding cake from delicious cakes, simple center pieces, colored chair sashes, and complimentary suite for the night of the wedding. food is also very delicious. many of our guests mentioned how much they liked the food. staff was also all very helpful and wonderful. \r\rif you're looking for a hotel wedding, consider this one of your top choices. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with the Omni Hotel. Gayla and Joey were outstanding. I always heard horror stories about the stress and craziness of planning a wedding but I did not experience any of that. Their dedication and attention to detail was impeccable! The two of them worked so hard to make my wedding all I wanted and them some!! I would highly recommend having your wedding at the Omni. Reviewed on 05-04-2011
Elizabeth Wallum(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-08-2007 The event manager was AMAZING. He covered every detail...many things my fiance and I didn't think about. He made things run very smoothly. It's also just a very beautiful hotel. Huge walls of windows in the foyer and I loved that the ballroom was very neutral. It allowed us to create our own color scheme.;The bartenders were a bit rude to a few of our guests. Reviewed on 10-05-2010

We had a smallish (75) guest list. We utilized the restaurant and large bar on the first floor for our reception. The food was wonderful (I hear) the staff was outstanding the catering manager we worked with was amazing and I worried about NOTHING. Reviewed on 10-05-2010
