Richfield Regency sits just across the street from the charming Verona Park, which offers a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos. There are plenty of nearby hotels for overnight accommodation, ideal for guests from out of town. For those from further afield, Newark Liberty International Airport takes less than 30 minutes to reach by car. The staff at Richfield Regency is ready to go the extra mile to help you realize your wedding day vision. You can host both your ceremony and reception in the venue's elegantly appointed banquet halls. As your guests arrive, they will be welcomed by the property's team and made to feel like part of the family. For your wedding meal, you can choose from a range of menus depending on allergies and dietary preferences. The catering staff is happy to customize a menu and package to suit whatever you need. Hors d'oeuvres can be provided for cocktail hours, while stations and plated meals are available for the reception. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience working with Trish and the staff at the Richfield Regency. We felt from day one that our wedding was in good hands. The team made us feel at ease on our wedding day and took great care of us and our family and friends. Our guests have given us rave reviews about the food going as far as saying it was the best cocktail hour and wedding food they have ever had. And we totally agree! We are very thankful and would recommend this venue to anyone.

From start to finish it was a wonderful experience working with Trish and the staff at the Richfield Regency. We felt from day one that our wedding was in good hands. The team made us feel at ease on our wedding day and took great care of us and our family and friends. Our guests have given us rave reviews about the food going as far as saying it was the best cocktail hour and wedding food they have ever had. And we totally agree! Jude with Richfield was wonderful to work with start to finish! His professionalism and friendly manner helped us feel at ease the whole time. You can tell he loves what he and his crew does! Our meetings were smooth and nothing was missed. Our family and friends can’t stop raving about the cocktail hour selections and dinner stations we went with! And talk about the array of desserts!! Just wow. Everything was delicious. The staff was so attentive and that my family members were so impressed they can’t stop talking about it! The bartenders were lovely as well! Professional all around and would highly recommend.

So obviously we booked Richfield Regency because we loved it and Trish was a dream to work with. So then Covid-19 happened right when we were supposed to send out our invitations. I’d heard from other brides that their venues were nightmares to work with and I began to get very nervous. However I called Trish and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She reassured me that I was able to move my wedding date to whenever I wanted and gave me the dates to choose from immediately. She knew I had to cross reference with my other vendors and was patient with me and so glad to hear when I’d gotten it all aligned again. I’ve never once doubted that Richfield Regency was where I want to have my dream wedding and Trish is a huge part of that and I couldn’t be happier.

When planning our wedding, we knew that we wanted this to be a one of kind event with little to none of the traditional aspects of weddings we have been to dozens of times. Part of this desire meant having the service and reception outside the typical catering halls everyone has visited. To achieve this we decided to think outside the box and turn the event upside down. Due to our venue choice we needed an \"outside\" caterer to come to us rather than our event going to him. Although some contractors were not open to such a custom affair Jude, the owner of Richfield Regency met with us, listened to our ideas, bought into the concept and helped us brainstorm all the details to make this event a tremendous success. To make things even more challenging, we were planning this event in only eleven weeks and by the time we met Jude there were only about eight weeks left to the big day. Jude met with us several times and spoke to us regularly on the phone leading up to the big day and each time we spoke he made us feel that this event was the most important of his long and successful career. Although this truly unique wedding showcased different performers, presentations, and of course dancing, it would not have surprised me if the catering flew under the radar--but just the opposite happened. The rave reviews of the food, the presentation and the service started during the buffet and continued through the night. Jude, who arrived several hours before the guests, was on top of every detail, he even filled in for the bride during the final rehearsal by walking down the aisle with the rest of the bridal party while the bride was working with the photographers. Jude was not only a \"beautiful bride\" but helped us create a beautiful event that we will treasure for a lifetime.I enthusiastically recommend Jude, and all the good people of Richfield Regency Catering, to anyone looking to create a memorable event.

My sibling's wedding reception was held here a while ago and it was the best experience we could have hoped for. Trish, their wedding coordinator, was wonderful! She helped allay their stress and worries, was receptive to their requests, and kindly made changes to accommodate their different customs, cultures and faith. Honestly, she treated us as if we were family, which during stressful times is a godsend.Javad, the maitre'd, was extremely patient and attentive, especially with the bride and groom. Many guests mentioned how helpful he was along with the rest of the staff.Finally, the location was perfect and the rooms were beautiful. The food was delicious, both during cocktail hour and dinner. However, I truly think that without the staff, Javad and Trish it wouldn't have been as great and enjoyable.

