On it sits an old world European style farmhouse with 5 bedrooms + shared bathrooms, perfect to accommodate the bride, groom and bridal party. With expansive lawns in the front yard and back yard, as well as the white sand beach/vineyard area near the swimming pond there are three different spaces to create a unique ceremony, cocktail hour and reception experience. For those who love nothing more than the beauty of a natural outdoor setting and the backdrop of the elegant farm home, The Farm is the ideal location and venue for couples who envision a multi day wedding celebration!

We had our wedding at Retreat to the Farm in early October 2021 and it was GORGEOUS. The venue was exactly what we were looking for: open for our guests to wander and enjoy themselves, beautiful scenery, with some classic French, country charm. Leila and her husband (the property managers) we’re so accommodating and helped us so much our wedding weekend. We also stayed the night at the farmhouse the night of our wedding with our bridal party and it was so worth it. Everyone had an amazing time and the home was just perfect for us to get ready in and relax in during such a chaotic weekend. I highly recommend Retreat to the Farm as a wedding venue!!!

We rented the farm for our wedding in 2015. It was fantastic — loved working with Robyn who was responsive and has great ideas for the venue. The inside of the house is incredible and made for great “getting ready” pictures. There is so much space on the estate that we felt super comfortable with 200+ people. Highly recommend.

We had my daughter’s wedding here October 10th. It was absolutely amazing. The setting is gorgeous and the owners go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and spoiled! We also rented the house for our family to stay in. Honestly our whole time here felt blessed!

When my husband and I first got engaged, we didn't plan on a Pandemic interrupting our wedding planning. When COVID hit, I was skeptical our inital venue would pan out. Thankfully, through word of mouth, I heard of Retreat to the Farm and when all of our original wedding plans came crashing down, I remembered this little gem! My husband and I decided to check it out in person and I firmly believe, this was devine intervention because this venue was the perfect place to have our wedding. Through all the ups and downs of planning a wedding during COVID, we could not have asked for a better venue to help us plan a beautify and safe wedding for us and our guests. This is the best wedding venue around! The views are stunning, Leila and her team are amazing, and you have the freedom to create your own vision from scratch! All our guests raved about our venue and I will cherish our photos forever!This is a must-see venue! They have all the space and beauty you need for a truly magical day!

Leila Burrows (Manager) Hello ! My name is Leila Burrows. I am delighted to manage wedding, retreat and special event bookings on my family farm. I grew up with my two sisters in this home and on this land and I am beyond passionate about facilitating a one of a kind, beautiful and memorable experience for all who choose to book our farm. Personally, I am passionate about organic soil to table farming and dining, yoga, waterskiing and snow skiing, my family and rescue pup. My favorite moments of the day are coffee walks with Ruxpin (our dog) and a home-cooked meal with my husband sharing the events of our day!