When we first got engaged in august of 2018, we knew we didn’t want a traditional venue. We decided on the Art Factory in Paterson on 9/21/19 and had to find a competent caterer. FOOD was the most important item on our list of plans. We wanted a fantastic and generous cocktail hour, professional servers, an open bar and all of it needed to be high quality. When we had our first meeting/tasting with Jude, we didn’t look any further. He had us try everything that would be served and every last bit of it was incredible. He knew exactly what we would need in order to serve the freshest, made to order meals. Jude worked with us to design the most perfect menu and was totally on board when we said we didn’t want to cut a cake, but wanted to cut a pizza instead. When we went to the bridal suite between the ceremony and cocktail hour, there were 2 plates of food and 2 of our signature cocktails waiting for us (what a thoughtful thing for them to do for us!) Richfield Regency also provided the servers, bartenders, alcohol and the most incredible Maitre’d (Kelvin, you rocked!). Thanks to Jude and his team, we were never once concerned that there would be an issue with food, drinks or service. Our day went seamlessly and Richfield Regency is at the top of the list of vendors to thank for that. I highly recommend them for on site or off site catering-you will not regret choosing them!

I just want to give the biggest thank you to The Richfield Regency. I had the pleasure of having my wedding here this past Saturday. It was absolutely stunning from beginning to end and truly a 5 star experience. The staff and management were more than accommodating and went above and beyond to help me when I had an emergency minutes before walking down the aisle even adding on an extra hour to my party due to the circumstances to make sure we can have the best night possible. I want to to give a special thank you to Jude & Trish who made the evening magical and truly a night to remember. I could have not gotten through this with out you all. My guest keep on talking about how it was the best wedding they have ever been to and how good the food was as well ! She was very helpful in helping me make decisions about plates, food, and everything in between. Unfortunately, she was unable to be there the day of my wedding but she passed my contract over to Kalvin who made sure everything was perfect on my wedding day. All my guests still continue to talk about the food and the wedding was almost two months ago on August 31! Everyone at Richfield Regency was so attentive the day of the wedding and super helpful. Our wedding was truly a dream come true, we looked for a venue for almost 3 months before we found Richfield, when we walked through the doors, I looked at my fiancé and said \"This is literally what I have been picturing in my head\" every place we went to there were things that just weren't pretty. All of Richfield's rooms, the walls, the design, the decor, every single detail was EXACTLY to my taste. On top of the details being there, Trish was the one who sat with us our very first meeting and her and I just clicked from the moment we said hello to each other. She was absolutely amazing, she truly tries to make your vision come to life (even though practically all of it was there already) she was providing suggestions on things that can be altered or added and she really worked with me. One of the reasons we took so long to find a venue was because I wanted Portuguese Food, while Richfield Regency doesn't have a Portuguese menu, Trish made additions to our menu to have a taste of Portugal and accommodate us! It was amazing! Trish was truly amazing from the moment we said YES to the venue to the day of our wedding!The day of our reception, even though I had seen that room over 5 times already, everything set up for MY day truly took my breath away! It was beyond beautiful and Trish took care of everything I wanted. I could never thank her enough! Our reception was so much fun, I have guests telling me every time I see them how amazing all of the food was and I still have guests telling me the Viennese Table was the BEST they ever saw and tasted!We are so blessed and thankful to have found Trish and Richfield Regency. Our wedding was truly a dream come true, we looked for a venue for almost 3 months before we found Richfield, when we walked through the doors, I looked at my fiancé and said \"This is literally what I have been picturing in my head\" every place we went to there were things that just weren't pretty. Not the best wedding venue around but good for the price. Wish it had more garden or something outside to take pics. It was raining on my wedding day and there was not much we can do in that. Food was good. They were super cheap with the shots though. They do not offer the really expensive choices, but I could have assumed that for the price. Overall i liked the venue for what we paid.

The Richfield Regency provided everything we wanted for our wedding reception and more! The venue was beautiful decorated with lights all around and the perfect size to encourage everyone to get on the dance floor! Jude and Trish helped us from the moment we called to get information about the venue all the way to the very end of the night of our reception. Trish even went out of her way and helped with pinning the bride's dress up with safety pins as we were preparing since the buttons weren't holding as well as we would have liked. They kept checking in on us throughout the whole process and made sure everything was perfect! The food from the venue was amazing and we received countless compliments about it and the venue long after the reception! The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout the whole evening and we were so happy with everything they provided! The Venetian dessert bar made the night complete as the staff entered the room with an abundance of carts filled with desserts and music playing in the background which made the whole event so thrilling! We can't thank you enough for the wonderful hospitality and for providing us with such an amazing experience for our reception and making this truly a night to remember forever!

The Richfield Regency provided everything we wanted for our wedding reception and more! Our wedding day was the best day of our lives! We met with Trish at Richfield Regency about 20 months before our wedding. We fell in love with the venue as soon as we walked in. It is gorgeous, well-kept, and modernly elegant! We also loved that it was next to Verona Park where we wanted to have our “first look.” Trish was great- she is hilarious and so much fun to work with. Our friends and family still rave about our wedding and how much fun it was- some even coined it as “the top wedding” which made us feel amazing! Everyone loved the food not only because it is delicious, but because there is so so much!! Trish customized the menu to represent both of our backgrounds (Italian and Puerto Rican) and gave us advice on how to get the most out of our money when determining the menu. The venue has a cute chapel for ceremony services and the option to use their table centerpieces for a small fee. We took advantage of both. All in all, we had the most perfect wedding at the Richfield Regency and cannot thank the staff enough!

Our wedding day was the best day of our lives! We met with Trish at Richfield Regency about 20 months before our wedding. We fell in love with the venue as soon as we walked in. It is gorgeous, well-kept, and modernly elegant! We also loved that it was next to Verona Park where we wanted to have our “first look.” Trish was great- she is hilarious and so much fun to work with. Our friends and family still rave about our wedding and how much fun it was- some even coined it as “the top wedding” which made us feel amazing! My husband and I got married on August 11th at the Richfield Regency and we don't regret it one bit. You will not be disappointed if you choose the Regency for your big day. This venue is very reasonable and your guests will not walk away hungry. They had tons and tons of food. I worked with Trish the entire time from start to finish and she was absolutely amazing. I just love her spirit. She was very warming and welcoming. This was the first time Richfield Regency was doing an offsite Kosher catering event at the Park Savoy as well. Jude and our Maître d communicated with one another and we are very pleased with how everything turned out. Their menu was incredibly diverse and the cocktail hour options alone would've been enough! When we met with Jude to walk through our menu options, he was honest with us and helped guide us to a variety of pallet pleasing foods. We are very thankful for his insight and were very happy with the food options we chose. The food was phenomenal! Everyone came up to us and said how great everything was and how impressed they were. Our cake came out excellent as well. Which for a parve cake, is not an easy feat to accomplish! We went home with a lot of leftovers too and we have been able to continue to enjoy Richfield's food the week after our wedding!

We worked with Trish who guided us through each step, was available to answer all our questions when we had them and helped us create the perfect day. Our guests loved everything about our wedding. The staff was attentive and accommodating, especially to my family. The food was delicious and there was so much! I cannot say enough great things about the Richfield! Trish was phenomenal to not just me as the bride but also to my groom and our parents from the very first day. She treated us like our wedding was the most important wedding of all even though they work with so many brides and grooms. She was super responsive to my calls and always had answers for me and perfect solutions to any concerns I may have had. We had 217 guests and everything was absolutely flawless! I am still getting compliments from guests on how amazing everything was from the cocktail hour, to dinner, to the awesome dessert display! Calvin was also so great to us in the days leading up to our wedding and then the night of. Not that I sat a lot, but every single time I went to sit down he was there pulling out my chair for me. He was such a gentleman and always made sure my groom and I had anything and everything that we needed--perfect customer service! Everything I had brought earlier in the week (seating chart, picture frames, signs, etc.) were displayed perfectly and I felt like the team at the Richfield made sure both the cocktail rooms and the reception room looked as great as they'd want them to look at their own wedding. We had a large bridal party so they got their own private cocktail hour in the room upstairs and they are still telling my husband and I how that was the 'coolest thing they'd ever seen.' I truly have no complaints about the night. Thank you Trish, Calvin, and the rest of the team at the Richfield for helping to make our wedding night such a dream come true!

Let me begin by saying we got such a great deal because we got married off season which was fine by me since we were looking to A. save money and B. didn't need the summer/spring look for our wedding (which I know is often a must have for some brides' dream wedding). Now on to the good stuff!\rVENUE'S LOOK: Modern with lots of black/white/beige coloring which we loved but if you are looking for a traditional venue that looks like someone's grandmother's drapes have been used for decor this is not the place.\rFOOD: Most important part for me!! AMAZING and lots of it!! All our guests have told us that they loved 98% of the items survived for the cocktail and dinner hours. Mind you they customized the menu to a degree to suit my latin background and we got rice and beans (during dinner) and pernil and empanadas (during cocktail hour) both included open bars BIG PLUS cuz no one ladies wants to go to a cash bar at a wedding.\rSTAFF: We worked with Trish and we LOVED LOVED LOVED HER!!! She made herself available to us all the time and was ready to give us helpful suggestions along the way. Everyone else we came across in the staff was likewise very pleasant and more than helpful. \rAll in all we had a great time and great food. Couldn't ask for more from our venue!!\r

Trish was my coordinator and she had everything under control from the moment I signed until the moment I left the building the night of my wedding. She helped with details I didn't think about! Everything I was promised was not only present but exceeded! The food from cocktail hour until dessert was amazing. My guests and I were waited on by excellent servers who did their jobs perfectly. I have been to many weddings and so have many of my guests and all I kept hearing was how our wedding was phenomenal. The food the service the drinks everything. If you want a great wedding with great food and even better service I wouldn't send you anywhere else. They made our special night beyond amazing.

I just got married on 9/27/2014 and it was everything I hoped for and more. Trish was there for me every step of the way. She was always quick to return phone calls and answer any questions I had. She offered suggestions and made planning so much easier. She has a wonderful personality and I was so glad she was there for me. \rCalvin was my Maitre'D for the night and Celia was my bridal attendant, making sure I had everything I needed. They both were amazing and made sure my husband and I always had food and drinks. My guests were very pleased with the service and the food in the cocktail hour, was absolutely amazing. We also had the Venetian hour and the desserts were soooooooo good. We were even able to take home all the leftovers.\rThe whole night went perfect and the staff at the Richfield Regency made that happen. I LOVE the Richfield Regency. When we were looking at wedding venues, we were immediately drawn to this beautiful venue and to Raul. Raul showed us every detail in the ceremony chapel, cocktail hour rooms, and reception ballroom. The chapel is gorgeous, as are the cocktail hour room and the reception ballroom. It's modern yet classic with a beautiful romantic feel. Raul sat down with us and described the food to us until our mouths were watering. And he explained every detail to us and answered all of our questions. And he knew more about throwing a Jewish wedding than we did! The price was great (especially for a Sunday wedding), and we just fell in love. Leading up to the wedding, Raul, Trish, and the staff at the Richfield were incredible. They made sure we knew everything we needed to know and were comfortable. They also worked very well with our wedding coordinator in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the big day, they were wonderful. We got married in the gorgeous chapel, which comfortably held our 202 guests but somehow felt like it was a small, intimate room. Raul kept our huge wedding party in line while catering to my husband and me. He made sure we ate, drank, and had an amazing time. I also later heard that Raul was absolutely wonderful at making sure our elderly and wheelchair guests were comfortable and taken care of. Everyone told us how amazing the food was (and we had a kosher wedding), especially the Viennese dessert! We had the wedding of our dreams at the Richfield and we cannot thank them enough! Everyone should look at this venue! It is a no brainer!!!

And he explained every detail to us and answered all of our questions. And he knew more about throwing a Jewish wedding than we did! The price was great (especially for a Sunday wedding), and we just fell in love. Leading up to the wedding, Raul, Trish, and the staff at the Richfield were incredible. They made sure we knew everything we needed to know and were comfortable. They also worked very well with our wedding coordinator in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the big day, they were wonderful. We got married in the gorgeous chapel, which comfortably held our 202 guests but somehow felt like it was a small, intimate room. Raul kept our huge wedding party in line while catering to my husband and me. He made sure we ate, drank, and had an amazing time. I also later heard that Raul was absolutely wonderful at making sure our elderly and wheelchair guests were comfortable and taken care of. Everyone told us how amazing the food was (and we had a kosher wedding), especially the Viennese dessert! We had the wedding of our dreams at the Richfield and we cannot thank them enough! Everyone should look at this venue! It is a no brainer!!!

Where do we begin?!? The Richfield Regency staff went above and beyond to make our wedding reception a truly beautiful and fun event. Jude was so patient with us as we explored venue options and we are so glad that we ultimately decided to have our reception at the Richfield Regency. He continued to be so helpful throughout the preparations process. Raul kept us laughing the week of the weeding - which was a much needed relief. Event details were finalized and all of the items we brought to the reception site were beautifully laid out for us and our guests. Trish's warm smile greeted us and she made sure that we were okay during the entire reception. She even bustled my dress and helped fix it later in the night. We danced the night away in a room that looked amazing and dined on great food. Everything tasted so delicious and fresh! The Richfield Regency comes highly recommended. I had my wedding reception at the Richfield on 8/10/12 & it couldn't have been better! I feel that the pictures on their website, do not do the venue any justice because the venue is much more beautiful in person! I had my wedding in the larger ballroom & the lighting is just stunning! I worked with Trish & she was great! She's down to earth & makes you feel comfortable, like if you're family! The food was great! Everyone keeps telling me how great the food, desserts & cocktails were & how abundant it was. What I liked the most is that they accommodate to your culture & make food accordingly, mine specifically being Hispanic. Also, at the end of the night they send you home with all the left over food from cocktail hour & desserts from the Viennese tables. They are professional & pleasant to work with! On the day of my wedding RAUL WAS AMAZING!!! He was very attentive & didn't make me feel like I was bothering him if I needed something. He made sure I ate & did everything I had requested, exactly the way I had requested it! I had even told him before hand to please make sure I take my birth control pill that night & sure enough at 9pm on the dot, he was there with my pill!! LOL. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of venue & you CANNOT BEAT THE VALUE!! Have you're wedding here! You will not regret it =)!

All the staff were extremely helpful; we worked with Trish and our maitre d was Raoul both were on top of absolutely everything (after being announced and our first dances Raoul had my flip flops ready for me under our table! Talk about attention to detail, he was awesome). The food is fantastic, AND they send you home with all the leftovers! All our guests had an incredible time, I can't say enough great things about this place! I totally recommend them for any party, you won't be disappointed! They were by far the most reasonably priced in the area for a Saturday evening wedding; really a dream come true!

This place really gave excellent attention and service for a very decent price! My guests raved about the food especially cocktail hour. The entrees were excellent. The maitre'd, Raul, and my contact, Trish, were GREAT! The bartender, Rocco, was very attentive to the guests! Plus, they gave you plenty to take home from cocktail hour! If I had another event to plan, I'd book at Richfield Regency again! The only downside I heard from some guests were that the waitors would take the food and drinks away too soon while the guests were up dancing. They hadn't even taken a sip from their drinks and they were taken away and some didn't even get to taste the cake or didn't even realize they got a slice because they were up dancing and when they got back to their seat, it was gone. Other than that, I was very satisfied with Richfield Regency.

The Richfield is absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for anything more. All I hear from my guests is how they cant beleive how great everything was. Raul and Trish made sure my day went as planned, and the food was amazing. I hope I get invited to a weddimng there b/c I want to experiance the regency as guest!!

The food was excellent! Everyone was raving about the amazing cocktail hour which was catered not only in the traditional Italian we all love, but also in some authentic Puerto Rica dishes. The place was gorgeous, the Maitre'd was great. I was able to keep the left over food which was great too. Only problem- I got married in February and they had the heat on full blast to the point that I started sweating before my ceremony was over- forget about the reception! My hair and makeup were ruined within the first 2 hours and I have all the pictures to show it... Some people thing heat wouldn't be such a problem, but not when you spend all that money on photography and on makeup & hair that day!

The Richfield Regency, in Verona is one of the best places in New Jersey. The room fit so many guests. It's white walls and floors made the room seem even larger than life!!! \rThe people are fantastically kind and warm.Their kindness makes you feel at home, and like everything is perfect! The Richfield Regency staff made us feel like family and I'm so happy that they could be a part of our wedding day! Go Raul!!!\r When we selected RR and told our family and friends they raved about weddings they attended there and most importantly that the food is superb!!!Even our limo driver told us this venu does everything right!!!! \rRichfield Regency fit our personalities perfectly! The food quality and presentation, at the Richfield, is outstanding. They really try to cater to your needs, as best they can. I was a little disappointed with the decor but at the same time, was so deep into the wedding that I never said anything so that they could make some changes that would have satisified me. The staff was very nice and I have to say that I definitely could have had things worse. They are pretty on top of their game and the ambiance is wonderful, as well. Overall, Good Job!

Both my sister and I held our wedding receptions here-10 years apart and they were both AMAZING, unforgettable weddings!! My wedding was Friday, June 6, 2008 and Richfield Regency was the PERFECT place for the reception. ALL of my guests couldn't stop raving about the service and how much they LOVED the food-everyone's plate was practically licked clean! The Richfield is excellent for a customizable cocktail hour/dinner. My husband is Chinese and I am Hispanic...we were able to have a beautiful blend of food for BOTH cultures-everything from a Peking Duck station to Paella! You don't usually find such versatility. I had the larger reception room which is associated with a cocktail room that has a modern, loungy feel to it that everyone loved. The service here is also excellent, our maitre'd Raul Ruiz never misses any detail and flawlessly executed our wishes. If you're looking for a versatile reception hall that has excellent food AND service, then this is the place for you! As a side note, they are located directly across the street from a beautiful park where you can take your pictures before eating, dancing and drinking the night away!
